DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. If I could give zero stars I would. We booked S&S for a wine tour for my friend's bachelorette party. Unfortunately the Man of Honor tested positive for COVID three days before the bachelorette/scheduled wine tour and needless to say we needed to reschedule. When we reached out to S&S they REFUSED to reschedule our trip stating, "the world isn't shut down because of covid." Maybe the world isn't, but this trip now was. It's important to note that all we wanted to do was reschedule, we were not trying to cancel, and they did have availability for the rescheduled date. They said the only way to still have them service the wine tour was us paying another $1000. So THEY cancelled US and we didn't get any money refunded even though there is NOTHING in the contract about rescheduling events. TERRIBLE customer service.

I booked with S&S for my Bachelorette party in the Finger Lakes to take us to 2 wineries and a cidery. Although I personally believe that S&S should have used the available technology online to figure out that they would be unable to access our AirBnb to pick us up, I will not fault them for that. However, I will fault them for their unprofessional behavior following this. Our driver was 10 minutes late, so we called the office and were told, "He should be there," and when we said we had a reservation that we will now be late for, we were told, "It's a Friday - you can call them and say that you are late," with no remorse for the situation. We took note of this, but let it go considering that following this, we realized that our driver walked up the road to let us know that we would have to walk down to the limo, which was incredibly kind of him to do given the hill we were on. However, he then made this our problem for the remainder of the day. He was not welcoming or kind and left us feeling like we were walking on eggshells all day, which soured our experience. He also asked us where we were going each time when I had given S&S a detailed itinerary 2 weeks prior. Finally, I had told S&S on our final phone call that I would be sending the tip via mail after the trip was over due to personal financial reasons and this seemed to be no issue and I was told they would let the driver know about this so they did not feel slighted. After we said goodbye to the driver, he asked where his tip was with an attitude that left us all feeling incredibly uncomfortable. I explained that I would be mailing his tip due to personal financial reasons and it was clear at that moment that the tip was the only thing he cared about all day. I spoke with S&S this morning via email about my concerns and was met with some apologies which was great, and they stated they would speak with the driver and those involved, however, there were no intentions to rectify the situation with me other than that despite the money I invested in them only to have a poor experience. Although we were able to get from point A to point B safely, it was at the expense of rude customer service all day. I would not recommend S&S Limousine to anyone.

Thank you to S&S and Jose for a great experience for our vow renewal and reception! S&S was great to work with, even through two postponements we needed to make due to Covid. The day of our event, our limo was right on time. The vehicle was exactly as we had seen in photos and videos, and our driver Jose was absolutely fantastic! Thanks again to the S&S team, we highly recommend them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We signed a contract for them to drive 12 people around for an hour for $400, then a month before our wedding they emailed us demanding $1,000. We could take them to small claims court and easily win, but we don't have time for that a month before our wedding, which these thugs know. If you do business with this company they will shake you down a month before your wedding, it is not worth it. Thankfully there are plenty of other companies in the area so we went with one of them. Don't do business with these thugs, it's not worth it.

We had great experiences with S&S Limo on our wedding weekend in June. We hosted 75 people on 3 buses for a food and wine tour welcome event in the Finger Lakes, and 100 people for a hotel to winery to reception wedding event in Geneva, NY. S&S had great staff, from the planning and confirmations from the office team, to this hospitable and punctual drivers. The buses were clean, up to date for our music playlists and accommodating for food and drink on both the wine tour and on the way to our wedding reception. We highly recommend them for wedding or any events in the Finger Lakes area!

I absolutely love working with the S & S Limo Team. As a wedding planner, it's important to me that I work with other wedding professionals that have integrity, professionalism, and will take care of my clients. Jen and her team are very responsive, organized, and professional. I recently had the pleasure of working with them on a wedding and, despite all the challenges this pandemic has brought, they were kind, professional, responsive, flexible, and cognizant of keeping everyone safe. Wedding transportation went off without a hitch (and it's the one place that always has a kink!!). I really appreciate all that the S&S Limo team did to keep my clients safe and happy and highly recommend them over any other transportation company in the area. They're well worth every penny to know that they're reliable and professional. I look forward to working with them on many more weddings and events.

Our wedding was cancelled due to the coronavirus epidemic. With no end in sight we are unable to confidently reschedule our wedding and most likely will not be. S&S Limo took our money the day before our county was put in a state of emergency and banned large gatherings. Me and my fiance called and emailed to try and negotiate at least a partial refund so both parties were not out on money in these troubling times, but S&S wanted nothing to do with it. They gave us store credit , but we have no intention of using a 900$ party bus just to go out to dinner. I'm shocked at how unreasonable a buisness can be during a troubling time. Very frustrating and definitely would not recommend them.

The service you provided on our wedding day was amazing! From being so timely, to the simple and kind gesture of driving me across the parking lot of my venue for my first look...A+ service. Thank you for getting myself, my husband, and our bridal party to and from all our destinations safely!

S&S Limousines was great from start to finish! From reaching out for a quote, to calling to book, then providing the details for our big day this by far was one of the easiest vendors we worked with. The shuttle was amazing and we had plenty of room. Our shuttle arrived on time to each destination. Our driver was incredibly nice and personable and made everyone feel safe. Everyone had a great time!

FANTASTIC service!! We used them for ur wedding and they were so easy and organized to deal with. Jeff G was our driver and he was just great! He had us covered for things we forgot, and he went above and beyond to drive throughout our picture venues to pick us up so we didn't have to walk back up through the woods. He was so dedicated to helping me into the church as well so that people wouldn't see me. Absolutely phenomenal service and a great experience!

S & S limo was amazing on our wedding day! Our driver Terry was so helpful and thoughtful! He held my bouquet, handed out water, and helped with whatever we needed! We were on time for everything. It was a perfect day! We highly recommend S&S

S&S was helpful when i was inquiring about their services. Once booked, the tables turned. We explained what we wanted to S&S 3 separate times, and we still did not get what we wanted. S&S refused to pick us up at the address on our contract, forcing our guests to walk through thunderstorms to use the shuttle that we provided for guests, and then refused to give us any money back. Will never use again, and would never wish this company upon ANYONE. Stay Away

We used S&S for my bachelorette wine tour, shuttle for our guests the day of, and town car for my husband and I from the venue to the hotel after the reception. Overall, they were great to deal with! Very responsive to emails and calls, the pricing seemed to be very reasonable, and all of our drivers were very professional. Also, they upgraded our town car to a limo for free! I highly recommend S&S!

We used S&S for our stagette party and wedding. Great experience for both events. The driver was very accommodating, let us blast music, dance, and still managed to keep us all on schedule. Pricing was negotiable and overall, I'd recommend!

I did a wine tour with this company. Was devastated the day of that the vehicle we had rented broke down the night before but they accommodated me with a different vehicle plus an extra hour and the driver was so awesome!

We used SS Limo for the bridal party limo bus, the shuttle for wedding guests to and from the reception, and for a wine tour the following day, and S&S was very professional, easy to deal with, and very knowledgeable about timelines and plans that made coordinating this transportation very easy.

We use the pink hummer for our wedding. I was so thrilled to find this limo because everything with our wedding was pink. Our driver was great he was really nice and on time...... But the limo it self was ok. The air conditioning didn't work we got married on a hot day June 2014.also only one window worked to put down and the radio didn't work neither.

Brand new limo bus with lots of space. Driver was friendly and communicated well to keep us on time. Sometimes took longer routes to locations...not sure why but may be due to GPS routes.

S & S was on time- early in fact. Due to our bridal party being so large we had a limo bus and everyone (24 total-our entire party plus two photographers)

We only used the limo for between the ceremony and reception for going to photo ops but it was good for the short period of time we had it for. The only complaint I have is that is smelled funny inside the limo and was thinking that for what I paid it shouldn't have been an issue. Otherwise everything else was top-notch.

I checked in with three limo comapnies and S&S was right in the middle price-wise, and I had known people who used them so we went with them. The driver we had was great! He was funny, helpful, and most importantly on time and professional. While due to NYS laws they said they were no longer able to provide champagne, they had no issues with us bringing our own! The limo was clean and beautiful, we had a great time in it! The rep I spoke with a few times beforehand was helpful and very nice1

We are very happy we chose to go with S&S. The limo driver was really nice and accommodating. He made the ride comfortable and he was easy to talk to. He also coordinated details comfortably between the photographer and the wedding party. Overall a great experience and we would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

We use S & S for all of our limo needs! We rented 2 limo buses for our combined Bachelorette/Bachelor party. Guys on one bus and girls on the other. S & S has the best prices hands down...and we even live 1 1/2 hours away. The drivers are always on time and awesome to the guests. Definitely use S & S!

I found S & S at one of the Buffalo Bridal shows. I had also gotten quotes and discount offers from other services, but none of them had exactly what I was looking for. I had a large "mafia-size" wedding party and needed something to seat at least 18 but I HATE the party bus. Because it's just that, a big, ugly bus, that doesnt add any elegance or aesthetic appeal to the big day. So I found S&S who had everything from a giant pink stretch hummer to an elegant 20 passenger pearlized painted Stretch escalade. I wanted it, but i wanted it at the price I was quoted by the competition. Joe, the owner, was very accomodating and gave us a great deal. Clearly we went with the Escalade and we couldn't have been happier. It was supposed to come with a complimentary bottle of champagne but that just turned out to be sparkling cider, to which the driver explained that the law had recently changed and they are no longer allowed to supply the alcohol. We weren't told that at any time beforehand but a quick stop at the liquor store between photo stops had us back on track. The driver was great and attentive and helped my new wife and I in and out of the limo and made sure our dresses remained pristine. I would definitely use S&S again in the future.

Their prices were much higher than the company we ended up choosing and their customer service rep was not the most pleasant. It's unfortunate because their name is so popular among rochester limo companies.

Limo ended up being fun and one of my wedding splurge items. I was a little disappointed because I was told there would be a red carpet and champagne, and there was not. The driver was great though and stopped at a store to get us champagne when I expressed my disappointment.
