We recently got married at Santa Ana Star Hotel (Sept. 4th, 2026), and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. Every staff member was incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our special day. Jarren and Sheryl were absolutely amazing and played such an important role in making everything run smoothly. They were there every step of the way, making sure everything was taken care of so we could relax and truly enjoy our wedding day. The cocktail hour was absolutely amazing, and the food was even better! All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. We received so many compliments throughout the evening about the food, presentation, and overall experience. It was wonderful to know that our guests enjoyed themselves just as much as we did. We are extremely happy that we chose Santa Ana Star Hotel for our wedding. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful to Jarren, Cheryl, and the entire staff for helping make our special day so beautiful, stress-free, and memorable. We would highly recommend Santa Ana Star Hotel to anyone looking for the perfect place to celebrate their wedding. They truly went above and beyond, and we will always be grateful for the wonderful memories they helped us create!

There is not enough good things I can say about Santa Ana’s team!! If the ceremony space doesn’t sell you enough with the great view then the team absolutely will. My partner and I were absolutely blown away with the amount of detail and care Jarren, Sheryl and team took in executing our perfect day! They take care of everything which helped us truly enjoy every bit of our day. We are so absolutely thankful for the whole process and team. They have a well oiled machine and it shows!! Also like another reviewer said all the staff at Santa Ana are so nice and congratulated us several times from check in to check out!

From the beginning, it was a great pleasure working with Jarren. He was organized, responsive, and had great recommendations. Our wedding was beautiful and it was a stress free day...

, thanks to the hard work of Jarren, Sheryl, and the rest of the team at Santa Ana. They worked closely with our photographer/coordinator and everything went really well. The decorations were beautiful and we were able to get amazing photos with the mountains in the background. During the reception, the event coordinators (title?) were great at communicating with us and took care of packing up all of our gifts, remembrance photos, yard games, and other belongings. We really did not have to worry about a thing. On top of that, all the staff at Santa Ana were very nice and congratulatory. It made us feel welcomed around every corner. It was a perfect day 🥰

g included everything we needed. They even offered extra services at no additional cost, such as a photo backdrop, cake cutting, and bar service. It was a relief having them handle the small details so we could focus on enjoying our day and feel less stressed during the planning process. They also had a great selection of colors and décor for napkins, centerpieces, flowers, the arch, the sweetheart table, and the backdrop. We booked the presidential suite for the night before the wedding, and the night of was included. Having the suite early made it much easier to bring in our things ahead of time. The bride and bridal party also used the room to get ready, and it comfortably fit nine people along with the hair and makeup artist and photographer. The natural light in the room was perfect for photos. The night-before stay wasn’t included, but it was discounted, which we really appreciated. We received many compliments on the food, and we personally enjoyed our buffet with sliced beef tenderloin and enchiladas. (We had previously attended another event at Santa Ana where the chicken and steak with chimichurri were a bit dry, but our wedding dinner was excellent.) Our ceremony and reception were both indoors, but the staff shuttled us outside afterward to take photos in their beautiful outdoor area. The decorations exceeded our expectations and looked even nicer than what we felt we had paid for. The reception space accommodated our 85 guests comfortably, and the dance floor was quite large—almost bigger than we needed, but still great to have. Overall, we were extremely happy with our decision to choose Santa Ana Casino. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, the staff was incredible, and we felt we received outstanding value for what we paid. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, stress-free experience with exceptional service.

Casino. They went above and beyond to make our wedding day completely stress-free and truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, they handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and confidence — from setup to takedown, I didn’t have to lift a finger on my big day. I was able to fully enjoy every moment knowing their team had everything under control. My husband and I added so many fishing-themed details throughout the wedding that truly reflected us as a couple — and the Santa Ana Star Casino team brought it all together beautifully. Every detail was handled with such care and ease, perfectly bringing our vision to life. We chose a buffet dinner and late-night pizza, and everything was absolutely delicious. Our guests raved about the food — and many joked, “When’s the next one?” That’s how much fun everyone had! Another reason we loved this venue was how much it offered our guests. We didn’t feel pressure to entertain because Santa Ana Star Casino has everything — bowling, a comedy club, great restaurants, a pool, and more. It made the whole weekend feel like a celebration, not just for us, but for everyone who came to support us. Before we found Santa Ana Star, we toured several venues — including outdoor ones I originally had my heart set on — but nothing compared to the all-inclusive convenience and exceptional service here. Most other places required separate vendors and extra coordination. Here, everything was included— setup, takedown, catering, and support — and it was all done seamlessly. From our very first visit and the warm welcome from Heather, to the constant support and professionalism from Jarren, we felt cared for every step of the way. Communication was clear, responsive, and reassuring. Every question was answered, every idea supported — even after the wedding was over. The accommodations were lovely, and the wedding gifts from the team were such a thoughtful surprise. I honestly wish the night never ended. I’m still so grateful for how smooth and beautiful everything was. eam day a reality. Santa Ana was not our first choice but our wedding guest list kept growing and we needed space to accommodate our 200 guests. Jarren was on it! I was afraid they were going to keep upselling us but Jarren was nice enough to not do that and respected our budget. He was attentive to our needs and answered our questions right away. When we had our food tasting meeting, we were treated like royalty. We got to meet the chef and he was super excited to cook for our wedding.The food was delicious and it accommodated everyone’s taste. They provided us with many tours of the venue and even showed us how our tables were going to be set. They provided decorations and a dance floor. The staff set everything up and tore everything down. We had a day of wedding coordinator and they worked with her perfectly. I highly recommend Santa Ana Casino and Hotel especially if you do not want your family to be working during your wedding. Santa Ana did everything perfectly.

that a couple of my guests meals were wrong and no one wanted to say anything because no one wanted to upset waitresses or waiters or anyone really and my sister is allergic to pineapple and we specifically ordered her meal with no pineapple because she loves salmon but couldn’t have the glaze and they still served it with the glaze and without her knowledge it was on there and she had an allergic reaction (nothing deadly) luckily there was Benadryl by a friend on hand. But nobody ever offered maybe even a small discount or to take her meal off or cook her something different after she wasn’t able to eat that at all. Other than this everything was great!!!

the course of nearly a year to confirm the room block and coordinate a shuttle between the original venue and Santa Ana. When things fell through at our original venue, we looked to Santa Ana and thankfully they had our original date available. Jarren helped me get in touch with Heather, their wedding coordinator, who quickly started planning and working with us to confirm details. Their process was extremely straightforward and easy: the tasting was very nice, and the banquet staff were great and very polite. We used their booklet to decide on napkin color, set up, extras, and other décor. I was so grateful to have Santa Ana staff available to do everything for us – they set everything up, made sure things ran smoothly with the ceremony, and were very attentive to the details we requested of them. They allowed us to put a personal touch on a lot of the elements of the wedding and I can’t say enough good things about the view!!! When there was a mix up with the rooms, Heather helped make it right and she was so helpful in answering my constant questions and she never seemed to get annoyed with helping us! In addition, when our cake never showed up, I believe the hotel staff scrambled to make us a nice chocolate cake in its place, which was extremely appreciated, so that our guests had some dessert to eat. The bar and banquet staff were also amazing, so kind and everyone made us feel like we were the most important thing on our wedding day. They even left us a complimentary gift in the room on the night of the wedding which was so unexpected but absolutely appreciated!!! Would recommend Santa Ana for anyone looking to get married in New Mexico!

we could never have pulled it off. This team of wonderful people executed perfectly what we envisioned and quite honestly, more! The evening was literally magical! Communication was impeccable during all stages of planning, especially the day of the ceremony. If I called, Heather answered immediately and met me right away to help with our every need. For these reasons and many more, I’m forever grateful. During meetings and all contact with the team, I felt like I was working with friends, not just going through the process of wedding planning. That’s exactly what I didn’t know I wanted or even needed during this exciting life event for my daughter and son-in-law. Multiple guests at the wedding were blown away after hearing that this was all put together so quickly! So, Heather and all involved, you’re ROCKSTARS! was the least stressful part of my wedding planning. The decoration options are amazing but the fact that you can bring in the your own decorations to add to theirs to make the venue truly special is AWESOME!! The food was to die for well worth the price per plate. My husband and I could not recommend this venue higher. We had about 80 guest and the size of the room was just right. Felt intimate but we weren’t on top of each other either. All in all just a wonderful place and AMAZING staff!!

great, but what blew me away was working with the event staff. Everyone was amazing and blew my expectations out of the water. They were absolutely fantastic and everything I wanted they made it happen. I had tons of decor that I brought, they worked with all my vendors to coordinate the day, and kept everything running smoothly so I didn’t worry about a thing. It was amazing to have that kind of piece of mind on such an important day that is filled with tons of details. The staff was absolutely amazing and their service and attention to detail made our day perfect. Walking into the venue blew me away and I hope every bride and groom gets that feeling on their day, and if you choose Santa Ana I know you will.
