I would like to start out by saying a huge thank you to everyone at Valley View for making our special day the best day we could have asked for. From our initial visit to the venue where we were shown around by Jake and explained how the process would go, to many follow up emails/messages/calls/meetings with Jen leading up to our big day made this experience less stressful than a bride and groom can imagine. Our special day was held at Valley View on November 13th, 2021, with all our family and friends from near and far. We had phenomenal weather and all the details were coordinated and set up by the team at Valley View. The bridal suite was so gorgeous and such a great space for the girls to get ready and hang out. The guys had their own groom’s suite which was a nice space for pre-wedding activities. Jake, Jen, and Marsha were all so accommodating and helpful with all things related to the big day and truly made you feel like you were a part of the Valley View family. So many of our guests shared with us that they have never seen a more beautiful wedding venue and we couldn’t agree more. The views that this venue offers are spectacular, truly breathtaking. We are so lucky that when we visited Valley View back in November of 2020, they were able to provide us upfront with their availability and the packages they offer. After visiting over 10 venues prior to Valley View, we immediately fell in love and knew we wanted to celebrate our special day here. Again, huge thank you to the team at Valley View for making us a part of your own. We’re very grateful for how seamless our big day went.

All of the staff at Santa Fe River Ranch went out of their way to make my daughter's wedding an amazing event. I can't say enough about how wonderful the venue was for the wedding. They have a house for the bridal party to get ready for the wedding and there is a house that can be rented for the groom. Extra nights can also be rented for more than one night.

Not only was this the best wedding venue in Gainesville but everyone that works here is outstanding. Marsha was our planner and she never missed a beat. I didn't have much for vision so I trusted her to decorate and it was just perfect. I cannot thank the staff enough for their professionalism and love into making my day just beautiful!! Having the lodge to stay at and get ready was so convenient and made for gorgeous getting ready pictures. All my out of town guests were so surprised at how gorgeous the venue being in little ole Gainesville.

I don't think need to mention anything about the property and facilities because they speak for themselves, the venue is completely gorgeous. The planning process was made so easy by Jennifer and Jake. They had a solution to every question, and truly took a lot of weight off our shoulders. On the day off, the staff went above and beyond to provide an incredible experience for our wedding. We planned to have our ceremony outside under the oak tree. As it got closer we realized that we'd have to move the ceremony indoors because of weather. Over the next few hours, mother nature threw every curve ball possible; tornado like squalls, power outages, flooding and more. Not only did the staff provide flawless service, they got generators up and running when there was no power, they got the local power company out ASAP, they provided out of the box solutions, coordinated our wedding party and guests, and made the whole event go off without a hitch (besides for me and my wife of course). Despite all of the extreme circumstances, the staff turned the event into a magical time for everyone involved. I legitimately believe that our wedding turned out much better than it would have if the weather had held off. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at the ranch. Big shout out to the MVP of the weekend, Marsha.

We were so lucky to have our wedding at Santa Fe River Ranch. Marsha and her team are a well-oiled machine. We did not have to worry or stress about any details, they were on top of everything. They were flexible, easy to work with, had great communication, and treated us like family. The property was absolutely beautiful! We had our ceremony under the big oak tree and reception in the barn, it was stunning and everything we envisioned. We also utilized the other guest houses on the property, which made getting ready and housing family so easy. On the day of the wedding, Marsha kept checking in with me to give me updates and asked if I needed anything, she truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect day. Santa Fe River Ranch is like a family. Every encounter they were so nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They completely made our wedding day our day! They made sure every detail was in place. We definitely recommend them! They were fantastic from the beginning to end. Thank you so much!!

We chose Santa Fe River Ranch as our venue for many reasons. One thing I looked for when choosing a venue was the "whole package". We were able to get into the venue Friday morning and we had it all the way until noon Sunday. This was very convenient for dropping things off, setting up for the rehearsal dinner ( which we were able to have there at their adorable rustic house ), and picking everything up the following day rather than having to clean up the night of. It was truly the whole package. My girls and I were able to spend the night Friday after the rehearsal at the "cottage" and it truly made the experience. Waking up at the venue, with all of my closest friends, was the perfect way to start the day and added to the excitement. The location is beautiful. If you are wanting the rustic but elegant barn feel, this is the perfect place. The owners themselves, along with their staff, went above and beyond to tend to our needs and accommodate us. They are directly involved during your time there and do everything possible to make your day go smoothly. We used their on-site coordinator, Susan, and she was amazing. I never felt rushed or stressed out. The day flowed perfectly start to finish. I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day, and I owe a lot of that to this wonderful venue. I highly recommend them!

There are absolutely no words to describe this venue. It just leaves you speechless! We had our wedding there on January 16th and it was the most amazing day ever. I wish I could do it all over again! We chose to do the destination bride package with them and it was so worth it. They had the most beautiful decorations that were included in the package, all of the vendors that they recommended to chose from were astounding, we got to use their on property houses the night before and we hosted our rehearsal dinner at "The Lodge" which is one of the houses on property where the bridesmaids and bride get to stay the night before and get ready in the day of. Everything ran so smooth, as the bride, I had absolutely no stresses the day of! Marsha and Susan were a dream to work with. I can't thank them enough, Alan was just so sweet and helped the night of the rehearsal dinner and brought us breakfast the day of the wedding. My now husband just thinks the world of him from the moment he took us on the tour of the place! I can't say enough about how smooth everything went. And to top it off, the VIEWS and the SUNSET! Some of my guests had heard me talk about how this was my favorite place ever over the course of planning and they looked at some of the photos online and when they arrived at the venue, they couldn't believe how beautiful it actually was. Literally every one of my guests commented on just how BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING this venue was! They were just blown away! I personally never wanted to leave! I cannot say enough about the whole venue and everyone who worked along side us to make our day the perfect day... I would absolutely recommend anyone getting married to just go view this venue, you'll fall in love with it immediately like I did! And you will not be disappointed!!

Best. Venue. Ever!!!!! Could not imagine my wedding day being any better than it was at this venue! Every person that works at the ranch is the most accommodating and sweetest person ever. If you want the most perfect wedding, this is the place for you!!!

The staff at Santa Fe River Ranch were wonderful to work with. The facility and land is gorgeous. We loved every trip out there while planning and had a picture perfect country wedding with our horses! From breakfast being brought to the lodge the morning of our wedding to easy pick up of our stuff the next morning, everything was great. The staff was very attentive during our wedding and many of our guests commented on this too! Overall a wonderful experience.

SFRR went above and beyond above and beyond. From the get-go, they were responsive, supportive, and flexible. They helped me handle family drama, and were welcoming of our requests to make a blended Judeo-Christian ceremony. And all that was BEFORE a pandemic. They then worked with us to postpone our wedding to a date they opened specifically for those of us whose weddings were derailed by COVID. They made sure we were safe, and they allowed us to have a socially distanced wedding while following all CDC recommendations. They even upgraded our catering from buffet to plated meals. They did this with grace, responsibility, and at NO COST to us. They were PHENOMENAL. No matter where you live in the country, SFRR is an amazing place to have an EXPERIENCE with your wedding. It's gorgeous too, by the way!!! There are not enough positive words to describe this venue, the wonderful owners and team, and the event that they created for us. My husband and I are so grateful. You should get married at SFRR!!!!!!!!!!!

Santa Fe River Ranch was outstanding from beginning to end with a beautiful venue led by a team of some of the kindest people I’ve met who are with you Every. Single. Step. of the way making sure the planning & day run seamlessly. They really are amazing people with wedding planning & hosting down to a science, making it possible & fun to plan a wedding a state away! I am beyond happy we had our wedding here!

Our wedding was absolutely incredible-- I cannot say enough good things about the owners of the ranch and everyone we worked with. Marsha the venue coordinator is so incredible and did so much of the leg work for us from helping to pick flowers, arranging centerpieces, and coordinating vendors. The ceremony site under the tree and the reception barn as beautiful on their own with little decoration needed. This is a perfect venue for busy couples since they help so much with the planning and coordination. So many of our guests told us this was the best wedding they had been to! Thank you to Marsha and the Hitchcocks for a perfect day!

The setting was perfect and so beautiful! The staff at SFRR were professional but also so friendly and we always felt like they really cared about us and wanted the day to be as perfect as we wanted it to be. Thank y’all so much!!

SFRR is unmatched in the "yes ma'am" policy. If you have any ideas or request they go out of their way to make sure it happens. Marsha was more than just a day-of coordinator, she was invaluable from the very start: always answering texts or calls almost immediately, creating a full weekend timeline, helping guests and pretty much anything you haven't thought of. The Hitchcocks who own the venue are there to help out every step of the way, and you can't find a better or more beautiful location for you best day ever!

Santa Fe River Ranch is beyond amazing! Even though the Florida weather didn’t cooperate, our daughters wedding couldn’t have been more beautiful. Alan, Jake, Cathy, and the entire Hitchcock staff went above and beyond to make sure that the wedding was perfect. Less than 2 hours before the wedding was to start, it was decided that the ceremony would have to be moved inside. Within a short time, the barn was transformed beautifully, in fact, most guests never even knew that there was a location change. I remember seeing the Hitchcock’s and their staff out in the pouring rain ensuring that everything went smoothly and we will always be grateful. Our daughter dreamed about her wedding since she was a little girl and she calls her wedding day, “The Best Day Ever!” Our family and friends highly recommend SFRR, we believe that there is no other wedding venue that could’ve provided a more perfect day. From the beautiful location, to the wonderful staff, to the way that they treated us like their own family, we are forever grateful and will always cherish the memories of that day!

Not only is this ranch beautiful, the staff go above and beyond to make your wedding and the planning run smoothly. Any question we emailed them they responded promptly with the answer. They provided a wedding planner with the venue to assist us in the planning due to us not being from the area. We also did not find any other venue that would give you 2 days to set up, a day for the wedding, and a day to take down. We highly recommend this venue for your rustic country dream wedding!

Santa Fe River Ranch is absolutely the best venue - hands down. The ENTIRE staff from the owners to the wedding coordinator worked tirelessly to ensure that my wedding was beautiful, fun, safe, entertaining and everything that my fiance and I dreamed it would be. The venue is utterly gorgeous - the oak tree, barn, and the reception hall are breathtaking, especially at night. My fiance and I did a lot of research on caterers, flowers, music, and wedding coordinators - the list of vendors provided by SFRR always came out on top. Our wedding was spectacular; every one of our guests danced the night way, enjoyed the delicious food, and were breath taken by the beauty of our wedding!

I’m not even sure where to start! We got married this past Saturday and we could not have had a better day! Jake has been awesome since we went and viewed this venue last year. Since we have booked with them he kept in touch with us and answered all questions and emails very quickly. He or his father we always available when we wanted to visit. This venue is beautiful. I was so thankful to have to lodge to get ready in, and to be able to start setting up in the Thursday prior. It was also great to be able to leave everything Saturday night and come back Sunday to clean up. The night of the wedding all of the staff was fabulous, and Jake was there himself to help make sure our night went perfect! Marsha our coordinator was fantastic. She was there to answer and question and did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly. We had a couple surprises that she was happy to help us work into our wedding! We had some issues with our caterer that we found out about, and Jake, his father, and Marsha went out of their way to help us fix the issue! It was comforting and less stressful knowing that they were there willingly to do what they could to help us! I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect place! It is more then worth it. They make you feel as if you are part of their family! Thank you so much Jake, Marsha, and staff for making our night magical!

I could not have imagined a better experience for our wedding than the one we got from SFRR! To begin, the property itself is breathtaking as well as the barns. Jake, Alan, and the staff go over and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect for your big day. The bridal suit was the perfect place for my bridesmaids and I to stay together the night before the wedding and has a great setup to make sure that getting hair and makeup done is a breeze. Mr. Alan even delivered us a homemade breakfast casserole and coffee! Everything was absolutely perfect and they help make it stress free. This is by far the best wedding venue around!

As a mother of just boys I was excited to be a part of planning of my nieces wedding at Santa Fe River Ranch. The venue itself, the staff and everything about SFRR exceeded our expectations! I would recommend SFRR to anyone getting married!

The venue is stunning and the customer service is unmatched. The Hitchcocks are truly some of the nicest people we've ever met. Jake was so helpful during our planning process. He thoroughly answered all of our questions, and even answered questions before we could ask them (my husband and I are very detail-oriented, so we loved this about him!). Alan was so involved and helpful the day of, making sure everything ran smoothly. The venue itself is so versatile in the event of any weather issues and every option is beautiful (we had to move the dance floor inside because it was so cold). You definitely get more than just a venue when you book SFRR. Jake and his staff go above and beyond to make sure your wedding not only feels like a priority, but that it is as perfect as possible. We are so thankful for them and everything they did for us. Our day was perfect and I know that wouldn't have been possible without them!

If there is one word to describe this venue it would simply be AMAZING! My wedding at SFRR was all I have ever dreamed of and more! The whole team really goes the extra mile to make your day/ weekend Outstanding! From the get go when we went to see the venue and booked, the team became like family! Always there to answer Every question & with quick response which is very helpful! John and I chose to have our rehearsal dinner at the lodge! What a Fablous option! Mr. Hitchcock greeted us girls the day of the wedding with a fabulous spread for breakfast and it just got better from there! We just had the most unbelievable wedding for our daughter at Santa Fe River Ranch in Alachua, Florida. The venue was amazingly beautiful and the staff was super sweet and accommodating. Keith Watson Events from Gainesville, Florida , made the two brides vision come true. The photography was by Sam Hitchcock Ward, and she was phenomenal. Sunsets were just so breath taking! SFRR was so accommodating to all of our dreams and wishes. The venue is hard to beat as is it absolutely the most gorgeous place we have been, and we have been to quite a few barn style weddings. Our wedding day/week could not have been more smooth or perfect. The Hitchcock’s went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our wedding was taken care of and exceeded all of our expectations. They have been extremely easy to communicate with from the first day we toured the beautiful venue to every time we called with a “detail” question along with providing helpful advice. Importantly, they also have a wonderful reputation with the local vendors which made the planning process a breeze. We will forever be grateful to Santa Fe River Ranch for creating the wedding of of dreams that we will always remember. We highly recommend Santa Fe Ranch Ranch, you will not find a better wedding venue. Lastly, don’t forget to ask about the horse and carriage and if you’re lucky you may even kiss a cow!

Absolutely amazing venue. Turned out to be the most beautiful wedding. We had the best time and the owners and staff were so extremely kind and helpful. They work so hard to make everything go smooth and just the way you want it. Any person at the sight is approachable and respectful. We couldn't be more happy with the way our special day went and the way that we were treated by the staff. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND having you wedding here. You will not be disappointed!!!

Alan and his son Jake were absolutely incredible. I felt like a member of the family. This family took care of my husband and I and were there for every last minute emergency. I am so grateful to these two they were such a blessing. Such a great experience I would get married a second time!

I could not have asked for a more perfect day and the Santa Fe River Ranch played a huge role in making it perfect! The owners Alan and Jake were there through out the whole wedding week, from helping us set up, to making sure that everything happened just the way that I wanted before the wedding and then making sure I was happy with everything throughout the night!
