t the tone for what a thoughtful, professional experience should feel like. It was the first venue we toured, and we truly had no idea what we were doing, but Madison took her time walking us through everything. She asked about our vision, the other venues we were looking at, and the vibe we wanted for our wedding. Even after the tour, she encouraged us to reach out with any questions, and she meant it. She went above and beyond every step of the way. Later in the process, when we decided on Sapphire Estate, Madison gave us another tour to show the new getting-ready space, and she was just as amazing the second time—personable, patient, and so genuinely kind. Our event producer, Kayla Caddy Williams, was truly outstanding. I sent her countless emails throughout the planning process, and she always responded quickly, kindly, and with clear direction. She kept us on track and made sure every detail was perfectly planned. On the wedding day, she went above and beyond. It was 80° outside, the ground was muddy, and our second photographer didn’t show up. I was hot, overwhelmed, and on the verge of tears. Kayla could tell before I even said a word. She walked down during photos with a drink in her hand, handed it to me, and said, “We’re going to take this last photo and then go upstairs for a quick break.” It was exactly what I needed, and I’ll never forget that small act of care. The venue itself is stunning. There are endless spots for photos, the grounds are immaculate, and the Gatehouse getting-ready suite is absolutely perfect. It’s beautiful, spacious, and such a fun place to have your bridal party together before the ceremony. We also had Amanda as our bridal attendant, and she was unbelievable. I joked after the wedding that I felt like Princess Mia from The Princess Diaries, and Amanda was my royal staff. Every time I turned around, she was right there handing me my bouquet, holding my drink, fixing my dress, or helping with something before I even had to ask. She truly made me feel like a princess. The only minor issues we experienced had nothing to do with these amazing staff members. Some of our guests mentioned that the drinks were very weak, and a few ended up ordering a shot of vodka on the rocks to mix their own drinks—a little frustrating considering the bar tab was open all night. We also noticed that when guests left their drinks on the tables to go dance, they often came back to find them cleared away. Sapphire Estate had asked us to avoid bringing drinks onto the dance floor, but they weren’t strict about it. People did bring drinks out there and it was totally fine. It just seemed like the staff were being a bit overzealous about cleaning up, which led to some full drinks being thrown away. All that said, those were small things compared to how perfect the day was overall. I highly, highly recommend Sapphire Estate, and especially Kayla Caddy Williams, Madison Jarrett, and Amanda. They made our wedding day absolutely flawless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more beautiful venue.

ERED me new year’s day. The only group to provide a quick reply - always within 24 hours of me reaching out. They’re pleasant, detailed, and know what they’re doing. We were in amazing hands. We had a wonderful tour and we felt taken care of! We had Kayla as our event producer and she was amazing. Patient, ON OUR TEAM, thorough, confident, detailed, spot on, accurate, angelic, PHENOMENAL at her job! She understood the politics, the assignment, the vibe, EVERYTHING. They executed our wedding to a T - absolute perfection. Not a single hiccup. Our bridal attendant Jeannine was SO SO SWEET! Jeannine even stole us for a private cocktail hour and MADE sure we ate! All night she’d give us a heads up before the next task and kept us on track. Everyone that worked our wedding was just perfect and professional. So much thought in what they do. Any time we’d reach out - no matter the time of day or year- they answered us immediately. They also communicate via text or email. It’s clear they do this well and for all of the right reasons. Highly highly recommend and cannot thank everyone there enough!

We had several meetings in advance to go over every little detail and Kayla was very responsive to any questions we had along the way. Saphire also was pretty affordable, especially given our larger guest count. We loved everything about our wedding there.

The food- from the apps to salads to entrees to cookies- were delicious. And the timing of everything was spot on- we got to do all the traditions we wanted (first dance, cake cutting, speeches) but still have plenty of time for dancing. They had multiple people keeping us on track, ensuring everything went smoothly. Everyone warned me the wedding would go by super fast, which it did, but I was able to enjoy every second of it because Kayla and the rest of the staff took care of everything.

The romantic outdoor pergola provided the most magical setting for our ceremony, surrounded by stunning natural scenery ranging from calm wooded areas to a serene lake. The cocktail hour space was also elegant and welcoming, and the reception hall was spacious, beautifully designed with nice lighting, and perfect for dinner, dancing, and celebrating all night long. There’s even a private bridal suite tucked away on the second floor that gave us a few quiet moments to breathe and soak it all in. Every space felt intentional, beautiful, and made for unforgettable memories. A huge shoutout also to our event producer, Anne Zarzycki, who executed every detail flawlessly. It's a true enormous job to manage all of the different vendors for a wedding (florist, DJ, officiant, shuttle, cake, etc) and thanks to her expert planning and calm, organized presence, everything ran perfectly on time and we truly didn’t even have to stress about anything day of. We were able to be as fully present as possible and just enjoy every second of our day. Do not walk, RUN, to book Saphire Estate. It was hands down the BEST decision we made for our wedding. We are endlessly grateful for such a beautiful and seamless experience!

re overwhelmed with planning. She had extensive expertise and we knew our wedding reception was in good hands. The final product was everything we had hoped for, from a beautiful venue to delicious food. Everyone kept talking about how much they loved the food! They were able to customize every detail just the way we wanted. We even had little milkshakes at the end of the night! I can't recommend this venue enough! They take care of everything and have amazing vendor recommendations. They turned the wedding planning process into something we could enjoy and stress free. It was perfect!!!

The group tasting experience was great and so well-done, and planning all of our little details with Kayla over the course of a few meetings was also so easy and fun! On the day of our wedding Kayla and Judy made sure everything went seamlessly - it was so nice not to have to worry about anything as Kayla made sure the vendors knew where to be and when. Judy was our bridal attendant and was so attentive to what we needed without being overbearing. We got so many compliments on the food and service (2 of our guests are chefs at venues and they were highly impressed). Overall we wouldn't change anything about our big day and I highly recommend Saphire Estate and SEG to anyone!

And she perfectly coordinated our wedding while also planning her own wedding 3 weeks earlier - seriously amazing! She actually acted communicated directly with all of our vendors which relieved a lot of pressure on us to communicate between so many different parties in the weeks leading up to our wedding.

venue itself was also perfect for our wedding. It has New England charm while still feeling elegant. We had about 170 people at our wedding. Everyone fit, but the indoor ceremony space and dance floor were a little tight. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple with a wedding size of about 160 or less.

Without any decor, this place is absolutely beautiful. It was a no brainer picking this venue! Not to mention the food is to die for. We had so many people coming up to us saying how delicious their food was. If you happen to have a fall wedding, you NEEEEEED to do the butternut squash bisque as an horderve -- literally top things ive ever ate lol. The day of the wedding was beautiful & seamless. Kayla, Sydney and Jeannine were our dream team for the day. They all were so helpful with everything. They will come up to you while taking photos to give you a bite to eat, a drink to sip on, and even hold your dress up while you walk. They are seriously the best team!! Kayla was our event producer from the start of the journey, and she was amazing, she is very personable, and would always answer my 50000 emails/questions I had without a complaint lol. I was a DIY bride, so i had a lot of questions going in, and the team made everything so seamless and beautiful. They had set up all my decor exactly how i pictured it -- even better than my pinterest board inspo :) If you are considering and of the SEG venues or Saphire Estate -- do it!!!!

on. The food is good as far as wedding food goes. We recommend the salmon with citrus salsa! The clam chowder is also amazing! I wish I could give a full 5 stars, but I went in with the expectation that an event manager (included in your package) was like a wedding planner, and you definitely don't get that level of support. My bridal attendant on the wedding day was missing for some time that we could have used someone to run around and grab people/things. We had an issue with some undercooked broccolini, but we got a full refund, which was awesome! Overall, Saphire Estate is super professional. While it is expensive (as all professional venues are), I consider it super worth it to go with a venue that knows what they are doing. My wedding day went absolutely perfectly, largely thanks to Saphire!

This venue is across the street from Lake Massapoag so they have a little beach for sunset photos! There is also a cute spot in a wooded area for nature inspired photos and a very cute garden for group shots! The photo op areas were a big selling point for me haha! The ceremony space was decorated beautifully, and the cocktail hour space has a very modern but timeless vibe to it! The estate itself was gorgeous! The food was fantastic! We had a relatively small wedding (less than 100 guests) and there was plenty of space to party! The staff was super professional and very nice! We got so many compliments from our guests about the venue, food, and the party itself! I would highly recommend Saphire Estate to anyone!

Estate and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We then got our event producer, Kayla, and were left in excellent hands. Everything from the tasting event, quarterly check-ins, drafting the timeline, and the wedding itself. Kayla, Jeannine, Sofia and all the staff were on top of everything throughout the evening, leaving the two of us with zero stress. We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was, how professional and organized the staff are, and that the food was absolutely delicious. We feel people don't hear that enough about wedding venues but the food was truly amazing here and we wish there was a Saphire Restaurant. On top of having such a beautiful venue for the reception, they also have a lovely outdoor ceremony space and a separate cocktail hour room which we loved because now the whole night isn't spent only in one space for the guests, and they got to move around. On the street the estate is on, there's also a grassy yard with a bridge, a woodsy path with a bench, and property right on the lake that all create amazing photo opportunities, especially with a sunset on the water. We and our guests had such a wonderful time and we're so glad we went with Saphire Estate for our important day as it had such an impact on making this one of the happiest days of our lives. We just want to give another huge thank you to Kayla and the whole Saphire team for making this day unforgettable.

at the venue, the rehearsal on the day before was done with so much professionalism. We had a different type of wedding with 80 guests flying in from Iceland. Even though Icelandic weddings are a lot different than the typical American weddings the people at Saphire Estate did amazing in coordinating everything so that everything would go perfectly. The food was delicious and we got so many compliments from our guests about it. Kayla was our event producer and we could not have been in better hands. She made the whole planning easy for us and was 100% on point with every little detail. We had to change the whole timeline a week before the wedding along with some other details and she was so flexible and helpful with it all. She went above and beyond on our wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly and we could never thank her enough for her work.

beyond helpful in planning, she was flexible and accommodating and I don’t think we heard the word “no” once throughout our nearly yearlong timeline. Most important of all – on the actual wedding day, we didn’t have to do a thing except enjoy ourselves! The food was phenomenal, the staff made sure all special requests were met, and they set up everything from the guest book photo station to a memorial table. The ceremony and reception were both stunning. Cannot say enough good things about Kayla and the crew at Saphire Estate! We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding.
