Wendy and the staff at Sapphire Banquet Hall and Conference Center were simply amazing! The helped to make our 25 Wedding Anniversary Celebration a night that my husband and I will never forget! It was truly the best night ever! 10/10 recommend!

Not many event centers have a free standing building in the DFW area. Sapphire has that unique feature with ample of parking. That’s what I liked about it when I first saw it. Interior is beautiful and elegant. The service was extremely professional. I will recommend it to anyone who is looking to host their event.

I was a bride's maid at my sister's wedding. Absolutely love this venue. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We experienced the best customer service and they went out of their way to make our event successful. Thank you Sapphire!
Where do I begin! Horrible place .We paid over 10k for the venue ! We purchased our wedding coordinator,servers,cocktails waitress,security,bartenders through the venue.The venue change wedding coordinator twice without my knowledge (because they quit) The last time literally was one week before my wedding .The new coordinator knew nothing!!!
I paid for servers because the first coordinator advised me to do my catering drop off n use them for the servers ! The servers did not serve my food !!!! Look like he found people off the street!
I paid for cocktails waitress that I did not have ! I paid for security I did not have !!!!
The wedding coordinator did not stay doing my event instead I had to make sure my own wedding was on schedule timeline !!!
They did not refund my money only the deposit! They made sure excuses about the servers do not serve food for liability reason(but why offer servers and charge me )
I had to track them down for deposit!

My wedding was horrible and I regret using them! They will take you money but not delivered the service.Instead they blame it on being a new establishment!
Horrible place to book
I had toured the venue March 2021 and have been in constant communication with the owner and general manager. We ended up depositing to book our wedding for 11/5/2022 around 8/2021. We received a text from the general manager (Tiffany) and she said there was a three day wedding booked during our wedding so we should move it and that we would receive 25% off the rental cost and get the whole building to ourself due to the inconvenience. (So we agreed because who wants to have a wedding the same time someone else is too) Fastforward to 3/2022 for the grand opening of the venue, I had to contact the owner because the proposal did not have the 25% discount (only a 14% discount). We had a meeting with the owner and he said he does not know anything about the 25% discount, general manager is no longer with them, and there was no three day wedding booked in Nov so he does not honor the discount. (I sent the owner the proof via text and told him she even mentioned it on HoneyBook where all the owners are attached and upped all the prices for food, drinks, cake cutting, and also charge for the GOLD PACKAGE (premium gold chairs and decor) that was suppose to be with it. So we had a 12K increase in our proposal. As a customer , we are just in shock because we had signed our deposit back in 8/2021 and the proposal is NOW BEING UPDATED and now it is so much more expensive.
I would be stressed out thinking about how the proposal can change 3 days prior to my wedding date. As a result, my fiance and I decided to look for other venues because how can I plan this wedding in advance and still have to deal with this. I was only able to get back 1000 from my 5000 deposit. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VENUE TO ANYONE.
