Look no further if you are looking for a gorgeous wedding venue in NE Ohio! 1). The price may seem a tad high when you originally get your quote but trust me it's worth every penny. The venue itself is naturally beautiful so you don't need to spend a lot on additional items because of the gardens and aesthetic already in/around/at the venue. 2). The service is top notch. Lexi was our wedding day coordinator (baked into the cost of the venue) and she basically acted as our wedding planner a year out! The service during the wedding was top notch as well - we had a personal server attending to our needs prior to the ceremony and after the ceremony. They do a great job on taking care of you and your partner! 3). Details - they are very detailed oriented and provide clear timelines on what needs to be done. The executed our vision very well for the wedding day itself and we were speechless once we saw everything come together 4). Food and drink - it's pretty unreal how good the food is especially when they are providing it for so many people. Our guests couldn't stop raving about their dinners! Drinks were also on point and we had some specialty cocktails that were very consistent throughout the night. 5) Guest feedback - they said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've ever attended. Grant it - there's a lot of work to be done as a bride and groom but the wedding venue/staff execute incredibly well on your vision and how to make the day special. Overall, you really don't need to look any further. We spent weeks comparing California venues to Sapphire and by the end of it, we couldn't be happier with our decision. Lexi and team - thank you!!

When we first stumbled upon Sapphire Creek Winery in our search for a wedding venue, we immediately knew that we had found our dream location! Lexie and the entire team at Sapphire Creek provided the highest level of professionalism and care throughout the entire wedding planning process to help bring our dream day to life. I always felt at ease knowing that all of our hopes and plans for the day would be executed seamlessly, and they did not disappoint on our wedding day! SCW was also very open to working with other professional vendors to help tailor our day to exactly what we envisioned. We had numerous guests gush about the gorgeous grounds- every inch makes you feel like you are transported into a fairytale. Many guests also mentioned that it was one of the best meals they’d ever had at a wedding. We also loved their tradition of “burying the bourbon” a month before the wedding- it successfully helped to ward off any rain and was another unique memory that we wove into our day. It was truly the most magical day of our lives and we couldn’t recommend it more for those looking for a spectacular venue!

Sapphire Creek had my heart from the moment we walked in, the venue is absolutely stunning! It's tucked away and has a nice modern feel to it, which is just what we were looking for. The food and drinks were very tasty & we received a bunch of compliments on this from our guests. Working with Alexis was a breath of fresh air, she was very knowledgeable and took the time to work through every little detail with us. I could not picture having our ceremony & reception any where else!

My husband and I got married at Sapphire Creek this past weekend and it could not have been more perfect. Lexie was an actual dream, making sure all of our visions for the day came to life, and without any stress at all. One of my bridesmaids actually told me I was uncharacteristically calm, and it was all because of how incredible and professional Lexie was. The day went off without a hitch, and that says a lot when there was on and off rain and hail all day! Getting ready was amazing, the space upstairs for the bridesmaids was great. The lighting was incredible so it made our makeup artist happy and was great for pictures. The guys loved hanging out downstairs and watching tv. It was also so stress free being all in one place all day, we didn’t need to do any coordinating of getting around to multiple locations. It was something I didn’t even realize when booking but cannot imagine any other scenario! Our guests were absolutely blown away by the beauty of SCW. One guest told us that we had the best wedding food he’s ever had, and we completely agree. From the beauty of the building and grounds, the incredible food, and just the overall amazing experience as the bride and groom, we cannot recommend SCW enough! We want all of our friends to get married here, both so they have as amazing of an experience as we did, but also because we want to come back as soon as we can <3

I HIGHLY recommend Sapphire Creek Winery as it is truly the best wedding venue! Alexis Limer and her team were absolutely fantastic both throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. We had structured timelines during the planning process and Alexis was always super responsive when it came to answering questions. On the wedding day I truly didn't have to worry about anything. Alexis and the crew were so helpful in setting everything up exactly like I envisioned. Everyone was also just so nice and attentive the entire day. We had two amazing butlers serving us on our wedding day to always ensure we had everything we needed which was just so nice (I even got a last minute cocktail before walking down the isle!). In addition to a fantastic team, the venue is absolutely gorgeous. Every guest commented on how lovely the property was and thoroughly enjoyed walking around and taking pictures at the many scenic places. The area where the reception was held was so beautiful and the team at Sapphire creek takes tremendous pride in making sure it is exactly how you imagined it for your wedding day. The Bury the Bourbon tradition is a unique and intimate touch that they offer couples and makes for a memorable moment with the wedding party. Lastly, we had so many compliments on the food! Everyone loved our appetizers (highly recommend the charcuterie table, it was a hit!) as well as raved about how good their entrees were. Overall, I would highly recommend Sapphire Creek. It's a beautiful venue, has amazing food, attentive and professional staff, and we were able to party the night away without having to worry about anything!

I truly could not have more positive things to say about Sapphire Creek. From start to finish, our experience with the venue and their team was absolutely phenomenal. Lexie and Meghan were so helpful and made our special day absolutely perfect. It truly felt as though we had a wedding planner, but provided by the venue. Worth every penny! We had another wedding the night before (as we had a multicultural celebration) and there is no comparison to the caliber of support and service you get at Sapphire Creek. 10/10 recommend!

Their team worked with us from the beginning, all through the planning process and were very detail-oriented and provided structured timelines / emails throughout to ensure nothing was missed. Lexie was not only attentive and organized, but was also just the sweetest and a joy to work with! On the day-of, Lexie and her team worked in tandem with our wedding planning team to ensure our day went smoothly, even incorporating a few last-minute timeline changes (per my request as the overheating bride, who wanted to be sure to change as quickly as possible). The venue boasts stunning backdrops for the ceremony (whichever location you choose), ample space across the property for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour, and the perfect space for a reception. The Bury the Bourbon tradition is a unique and intimate touch that they offer couples and makes for a memorable moment with the wedding party. All of our design elements popped and were complimented by the natural beauty of the venue itself. The Sapphire Creek staff were incredibly supportive, attentive, and professional (e.g., Jamie took care of the bride / groom, wedding party, and immediate family – drink orders were taken prior to the ceremony so we had our drinks for cocktail hour without having to worry about it). All of our guests raved about how beautiful the space was, how delicious all of the food was, and how wonderful of an event our wedding was. This was the perfect venue and provided more than just a place to get married - it offered gorgeous vibes, incredible grounds for guests to explore, stunning backgrounds for the ceremony and photos, and delicious food / drinks all night long! We cannot recommend Sapphire Creek enough!

After our daughter's elopement to Apuglia Italy, we never thought the stateside reception could be as beautiful. We were so wrong! Sapphire Creek is a stunning venue, with an exceptional staff and what our guests described as "the best wedding food ever!" Cocktail hour was in the garden with their own blend of wines. passed canapés, and a beautiful charcuterie table. The hall itself is stunning and our guests enjoyed roaming the grounds when not dancing. As the MOB, with the couple splitting their time between LA & Sweden, Alexis Limer was so patient with me. She worked tirelessly across 3 time zones in the planning process and we couldn't be more grateful. Our event was flawless.

Lexie and the team did an amazing job with our wedding. They did all the heavy lifting the day of and made sure everything went to plan perfectly. They also were always very quick to answer any questions we had throughout the planning process. Everything turned out beyond beautiful and we couldn't have dreamt of a more beautiful venue for our wedding.

Sapphire Creek was our dream wedding venue and our wedding day there was nothing short of magical. From the moment we toured the venue to the day after the wedding, the team at Sapphire Creek made us feel like we were in good hands. Everyone was very professional, kind, and friendly. Our wedding coordinator, Meghan, was super organized, diligent, and thorough. I probably sent her over a hundred emails over the course of the planning process and she was always so quick to respond, patient, helpful, and clear. She made everything feel easy and fluid. On the day of the wedding, the staff helped set up all of our decor and they did such a great job. As an event planner myself, I like to have control over all of the details but, with this team supporting me, I was able to completely let go and enjoy the day. During the event, Jodie helped make sure the bridal party, our parents and close family had personal service all night. She was lovely! Grace, and the rest of the staff were so sweet. At the end of the night, they helped us pack everything away and made it easy to grab the next morning. We got SO many compliments on the wedding, especially the food. And I quote “the sweet potatoes were so good…and I don’t even like sweet potatoes!” The food is made to order and served very expediently. We appreciated that they don’t serve food or clear tables while there is an activity taking place like speeches or dances so as not to interrupt. Also loved that they didn’t clear our food until much later in the night so we could enjoy to when we had a moment! The venue and grounds were absolutely breathtaking, the service was stellar, and the food was delicious. Feel so fortunate we got to celebrate our special day here and couldn’t recommend enough.

We had an amazing experience with Meg and the staff at Sapphire Creek. Everything was absolutely gorgeous, and they made our special day perfect even with some pop up thunderstorms. I can’t express how grateful I am for the team - they made my day stress free, and made a special effort to include all of the personal touches that we wanted. Our wedding planning started two years ago. Sapphire Creek was one of the first venues we toured.. we were instantly sold. Not only is it beautiful, but extremely welcoming. The Sapphire Creek team worked so well to accommodate all of our asks, from checking in with various vendors on little details to figuring out a way to allow our dogs to be a part of our ceremony.. this all meant so much to us. Not enough amazing words to say. My husband and I hosted our wedding at Sapphire Creek in August of 2023. From the very beginning of our engagement, until following up after our event, Sapphire Creek was nothing short of wonderful. Aside from the obvious beauty of the venue, everyone was very attentive and accommodating. They always made us feel as we were the only people in the room, making sure our day was perfect. Meg and the entire team are wonderful at what they do and we will never be able to thank them enough for making our dream wedding come true.

We do not typically write reviews but in this case we have to make an exception. We had our daughter’s wedding here on 8/25, and we mean everything was absolutely perfect, perfect, perfect!! The venue, the food (5 star) and the way it came together was absolutely beyond words! Our guests are still coming up to us saying it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The staff was so attentive that from the start of the morning till the end of the night we didn’t have to worry about anything and just enjoyed every moment of our daughter’s special day. Meghan was a Rock Star, there was not one hiccup and she was on top of every detail! Jodi made sure we didn’t want anything - during pictures she made sure we had appetizers (which were amazing) and drinks. Sapphire and their team crushed it and thank you doesn’t seem to be enough! Absolutely best wedding venue all around!

I got married at Sapphire Creek on 7/8 and it was absolutely magical! The venue was the perfect setup for indoor and outdoor. The grounds are stunning and the inside is so elegant. I cannot speak highly enough about the on-site coordinator, Meghan, who was amazing to work with! She helped coordinate every detail and timeline so that the day flowed smoothly. My wedding would not have been possible without her guidance along the way! Jodi was a staff member who took care of the bride and groom and parents of the bride and groom on the wedding day. She made sure all of our needs were met promptly and efficiently- she truly helped to make the day of stress-free! The food is incredible- all of our guests were raving about it!! We had our wedding here on 8/5/23 and could not recommend it enough. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Meg was wonderful to work with and managed every request, question, change etc. with ease. The staff on the day/night of our wedding was outstanding. Each and every one of them was polite, accommodating and helpful. If I could have my wedding 100x over I would do it at Sapphire each time. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Sapphire Creek Winery and Gardens not only met but also exceeded our expectations with respect to pulling off a Perfect Wedding! They focused on keeping the Bride and Groom happy throughout the reception, even providing us and our parents with our personalized Butler who got us drinks and anything we needed. Visit the Venue and see for yourself how lovely it is. Enchanting gardens, an open floor space. We comfortably seated 75 guests. We had plated dinners and delicious appetizers. The guests are raving still about the food and the Venue days later!!! Meg was really easy to work with leading up to our Wedding Day. They also take care of guests and ask for AND accommodate those with Food Allergies. April 1, 2023 is a Day that will live in our Hearts and Memories forever. Absolutely amazing wedding venue! We looked at a few venues but Sapphire Creek Winery and Gardens was an absolute dream. Meghan and Julianne went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day ran smoothly. They were both very helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond to questions making the whole process stress-free. The food was delicious and of high quality, alcohol was fantastic, and the staff on the night were courteous and professional which allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day. We received so much positive feedback from all of our guests because they were so impressed with the service, venue and delectable food and drinks. Our day was nothing short of perfect and felt magical!!!

Sapphire Creek was the absolute PERFECT wedding venue for our September wedding. From the very first conversation I had with Julianne and Meghan, I knew we were in good hands. They essentially guided us through the whole planning process, kept us on track with timelines and deadlines, answered my questions in a very timely manner (even on weekends when I asked questions at 10:00 at night), and made sure every detail was perfect the day of. They really go above and beyond to make the day run smoothly. They accommodated last minute changes and took my stress away so I could focus on having a great day! We especially want to thank Meg and Julianne, the coordinators, and Jodi who made sure we, and our parents, had everything we needed throughout the day (drinks, food, etc). All the feedback from our guests has been so positive and our friends and family STILL reach out to us months later to say what an incredible venue it was all around. Sapphire Creek (SC) was the perfect venue in every way! Not only is it the most beautiful space (the interior as well as the landscaping is exceptional) but the SC team was a dream to work with. Meg and Julianne were fantastic and made my life so much easier during the wedding planning process. They thought of everything! We especially loved our own personal butler during the wedding day (who made sure we were well fed and always attended to!). Furthermore, I can't say enough about the food especially those mini beef wellingtons. So many of our guests have raved about the food at our wedding saying it was THE BEST meal they have ever had at a wedding. Thank you SC for making our day so special!!

At every step of the way Meg and Julianne (as well as the entire venue staff day off!) went above and beyond to make our wedding the most spectacular day. I couldn't recommend Sapphire Creek enough. My husband and I immediately fell in love with the venue but little did I know I'd have the best team by my side throughout the entire process. We even had a little snafu with one of our vendors and Meg took care of everything, which she didn't have to do at all. I truly was able to enjoy the day without any stress. Our guests expressed to us that this was the most beautiful, intimate wedding they have ever been to and we received many compliments on the delicious plated meals. The staff at Sapphire Creek truly catered to me, my husband and our parents throughout the entire day. I cannot say thank you enough!

WOW we could not have asked for a better wedding experience with Meghan and her team at Sapphire Creek!!! From the start Meghan made this a seamless event for us, she was so detailed and helpful in answering all my questions (which were a lot!!) throughout the over a year of planning with her, Julianne and the Sapphire Creek team. I cannot say enough about how phenomenal her service was! The venue on it's own is so stunning, minimal extra decorations needed which was exactly what we were looking food, the place speaks for itself! The food and service was the best we've ever had at a wedding (amazing for just a dinner at the restaurant as well!) and our guests all said the same. I am gluten free, as well as a number of our guests, and they were able to make our entire wedding gluten free even the crackers for the cheese display, if you are also gluten free you know that is basically unheard of especially for a wedding! I was so grateful and blown away by the effort to ensure I wouldn't get sick on my wedding day. They also were able to accommodate for other allergies our guests had. They assigned a specific staff member, Jodi, to the bridal party who was our go to on the day of for anything we needed and she always made sure we had a drink in our hand. Jodi was so amazing!! Our guests had such great things to say about all the servers and bar staff, everyone was so friendly, helpful and fun. Truly 10/10 stars with Sapphire Creek, thank you Meghan and Sapphire Creek for the wedding of my dreams! We can't wait to come back to Sapphire Creek for many date nights in the future!

I couldn't dream of a more perfect wedding venue! Where do I even start?? All staff were kind, helpful, insightful, responsive, and just incredible to work with during planning and the day-of--especially Meg and Julianne. From the beginning, they treated us like our wedding was the most important one (as I'm sure they treat all of their couples!). There wasn't a question they didn't have a helpful and timely answer to and if anything went awry on our wedding day, we never heard about it. We received countless compliments from our guests on the grounds, building, food, and bar selection. Everyone had a complete blast. We even had a lovely staff member whose role was to make sure we and our parents were in need of nothing the entire night. Words cannot describe how perfect our wedding day was because of Sapphire Creek. The Venue was BREATHTAKING and the food was PHENOMENAL. From the moment we started working with SC and their staff, we felt at ease with all of the wedding day coordination. Meghan and her team were excellent and we cannot say enough about the quality of service she provided to help us calm our nerves on the big day. There was rain during our ceremony but that didn't stop the staff at SC from having a game plan to keep the wedding going smoothly. The FOOD was all our guests could talk about since our wedding (along with everything else) because EVERYTHING was good. I chose the Filet and my wife chose the lamb which was spectacular. If you are planning your wedding THIS is the venue to choose, hands down. We are thankful our wedding was at Saphhire Creek!

Living in Cincinnati and having our wedding in Chagrin Falls, this was especially helpful for the logistics of a destination wedding. As for the venue, I truly don’t think it gets more magical than the grounds at Sapphire Creek. The indoor/outdoor space, gardens, fireplaces, wine cellar, dining room, etc. were all so beautiful. Our guests expressed to us how they’ve really never experienced/seen anything like it. As for the food, we had the Filet, Chilean Sea Bass, and Chicken for our meal choices. Everyone raved about them all! So so good!! The bacon wrapped scallops and grilled cheese bomb, charcuterie board appetizers were also definitely crowd pleasers. Another compliment we got from our guests was on the cocktails / bartenders. We had 2 signature cocktails and everyone loved them! The bartenders made the experience at our wedding so much fun for everyone too. Great staff! One of our favorite memories is the “Burying of the Bourbon” tradition. Living so close to KY, my husband and I both love bourbon! We got to bury a favorite bottle of ours in the bourbon garden 1 month before our wedding day for good luck/good weather. Safe to say, it worked. It was an absolutely beautiful, sunny, day in Cleveland. During cocktail hour, we unburied the bourbon from the garden and got to enjoy the bottle with our family and bridal party. We will never forget that cheers! Honestly, hats off to every single staff member at Sapphire Creek. They made our dream of a day come true!

What an absolutely incredible experience it was having our wedding at Sapphire Creek. First off, the venue itself is WOW. There was literally a perfect time and place for everything and everyone throughout the entire day and all of it is stunning. We received so many compliments from guests on how beautiful the grounds are and on the food! We also cannot say enough great things about working with Meghan, Julianne, and the entire Sapphire Creek team. They truly went out of their way on numerous occasions to make planning from out of state a breeze. The level of organization was really impressive and definitely made the day-of go very smoothly, without any hiccups or feeling rushed. We are just beyond grateful for it all and highly highly recommend!

Working with everyone from Sapphire was an absolute dream. I was planning my wedding from California and was so grateful for Meghan throughout the entire process. She was super helpful, honest and always quick to respond. She was also very accommodating and made time for us when we were sporadically in town leading up to our big day. The venue is beyond stunning, the food is absolutely delicious but the staff is the absolute gamechanger. Day of planners Julianne and Jodi went above and beyond to help make our day the best for us as well as our families, PLUS every single server, bartender & crew member were the sweetest humans on the planet. I cannot recommend Sapphire enough. Worth every penny and so much more. Beyond blessed to have been able to host our wedding day there.

My husband and I could not recommend Sapphire Creek more. From beginning to end, Megan helped us through the process and made the whole experience so much less stressful, even as we planned most of our wedding states away. The scenery was immaculate and created the best, most natural backdrop for our wedding. The venue itself was perfect and it provided seamless transition of spaces with the ceremony on the lawn, cocktail reception on the patio and bar area, and our reception in the Oak Room. The additional spaces available (we rented the entire venue) were great to have for our wedding party and some vendors to hang out or get ready before the ceremony and to hold our belongings during the festivities. The food was amazing and Sapphire Creek has a great selection of offerings to choose from. We definitely plan to return just for the food : ). We have nothing but great things to say about the staff. EVERYONE was so kind, helpful, and professional. Even our guests made note of the amazing staff! From beginning to end, our wedding was exactly what we hoped for and much of that was due to having it at Sapphire Creek. If my husband and I had to do it over again, we would unequivocally choose Sapphire Creek again. Thank you to Megan, Julianne, and all of the Sapphire Creek staff for making our day so incredibly special!

Julianne and company were incredible and our day was perfect from start to finish, and that weather!? So many of our engaged guests said they were going to bury a bottle of bourbon. Shawn and I were so well taken care of and both our families said the same. Sapphire Creek popped up on my Instagram explore page before it was even open and I told myself I'd get married there (I hadn't even met Shawn yet). The staff, food, atmosphere, etc. truly made my (our) wedding dreams come true! We are looking forward to spending many anniversaries and date nights here!

We had the best wedding at Sapphire Creek Winery. Meg and Julianne helped to coordinate vendors and ensure everything was ready for the wedding day. They were so easy to get ahold of and work with! Jodi was phenomenal in providing the bride groom and family with ANYTHING they needed throughout the wedding night! She was phenomenal! The staff was incredible in ensuring we had the night of our lives!!! The food was SO GOOD and bartender staff were so fun! The bury the bourbon tradition worked as well because we had no rain! Overall, we have no complaints and had the best possible wedding of our lives! Thank you so much Sapphire Creek and the entire staff.

This place is truly immaculate. Meghan and Julianne are easy to get ahold of/communicate with and are incredibly kind and thorough. All of the staff made our day so picture perfect. There are so many places for the guests to roam around on the grounds in and outside. The food was outstanding, and our guests were raving about it. This venue is beyond dreamy and perfect, and I want to relive this day here again and again. Book it!! Lol! :)

Sapphire Creek was our last stop when we went touring different wedding reception venues, and we left the best for last! After we took our tour with Meghan, we knew we *needed* to book Sapphire Creek as our venue! We booked the entire venue for our Saturday reception and it was better than we could have imagined. Prepping for the big day went seamlessly, we had multiple meetings with Meghan and the other wedding planners at Sapphire Creek. Each time we met they were super prepared and eager to help us make our day extra special. Our menu tasting at Sapphire Creek was one of the highlights of our entire wedding planning experience! We took full advantage of taking photos pre-ceremony at Sapphire Creek, and enjoying the lunch they provided to our bridal party. The space is gorgeous and we plan to come back for events in the future! Our wait staff and bartenders, as well as all day-of staff were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. All of our guests raved about how much they enjoyed the space and how beautiful our day was. Thank you for everything!

There are truly no words to describe how amazing my wedding was at Sapphire Creek. Every bit of the process was top notch and cannot even count the number of people that said it was the best wedding they had ever been at. The venue is stunning, the food is amazing, the staff are incredible. A few special individuals to mention, our planner/DOH, Meg. For helping through the 1.5 years of planning and answering my endless questions and emails extremely quickly and efficiently and handling all of the behind the scenes details. Jody- the wonderful day of individual who handled the beverages and food for myself, husband and our parents. That was a touch that was unexpected and so appreciated. Best day of our lives! Our wedding at Sapphire Creek Winery was so much more than we could imagine. From the very beginning of the planning process to the very end, Meghan and Julianne were so helpful and easy to reach. We had the most incredible wedding experience with Sapphire. The service was very good and we have heard from many guests that it was one of their favorite weddings they have ever attended. From planning through execution, working with Sapphire was easy and customized to what we wanted. The facilities at Sapphire are incredible and it provided an amazing indoor-outdoor wedding experience. The outdoor gardens at Sapphire are beautiful. The entire complex is well maintained, clean, and modern. Sapphire worked very well with our wedding planner and all different vendors. We were fortunate that we had good weather at our wedding and perhaps the burying of bourbon in the Sapphire gardens one month in advance of our wedding contributed to that! We enjoyed participating in this southern tradition that Sapphire offers. This was the most special day of our lives and we are very thankful for Sapphire in delivering our dream wedding. The day was truly perfect and we could have not imagined having a better experience!

This venue is the embodiment of "you get what you pay for" -- incredible service from our initial walk through all the way through the end of the night, we really felt like royalty throughout our whole day. Our guests could not stop raving about everything - the food, the service, the inside restaurant and outdoor spaces and gardens - and we wholeheartedly agreed.
