LET GO & LET SAPPHIRE!!!!
Our wedding could not have happened without Sapphire Events. Hiring Sapphire events was one of the best decisions we could have made. They are conveniently located in a beautiful space above The Chicory. The team is willing to meet with you at almost anytime even when you are a last minute Bride & Family :)
The entire Sapphire Events team was a part of helping our big day run smoothly and perfectly. Valerie and Evie are two of the most calm and supportive people I have ever come across, and these two traits are very important when looking for someone to help plan a very "stressful" day.
Evie helped us with every little detail. From setting us up a calendar for when we needed to pay someone, to going to meet with outside vendors,making decor and floor plan decisions, and lastly making sure I even had my lip stick and lip liner on wedding day.
I would recommend Sapphire Events to any bride and even those just looking for an event planner. They are high class and are looking for the best for their clients.

To be perfectly honest, we couldn't have done it without them. Of course I don't mean get married, as I love my wife and could've married her under a tree in my backyard. No, we couldn't have succeeded planning our idea of a perfect wedding without Sapphire Events. Valerie and Jack had under 5 months to plan a destination wedding for my wife and I. Not only did they succeed in every last detail, but they truly allowed us to enjoy the months, weeks, days and hours leading up to it. From locating hotels for over 100 guests during an extremely busy weekend to finding a wheelchair for my 94 year old grandma so she could enjoy the sights of New Orleans, Valerie and Jack made everything happen. They coordinated a duel location event with such ease it was astounding. The rundown of the wedding was tight and flawless. The personal attention we received not only during the weekend of our wedding, but about 2 months before when we came down for a visit was above and beyond. To list everything that they did for us would take up too much of your time, so believe me when I tell you, Valerie and Jack will always be remembered when we reminisce of how perfect our wedding was.
I'm not really sure where to start when it comes to the quality of service you'll get with Sapphire Events. Valerie is truly a professional who knows what she is doing and does it with a style and grace that I am convinced no one else can do. She never hesitated to take the time to go over any detail I had questions on. If I even had an once of worry, Valerie always assured me that it would be taken care of and all would be fine. Her assistant Jack is a ball of delight. When you are planning your wedding with Sapphire Events, you gain a few new best friends. They will never leave you hanging with questions and are there for anything you could possibly need. Valerie rocked it on our wedding day and ran a tight ship (as I wanted!), and everything went as smooth as could possibly be...as far as I know!! They took care of all vendor contact and scheduling, which is a task in of itself, trust me! Thank you Sapphire Events, for not only helping me plan a wedding that I don't think I could have even dreamt of, but for being the friends I needed during a time that was so absolutely special to all of us.
Sapphire Events was extremely easy to work with. Everything was perfectly organized and our wedding went exact as planned. Very happy that we chose them to work with made the stress of planning a wedding almost non extant! Couldn't have asked for anything better!!
Valerie from Sapphire Events is highly recommended. She and her assistant, Jack have exceeded my expectations. They have helped me with invaluable advise since the start in areas such as choice of venues, cost cutting, vendors, tipping, veils, you name it. I got the custom package and it was well worth the money. I needed help with securing hotel blocks for the guests, obtaining permits and routes for my second line, vendor suggestions and most importantly the timeline and organization of the day of the wedding. No matter how hard I try, I couldn't have done those without them. Valerie is very insightful, intelligent and calm, qualities you need for someone preparing your big day that needs detailed preparation. I was not stressed during the day of the wedding and was able to enjoy the most important day of my life. Thanks to Sapphire Events!
We used Sapphire Events NOLA for our day of coordination. Valerie and her team were magnificent to work with from the first planning meeting through the end of the reception. The service is well worth the price. Valerie, my groom and I all sat down a few months before the wedding to walk through our vision. She collected all of the contracts we negotiated. The week before the wedding she contacted the various vendors for us to set up arrival times and created a 6 page schedule for the day of the wedding. It was so nice to not have to worry about vendors, payments, or where everyone needed to be. I just handed out schedules to everyone in the wedding party so they would know when to be where. She made the reception flow so perfectly. I never felt rushed and never had to worry about anything but having fun the entire day. If you want the most carefree and enjoyable wedding day ever, you need Valerie and her team.

Sapphire Events did an amazing job helping us plan our dream wedding! They made the planning process so easy for us and we could not have asked for better service. Valerie and her team at Sapphire Events NOLA are amazing. I cannot write a review that does them justice - or thank them enough for everything - for making my wedding beautiful.
From the first moment that I met Valerie, I knew that I wanted her there, behind the scenes, pulling everything together. And, she did. I had multiple vendors and so many details (personal details, pictures, decor, favors, menus, candles, special tableclothes, etc., etc. etc.) and she handled it all - seamlessly. She was the producer who pulled all these many moving parts together, which allowed me to enjoy every second of my day (and really the entire week before the big day).
Not only is she extremely organized and talented - she is also very personable - and, this goes for everyone on her team. I enjoyed working with them so very much. They were very responsive via email, phone, and in person. When I would meet with Valerie - she always was right on track with my vision and bringing that vision to life.
Sapphire Events NOLA is amazing. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Valerie is wonderful and just so knowledgeable. She was able to make our rehearsal and entire wedding (preceremony, ceremony, reception etc) move super smoothly - her demeanor is perfect for the job. She is also so knowledgeable and connected in the New Orleans wedding scene - she was able to recommend several vendors for us which proved to be invaluable advice. She helped make our wedding such a success and I absolutely recommend her without reservations!!! She is wonderful to work with. You wont regret it.
Valerie, Jack and Evie are wedding pros! I hired Sapphire Events for month-of coordination, plus decor. Valerie and Jack were able to translate my ideas about how I thought I wanted my wedding to look into reality. They have a great working relationship with the best vendors in the city. Both Jack and Valerie are very creative-both with their ideas for decor, and with budgeting. I had a SNAFU with a vendor 6 weeks before my wedding, and Jack lined up a replacement within 30 minutes of receiving my frantic email. Sapphire Events coordinated my rehearsal, and was there to keep everyone on the same page on the day of the wedding. My day ran so smoothly thanks to Sapphire Events, and I highly recommend their services!
As a destination bride, I knew I wanted a day of wedding coordinator! Valerie and her crew were amazing! I don't know what I would have done wedding day without them! Valerie is the most calm, poised, brilliant, supportive, organized person I've ever worked with. She made sure that every single minute detail of my wedding fell into place perfectly. I would have been lost without her!
