We had the most incredible wedding day with flawless execution by Rachel at Sarabeth & Co. If anything went wrong, we were none the wiser because it all so seamlessly fell into place. Each vendor we had hired knew their schedule for the day, expectations and theme of the wedding. I look back and truly have zero regrets about each component of the wedding including hiring Sarabeth & Co.
I got to work with Sara Beth Events for my wedding in May 2023 as a month of coordinator. Alexus with SBE was great to work with! She is organized, thoughtful, kind, and wanted to make sure everything was going to go smoothly for our big day.
I cannot say enough good things about Sarabeth Events. My planner was Rachel and she was the absolute best. Not only is she organized, responsive, and detailed, but she was also such a joy to be around. She kept me calm and helped me make decisions when I was feeling overwhelmed. Anytime I had a question, she was always ready with an answer or suggestion. The vendor options she suggested were wonderful and from my interactions with them, they all seem to enjoy working with Rachel themselves. Goes to show she has a strong professional and personal relationship with the vendors she works with. My grandmother asked for help planning the Bridesmaids Luncheon and Rachel excelled at that as well. The rehearsal was smooth and actually really fun! Day of, absolutely nothing went wrong. Every time I had a request, she pulled something out of her magic purse that solved the problem. Make-up on the grooms tux? She had a whole packet of baby wipes ready. Additionally, since we used Sarabeth Events, there were additional planners there helping Rachel on the wedding day. That was super helpful and undoubtedly made everything go so much smoother. My mom, dad, and I agree that hiring Rachel was the best investment we made during the wedding planning process! Every planner I interacted with at Sarabeth was kind and helpful. Cannot go wrong hiring them!
Book Sarabeth Events as your wedding planner - don't even interview anyone else, just do it!!!!! Lauren Hackett was the lead planner for our wedding at the Joule Hotel and she absolutely nailed it. Her patience and stoicism was impressive, coupled with her ability to adjust to and work around various family dynamics during a stressful day. She answered every question we had with poise and patience. We enjoyed every second of every interaction we had with Lauren!!! Sarabeth's team also offered many additional resources we had access to during the planning process, such as options for invitation verbiage, how to obtain a marriage license, vendor lists, and a budget & guest tracker. Lauren and I had several planning calls together and she attended major vendor meetings with us during the planning phase, which was very helpful. Lauren was fun, personable, and SUPER organized. Her timeline for the day of our wedding was laid out in 5-minute increments and we stayed on track the entire day so we could fit in everything we wanted to do at our party. Many of our guests even commented on how well everything was organized and that we must've had a fabulous planner - which we did!!! Our other vendors (who work with many different planners all the time) also mentioned to me how incredibly easy it was to work with Lauren. We 1000% highly recommend Lauren Hackett at Sarabeth Events for wedding planning. Our day was incredibly memorable and went exactly as planned without any hiccups because of her!!
We had the most beautiful wedding thanks to the help of Lauren! We were lucky to work with her as our partial planner and there was no way we could have had our wedding day without her. She was incredibly knowledgeable and well experienced. She recommended great vendors for us. She is so friendly and we enjoyed all of our conversations and correspondences with her. We were able to enjoy our day without stress because Lauren managed everything behind the scenes and worked incredibly hard. We are so appreciative of her and SaraBeth Events!
Rachel was totally dependable. She immediately addressed any concerns and acted as a good intermediary with a vendor when things weren’t clear or not proceeding as we requested.
Sarabeth Events is the best event planner I have ever experienced. From start to finish they took care of every detail. They customized my experience and truly listened to my vision. We pulled off a surprise party at my home for 80 people! The Theme was for my husband's 40th birthday. You, Me & Whiskey. You won't meet a kinder more considerate staff.
If you want your wedding day to be calm, cool, stress free and know with 100% confidence that it is going to be everything that you ever dreamed of then you need to hire Lauren H. at Sarabeth Events! She was with us everystep of the way during the planning process. She listened to what we wanted and what our expectations were. She also suggested things that we had not previously considered to help expand and foster our vision. Throughout the process she was consious of our budget and continuously made the effort to keep us on budget. She did not make any decisions without our approval first. I might not have always been the most responsive bride (ughhh work ;) ), but she always followed up to make sure we stayed on track during the planning process. Lauren was aware of commitments we had outside of the wedding (work, volunteering, travel, etc) and as a result was mindful of communication aka she understood our schedule and that certian times were more ideal to work on the wedding. The relationships that Lauren has fostered with other vendors is another incredible asset she brings to the table. She is the expert so let her plan your dream wedding!
Lauren was our wedding planner and was just unbelievably good. She did such an amazing job putting everything together, a lot of our guests said it was the most gorgeous wedding they had ever been to and the credit goes to Lauren for sure. She is so easy to work with and so down to earth, ask for Lauren hands down!!
Alexus was amazing! We were recommended Sarabeth Planning and are so glad we went with them. We hired them for a 1 month planning and day of coordinator and got Alexus. She handled everything so well, made it all seamless for us, and managed all of the other vendors. The day went perfectly and if anything went wrong we didn’t notice because she handled it! Could not recommend her enough!
Rachel and the entire Sarabeth Events team were absolutely spectacular! Rachel was organized, creative, and knew just the right vendor to suggest that we work with for various items. She was always quick to respond to any question and there to give guidance when we needed it. Our wedding was truly magical and I attribute that to the effort and attention to detail that Rachel gave throughout the entire planning process. Not only did she help to make our wedding the perfect day, she also became a friend to my mom and me throughout the process. Rachel and the Sarabeth team were amazing on our wedding day!! She was such a pleasure to work with and made sure our day was seamless. She built in time for us as the couple to take the day in and made sure everything was run in a timely fashion. She is very detail oriented and made sure each and every setting was perfect. I do not know how we would have pulled off our wedding without her!!!
I used Sarabeth Events for help with a baby shower. My event planner, Brooklyn Rogers, was very responsive and always communicated quickly and clearly. Once we were on the same page with the decor, Brooklyn took care of ordering and arranging everything that I had asked her to and everything was perfect. She was there for the set-up and and take-down and it helped to take a lot of the stress of the event off of my shoulders. I would definitely recommend Sarabeth Events for help with your special occasion!

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have had Rachel as my wedding coordinator! I was not the most involved bride since my mother did most of the planning, but we could not have done it without Rachel’s help. When we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid-19, Rachel took care of everything so we did not have to worry about anything. John and I decided to surprise our guests with a fun, upbeat, mash-up of Maroon 5 for our first dance. Rachel was the only person who knew about it and helped us keep it a secret. We loved seeing everyone’s reaction! Rachel was very easy to get a hold of and always answered my text messages and emails quickly. I live in Florida and Rachel helped coordinate meetings between my mother and vendors. Whenever I wanted to join in on a phone call she would set up the meeting. On the night of our wedding, Rachel was everywhere! It sounds cheesy but every time I thought of Rachel she would show up! Rachel went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was feeling okay. She constantly checked in on me to make sure I was feeling relaxed and calm. She fixed my hair when it fell out before our first dance, had extra makeup for when I needed it, helped make sure my dress was steamed before wearing it, and was the voice to all the vendors that I needed. The itinerary Rachel created for our wedding day was flawless and I had several people tell me it was the most detailed, well-organized wedding itinerary they had ever seen (it’s true!!) Rachel was such a joy to work with; she is super sweet, efficient, and reliable. I am so thankful for all she did to make my wedding an absolute dream!
We worked with Rachel from Sarabeth Events and she was a dream to work with. My mom and I took the reins on my sister's wedding and we enjoyed every minute of the planning process with Rachel. Rachel made my sister's COVID-timed wedding feel completely normal and everyone felt comfortable. From all the meetings we attended together not a detail was missed. Rachel is professional, reliable, and responsive. Her keen eye and attention to detail is impeccable.
I was the MOH and I even forgot the rings at the house, wasn't discovered until 20 minutes before the ceremony. Rachel saved the day and raced to the house and got them. Now if that isn't the best wedding planner (and worst MOH) in the world then I don't know what is. Wishing we had another wedding to plan so we could work with Rachel again. Rachel is the equivalent of a fairy godmother but for weddings. I truly have no idea how we would have navigated not only a wedding but one during a pandemic without her. She is genuinely a ray of sunshine who never gets stressed and always has a solution. Her years of experience are such an asset, her attention to detail is as sharp as a tack, and her warm demeanor is exactly the calm I needed on my big day! I truly could not recommend Rachel and the entire Sarabeth team more.

All I can say is I am SO thankful for Rachel! I would not have gotten married if it wasn’t for her. Every bride needs Rachel. She was the most amazing wedding planner a bride could ask for. Always calm and always had a plan. From the beginning, she understood my vision & went above and beyond to create my dream wedding! With COVID we had to postpone our original wedding date in May. We ended up having a very small ceremony at our home with our parents and siblings. Rachel went out of her way to bring flowers from our amazing florist, helped us book a photographer & offered her assistance to help plan the small ceremony. With the reschedule, she also went above and beyond to move our already contracted vendors to our new date, keep in constant communication and remove any stress. She found us the most fabulous vendors that also understood our vision. We had the MOST beautiful wedding in August and I am forever grateful for Rachel, our vendors and the Sarabeth team for making it happen. Everything went off perfectly and if something did go wrong...I was oblivious! Rachel enabled us to have the time of our lives at our wedding while keeping with the schedule. She even helped fulfill my dream of fireworks at our wedding!!
I am currently inventing an event that I’ll need to use Rachel/Sarabeth Events for...THEY ARE THE BEST EVER!! Highly recommend!
My wife and I used Sarabeth Events to help us plan our wedding in February of 2020. We decided to use their full planning package for our wedding and could not have been happier with our decision. Rachel helped us plan every detail and the day went effortlessly. From vendor recommendations to day-of coordination we could not imagine having done it without Rachel. She was by our side to make sure everything was perfect from the beginning of the planning process until we drove off during our big exit. We could not recommend Rachel and the rest of the Sarabeth team enough.
I don't know what we would have done without Rachel and SBE! So many friends recommended Rachel to us and we could not be happier with our decision to hire her. We chose their Partial Planning package and it was the perfect fit. From fantastic vendor recommendations to budget breakdowns to ensuring everything went off without a hitch, she was an absolute rockstar! I had a lot of ideas (and a lot of emails about them) and very strong feelings about what I didn't want and Rachel took all of them and turned it into a beautiful, cohesive event. She is simply the best!
SBE was an amazing event planning service! I interviewed many event planning services prior to my wedding planning process and was thrilled with SBE responsiveness and willingness to work with me. They far exceeded my expectations and all that went along with it. They are extremely well connected in the Fort Worth community. They know literally everyone—from the band, to the florists, to the stationery folks, to the photographers. Everyone spoke so highly of the team when I met with them, and I was put at ease with their experience and reputation in the community. Plus, the ladies at SBE events are simply kind and so wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend SBE to anyone looking for a wedding planner!
There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe the amazing experience we had with Georgette. We selected the month of planning but felt supported throughout the last couple of months. Our wedding would not have been as easy and enjoyable without the help of Georgette and the rest of her team.

I have worked with Lauren Hackett at Sarabeth Events on several occasions, most recently for my own wedding! Lauren and team made our wedding experience beyond enjoyable, stress free and FUN. Lauren is extremely responsive, proactive and detailed and does not leave a stone unturned. From our initial introduction meeting to the final event, she was a true partner, executor and idea generator. She takes her job so seriously and treats every bride as if they are family. We had Georgette as our Month of / Day of Coordinator and I am so glad that we did! I was very overwhelmed by the whole process and you always hear how stressful planning a wedding can be but I cannot express enough how easy and stress free she made this entire experience. Our wedding was more than we could have ever imagined thanks to Rachel at Sarabeth Events. We did a full planning package and it was worth every penny. Rachel is so creative and knew exactly what I wanted from our first meeting. She not only kept me on track but kept me sane!! She was always readily available (even with my crazy schedule living in Seattle planning a wedding in Texas). She went above and beyond when I couldn’t be there as well! I just love her so much.

Georgette was the ABSOLUTE BEST decision we ever made. During the middle of our planning, my sister decided to finally get married and we hired Georgette to help with her too. She is attentive, kind, and gets the job done! I did not worry about one single thing the entire wedding planning process. If something went wrong, I didn't even know about it. I am so thankful we hired her for the full planning!
I was one stressed out confused bride until sweet clam Lauren came to the rescue from Sarabeth Events. I had zero worries on the day of. I was able to enjoy the day. I trusted Lauren with everything. Looking back now we forgot our champagne flutes at home and Lauren to the rescue found replacements day of. Every detail was taken care of and she was constant support. I can’t say enough amazing things, don’t hesitate in booking with Sarabeth Events. The best decision my husband and I ever made planning the wedding was signing a contract with them! From the moment I starting working with Sarabeth Events, namely Lauren Hackett, I knew I had made the right decision. Lauren made it so that my wedding planning/organizing as well as the actual day-of went about as smoothly as it possibly could have. Rachel Burrow from Sarabeth Events was truly a godsend. She went above and beyond to help plan my wedding and make sure everything went perfectly. Starting with setting up appointments with various vendors to making sure all of the week-of details were taken care of (e.g. delivering all of the wedding gift bags, picking up photo booth props, and getting me a cake cutter which I had completely forgotten to do). She managed all of the requests coming in from me and both side of the family which was no small feat. Each time we asked if something was possible even when we thought it might be too late to add something, her answer was always "yes, of course" and she really made it happen! I cannot say enough good things about using Sarabeth Events to help plan your wedding because they made our dream wedding come true. Everything went off without a single hitch, every single detail was seen to, and we cannot thank Rachel enough for putting in so much work!

Rachel is the best! She planned my entire wedding from start to finish and I could not have done it without her. From our first planning meeting, Rachel knew exactly the vibe I was going for and made sure everything fit accordingly. Her vendor recommendations were spot on and conscious of the budget. Rachel gave deadlines for decisions and always kept me in the loop. Our wedding went off without a hitch (at least to my knowledge!) and everything was exactly how we imagined it would be. She took all the stress off of me and I can't thank her enough for such a beautiful day!!
Rachel from Sarabeth Events was my wedding planner for my wedding on 06/30/18 and she was the BEST! Being the first one in the family to get married, we had a lot of questions and Rachel was very patient in answering all of them for us in a timely manner! She helped keep us on schedule, made suggestions to make things run smoothly and made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. Details that would have never crossed my mind she helped us with and I know she did even more behind the scenes to help us out. The day of was a breeze with her help for myself and my parents. We could not have done it without her!
Goodness gracious were Sara and Rachel amazing! We just recently worked together on a wedding ( I was the photographer ) and man did they make a difference! I work with loads of vendors on a weekly basis and it is always so refreshing to work with a team that cares so deeply about what they do! I am so used to carrying around my own schedule and having to keep track of everything, but Sara and Rachel helped relieve that stress and kept everything so organized to the minute! I can't recommend this team any higher to folks! Seriously do yourself a favor and get them in your court!
Rachel was amazing. Our day would have not been the same without her help. I went to school for events management so when it came to choosing a planner I was more than picky. She went to all my vendor meetings and was more than prepared. My parents loved her as well and felt very calm the day of because they knew Rachel had everything under control. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner hop off and do it. It will be the best decision you make for you big day. I promise you won't regret it. We hired her for day-of coordination, but she also helped with the rehearsal and did a walk-through at our venue a week before. I'm sure things went wrong, but I was blissfully unaware.
Georgette was our "weekend of" coordinator and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Our ceremony and reception were at seprate locations so a planner was a must have for us- we did not want to have to stress or worry about anything the day of and she completely made that happen! Definitely worth it!!! Lauren served as our 'weekend of' coordinator for our wedding but she was super involved starting about a month out. She was such a huge help coordinating with vendors ahead of time and during the wedding, helping with our timeline, running the ceremony, setting up decorations, and making sure the reception ran smoothly. If we hadn't had Lauren to help, my mom or another family member would likely have had to do all of this which we didn't want. I'm so glad we decided to have a wedding coordinator!
Lauren was our coordinator for our wedding on 9/30/17 and "wow" just isn't enough! She went above and beyond throughout our interactions and even more so on the actually wedding day.
I am an event professional in Austin so my standards are high- Lauren was a super star and met my expectations at every turn. Guests and family commented on how smoothly everything was run all day/night and we are still receiving rave compliments.

Rachel was our planner for the weekend and she was such a blessing! I can't imagine having a wedding without, at the very least, a weekend planner. I will admit I was a little worried that things would slip through but that did not happen at all. She came to me with questions (do you want this fine confetti to be tossed, it might stick in your hair for the rest of the day?) and was genuinely concerned how my day would go. Quick to respond and very good at advice as well as calming you down when you get panicked.
Amazing is the best word to describe Rachel! She made my dream wedding become reality and she made it seem so easy. Best advice I got was to get a wedding planner and Rachel with Sarabeth events was the perfect choice!

Georgette with SaraBeth Events is absolutely amazing!! We were recommended Georgette from our photographer and we are so glad to have had her the leader of our vendor team! I knew we needed to work with Georgette after my first conversation with her. She had so much experience at our venue and also had worked with all of our other vendors! She is also so genuine and cheerful, she truly wants to do all she can to create the perfect day! Even as the day got closer I did not feel stressed, I knew Georgette had confirmed with each vendor and finalized anything that was left.
A coordinator was important to me so my family did not have to deal with any problems during the day and they could just relax and enjoy themselves. Having her was essential for us also to help coordinate between our ceremony and reception sites since they were at different locations (about 12 minutes apart). I highly recommend Georgette, she gave us great advice to help prepare for our wedding day. Our day wouldn't have been so amazing without her!
Sarabeth and her team at Sarabeth Events helped me design, plan and create my perfect day. She made sure my wedding ran without a hitch. Needless to say everything about my wedding and reception (even the wedding planning process) was wonderful with the help of Sarabeth Events! Meeting with Sarabeth was fun and efficient, throughout our time planning together, Sarabeth became more like family, than just our wedding planner. It was truly a joy working with the best wedding planner in DFW, I would highly recommend Sarabeth Events for any event. I wish I could plan another wedding with her.
