She helped organize our extensive list of local vendors, coordinated day before & day of, and made sure our wedding went off without any bumps (if there were any we didn't know about them because she handled it all!) Sarah is professional, friendly & has invaluable insight into planning and coordinating a wedding in the LBI area. Without her our weekend would not have been so stress-free. We highly, highly, recommend her for your planning or coordination needs!

Sarah was instrumental in researching and coordinating vendors, maintaining organized timelines, payment schedules, hotel transportation, and figured out our rain plan on the day of perfectly! , caring, detailed, and professional. Thanks to a Covid postponement we had an extra year to finalize plans and Sarah was excellent about checking in. She shared a comprehensive excel sheet that covered EVERYTHINGGG I needed to be aware of handling the planning myself and in the immediate months then weeks leading up to the wedding she booked time to talk ensuring scheduling, vendor arrangements, music, setup, deliveries etc were all in order and understood. She drove thru LBI tidal flood waters days before our wedding to take possession of all my decor & wrangled 2 loud families at our rehearsal. Day of she handled lunch drop off for the groomsmen, picked up our beloved apple cider donut favors, and kept me - notorious for having NO concept of time - on track or ahead of the schedule. I would not have enjoyed the day as much as I did without Sarah’s support managing everything behind the scenes. The only regret I have is not giving Sarah control of my lipstick instead of the bridesmaids, bc I’m sure she would’ve made sure I reapplied.

wrong!! Sarah called me three months before the wedding to go over all my vendors and plans and I ended up calling/texting her almost ever week with questions or for advice about the big day. In the end we used her for month of/day of and I truly don’t think the day would have been as perfect as it was without her! She was extremely attentive and not only cared about the wedding going smoothly but constantly called to check up on how my husband and I were doing during the whole planning process. Her attention to detail is incredible. She created a google excel sheet with more tabs than you could imagine, from the seating chart to the guest list and from a timeline of the day and a checklist of what should be done at this point in the planning process. It was insanely helpful!! We had a meeting one week before the wedding and we went through the timeline of the day doing to the minute )my bridesmaids could not believe how detailed the timeline was when I showed them)! And then we went over all my decor and exactly how I wanted it layed out through the venue. Sarah then took it all and said “now it’s my time to stress you take this week and relax”. Who would have thought the week leading up to my wedding was the most relaxed I’ve been the entire 18 month planning process?! I was all because of Sarah. On the day of the wedding Sarah took executed my plans perfectly!!! She made sure everyone was where they needed to be and she kept the night running smoothly. Sarah was a key player in our wedding going as perfect as it did and my family and I still talk about how we could not have done it without her. If you are on the fence about a wedding planner for your big day, you need one!!! This is such a big event in your life and even if you think you can do it all yourself, the stress relieve and calm that Sarah brought was so worth it!!

Her organization and professionalism were apparent on the day of our wedding, not only to us, but to our guests who made it a point to tell us how amazing she was. Everything was perfect! ring help. I was not worried at all- knowing she was all over every detail that we discussed. My wedding was perfect and a huge part of that was Sarah's assistance.

ent the extra mile to create a vision board for me. She was not only a genius and took what very little I could think of, but transformed it into an amazing party. I couldn’t thank her enough. She’s organized, detail oriented, down to earth & makes sure everything is perfect & everyone is having a great time. It was such a great relief to have someone doing the detail oriented things so I could focus on nursing school. Hiring her was priceless.

ay, from getting ready in the morning, to the ceremony, to the reception, always making sure every moment of our event happened perfectly and on time. She also made herself available for phone calls throughout the planning process, and she had great ideas about how best to decorate and set up the reception venue. Our venue was not a traditional ballroom setup, so guests needed to be outside for the cocktail hour, inside for dinner, and then back outside for the dance party. That's no small job making sure 100+ guests get where they need to be, but Sarah made it happen. We loved working with Sarah, and we recommend her highly. You'll be happy to have her on your wedding day!
