We decided to have a small wedding of about 40 guests with a ceremony on the beach. We could not have pulled off this wedding without Sarah and we're so grateful we found her. Sarah was an incredible planner throughout the entire process. We felt like she went above and beyond to help us. She helped us find a last minute venue for a welcome dinner and even made individual napkin holders the week of our wedding! Sarah was our wedding coordinator & helped ensure that our backyard tented wedding in Brant Beach (& the weekend of events including our rehearsal and welcome dinner) went perfectly. My husband and I planned our wedding on LBI in under 4 months, and hiring Sarah was one of the best decisions we made! I used Sarah Montgomery as my wedding planner! Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped me throughout the wedding planning process and day of coordination, communicating with vendors , coordinating the beach to venue transition, shuttles , everything extra I wanted she got it done and all my random panic moments she handled with ease.She is calm and efficient and follows through with everything you need. If you are thinking about having a beach ceremony on the lovely Long Beach Island, then you need to hire Sarah Montgomery. I was on the fence about whether or not I needed a planner, because as a teacher I plan things for a living. However, Sarah offers so much more. She made our day go so smoothly. All I had to do was wake up, have a mimosa, get pampered and marry the man of my dreams! She did everything! To make things better, meeting with Sarah was like spending time with an old friend. She makes you feel as though you are not only her client, but her dear friend and top priority. She is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and talented. I am forever grateful she was my wedding planner.

Sarah is an amazing planner! We hired her for the full planning package for our small beach house wedding. I could not have pulled it off without her. She is incredibly organized, efficient and gives great recommendations, especially for couples who aren’t hosting at a typical wedding venue. Sarah was our wedding designer/planner. She listened to all of our ideas, likes and dislikes, created overall vision for our wedding and then flawlessly executed it with precise detail. She continued to adapt things over time based on my ever changing mind, counseled and steered me when I was unsure of choices to make, and had full respect for staying within our budget. Her month of, week of, and day of coordination of absolutely everything allowed us to focus on enjoying and being in the moment. Highly recommended.

From Day 1, I knew Sarah was going to deliver excellent planning services for our beach wedding in LBI. We are based in Los Angeles, so I knew I needed a wedding planner who was familiar with the LBI area. Sarah was instrumental in researching and coordinating vendors, maintaining organized timelines, payment schedules, hotel transportation, and figured out our rain plan on the day of perfectly! We could not have done it without her. My family and I are so, so thankful and appreciative of everything she did to ensure the best party ever. You will not be disappointed with Sarah. She is an all-star.

We made the decision to hire Sarah for day-of coordination a couple months before our wedding at the Gables in Beach Haven and I am SO glad we did. She was not available the entire day because she had another event, but she had Jane stand in for her while away and everything went so well. Sarah was so communicative and answered all of our questions right away. She also reached out and to and coordinated with our vendors leading up to wedding day, created a timeline with plenty of extra padding so things ran smoothly, and did everything she could to make our day special and go according to plan. I highly recommend!!

Sarah was a key element as to why our wedding went so smoothly. She helped us with every aspect and was always professional and attentive. From picking up decor at our house, helping make decisions, and the day of coordination - she was amazing. She started assisting in planning a few weeks prior to the wedding day and confirmed last minute details, established the schedule of events, and executed the day beautifully. BEST money spent! Stop thinking, just hire Sarah. We needed a day of coordinator but she was more like a fairy godmother on our big day. You might know LBI, but she’ll direct you to the best vendors. Working with her was so easy; she’s friendly, caring, detailed, and professional. Thanks to a Covid postponement we had an extra year to finalize plans and Sarah was excellent about checking in. She shared a comprehensive excel sheet that covered EVERYTHINGGG I needed to be aware of handling the planning myself and in the immediate months then weeks leading up to the wedding she booked time to talk ensuring scheduling, vendor arrangements, music, setup, deliveries etc were all in order and understood. She drove thru LBI tidal flood waters days before our wedding to take possession of all my decor & wrangled 2 loud families at our rehearsal. Day of she handled lunch drop off for the groomsmen, picked up our beloved apple cider donut favors, and kept me - notorious for having NO concept of time - on track or ahead of the schedule. I would not have enjoyed the day as much as I did without Sarah’s support managing everything behind the scenes. The only regret I have is not giving Sarah control of my lipstick instead of the bridesmaids, bc I’m sure she would’ve made sure I reapplied.

We used Sarah for our wedding at Bonnet Islan Ltd Estate on May 29, 2021. We used originally hired Sarah for day of planning because I felt that I could handle the planning process on my own and just needed her to execute the day of. Boy was I wrong!! Sarah called me three months before the wedding to go over all my vendors and plans and I ended up calling/texting her almost ever week with questions or for advice about the big day. In the end we used her for month of/day of and I truly don’t think the day would have been as perfect as it was without her! She was extremely attentive and not only cared about the wedding going smoothly but constantly called to check up on how my husband and I were doing during the whole planning process. Her attention to detail is incredible. She created a google excel sheet with more tabs than you could imagine, from the seating chart to the guest list and from a timeline of the day and a checklist of what should be done at this point in the planning process. It was insanely helpful!! We had a meeting one week before the wedding and we went through the timeline of the day doing to the minute )my bridesmaids could not believe how detailed the timeline was when I showed them)! And then we went over all my decor and exactly how I wanted it layed out through the venue. Sarah then took it all and said “now it’s my time to stress you take this week and relax”. Who would have thought the week leading up to my wedding was the most relaxed I’ve been the entire 18 month planning process?! I was all because of Sarah. On the day of the wedding Sarah took executed my plans perfectly!!! She made sure everyone was where they needed to be and she kept the night running smoothly. Sarah was a key player in our wedding going as perfect as it did and my family and I still talk about how we could not have done it without her. If you are on the fence about a wedding planner for your big day, you need one!!! This is such a big event in your life and even if you think you can do it all yourself, the stress relieve and calm that Sarah brought was so worth it!!

I cannot say enough about Sarah. She is absolutely incredible at what she does. My husband and I got married at a private venue that never held a wedding, or large event before, it was overwhelming to say the least. Sarah was a life saver! Not only is she extremely professional and a joy to work with, she is so organized. Her organization and professionalism were apparent on the day of our wedding, not only to us, but to our guests who made it a point to tell us how amazing she was. Everything was perfect! I was planning my wedding in LBI from California, which was tricky at times. Sarah was such an amazing resource- going over and beyond. She was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process and was a dream days before/day of- constantly offering help. I was not worried at all- knowing she was all over every detail that we discussed. My wedding was perfect and a huge part of that was Sarah's assistance.

We could not have been any happier with our decision to use Sarah’s “Day of Coordinator” services for our son’s wedding. Sarah was warm, friendly, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable and upon our first meeting immediately put us at ease. She handled countless last minute details including place card and seating chart design and implementation, decor pickup and venue placement, bridal party transportation recommendations, and numerous errands for the bride and groom. Words could not describe how incredibly amazing Sarah is. From our first interaction I knew I had made the best decision. Sarah planned our engagement party. People are still raving about it today. Her ideas and visions were amazing! She even went the extra mile to create a vision board for me. She was not only a genius and took what very little I could think of, but transformed it into an amazing party. I couldn’t thank her enough. She’s organized, detail oriented, down to earth & makes sure everything is perfect & everyone is having a great time. It was such a great relief to have someone doing the detail oriented things so I could focus on nursing school. Hiring her was priceless.

Hiring Sarah was the best decision we made while planning our wedding. She was helpful, extremely organized, had an amazing ideas and suggestions, so present and attentive. She went above and beyond for not only me but the bridal party, family and guests. Everyone was raving about how great it was having her there on the big day. I had some worries about the day of and its flow, but Sarah kept EVERYTHING in order!

We couldn't have asked for a better day-of coordinator than Sarah. She was completely on top of everything and made our day run so smoothly. It really lightened the stress for us knowing that Sarah was on site at every location throughout our day, from getting ready in the morning, to the ceremony, to the reception, always making sure every moment of our event happened perfectly and on time. She also made herself available for phone calls throughout the planning process, and she had great ideas about how best to decorate and set up the reception venue. Our venue was not a traditional ballroom setup, so guests needed to be outside for the cocktail hour, inside for dinner, and then back outside for the dance party. That's no small job making sure 100+ guests get where they need to be, but Sarah made it happen. We loved working with Sarah, and we recommend her highly.
