I loved every minute of my appointment! These ladies really know their stuff! They talk you through every detail of your big day. They make it so easy to fall in love with a gown that you know you will be able to love wearing all day long. I am not a standard size either, they were able to make me comfortable with alterations and talk me through those. I also just want to add how special they made my entire family feel. I will return for bridesmaids and tuxes too!

I would highly recommend Sarah’s Bridal Gallery. Sarah and Deb have saved my wedding dress after two significant set backs just weeks before our wedding. Between excellent communication from the owner herself at any time of the day or night, to Deb even spending time with me after hours on a Friday evening trying to fix my worries, these ladies really cared about my happiness and made it their own. This buisness went above and beyond to show the true meaning of exceptional customer service. Thank you Sarah and Deb!

Sarah was extremely helpful, accommodating, and awesome in helping me find the wedding dress of my dreams! I fell in love with the most beautiful, long, elegant train I have ever seen! It was unique because the train actually was attached to a belt so the entire belt and train came off the mermaid fitted dress it originally came with. THEN I fell in love with an ivory colored fit and flare dress with a corset back that fit my body perfectly! So Sarah and I came up with the idea to try the ivory fit and flare dress with the train from the mermaid dress and as soon as I saw myself I burst into uncontrollable tears! Sarah ran straight to the phone to talk to the company to make sure I could order only the train without its original dress and thank goodness the answer was yes! My dress was truly one of a kind and I felt gorgeous in it! My only complaint was that my sister/MOH, who got married 6 months before me, purchased a beautiful headband there that she wore on her wedding and that I was going to use as my something borrowed at mine but it literally crumbled in my hands after her wedding. We called to have it replaced but they claimed they couldn't replace it so we had to talk directly to Sarah to actually get it replaced. Then when we went to pick it up the manufacturers sent the wrong headband and said they were no longer making the headband we wanted and I was extremely disappointed. BUT thankfully 3 days later the manufacturers sent the correct headband with an apology but it was definitely more stressful than it should have been for a headband. Other than that, getting my veil, belt, and dress were all wonderful! I wouldn't change my experience for the world!

Friendly staff! Made me feel super special and let all my group pick dresses to try on! I actually bought one dress and another one came in a weeek later I had to try on! Thought I was being a pain in the butt but they encouraged me to come and try it on to make sure it was my dream dress. They helped me change my order. We also found my moms dress and my bridesmaids dresses all in one spot. Best place ever! Small family owned business feel and service!
