My experience at Sarah’s Bridal Gallery was absolutely fabulous. Deb was so inviting and energetic my entire visit. I felt so comfortable and we had a BLAST! My guests and I felt a...
n instant connection with her. Deb is attentive and has a strong attention to detail. She listened to my likes and dislikes and never made me feel pressured or anxious. I would 12/10 times recommend Sarah’s over and over. It is totally worth making the trip- even if it’s out of your way. They have a wide variety of bridal gowns in all shapes and sizes. You’re bound to find your dream dress here. I sure did! Elli was super helpful getting me prepared to make my bridesmaids appointment. I can’t wait to bring my bridesmaids back for their dress search and experience the fun all over again. Thank you for making my day super special and one to remember forever!
I loved every minute of my appointment! These ladies really know their stuff! They talk you through every detail of your big day. They make it so easy to fall in love with a gown t...
hat you know you will be able to love wearing all day long. I am not a standard size either, they were able to make me comfortable with alterations and talk me through those. I also just want to add how special they made my entire family feel. I will return for bridesmaids and tuxes too!
I would highly recommend Sarah’s Bridal Gallery. Sarah and Deb have saved my wedding dress after two significant set backs just weeks before our wedding. Between excellent communic...
ation from the owner herself at any time of the day or night, to Deb even spending time with me after hours on a Friday evening trying to fix my worries, these ladies really cared about my happiness and made it their own. This buisness went above and beyond to show the true meaning of exceptional customer service. Thank you Sarah and Deb!
Sarah was extremely helpful, accommodating, and awesome in helping me find the wedding dress of my dreams! I fell in love with the most beautiful, long, elegant train I have ever s...
een! It was unique because the train actually was attached to a belt so the entire belt and train came off the mermaid fitted dress it originally came with. THEN I fell in love with an ivory colored fit and flare dress with a corset back that fit my body perfectly! So Sarah and I came up with the idea to try the ivory fit and flare dress with the train from the mermaid dress and as soon as I saw myself I burst into uncontrollable tears! Sarah ran straight to the phone to talk to the company to make sure I could order only the train without its original dress and thank goodness the answer was yes! My dress was truly one of a kind and I felt gorgeous in it! My only complaint was that my sister/MOH, who got married 6 months before me, purchased a beautiful headband there that she wore on her wedding and that I was going to use as my something borrowed at mine but it literally crumbled in my hands after her wedding. We called to have it replaced but they claimed they couldn't replace it so we had to talk directly to Sarah to actually get it replaced. Then when we went to pick it up the manufacturers sent the wrong headband and said they were no longer making the headband we wanted and I was extremely disappointed. BUT thankfully 3 days later the manufacturers sent the correct headband with an apology but it was definitely more stressful than it should have been for a headband. Other than that, getting my veil, belt, and dress were all wonderful! I wouldn't change my experience for the world!
Friendly staff! Made me feel super special and let all my group pick dresses to try on! I actually bought one dress and another one came in a weeek later I had to try on! Thought I...
was being a pain in the butt but they encouraged me to come and try it on to make sure it was my dream dress. They helped me change my order. We also found my moms dress and my bridesmaids dresses all in one spot. Best place ever! Small family owned business feel and service!
I had the best experience with them. I had a small time frame for when I needed the dress and they found me the dress of my dreams.
THIS is the place to go to for mother of the bride. Sarah is truly a delightful, helpful and so knowledgeable owner. Prices are reasonable and the kindness that you're shown unbel...
ievable. Can't wait to go there for my second daughter's wedding.
I found my wedding dress last summer at Sarah's Bridal Gallery. The associate that helped me was great, each dress she brought me could have worked just as well. She was very helpf...
ul and a pleasure to work with. At the end of the day I opted to purchase a sample gown right off the floor, as it fit pretty well and they offer a discount for purchasing floor samples. I found a seamstress in New Orleans where I live who altered the gown to fit me perfectly, and I felt gorgeous on my wedding day last week. Nearly every guest complimented the gown, it really was a great suggestion by the associate at Sarah's.
I would recommend Sarah's Bridal Gallery to any bride-to-be!
I went to Sarah's Bridal and was blown away by the whole experience! All the girls working there were such amazing help. I felt so comfortable with picking out my dress and bridesm...

I, like most brides, have a very strict budget to stick to for my gown. Sure, it limits my choices, but I am not one to see spending an outrageous amount on a dress that I will we...
ar for 8 hours. From the get-go, I let the consultant know my budget so she was aware. We started out doing fine until she decided to pull a few choices of her own. She started talking about how gorgeous this one gown was that she had picked and how she wanted me to try it on next even though I had a few of my own selections left to try on. It wasn't anything special to me but I agreed to show my family and friends. My mom looked at my as soon as I stepped out of the dressing room and whispered as I walked by how much the gown was. It was $2,200. My budget? $1,000. Now excuse me for being rude, but why in the hell would you put a bride in a gown that is over double her budget without even warning her? To me that is dirty business, and although I found a dress I liked there, I will not purchase from this store. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I'm sure the owner and other consultants may not be so bad, but she ruined my experience and I will not be one to recommend this store to others.
I got my wedding dress at Sarah's and had a wonderful experience with that process. They didn't always seem the most organized but overall I would definitely recommend them.
The staff was very helpful. They were knowledgeable in regards to color schemes and matching colors. The tuxes that we rented from Milroy's were more than perfect, we had to get re...
placement pieces and those were in less than 24hrs.
lOVE THE SERVICE
There was a miscommunication error between myself and the staff on when my dresses would be ordered. I was not very happy at the time, however the owner did call and apologize.
