I would 12/10 times recommend Sarah’s over and over. It is totally worth making the trip- even if it’s out of your way. They have a wide variety of bridal gowns in all shapes and sizes. een! It was unique because the train actually was attached to a belt so the entire belt and train came off the mermaid fitted dress it originally came with. THEN I fell in love with an ivory colored fit and flare dress with a corset back that fit my body perfectly! So Sarah and I came up with the idea to try the ivory fit and flare dress with the train from the mermaid dress and as soon as I saw myself I burst into uncontrollable tears! Sarah ran straight to the phone to talk to the company to make sure I could order only the train without its original dress and thank goodness the answer was yes! My dress was truly one of a kind and I felt gorgeous in it! My only complaint was that my sister/MOH, who got married 6 months before me, purchased a beautiful headband there that she wore on her wedding and that I was going to use as my something borrowed at mine but it literally crumbled in my hands after her wedding. We called to have it replaced but they claimed they couldn't replace it so we had to talk directly to Sarah to actually get it replaced. Then when we went to pick it up the manufacturers sent the wrong headband and said they were no longer making the headband we wanted and I was extremely disappointed. BUT thankfully 3 days later the manufacturers sent the correct headband with an apology but it was definitely more stressful than it should have been for a headband. Other than that, getting my veil, belt, and dress were all wonderful! I wouldn't change my experience for the world!

ul and a pleasure to work with. At the end of the day I opted to purchase a sample gown right off the floor, as it fit pretty well and they offer a discount for purchasing floor samples. I found a seamstress in New Orleans where I live who altered the gown to fit me perfectly, and I felt gorgeous on my wedding day last week. Nearly every guest complimented the gown, it really was a great suggestion by the associate at Sarah's.

ar for 8 hours. From the get-go, I let the consultant know my budget so she was aware. We started out doing fine until she decided to pull a few choices of her own. She started talking about how gorgeous this one gown was that she had picked and how she wanted me to try it on next even though I had a few of my own selections left to try on. It wasn't anything special to me but I agreed to show my family and friends. My mom looked at my as soon as I stepped out of the dressing room and whispered as I walked by how much the gown was. It was $2,200. My budget? $1,000. Now excuse me for being rude, but why in the hell would you put a bride in a gown that is over double her budget without even warning her? To me that is dirty business, and although I found a dress I liked there, I will not purchase from this store. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I'm sure the owner and other consultants may not be so bad, but she ruined my experience and I will not be one to recommend this store to others.
I got my wedding dress at Sarah's and had a wonderful experience with that process. They didn't always seem the most organized but overall I would definitely recommend them.
