I attended my friend’s wedding as a bridesmaid and officiant, and unfortunately minutes before she walked down the aisle we noticed that the vintage photo booth they had signed their contract for was nowhere to be found. The owner was sneakily trying to set up a piece of fabric as a backdrop and an iPad instead of the beautiful vintage Photo Booth they had seen online! The bride asked him what he was doing, and his only response was that the vintage Photo Booth was at another event. About half way through their conversation his story changed, and he said he had simply brought the wrong one. He claimed he was leaving to go and get their photo booth and that he would be back halfway through the reception. Although we suspected he was lying, we were incredibly disappointed that he never showed. He refunded the couple in full the following day, but his sneakiness and lack of professionalism moments before the couple walked down the aisle have moved me to leave a 1 star review of his services. He left them no time to make other arrangements, and upset the bride thoroughly on a day where she should have no worries at all. I would recommend other more reliable vendors, unless you’re okay with risking a no show on the day of the wedding. 

Please proceed with caution. We were so excited to have the Model 12 Vintage style photo booth at our wedding, however an hour before our ceremony we noticed him hastily setting up an open air digital photo booth (just a background and camera, not remotely close to what we paid for). Only after I approached him and asked what was going on, he sheepishly admitted he didn’t have our photo booth. He made excuses that he was really busy that day, and overall didn’t want to find a solution or even try to get the correct photo booth there. First he said his studio was too far away to go get the correct one, then he was saying it was actually at another venue, so who knows if he double booked us or just brought the wrong one, as he kept changing his story. Either way, he did not handle the situation well in the moment and was not honest and up front. He then eventually agreed to try and get the correct photo booth and he told us and our wedding coordinator that he would be back with it late, which would have been better than nothing. He then packed up and left, ghosted calls from our coordinator for hours, and in the end, he never came back. I will say, he did send a full refund the next morning with out any issue or prompting which was appreciated. I just don’t want this situation to happen to anyone else; no one should have to deal with this sort of stress on their wedding - let alone moments before they walk down the aisle.

LOVED it! I am so glad we went this route to rent a vintage photobooth for our wedding day. From the start, Jeff was responsive and helpful. We found the right fit for what I was looking for and made sure it would work well with the venue space. Easy to customize your own photo strips and designs with your wedding/event theme and colors. The guests loved it. They were able to take as many photos as they wanted and have the strips as favors. Jeff was available to help when technology issue came up. We were giving digital copies of all the photos at the end as well!! 10/10!

We hired Jeff on to do the photobooth at our wedding in September - we went with the Snappy Sam Open Air Photo booth - and man, what a hit it was! All our guests had such a great time using the photo booth. And having a scrapbook and online photos of everyone is really fantastic! We will cherish the great memories captured by Jeff and his team.
