Freaking aweosme service. Peter and Tasi were very accommodating and always answered us quickly. Drinks was good, service was good. We will hire for future events, next time get bar.

We hired The Pour Horse for our wedding in March 2020. Covid hit and we had to move our date. We were devestated. Tassie was super responsive even tho we know she had a million emails with worried brides and customers all Coming in at the same time. They were so sweet and understanding about moving our date. Fast forward to our actual Wedding. Our venue required us to use their company and now we know why. Tassie was super responsive, always answered emails in less than 8 hours from when we sent them. Was super knowledgeable about ways to help us save and what cocktails our guests would love but still be “us”. Our guests loved her whiskey drink and we’ve had 2 reach out to see if I can give them the recipe. I read someone else’s review and - People need to read their contracts before initialing. Seriously, they did all exactlt as their agreement stated it would. We had our caterer supply the non alcoholic drinks as they had better pricing, not by much, but everything adds up. Also our bartenders were super friendly and soooo fast! In the end, we have absolutely not 1 negative thing to say, we recommend The Pour Horse!

Uhm can we first just say what a bad*ss boss babe Tassie is! She was one of the raddest people we have ever met. We felt like we knew her our whole life from the moment we met. Service rocked, she was extremely competent and knowledgeable and her staff were equally equipped with bad*ssness. Best vendor we had, when our caterer decided to not show up until 20 min before their service (whole other story), she stepped in and made sure everyone was taken care of with non-alcoholic and stepped out to call our caterer as I was flipping tf out. Also- make sure you have at least a day of coordination because we might not had had this issue had we done it. I digress. Not only professional but very friendly and straightforward from the very beginning. Also, try their Figgin Married. Holy cr*p it was freaking delicious. Hire them.

We hired for our wedding back in Dec and we absolutely loved the service we received from both Tassie and staff. Our bartenders were smiling, fast and had everything prepped way early. They really had our guests laughing and having fun. Drinks on point, communication was quick and our planning process couldn’t have gone smoother. There’s a reason they are preferred vendors list at every single venue we visited haha.

Highly recommend! Tassie has impeccable taste and a top-notch staff. We used the mobile bar and The Pour Horse - I’m still getting compliments from guests! Tassie listened and advised through every step of the process from planning, to shopping, to decorating, and even saved us money on vendors. I can’t thank you enough!

Incredible service from the beginning to the end. Tassie is so incredibly talented and you can tell she truly cares about your day. She helped us plan our drink menu and made sure we were taken care of. She recommended other vendors that we would have had no clue about and that were perfect for what we were looking for.

We worked with Peter for our wedding. We spoke to a lot of other companies that either had very limited mixers or just kept treating to up sell us. We got everything we wanted and more. Their service was great for us. we highly recommend.

We had absolutely wonderful service from Tassie and The Pour Horse. What a great start to the new year: we had our New Years party with this company. Let’s just with signatures, Tassie walked us through a festive menu, she supplied the mixer pkg and calculated the alcohol needed for us, saving us a ton. Service, was impeccable, when they had downtime they were out cleaning up areas that weren’t even their responsibility and it was so appreciated. We rented her car and The Pour Horse, her cute horse trailer bar. They were the talk of the party, she even gave my husband a ride in the car which he’s still talking about. They are reasonably priced and worth every penny.

We had the most unprofessional experience ever. To start we scheduled a tasting that she failed to show up and did not mention she would not make it until we reached out to her. Although she did offer a discount it was not worth using her at the wedding. We should have cancelled our contract! The day of the wedding she was so disrespectful and rude to both my mother and my wedding planner. They told us the amount of alcohol to bring, and after it was brought to the venue we were given attitude about how much we bought. She ruined labels of several CASES of sparkling wine so we were not able to return any of it. She failed to bring the appropriate bar equipment. Things as simple as bar shakers, so drinks we requested were NOT made the day of the wedding. We also got a mixer package which we were supposed to receive 5 mixers. I’m not sure about you but I have never mixed honey with a vodka before but they counted things like honey and cinnamon as mixers. Also in each meeting she continued to bring up cost for her company, I’m sorry but we are paying you for your service along with everything else that comes with the wedding. Your cost means nothing to me because we are paying for it. All and all, things that were discussed were not done. It was a horrible experience dealing with her and her attitude. It was just completely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer service for servicing someone on what is to be one of the best day of a couples life. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT using her services.

Absolutely book them. We booked a mobile bar, Bartenders and a Photobooth camper (which was to die for cute and 50% off due to two rentals, sweeeeeeet) and our guests are still talking about it. We got doubles of every picture so we put them in a book for future years. We are so happy with the service we received, we already booked their camper again for a Labor Day party.

Definitely one of our favorite bartending services! Not only are their bar set-ups super cool, but Tassie is great about communicating with us and our clients about recommended alcohol quantities and specific instructions in preparing for their events. BOOK WITH SASSTASS!!! Having a good bartender is extremely important at your wedding and Tassie handles it all with ease! She clearly wants you to have the best wedding and she’ll do whatever it takes to ensure you go home happy with her services! Throughout the planning process, she was so easy to reach and would bounce back ideas with me as much as I wanted! We decided to have her delicious Boozey Popsicles at our wedding, which she has TONS of different flavors for including Hibiscus Lemonade, Watermelon Thyme, and Moscow Mule. She also let us borrow her adorable vintage car, Alfred (Get it! Your guests will go crazy for it!) She had fun giveaways on Facebook! She made the BEST drinks - so fresh and delicious! I could go on and on about how wonderful she was! Please book with her! You will NOT regret it!!

Wonderful company to work with. Tassi was very helpful with making sure we understood what we needed to bring, and gave us a drink consult and sent us some great recommendations. We would highly recommend them and their truckster is amazing, my wife wants one for the backyard!

DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! We made the mistake of using this company for our wedding. We were told no we would have no lines of people waiting and to buy kegs for their ‘Truckster’ dispenser. My self, the groom, had to wait in line every time I went to get a drink. The drink stations were abandoned multiple times and guest served themselves. I bought 4 kegs and they returned them to me with one half empty and the other three completely full. They could only dispense a half of one keg because their equipment was not working. Instead of refunding me the keg costs they attempted to blame the temperature of the kegs and not take responsibility for all any of their lies and failures. I wish you could rate them with negative stars!

Our experience with The Pour Horse was nothing short of amazing. Everything was super clear before we hired them. We had looked at a few companies referred by our venue and The Pour Horse was the only one that had a list of any potential charge or add on when we asked. Dane and I appreciated this so we could plan according to our budget and needs. The service was great as were the signatures and we never had to wait weeks for responses like we did with some other vendors. Overall we would use them for our holiday parties as well.

We got married last Saturday: Service staff (way cheaper than catering quotes btw) 2 Bartenders (were pretty much the same price as the other companies around) Truckster Bar, CUTEST EVER and was reasonably priced, can only imagine the upkeep. Tassie was our email contact and we had a million questions. Neither one of us had been married before so no idea how anything worked. She was responsive, explained and answered all questions in detail and was very easy to work with throughout the whole way. The staff was amazing, picking up and making sure the moment a glass needed to be filled, it was. There was no trash left about. Bartenders were on it! Our family can drink and they were fun and energetic. We had already picked out our cocktails as suggested beforehand but they really made our guests feel comfortable. We would recommend this company and their team to anyone. They were professional, fun and did a great job!

To start, this is one of the worst service experiences both my wife and I have had in our lives. Fortunately, just about every other vendor for our wedding was amazing which diminished the impact of how bad this vendor was. Initially, we were quite excited to work with this company because our wedding venue, which contracts only with SassTass, spoke incredibly well of Tassie and the team. We adored (and still adore!) our experience with that venue, Carriage Hills Ranch in Blanco. It seems that venue got a very different taste of Tassie's true colors, and we found a very different version of her. From the start, Tassie was incredibly unprofessional (starting over 6 months before our wedding) telling us to hurry and pay because she was running out of bartenders. This was confusing to us, as she had an exclusive agreement with our venue. All her communications were terse, rushed, filled with spelling and grammatical errors, and focused on us signing a contract to hire and pay her rather than communicating about her services and answering our questions. When we finally received a quote, it required a 25% tip rate on top of unusually high bartending fees (much higher than our caterer quoted). While we were required to work with Tassie, we learned from friends, family, and our wedding coordinator that Tassie's contract was simply trying to rip us off. We had to enlist the help of our wedding venue contact because we were so worried about Tassie's attitude and the impact on our wedding. Afterwards, the situation improved somewhat in terms of customer service and cost. Tassie herself has proven repeatedly to be unprofessional and defensive, focusing on maximizing her profits with little care for us (the bride and groom) or our event. We rarely in our lives have worked with someone who so clearly lacked customer service skills. After the wedding a number of guests complained to us about the bartenders, literally the only thing that went wrong on our wedding day. Fortunately, all the guests raved about how amazing our band, venue, and the rest was, offsetting how bad Tassie's bartenders were. Can't say enough bad things about this company; in short, we very strongly do not recommend working with Tassie to anyone.

Where do I even begin?! Tassie is phenomenal...both her communication skills and her creative cocktails are quite impressive. Truly! Throughout our wedding planning process, we dealt with a lot of vendors, and Tassie is absolutely one of the best. As soon as I found out about The Pour Horse, I knew we had to book it—my husband is a professional rodeo guy and horse trainer, so it was perfect for our western chic wedding vibe. After talking to Tassie, though, I was even more excited about her company. She is just amazing and such a pro! Her craft cocktails are so fresh and delicious (and beautiful, too!). When we did our drink tasting to pick our signature drinks, the hardest part was deciding which ones we would actually have at our wedding...because they were all SO good. We were able to narrow it down eventually and couldn’t be happier with our choices. We ended up using The Pour Horse to serve hot cider and hot chocolate outside as guests arrived for our ceremony and during cocktail hour, too (with the option to spike the cider/hot chocolate at that point). I cannot tell y’all how many guests raved about the hot drinks...they were such a big hit! As were our signature drinks during the reception. Even more impressive than the drinks, though, is Tassie’s professionalism and willingness to do whatever she could do to make sure her contribution to our day was perfect. And, it truly was! I also have to mention her patience...I asked A LOT of questions throughout the planning process (mostly via email), and I don’t think I ever waited more than an hour for a response...and, actually, most of the time I had an email back from her within five minutes! Seriously, I don’t know how she does it, but she really is the best. I cannot say enough great things about Tassie, her company, and her adorable bars! Highly recommend!!!

We attended party at Alamo Brewery with The Pour Horse, Paul & Tassie were so friendly and knowledgeable, made cocktails you’d normally find in a craft bar and truly made our whole group feel special.

You will not regret it! We had both our coordinator and photographer recommend them and their adorable mobile bars, we chose the Margarita Truck. We did a tasting (she came to us! ) and picked out 2 Signature drinks. We had a very hard time picking because they were ALL good! The owner is VERY accommodating and you can tell her experience through her communication. She left no detail out and took very good care of us, her bartenders took very good care of our guests. We are extremely happy with the recommendation to use The Pour Horse as our service.

We booked the Pour Horse last year because they were a "preferred vendor" of our venues and seemed to be a good fit for our theme but also they had great reviews from months prior. Unfortunately, we ended up being disappointed in the service we received, as it was anything but what was promised. Our guest range was around 150 but only half actually drank alcohol. To start the bar had notified us that they would expect alcohol to run out quick given the drink load of our guests was high even though we had provided the correct amount of alcohol. We were surprised but expected to just use up everything we had. After dinner, we discovered the bar was running out of mixers for the specialized cocktails and made the decision to over-pour mixers to keep up with the amount of alcohol that was left. This left drinks to be heavily diluted and sweet. Garnishes we had paired with the cocktails during our drink tasting (months before) was not even provided but just a lemon, and that wasn't even consistent with the drinks. There were a number of guests complaining about how different the drinks had tasted before and after the start of the evening, which was very upsetting. At the end of the night, we later discovered we still had a few bottles left but could have been used, had the bar not overuse mixers. Although our expectations were not met, I was pleased the owner considered our review and was able to explain the situation. Nothing can make up for lost time, but I do appreciate being heard as a concerned bride and human being. I realize mistakes can be made, but as a professional, you are held to a higher expectation and getting paid well enough for the work that you do in which you should be prepared in any future event.

We hired The Pour Horse for our wedding and were extremely excited to have them as a vendor. We opted for their full-service package that included 5 hours of bar service and two bartenders to host 185 guests. After our wedding, we began getting dozens of complaints from guests about the bartenders being rude and standoffish and the customer service being essentially non-existent. The bar was closed down multiple times throughout the night for various reasons, including a time when guests witnessed the bartenders taking photos for The Pour Horse's social media during the wedding. Meanwhile, our guests were not being served. At one point, the owner also claimed we had run out of beer, but when pressed by guests was told that she simply did not want to have to pump the keg. Later, about 50 of our guests complained of never having received the champagne toast. When picking up the remaining inventory at our venue, we noticed that we not only had a keg and a half of beer left, but we also still had a full case of sparkling wine that was supposed to be used for the toast. Upon reaching out to The Pour Horse, we were told that it was the caterer's fault that a case of wine was missed and that they were not even aware there would be a champagne toast for the event and we should have added it to our package. Not once were we ever offered the toast as an option and nowhere on their website or social media pages does it say that it is an add-on service. We also gave the bartenders a list of all product being provided, so claiming that they were unaware of the extra case of wine was clearly an oversight on their part. The bar was closed throughout our entire dinner service and also multiple times thereafter. All in all, we did not receive our 5 hours of guaranteed bar service and only one bartender was available a majority of the evening, which led to long wait times when it was actually open. Upon reaching out to the owner, who also happened to be one of our bartenders that evening, she was unapologetic, unprofessional and lacked customer service altogether. She blamed other vendors (who were wonderful, by the way) for stealing all of her ice which led to the bar closing and the toast not being successful. She also noted that, "guests were def not getting slow service" and referred to me as a "pissed off bride" even though I was not the only one disappointed in the service. She minimized our concerns and avoided taking responsibility for her actions for our event and only apologized after a series of back and forth emails. I've since read other reviews where customers have had similar complaints and I've seen how the owner has tried to diminish their claims. We're writing this detailed review in hopes that other couples will be saved the same embarrassment and frustration that we experienced. My husband and I do not recommend hiring The Pour Horse for your wedding or event as you will undoubtedly be disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism that you will receive.

SassTass was so wonderful at our wedding! They were recommended to us by the venue and I am so glad we went with them. Tassie was always quick to respond when I had questions and on the day of they were super efficient and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone getting married in the New Braunfels area.

Tassie and her staff are ALWAYS on top of everything. Not to mention their kindness, punctuality, and creativeness is above all other bartenders. I never thought I would like a Whiskey sour, and she completely changed my mind and it's now my faaavorite drink! I would HIGHLY recommend Tassie and her staff with any of their amazing mobile bars for your event. I've used her multiple times, and plan on having her at all of my events!

SassTass is a great company. They provided bartending service for my wedding. Tassie and her other bartender Paul were helpful, nice, and very energetic. Tassie was also very responsive and helpful when creating our drink list. I will be recommending SassTass to my friends.

We worked with SassTass at our wedding and besides the great service while her bartenders were there, she was always quick to respond prior, did a full drink consult prior and made us a calculated list to work off of since they did not supply our alcohol. I was really looking forward to having this cute bar & service at my wedding. Turns out there are several things Not written in the contract and I had many unhappy guests, including my husband, inform me of. The policies are very strict as far as serving more than one drink at a time, not making virgin drinks, and not serving “mixed” shots even though we had discussed prior arrangements for doing so. I’m not typically one to write a bad review but felt compelled to do so after many unfortunate events occurred. I paid extra for them to provide mixers and she ran out and had to resort to a different beverage. I would more so recommend them for a short term event, not a wedding. I will say the bar is super cute and made for cute pics.

Sasstass bartenders are the best. They are professional, courteous and know how to craft cocktails like no others!! I have enjoyed working with Tassie on several projects and I am happy to say she really knows her stuff!! The Pour Horse mobile bar is just one of a fleet of of unique offerings available from Sasstass bartending. Any of their trailers and/ or specialty carts makes for a truly memorable event. I can recommend this company to anyone looking to make their wedding or other event one to be remembered...

I attended a wedding a couple weeks ago The Pour Horse was bartending. Unfortunately service was slow and they took breaks throughout the reception at which time the bar was completely closed down. We checked back about 30 minutes later and they still had not reopened after dinner. Rotating breaks and staffing another bartender would improve service.

Tassie and her team were so easy to work with! We had a last minute add to our bar list and it was no problem. Though we did run out of beer they still made the best of it as one of our guest was kind enough to run and get more for them to serve. No one under 21 drinks even with a parent present. Would definitely recommend using SassTass for your Big Event.

We had ST for our bartending and service staff and they were wonderful. The owner is super responsive and answered questions promptly even when I texted late. We don’t typically drink much so we relied on her to help with signature drinks everyone would love. We filled out her detailed questionnaire and she came back with a list of recipes to choose from that matched our like and dislikes. Her service staff Were professional in appearance and helped us with more than we expected. We were lucky enough to have Tassie as our bartender along with another male who got through our line quickly and efficiently. Her fresh juices made all the difference and were presented beautifully. They really took time and put in the effort and our guests loved them so it all showed. Not the cheapest bartending company (certainly not overpriced at all) and with all that we got, we feel it was beyond worth it and would recommend to any other couple looking for nothing but excellence.

SassTass was amazing for what we needed at our wedding. Price wise and the quality of service. Tassie at SassTass was great in helping me get the perfect quote of services needed. Our family supplied the alcohol and SassTass provided the rest at a super affordable rate. We were able to choose our own mixers as well and Tassie kept me updated on any changes up until the wedding. The only issue we had was with our champagne toast, one table did not receive their champagne in time of the toasts. They were the furthest table from the bar and SassTass's team was handing out glasses to each table. Not a big issue but Tassie made sure to contact me the day after for additional feedback. The communication from Tassie throughout the planning made me feel very secure in our hiring of her team. Professional, prompt, and perfect pours. We would definitely recommend hiring them for you event!

I’ve had a chance to work with SassTass as a vendor and enjoy them as a wedding guest and each experience has made me love them even more. Tassie was our bartender for both our rehearsal dinner, as well as on our wedding night at the reception. I can truly say as a bartender myself; I did not have ONE worry knowing SassTass was handling my bar. She is great at her job. She is was amazing to work with. She is understanding, and ensured that my guest were a priority no matter WHAT. On top of making sure that we never had a line, she helped make things fun! She is very outgoing, her bartenders were SO genuine, and she helped make my night AMAZING. Go to her, you want a good venue? Robert and I choose SassTass right off the bat for our bar tending services. Not only is SassTass reasonably priced Tassie is very professional and responsive to all of our questions. The day of the wedding Tassie travelled all the way from from an event that she had in Austin to our wedding which was a plus because we really wanted her at our wedding too. She sent 2 bartenders before she arrived and they were very friendly. I will say there was a small miscommunication about mixers (I'm the one that forgot to mention it to them) but it was resolved very quickly. We would for sure use SassTass again! Thank you Tassie!

Tassi was the most attentive and thoughtful vendor we had through our entire wedding process. We had some bad experiences with established vendors never getting back to us. She was always quick to respond and very helpful and understanding. The day of I felt like I was meeting an old friend when I got to finally chat in person with her! I can't recommend them enough! Absolutely remarkable service. Tess is extremely responsive and detailed. The Pour Horse was the cutest idea I have ever seen. Bartenders were amazing as were the drinks. Reasonably priced considering you can't go wrong hiring.

Everything up to the wedding was great. Working with Tassie was easy because she's super quick to respond. On the day of the wedding, 2 things went wrong. 1) the bartenders showed up an hour late and 2) they ran out of club soda, which was part of my signature cocktail. SassTass Bartending advertises that they'll do the shopping for you. They knew my headcount and didn't get enough of club soda, which costs less than a dollar per bottle. During the event, the bartenders were just average, not bad but not amazing. Unfortunately, this is my only vendor that I didn't give a 5 star review and I would not recommend them. Showing up late is not acceptable.

Oh my gosh you guys, book this lady bartender and her beautiful trailer while you can. When I saw this trailer I feel in love with it. It went perfect with my gorgeous wedding and then to top it off, Tassie is wonderful and she makes the best drinks in Texas! You will be pleased and happy with not only her trailer and drinks, her customer service is very pleasant as well. Thank you Tassie for making my day that much more special.
