I had a catering consultation scheduled for 10am Sunday 2/25. I had heard about your company when I was at the wedding showcase in late January. When I arrived both the catering manager and who I assumed was the general manager couldn't get aho...
ld of the guy who was supposed to do the consultation. Being a bride, punctuality and professionalism is crucial for my big day. The display I had in your very busy restaurant was very disappointing. The fact that someone I was considering to use for my big day lacked both of these traits was a huge let down. When I scheduled the consultation on the phone I should have known when the email I was told to expect never arrived... that should have been a huge. I will be using a different company that values my time and knows how big of a deal a wedding is to a bride. The owner was great and tried to smooth things over and I considered giving them a second chance, however then the guy called who screwed up the appointment to begin with... and sadly after a conversation with the incompetent staff who forgot to document my appointment on their schedule turning it around to blame me and say I actually had the date wrong I have reconsidered. Not only is that completely moronic to blame the customer when you screwed up but it was just insult to injury. I’m a busy mom who is planning their own wedding and have multiple apps that I had scheduled this appointment in so I could make sure to be there. Such a crying shame... I was really hoping I would feel better. But with a staff member like that, it truly makes me terrified to trust this company to take care of me and my guests on a monumental day in my life

The food was delicious and there was TONS of it. We opted to pick up and serve the food ourselves and they were very accommodating, providing very nice serving trays and utensils.

n by giving football game updates while the guys were getting ready. Overall, the food was just ok but we ordered very basic items, nothing fancy. As long as you do a tasting before hand, they would be a great pick. And they let you keep the leftovers!
