Did and absolutely wonderful job decorating my wedding venue added special touches to make my day absolutely wonderful and beautiful
At first I was happy to book with this vendor for chair covers, sashes, and table runners. The owner was very friendly and gave me a great deal. Things quickly went array. After c...
orresponding for months, I sent in my guest numbers a month before my wedding and I was very specific as to the number of runners -their colors and their locations (since she was setting it all up at the venue). On my wedding day, I arrived at my venue to see that the chair sashes were different colors. Some were navy blue and some were aquamarine. Instead of having table runners, there were pieces of fabric that were only about 6 inches wide-in fact, they were thinner than the chair sashes. There were also a number of other runners (that were actual runner width) that I never ordered and other tables that weren't dressed at all. I spent my wedding day on the phone trying to find other vendors to fix what this vendor did. Even the staff at our venue mentioned that they had never seen anything like that before. After a lot of correspondences and photo evidence, Satins and Sashes granted me a partial refund. Later, I found out that they charged my mom more than what was on the invoice, so really the partial refund was what we overpaid and not an actual refund for poor services. The owner is very nice, but she botched our wedding.
We rented white linens and burlap runners for our outdoor wedding. They were perfect for our theme! They even delivered a day in advance so we would have time for set up in the ear...
