Save the Date Events, Day-of Coordination

No need to look any further—Casey is the best! We found her through a friend after our initial planner ghosted us, and she quickly put us at ease. Casey guided us through the entire planning process and kept two anxious people on track. On the day of the event, her execution was perfect. I can’t say enough about her expertise. I could write paragraphs praising her, but who wants to read that much? If Casey is available on your date, truly look no further!

OMG!! WOW...What can I say...Casey you are the best! you made the most important day of my life run so smoothly and I don't know how I could of done it with out you. I am so grateful for you. Casey not only took care of all my vendors on my wedding day but she did so much more, she reassured me and calmed my nerves. She dealt with my crazy family and even took the kids home so we could keep celebrating the night. BOOK HER! She is much more than a wedding planner she will be someone you can lean on through out the whole day.

It was a great decision to hire Casey from "Save the Date". We hired her about 6 months before the wedding. She helped with some planning decisions like finding a florist and someone to do alterations. She also gave us good ideas for table decorations and actually ended up taking care of those for us. She attended our planning meeting with the wedding venue and wrote a wedding day schedule for us. She called all the vendors a few weeks before the event to be sure everything was set and would arrive at the venue on time. This gave me great security and avoided sleepless nights during the weeks right before the wedding. On the day of the wedding she handled all the details, set up a beautiful dessert area, decorated all the tables, and intercepted vendors. We asked her to help one of the aunts who would enter in a wheelchair and she was willing and wonderful. At the end of the night she gathered and organized all the things that needed to be removed from the venue and helped us load 2 cars. I know without a doubt that the wedding would have been a very different and more stressful experience without Casey's help. I am a very grateful Mother of the Bride!

Casey was such a treat to work with and made my wedding week as relaxing as it could get and so enjoyable! I gave her all of my decorations and she transformed our reception into an extra gorgeous venue. A day I’ve only dreamt about! She was so calming to me durning our day when things went off schedule or awry and I was stressing. She resolved everything and some things without me even knowing. She is so flexible and will offer to help you with anything you need. Absolutely amazing!

I cannot imagine our wedding day without Casey. In the months leading up to our wedding, she made sure that she was staying in the loop with our vendor choices and asking critical questions I wouldn’t have even thought were important. On our actual wedding day, I felt a sense of calmness because I knew Casey had everything under control. She had so much knowledge and expertise to get us through the day - and problem solve the inevitable problems - as smoothly as possible. Casey was hands down the best choice for our wedding! She went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect and make our vision a reality. She was so well prepared and anticipated every/any possible hiccup! Her day of bag was Mary Poppins-esque, anytime we needed something she had it! Casey was available for questions and concerns prior to, during, and after the wedding. She helped with the rehearsal dinner as well. She is super organized and efficient, and a calming force, ensuring she will take care of your concern, which she did in every situation! I don’t think the wedding could’ve gone any smoother—Casey was instrumental in making that happen.

I do not have enough positive things to say about Casey!!! She was a LIFESAVER and truly kept me sane and relaxed on our big day. After our final meeting with catering/venue, it was clear that I couldn't do this alone and needed extra help to make sure our wedding went smoothly and that I was stress-free. Casey was a life saver! I was a hesitant groom who didn't think we needed to spend money for a day of coordinator. I went along with it just make my bride less stressed. I am SO grateful we had her, In the first 5 minutes I met her she was helping clean up a spilled beer on the bus and re-pinning all the groomsmen's boutonniere on correctly.
