We contacted Save the Date Rentals only a week before my son's wedding.
Originally we were going to handle the decorations on our own. Once we started adding up the cost along with transporting, setting up & tearing down we thought, "why do we want to hassle with this?" There were already so many other things to worry about.
Teresa was able to accommodate us even without much advance notice. Her products and service are exceptional!
We would highly recommend her to anyone.
From the very beginning my experience with Save the Date was spot on perfect! Teresa is so easy to work with, professional and personal at the same time, and has a eye for beautiful design. One trip to her showroom to mock up our
Tables-cape was all it took. We put together what I had & tweaked it with her decor as well as picked beautiful pieces to add to the venue’s esthetics . So fun & their prices are more than fair!
She is very good at communicating & returned all calls or emails promptly, unlike other vendors. She helped me navigate tricky spots and was an awesome listener.
Our event turned out better than we envisioned with credit due to the teamwork of Teresa & Kate and their passion for detail. We can not thank them enough for filling in the gaps with out being guided & helping our guests navigate situations ( which was not on their agenda ) Save the date goes upon & beyond what we expected— our gratitude can not be measured !

I found Save the Date Rentals on a local wedding page post and let me tell you... Teresa and her team blew it out of the water on my wedding decor and staging services!
We hired her company for both decor rental and set up and paid far less than other companies we inquired with. I appreciate how transparent they were with pricing along the way. There are always places you can trim back in a wedding budget, but wedding decor and day of coordination are not one of them.
During the wedding planning process, I started going through FB marketplace pages to find the decor I was looking for and I got burnt out very quick. Outside of finding the decor you want, it’s even harder trying to coordinate family and friends to set everything up the day before and morning of your wedding. As much as people say they are willing to help, asking people to set up, break down, pack and transport your decor is a huge ask of your family and friends. Hiring Save the Date was a huge blessing to me and allowed me to soak in every minute of my wedding weekend.
From the time I booked with Teresa, she ensured that I knew it was all about me and would do her best to accommodate my decor requests, big and small! She went out of her way to visit my venue with me before we started the decor planning process. She took photos and videos of the space to ensure she had ever inch of my tri-level venue accounted for (and she nailed it). Not an inch of my venue was left untouched or forgotten about. I visited her store numerous times to pick out what I wanted and to see my mock table set up in person. Teresa gave me ideas for things that I hadn't even thought of and even threw in surprises for me on my wedding day. I had new ideas along the way and Teresa never made me feel like a burden, even when I changed my mind.
On the day of my wedding, there were multiple details that other vendors didn’t follow through on as planned... Teresa's team willingly addressed those gaps without even being asked. If you have the opportunity to hire her team as a coordinator as well, I highly recommend it.
All in all, I had such a great experience with Save the Date Rentals. Whether you have a big venue to decorate or a small one, Teresa will take it to the next level and save you TONs of time and money. Having to resell wedding decor on FB marketplace is a nightmare and you’ll never make the money back like you think will... save yourself the hassle.

My son married the love of his life this past Saturday and thanks to Teresa, it was truly a dream wedding come true. Her beautiful vision brought that venue to life, down to the last little detail and made the whole experience complete for the happy couple.
