At the beginning working with this vendor was smooth without any complaints. However, leading up to our wedding unfortunately our experience changed for the worst. Setting up both delivery and pick up time for our wedding rentals was extremely unorganized and stressful. We were given a delivery and pick up time between 8-10:30 am, which worked perfect for our plans for both days. However, the day of delivery there was a huge lack of communication and uncertainty on what was going on. One representative from the company called stating the delivery would be late and would not be there until 12:30-1:00. She stated some of the rentals were not on the truck; therefore they had to turn back around and pick them up. Okay, frustrating but no problem. However, when the delivery finally ended up arriving at 1:45-2:00, the gentleman told my husband that the truck broke down. Fast forward to pick up day, the day unfolded exactly how the delivery day played out. The time we were given was not reality and they once again showed up around 1-1:30. Apparently the truck broke down again! If this is truly the case and there were automotive difficulties twice in a three day span, something needs to be done about it. The rentals were a necessity for our wedding, however if we were to do it all over again we would not use this company. Lastly, the company charged an additional item to our inventory without our knowledge. Granted it was only $35, but it was another phone call and question on what was happening behind the scenes.
Haylee was SO helpful throughout the entire process. I emailed her so often and she responded quickly with kindness and such a willingness to help in any way. Can't recommend them enough!
We had a great experience working with Savvy for our wedding! We first started working with them when they were originally Party Plus. As they transitioned into Savvy the quality of service did not change and remained absolutely amazing. Kelsey was so helpful and responsive to all of my questions. We got all of our rentals through them with the exception of linens and flatware/silverware since my caterer took care of that, but we totally could have gotten it through them! The 120x40 high pole tent looked so good at our venue if you are having a large wedding (170-200). We highly recommend SAVVY for your rental needs no matter what event. Next time we need rentals we will definitely be going back to them! Thank you Kelsey for all of your hard work!

Everything we rented was very clean and looked as it should for what we paid. Although they tried to deliver the wrong kind of chairs the delivery man made a trip back to the warehouse tobpick up the correct ones. Ok customer service.

The folks at Party Plus, especially Traci, gave us lots of help and good suggestions as we planned our daughter's wedding. I learned a ton about wedding planning--and so enjoyed working with Traci and her staff.They made adjustments and additions to our order as needed without any problem. Everything worked out well, and Traci even helped me calm my nerves on the day of the wedding!

Party Plus was great dealing with all the changes and additions made to my rental contracts (rehearsal dinner and wedding) during the entire process. When something was forgotten during the day of the wedding, they rushed the item out. My only complaint was the overpriced damage fees after the wedding, and what they were claiming was damaged.

I have used Party Plus before for other events with no problems what so ever. This was not a very good experience. I was a little disappointed to say the least. The chairs we ordered where filthy. We had to wash each one and several where missing the feet so we could not use them since we did not want to scratch the floor. The tables fit perfectly and looked nice. No issues there. The sound system. It did not work. The mic worked but nothing else did. Since we did not do a DJ this was a HUGE disappointment. When I called them they pretty much said that too bad. Yeah thanks for killing all music at my wedding. The least they could have done is comp part of it. Really poor customer service. Lastly we where scheduled for pick up on Monday. We sat around until about 3 and I called and they said they where not coming but they would be there Tuesday. They did come Tuesday but a phone call would have been nice.
