We changed the date of the wedding a few times and went through some personal struggles that Savannah not only understood, but also offered to help and she often checked in with me to see how things were going--she genuinely cared about myself and my family and I can't thank her enough for showing so much compassion and empathy. Leading up to the wedding, she was constantly calming me down (because you know, us brides like to panic about every little thing) and she never once told me I was being ridiculous or unreasonable...she took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I was up to speed with everything. We had several phone conversations, constant texting and a handful of in-person consultations, which are so necessary because you HAVE to be on the same page as one another, The day of the actual wedding was every bride's worst nightmare.... our wedding was outdoors in mid September, so I of course pictured getting married under this gorgeous tree on the grounds, the guests walking from the barn, to the house, to the photo booth, etc. -- just everything free flowing and the weather to be in high 60's, low 70's. We had discussed where all of the decor would go and I was THRILLED for the day to come so everybody could see what Savannah and I had put together...... and then Oklahoma weather happened. I promised myself I would never be a bridezilla so even though it was literally pouring ALL DAY and the police shut down the road leading to my venue, I was sipping on some champagne acting cool as a cucumber, but on the inside I was devastated and just figured all of my beautiful flowers would go to waste, the guests would be covered in mud, my decor wouldn't be utilized at all and the wedding would be a sad tragedy (I know... I'm dramatic, right?) BUT HOLY MOLY.... Savannah put on her rain boots and rain jacket and pulled off one of the most beautiful weddings I've ever been to (I know I'm a little bias), but she made it seem like the decor she had set up was originally planned to be set up like it was... everything was perfect and I couldn't have done it without her. EVERYTHING was a dream and nothing would've gone as well as it did or looked as beautiful as it did if it were't for Savannah! THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING and for having such a beautiful soul. You're truly amazing and super talented-- I have no doubt that you will do great things and take this business to the top! LOVE YOU GIRL!!
