Saz's Catering

s was a no brainer because they do it all! We did family style food and we received RAVE reviews! They travelled almost an hour and you would never know the food was not made on-site the temperature was perfect and food was absolutely delicious. The petite desserts and late night stations were a hit! Not only was the food great but the team on-site was wonderful! They were so helpful and friendly. Katie who helped us plan was EXCEPTIONAL, she responded quickly and was so helpful and kind with everything. I am an event planner from out of town and was in awe of them, I 100% recommend them for any event!

e sat down with Katie and the team for the tasting we knew we made the best choice.  Not only were they extremely professional but they made the process fun and easy.  Needless to say the food was delicious!!!   But even picking out dinner ware was fun.  They gave expert opinions but allowed us to create the wedding of our dreams  Can’t go wrong with Saz’s catering 

pecial day. It really helped when it came to pick our menu. Family style was a great option so everyone got served at the same time, and no one was waiting on a buffet line. The whole day the Saz's team was so friendly and made sure me and my husband got everything we needed. They also were able to get us donuts for dessert which made the day that much easier. We picked Saz's because for one price you knew what you were getting. Unlike other caterers who if you wanted to add on late night pizza, or appetizers or donuts, would be an extra cost. We knew up front how much we were paying and what we would get, and no guessing on a price! We are the second ones in our family to use Saz's and we will continue to recommend them to everyone!

er during the cocktail hour, Saz's made us feel like family. They worked seamlessly with our venue to help us create the wedding of our dreams with food our guests are still mentioning. Get the mushroom appetizer, it was so good and a perfect vegan/veggie option!

and we'd chose them every time. They allowed us to share memories of trying the food with our family. Whenever I asked questions throughout the process, I always felt supported. They supported us on allergies better than we could have even thought (I have Celiacs and they made those changes flawlessly). The day of the wedding, they came up to us to ask how the food was tasting. It was better than we could have imagined. I am not kidding when I say everyone was going up for seconds at our wedding. We did a buffet style dinner for ~200 people.

t when our special day came that we would use Saz's as well. Katie was amazing to work with and was always so helpful and kind during the planning process. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of at our wedding. During cocktail hour/appetizers the staff came up to us while we were taking photos outside to make sure the wedding party wouldn't miss out on the appetizers. The chef also prepared me a separate plated meal that was safe for my sensitive stomach. All of these details meant the world to us and made the night so special. Our guests also loved the food and kept coming up to us to compliment the food and staff. Thank you again for everything!

nt location, she seamlessly started working with us on catering at our chosen venue. The tasting was collaborative and fun. There is no shortage of options and Saz’s readily accommodated all our guests’ needs. We were so excited about their family style option, which was a huge hit with our guests! Service at the reception was efficient and the staff were gracious and friendly. Perhaps most importantly, the food was AMAZING! We got compliments all weekend and several guests said it was the best wedding food they ever had! My dad was sad there wasn’t a to-go box for the short ribs :)

e food was! The staff was wonderful to work with and even accommodated us with a few guest who showed up late due to an emergency and had just barely missed dinner. The staff was quick to get a meal set up for them so they could enjoy the food along with all the other guests. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Saz’s. They supplied us with a wonderful wedding that we will be sure to talk about for years to come.

Pricing was a bit high for buffet option, but that can largely be attributed to higher than average regional (Milwaukee) catering tax rate and service fees. All in all, would highly recommend for a frustration-free catering option.

ere able to do our tasting in private so we could write down what we did and didn't enjoy. Everything was served to us at once so we could compare items easily. We worked with Amber Landre and Katie Hoffman. Both were super attentive, responded to emails in a timely manner, and were super flexible when requesting changes and updated invoices. Now for the big day. We had a buffet and service was impeccable. One of our biggest compliments from our guests was the food! Everyone enjoyed their meals and the highlights were the smoked tri tip, macaroni and cheese, and the pretzel bar! Staff was super friendly and they rocked setting everything up. I had a rare occurance of being 20 minutes ahead of schedule the entire day and catering was so quick with setting up, we were able to seat our guests a little early for lunch. 10/10 on all fronts. They exceeded expectations and we would highly recommend their services to anyone in the area!

Throughout the night staff was constantly checking in on us and congratulating us. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the service and the food! sy the Bride, said Angel and the staff made sure she they got some hours de voures and asked her several times what she needed through out the night. She was so impressed and surprised. I've been to a lot of weddings and most caterers don't bother with that. They want to get it done and out. We had so many compliments on the food and the venue. Everything was so beautiful. Everyone said how delicious the food was, they are still talking about the steak . My uncle who has been to hundreds of weddings told us oh no one's going to remember the food... And he says I'm going to remember that steak.! Our timeline got messed up because of the suprise rain which wasn't supposed to happen till 7:00 at night.. Angel talked with us as the ceremony was pushed back because the last minute change over to move the ceremony site which had drowned. We were like okay, we'll push it back a little. I think my coordinator and I said a half hour. She said It's going to be rushed but we can do it and I said Don't rush it, when it's ready it's ready. I wanted the food to be as outstanding as it was at the tasting. And it was.. I would highly recommend Saz's without a doubt. The food and customer service is absolutely worth it. Please thank the staff again for us. I gave each a handwritten thank you note and a tip. I agonized over the amount. And please pass our gratitude on to the staff for an outstanding job!

Everyone enjoyed the choices so much. The staff were awesome the day of the event helping with some unseen changes the day of the event. They even provided plates when the dessert place forgot. opular menu choices buffet style with our family. We had a few hiccups with our event coordinator at the beginning of the planning process, but for the most part these were figured out when speaking to the manager. Ultimately we wish Saz's team spoke more in detail about the expenses hidden in the fine print. The food and service at our event was good! The servers were great with checking in with our guests! Our favorites being the Green Goddess Salad and the Parmesan Red Potatoes. We did the family style dining which we liked since everyone could try different dishes. For our late night snack, we had way too much food so we recommend ordering a lesser amount than your guest count. The late night snack was also soggy and not like we remembered the classic Saz's platter. Overall, the service and food was good, but it was very expensive and we felt pressured to get more food at every step of the way, even though there was so much left over at the end of the night.

We especially appreciated Saz's initiative and the creative ideas they brought to the table. The food itself was incredible - we received numerous compliments about it! If we had to do it all again, we would choose Saz's without hesitation.

On the day of our wedding, there was a smooth integration with set-up into dinner, allowing us to enjoy the festivities without need to worry. Alex (event manager) came up to us and introduced himself, showing the friendly, attentive service that the entire staff displayed throughout the day. We heard from so many of our guests that the service was phenomenal, and only heard rave reviews on the food. After sitting down for dinner, we also were quickly reminded of why we chose Saz's with the Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon, Braised Short Ribs, and King Trumpet Scallops (along with the delicious sides) filling us up for a night of dancing. We look forward to attending future weddings catered by Saz's, and would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Parmesan-crusted chicken, or mushroom truffle ravioli, and late-night food of pretzel bites and ice cream. Everything was delicious and the tasting was one of our favorite parts of wedding planning! Katie was excellent to work with and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with her or Saz’s again! I imagine it’s extremely difficult to cater to almost 200 people, especially since our venue didn’t have a kitchen on-site and they made the most of it. I would highly recommend Saz’s as your caterer if you’re in the Milwaukee area!

Leading up to the wedding, our event planner, Katie, was able to assist with creating a timeline for food, upgrading linens and glassware, and recommendations for food choices. As a bride with a lot of questions, she was always super helpful and able to assist every step of the way. The tasting was so fun and really allowed us to see everything Saz's has to offer. All the food was delicious! On the day of, the Saz's staff was so lovely to work with and genuinely kind. We are still receiving compliments on the food from our guests! Cannot recommend them enough!

When the day came, the staff and service were both phenomenal. Seriously. My husband and I are really laid back but my mom (who worked as a banquet captain for 10 years) was the difficult one to please. Even she was blown away by the efficient and friendly staff and had zero complaints at the end of the night! We had karaoke and a few of the staff came up after to ask me questions about my singing, it was so cute. They were also super cool about us taking leftovers since we had quite a few people miss our destination wedding. The price point was also incredible for the size of our event, we thought we would have to shell out $10k or more but Katie worked with us to get a package and price that made sense. Hands down one of the best parts of our event and I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. Thank you so much!
