We had our wedding catered by Sazs and they did an amazing job! The whole experience was wonderful from the first tasting to the late night snacks the day of. We did a seated dinner and were so impressed with the quality of food! With wedding days being so chaotic it was a great surprise sitting down at our sweetheart table and finding 4 of every appetizer waiting for us! Throughout the night staff was constantly checking in on us and congratulating us. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the service and the food! We also did our late night snack with them and it was fantastic, highly recommend their festival food!

We used Saz’s as our caterer for our wedding last weekend and they have made our wedding planning journey so smooth. We communicated initially with Amber to get the ball rolling and she was amazing and answered any questions we had. Once we were booked and had a buffet menu laid out, we began working with Katie, who was also amazing! The way the room flip and reception set up was done was flawless. The amount of compliments that we received regarding the food was incredible and showed why Saz’s is an elite catering company in the greater Milwaukee area. Their staff are friendly and efficient and we cannot begin to thank them enough!

It was so easy to work with Saz's Catering! The food was delicious and they worked closely with us to accommodate several dietary needs for our guests. The staff were so helpful and checked in with us repeatedly throughout the night. We got so many compliments on the dinner, including several people who said it was the best wedding dinner they'd had. We would highly recommend Saz!

I can't thank you all enough. Tom, the venue owner, had told us, you won't be disappointed with Saz's. They have the best food and the best service. He was absolutely right! Krissy the Bride, said Angel and the staff made sure she they got some hours de voures and asked her several times what she needed through out the night. She was so impressed and surprised. I've been to a lot of weddings and most caterers don't bother with that. They want to get it done and out. We had so many compliments on the food and the venue. Everything was so beautiful. Everyone said how delicious the food was, they are still talking about the steak . My uncle who has been to hundreds of weddings told us oh no one's going to remember the food... And he says I'm going to remember that steak.! Our timeline got messed up because of the suprise rain which wasn't supposed to happen till 7:00 at night.. Angel talked with us as the ceremony was pushed back because the last minute change over to move the ceremony site which had drowned. We were like okay, we'll push it back a little. I think my coordinator and I said a half hour. She said It's going to be rushed but we can do it and I said Don't rush it, when it's ready it's ready. I wanted the food to be as outstanding as it was at the tasting. And it was.. I would highly recommend Saz's without a doubt. The food and customer service is absolutely worth it. Please thank the staff again for us. I gave each a handwritten thank you note and a tip. I agonized over the amount. And please pass our gratitude on to the staff for an outstanding job!

Saz’s did an amazing job with our wedding. From start to finish they were great. They had a clear timeline and followed up to make sure we were ready. Super flexible with dinner choices and even adding kids options later on in the process. Made sure all food allergies were addressed. Answered any questions we had along the way. The food was fantastic! Everyone enjoyed the choices so much. The staff were awesome the day of the event helping with some unseen changes the day of the event. They even provided plates when the dessert place forgot. I would highly recommend them for any event. So happy we decided to go with Saz’s for our day. Everyone involved went above and beyond to help us celebrate.

Saz's catered my daughter's recent welcome party and wedding reception and we couldn't have been more pleased. As a mother helping to plan from out-of-state, Katie Hoffman and her staff were an immense help to us. The food and service were top notch and our guests are still raving. Saz was a true partner, being ever so patient answering our many questions and offered great advice at every turn. We highly recommend them!

While we were touring a rehearsal dinner/welcome party venue, we met Jaime from Saz's as she stepped in for the tour due to our very limited availability, and she was LOVELY! She even took the time to show us their new space, South Second, as we were still looking for a wedding venue. She is such a wealth of knowledge not only on the space but also the industry as a whole. She was very professional yet down to earth! Though we haven't tried their food, I'm sure it is delicious. I recommend checking them out!

Food was fantastic and our guests could stop raving about it!!! The chef also worked with us to customize some of the menu items to our liking! Also, the staff was such a pleasure to work with, efficient and very friendly on our big day. (We did the plated option - worth it!) Would highly recommend to any future bride & groom!!

Saz's catered our June 2024 wedding! They did not offer a tasting until after you signed a contract with them. The tasting itself was nice. We were able to try some of their most popular menu choices buffet style with our family. We had a few hiccups with our event coordinator at the beginning of the planning process, but for the most part these were figured out when speaking to the manager. Ultimately we wish Saz's team spoke more in detail about the expenses hidden in the fine print. The food and service at our event was good! The servers were great with checking in with our guests! Our favorites being the Green Goddess Salad and the Parmesan Red Potatoes. We did the family style dining which we liked since everyone could try different dishes. For our late night snack, we had way too much food so we recommend ordering a lesser amount than your guest count. The late night snack was also soggy and not like we remembered the classic Saz's platter. Overall, the service and food was good, but it was very expensive and we felt pressured to get more food at every step of the way, even though there was so much left over at the end of the night.

From the moment we did our tasting, we knew we would move forward with Saz's Catering for our wedding. Everyone we worked with was professional, organized, and kind. Saz's was incredibly responsive and willing to work with us until our order was customized exactly how we wanted (special thanks to Katie!). We especially appreciated Saz's initiative and the creative ideas they brought to the table. The food itself was incredible - we received numerous compliments about it! If we had to do it all again, we would choose Saz's without hesitation.

Our Experience with Saz's has been fantastic. It all started with a great tasting experience, where we were able to enjoy an afternoon of a wide array of dishes with our parents. We found the experience and our event planner (Katie) very informative. Katie was extremely responsive and answered all our questions with detailed answers. On the day of our wedding, there was a smooth integration with set-up into dinner, allowing us to enjoy the festivities without need to worry. Alex (event manager) came up to us and introduced himself, showing the friendly, attentive service that the entire staff displayed throughout the day. We heard from so many of our guests that the service was phenomenal, and only heard rave reviews on the food. After sitting down for dinner, we also were quickly reminded of why we chose Saz's with the Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon, Braised Short Ribs, and King Trumpet Scallops (along with the delicious sides) filling us up for a night of dancing. We look forward to attending future weddings catered by Saz's, and would highly recommend their services to anyone!

We worked with Michelle at Saz's and we are so happy with our experience. The Saz's team are full of thoughtful, considerate and professional individuals. The bar and catering staff were super friendly and the signature drinks were on point and exactly what we asked for. Also, the mac n cheese was to die for! Highly recommend working with Saz's if you are looking for a reliable and experienced caterer.

Saz’s was wonderful to work with for our wedding! There was every option under the sun that we could choose from- we went with a package of hors d'oeuvres, plated dinners of filet, Parmesan-crusted chicken, or mushroom truffle ravioli, and late-night food of pretzel bites and ice cream. Everything was delicious and the tasting was one of our favorite parts of wedding planning! Katie was excellent to work with and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with her or Saz’s again! I imagine it’s extremely difficult to cater to almost 200 people, especially since our venue didn’t have a kitchen on-site and they made the most of it. I would highly recommend Saz’s as your caterer if you’re in the Milwaukee area!

I am so glad we chose Saz's as our wedding caterer! The team was helpful every step of the way - from making a decision on a caterer, to choosing the food options, even to ensuring our needs were met the day of our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, our event planner, Katie, was able to assist with creating a timeline for food, upgrading linens and glassware, and recommendations for food choices. As a bride with a lot of questions, she was always super helpful and able to assist every step of the way. The tasting was so fun and really allowed us to see everything Saz's has to offer. All the food was delicious! On the day of, the Saz's staff was so lovely to work with and genuinely kind. We are still receiving compliments on the food from our guests! Cannot recommend them enough!

It's just a couple days after the wedding and I'm genuinely excited to write this review for Saz's. I worked closely with our event coordinator Katie, for about a year, and she made the process so easy for us. She helped answer all my questions promptly and professionally, which made planning the entire event such a breeze. When the day came, the staff and service were both phenomenal. Seriously. My husband and I are really laid back but my mom (who worked as a banquet captain for 10 years) was the difficult one to please. Even she was blown away by the efficient and friendly staff and had zero complaints at the end of the night! We had karaoke and a few of the staff came up after to ask me questions about my singing, it was so cute. They were also super cool about us taking leftovers since we had quite a few people miss our destination wedding. The price point was also incredible for the size of our event, we thought we would have to shell out $10k or more but Katie worked with us to get a package and price that made sense. Hands down one of the best parts of our event and I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. Thank you so much!

We wanted to have a brunch wedding with different food stations, and Saz's completely overdelivered. They put together a creative, delicious menu that incorporated our ideas & feedback perfectly. The food was delicious and we got tons of compliments, and their servers were wonderful. We worked with Katie throughout the planning process and she was highly communicative, thorough, and friendly. We had saz’s cater our wedding and they did an amazing job! Not many people comment on wedding food at the end of the night, but our guests absolutely raved about the food! As always, Saz’s delivers the best food and service! The team lead was extremely attentive and came up to me as the bride to make sure I had enough to eat, if she could help, etc. our guests commented on how pleasant the staff was. And of course the Saz’s late night mozz sticks were a hit!

We used Saz's Catering for our wedding last month and everything was FANTASTIC! All of the food we tasted at our sampling was so delicious so we booked them right away. We tried other catering companies in the area, but this one was, hands down, the best we tried. Another huge perk was their flexibility. We are from out of town so we wanted to have cheese curds and mini brats as our late night snack and they were able to accommodate this without question even though it was not on their menu. The night of the wedding was a breeze. Everything was set up perfectly, the food was delicious (as expected) and the wait staff was very friendly. It's a month later and we are still getting compliments on the food at our wedding! Highly recommend!

We hosted a big celebration for our son and his husband - a "Forever and a Day" party to celebrate their September wedding - at Filament on March 23, 2024, and the whole Saz's experience was exceptional! So many compliments along the line of "best wedding food ever!" Very special passed appetizers, abundant and hot (!) entrees (we did 3, family style), excellent service, beautiful tablescapes. The chef came out and spoke with Ethan and Matt to make sure that everything was perfect. A special shout out to our terrific coordinator, Katie Hoffman, who graciously worked with us as we changed our minds about the menu a couple of times along the way! ;-) We couldn't have been more pleased. Well done, Saz's!

Michelle and her team was great to work with. Saz's was a required cater for South Second, but they did not disappoint at all!! Everyone LOVED the food. I am still receiving compliments about the food at our wedding. Would recommend again!!

Had a great experience working with the catering team. They were very responsive to emails and organized which made me feel very prepared and relaxed going into my wedding day. The service was great- they were prompt and professional. I had plated meals for 230 guests- food was served quickly and was warm upon arrival. The food was also amazing- - my guests raved about the short ribs!

Your team was so easy to work with, accommodating, kind, and the execution seemed flawless from our end. The sales team made catering the easiest part of planning our wedding. Your staff the day of was wonderful. There was a woman who we felt went above and beyond - she stood in front of my mom’s charcuterie table to make sure the photographer got a photo of it before it was demolished, as well as our cupcake display. She brought us a mini listerine bottle when she noticed guests kept klinking their glasses for us to kiss while we ate. She prepared an extra plate for us to put on the side for later since we were so busy, once they were ready to clean up. She also (I’m pretty sure at my husband’s request) showed him the pig’s head on the platter, which he loved!). Your staff was also super kind with my 2-year old niece who tried to outrun her dad at times, and thought she could reach up onto the table to grab snacks for herself… your staff would grab it for her. The guests raved about the food, and everyone loved it! We would highly recommend Saz’s!

Our daughter Kate had her wedding reception on 10-14-23 at the Schlitz Audubon Center and it couldn't have been lovelier. Saz's provided exceptional service and the food was AMAZING. The number of guests who raved about the food was a testament to our impression. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and courteous. It took a lot of the stress out of staging the event. Working with Michelle was an absolute delight. It was all greatly appreciated.

We have nothing but great things to say about Saz’s and would highly recommend them. We got married at the Gage on 10/07/23 and Saz’s was one of the preferred caterers recommended by The Gage. From the beginning just requesting information, to the tasting, and all the planning, our coordinator was very helpful, informative and answered all our questions to make the entire process so easy for us. We were looking to have a family style dinner and Saz’s was able to offer that and had a great food selection and wedding package. We do not have enough positive things to say about Saz's Hospitality! We were married on 9/22/23 at The George and Madcap Lounge, and from start to finish, our day was an absolute dream come true. We worked closely with Michelle, and she was STELLAR to work with- so organized, communicative, and informative. She put our minds at ease with all of the overwhelming choices, and helped us make informed decisions, while also staying true to our vision. From our first tasting, we felt so well taken care of. All of the food was absolutely delicious!! We got so many compliments throughout the night on the Fall Harvest Chicken, Butternut Squash Ravioli and Korean Beef Short Rib options we chose for our plated dinner. Guests also LOVED that we had Saz's cheese curds as our late-night snack- a Milwaukee classic! Overall, we could not recommend Saz's catering enough. Not only did we receive spectacular service, the food was incredible! Thank you Michelle and Saz's for making our special day so perfect!

We had Sazs for our wedding last weekend and the food was AMAZING. All of our guests raved about how yummy it was and said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We worked very closely with Katie and she was very professional and easy to communicate with. We had a pretty big wedding and we were very pleased with all the different options so that we could meet the desires of all of our guests. What I really appreciated was their accommodations for allergies. I had a bridesmaid with Celiac disease and they made sure to cook her a whole separate meal from the buffet. She said it was delicious! The staff who worked the wedding were professional and helpful!

The food and service were impeccable. We attended a tasting that allowed us to choose our menu and we were thrilled with our selections. Our guests raved about the food from the hors doerves to the sirloin to the late night pizza. Highly recommend Saz’s for your special event!

Saz’s offered a tasting event, which we would certainly recommend because it guided our meal choices for the actual wedding dinner. We appreciate their experience because they set up and prepared everything flawlessly and on schedule without asking a single question. They managed small details perfectly and even saved a nice appetizer plate for my wife and me to share once we were finally able to sit down! The food was delicious and received compliments from even our pickiest guests. They perfectly accommodated all food allergies and special requests. We recommend Saz’s for catering for any event and they definitely lived up to all their awards such as “Best of the Knot.”

We had a wonderful experience working with the Saz's catering team for our wedding reception and rehearsal dinner! Katie coordinated both events for us and made the overwhelming process of wedding planning easy and seamless. Saz's facilitated all communication in a timely manner regarding our tasting, final decisions, and timeline for the events. They were also very accommodating with phone calls instead of in-person meetings with us not living in the same city. For the rehearsal dinner we set up a buffet and the food was great! Many of our guests were going up for seconds and told us how good the food was. We went with their burger and chicken bar and there was not only plenty of food but the set up and takedown process after the event was handled with great professionalism and timeliness. For our wedding reception we could not be happier with Saz's as well! All the staff were professional and the food was amazing. We decided to go with hand passed apps for cocktail hour, family style dinner, and then a late night nacho bar. Our family and friends were going on about how great the food was and how many options they had to choose from. We would definitely recommend Saz's for anyone with either small group catering needs or a larger event/wedding reception! Thank you Katie and the Saz's team!

We just had our wedding with them and I cannot tell you how many people raved about the food. The station route is definitely a crowd pleaser.

Saz’s was everything we wanted in a caterer for our big day. The food was sublime and there were many options to accommodate our needs (vegan, gluten free, etc.). Amber and Michelle specifically were exceptional to work with; they were knowledgeable, responsive, and flexible right up to the day. Day-off, the crew did a great job setting the space and waiting on us and our guests. The staff was quick, respectful, and incredibly efficient to the point where we weren’t even sure they were there! All in all, we can’t recommend Saz’s enough.

Communication was timely, thorough, and quick with responses. The food and beverages were incredible (even our guests were surprised that our wedding food didn’t taste like typical wedding food) and we loved how many options they provided on their menu from Asian to a Mac and Cheese bar to a brunch course. Many of our guests have requested recipes and shared that our food was some of the best they've had at a wedding. I was shocked that we could create a custom menu at such an affordable price. Beyond the food itself, the staff members at the wedding were unbelievably kind and personable. They truly made our day stress-free, ensuring everything was on time and organized. They even helped arrange some of our table decorations and provided extra serving dishes for desserts when our original plans fell through. I could not recommend Saz's Catering more. They are absolutely the right choice when it comes to quality, professionalism, kindness, and pricing!!

I heard from multiple people that it was the best wedding food that they’ve ever had!!! The mashed potatoes & chicken were incredible. I highly recommend SAZ’s because they do not disappoint. 10/10!!!!

We initially chose Saz’s because it was one of the preferred vendors of our venue and as out of towners, we relied heavily on the expertise of our wedding planner and internet reviews. That being said, after we went to our tasting, we knew we had made the right choice. The food was delicious at the tasting and we were pleasantly surprised. Also, we learned later that Saz’s prepares all their food on site! And let me tell you, the food was hot and as delicious at our wedding, as it was at the tasting. We chose their family style option “the proposal” and our guests are still commenting on how good the food was!

We made the right choice in choosing a wedding caterer! From the apps (the Wisconsin lollipop was a hit) to our dinner service (a guest told me that they “will be thinking about those mashed potatoes for a long time), and especially our late night snack (festival foods!) - everything was delicious. The wait staff was friendly and quick to respond if anyone needed anything. We had a few dietary restrictions for some guests that they worked around with ease. We worked with Katie for our event coordination and everything was so easy to coordinate and communicate with her. My only frustration was that we didn’t know the extra linen prices (runners, chargers, etc) until the week we had to choose, so hadn’t really budgeted for anything extra. Other than that, no complaints!!! Highly recommend
