I was married in April of 2024 and am so grateful that we had Alexa as our planner. Leading up to our big day so many of our friends told us how quickly the day goes and "it will be over before you know it." I can't say this was my experience - this was the fullest and best day of my life. Reflecting back on our day, I realize this was only possible because of Alexa and Annie. I can honestly say that I felt so present and was able to enjoy every single minute of my entire day due to how they handled and managed every aspect of our wedding day. Not a single thing was missed and every detail of our vision was executed - not to mention the fact that they took the time to understand it and seemed to always be one step ahead. Because I didn't have to worry about a single thing, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every minute of the entire day. Scarlet Rose is a vibe and I highly recommend.

Scarlet Rose Events did an amazing job of planning my wedding! Kilee and Rhea’Lynn did a phenomenal job of communicating with me, with my vendors, and even my guests. From Day 1, they made me feel like I had known them forever. After working with them for over a year planning my wedding, they feel like close friends. They’re creative, imaginative, problem solvers and go getters. The planning process itself was smooth. Kilee recommended vendors that were trusted and known in the industry and suggestions from various price ranges. My budget was respected and referred to often! The team also took my hardest logistics, challenges, and concerns and solved them with ease. You can tell they’ve been in the business and that they mean business! They took my wildest ideas and ran with them turning them into something beyond my wildest expectations! I can’t brag about them enough. If you want the wedding of your dreams and to enjoy the planning process I highly recommend Scarlet Rose!

Where can I possibly begin! Our day was everything we could have dreamed of thanks to Scarlet Rose Events, and more specifically Caitlyn and Katy. From the beginning I knew I would need a great team behind me to work with me to help make our vision a reality. When I started the wedding planning process I was in my last semester of law school. This meant that in the next year I would be graduating law school, taking the bar exam, and starting my first year as a licensed attorney. You could say I was a little busy- but thanks to the amazingly talented Scarlet Rose crew I was able to stay on task and check everything off of our impressively long to-do list. Caitlyn patiently worked with me and my hectic schedule and I couldn’t be more grateful. She was able to recommend vendors and schedule all of my trials, tastings, you name it. She listened to all of my questions and concerns and was there every step of the way. She consistently went the extra mile to make our day beautiful and everything we could dream of. Not to mention she helped me not have a panic attack minutes before I walked down the aisle. She is such a ray of sunshine and I’m so happy to have gotten to know her and work with her. On the day of the wedding Caityln and Katy helped everything run smoothly. Everything had its place and everything was timed perfectly. We had numerous compliments on our decor, vendor choices, and overall organization. Organization specifically was so important to me. I’ve been to many weddings where things seem rushed or no one really knows what is going on and I was so happy to hear our guests did not feel that way at our wedding. We also were able to use Scarlet Rose Collective in our design features. We had SO many compliments. Everything looked incredible. It was so great to work with a team that has such a great design background and has such an ability to focus on the details. This team will become your friends and feel like family by the end of planning process. I can’t recommend them enough (all of my newly engaged friends know that sentiment all too well). If you’re looking for a sign to go with the Scarlet Rose team, this is it! They are proof that the people who you work with can make or break your day and they definitely made mine.

The scarlet rose team was key to our wedding day being stress free and easy! So many of our friends complain about being stressed out on their wedding day, but we were able to truly enjoy every moment. Katy and her team brought our vision to life and felt like family while doing it! They listened to our wants and helped guide us, when needed. Their website portal made the process simple and kept us from getting overwhelmed. 100% recommend them for full or partial planning and design. They were kind, professional, organized and knowledgeable. Even a year later (today lol), we are still amazed by their service and wish we could do the wedding planning process again.

In my opinion this company does the bare minimum. Communication was poor and ultimately we were left unsatisfied. Hopefully future wedding couples find other resources for wedding planning.

Overall, we would not recommend this wedding planner. The lack of communication and dropping us without any valid reason was extremely unprofessional. It's clear that this planner only cares about using their own vendors and not accommodating the wishes of the couple. If you want a unique wedding tailored to your preferences, look elsewhere.

Scarlet Rose was one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. While I work in sales, I have to deal with customers wishes and have learned how to handle professional relationships… so I had a certain expectation, this is why I was so disappointed with the work scarlet rose did. To start, when we booked with Katie we discussed starting right away because we only had 9 months to plan and live out of state so I only had a few times I could come home to do vendor appointments. Also, my husbands career is very difficult to plan around so we needed to get our save the dates out as soon as possible so our guests that are in his same field of work would have time to plan their schedules. Here is a quick breakdown of some of the areas we struggled with: . We payed for the TOP package, a big financial commitment, and the exact wording in our contract was “unlimited communication”- They were incredibly non responsive to emails. It would be days before I would hear back from them even when I asked questions and asked for a follow up. . Katie specifically, the owner, is incredibly rude and unprofessional when you push her for any ask that would need a quick turn around. I asked if she would help with our save the dates design, since we paid for the design package, sent her inspo photos of what I wanted, and it took 2 weeks to get any response from her. All I got back was a screen shot templates off of Minted, which I could have done myself. . It was like pulling teeth to get vendors booked that were not on their preferred list even though those vendors were my close friends. . Lastly, I got a request for a meeting with them a week prior to the meeting date. I was under the impression we would discuss wedding things I hadn’t gotten a response on because I had started to get frustrated with the lack of communication. Not only did they take out our second payment 2 days prior to this meeting, but in the meeting they dropped me with no prior warning that this would happen and left us with only 7 months to plan a very large wedding. They did not refund us for the payment they took out 2 days prior to dropping us. They said it was for “work already done” even though we prepaid them from the start so that second payment would have been for work that was coming. Basically if you don’t want to fit in a box and you have a vision of what you want for your wedding, this is not the company for you. The owner will do the bare minimum, make excuses and will rarely respond to your emails.

Kilee with Scarlet Rose Events was so flawless & easy to work with! She had everything covered and was always making sure everything was taken care of. We sure did appreciate her and all her hard work, but more importantly her kindness & how much she actually cared about our special day. We even had a moment where we thought we needed a helicopter to bring a new tuxedo for the groom & she had the new plan ready to go. Nonetheless, we highly recommend Kilee as anyone’s wedding planner. She is hands down the sweetest & hardworking!

Kilee and Rhea'Lynn made every one of my wedding dreams come true in the most beautiful way, from helping me stay organized throughout the planning process to already having my flats ready to go after my heels started killing me during the reception. The system Scarlet Rose uses to track important documents, ideas, contracts, and planners is so efficient. As an avid planner I was able to utilize all of their resources while having the information at my fingertips at all times. I never once had to ask them to send me a copy of something or bug them for an invoice because everything is laid out on their wedding planning platform. Throughout the 10 months of planning, I was waiting for the moment to come where I would be stressed or overwhelmed and it never happened. Everyone I spoke to about my wedding plans or events tried to prepare me for disappointment by saying, "Not everything will be perfect but that's okay, you'll be marrying the love of your life." I can honestly say, everything played out like a fairytale from start to finish. If you're on a budget or you're debating on whether or not you should invest in a planner...make booking a planner your priority. Kilee and Rhea'Lynn knew all the vendor questions to ask that I wouldn't have thought of, and executed every task on or before the deadline. They also have worked with the top vendors in San Antonio and know who to recommend and who you should not work with. One final moment that stands out to me is the fact that Kilee connected me with a makeup artist/hair stylist who knew how to handle my hair texture. I'm biracial and struggle to find people who know how to style my hair the right way...she connected me with the most gorgeous Black stylist who just GOT me. I felt so beautiful and comfortable in my skin (and hair) my entire wedding day and night. I'm so thankful for both planners. You can trust that you would be in the best hands if you were to work with them!

Meg & the Scarlet Rose team truly are the best! They worked really hard on details that really made a difference on the day of our wedding; kept it very smooth and minimized stress. Meg was AMAZING, and we felt like we had known her for years. She has a very calming presence and made sure every vendor and detail was taken care of. We could not thank them enough for making our wedding day the most special day!! Definitely recommend the SRE team, & specifically MEG!

If I could give them 100 stars I would! We worked with Meg for our October 2022 wedding in San Antonio. Scarlet Rose & Meg helped plan every detail! They're organized, efficient & literally have the best vendor list. We got so many compliments because of everything they did. Meg is an absolute dream to work with, I don't think I could've gotten through this without her!!

Kilee was my event planner/coordinator and I cannot say enough good things about her. From start to finish she was AMAZING. First of all, she is the kindest soul. And secondly, this girl knows what she is doing! I had no clue what I wanted for my wedding day and she was always there to help me and guide me the entire way through. She made wedding planning a dream and my wedding day perfect. Everyone that worked with her day off also said how amazing she was! Working with Scarlet Rose has been so amazing and fulfilling. They coordinated our wedding in October 2022, although we started communicated from September 2021. Initially, we spoke with Katy who was so friendly and professional and let us know all of their packages in detail. We went with just day-of coordination with Kilee as our Coordinator. She was perfect. We were comfortable with her and trusted her to manage our wedding day and she did without an issue! Throughout the entire year leading up to the wedding, we were able to ask questions freely and receive advice easily. We even had a 7 hour time difference and she was still able to make appointments with us! On our wedding day, we also had help from Rhea’Lynn who was just as professional as Katy and Kilee. She was also who I communicated with to organize a welcome sign and seating chart which the design team executed perfectly. I am so happy to have gone with Scarlet Rose out of all of my vendors. I had 0 stress on my wedding day and I’m so sure it’s because I had them to support us!

There are some things when you’re planning your wedding you just KNOW you need, and Scarlet Rose Events was definitely that for us! Katy, the owner and our amazingly incredible wedding planner, was such a huge blessing for us! She helped us through every step of wedding planning! Because of Katy and her wonderful team, we did not have to stress about a thing! She provided us with all the tools we needed to stay on top of wedding planning, gave us all the advice and info we needed to know when booking a potential vendor, and the design process was so flawless! We LOVE our designer, Rhea’Lynn! Our wedding was so beautiful and embodied everything my husband and I wanted! I know people say that not everything goes according to plan on your wedding day, but if that happened I had NO IDEA. Kilee was an absolute gem! They made everything super easy leading up to the event, they were incredibly flexible and patient. OH MY GOSH- if I could rate Katy and the SR team 10 stars, I would!!! From the moment I talked with Katy for the first time, I know she was the right person to take on my very particular design ideas and aesthetic. The SR team is so professional, and work hard to make your vision become a reality. Not only do they have amazing design ideas, wedding day tips that proved to be extremely useful and helpful, but they even have a collective company so you can turn your design dreams into something even better than you have pictured! Scarlet Rose Collective created a show stopping photo wall with neon sign, and a custom bar for our day. Katy was a huge help in making things run smoothly. Wedding planning especially when you are perfectionist can be difficult, but Katy always made me feel like she has everything under control and I always felt understood. There were so many situations I ran into during the process where I thought "Uh, I have never planned a wedding before lol, I have no idea what I am doing!!" but SR was always there to put those nerves at ease and they were so organized and hard working that by my wedding day, I just knew everything was under control and I was able to actually enjoy the day! Katy is AMAZING, she is a superhuman. She does a lot of events and is busy, but always makes you feel like you are her only concern. She is genuine, so funny and sweet and just a pleasure to work with honestly! She has great taste, and has ideas to elevate your aesthetic to the next level! I hired Rhea Lynn from the SR Team for her famous BTS wedding day video- and I am SO GLAD I did! We only had room in our budget for a photographer OR videography, so we chose to stick with only photos to capture the moments. However, Katy mentioned Rhea Lynn's BTW videos and we were able to do both! The video is about 2-5 minutes long usually and only highlights the details you would like to be featured. I loved this, because I did not feel like I wanted the full story-book typical videographer type coverage. Our video was short and sweet and exactly what I wanted ! It highlighted all of the decor, the special moments, and the party without the extra fluff I am not the best at writing reviews, but hiring Scarlet Rose Events was THE BEST decision and you will not regret hiring them!

My husband and I were married last month (September 2021) in the Texas Hill Country, and Kilee, from Scarlet Rose Events was our day of coordinator. We had a lot of great vendors, but paying for Kilee to coordinate our wedding, was by far the best money we spent. When we first started planning our wedding a couple years ago, we were perturbed when one of the conditions to reserve the venue we wanted to get married at was we had to hire a day of coordinator. We didn’t think we needed it (because we were extremely naïve), and wanted to allocate the money elsewhere. Despite our frustration, we loved the venue, so we reached out to book Scarlet Rose Events based on the venue’s recommendation. After having the wedding, I cannot tell you how grateful I am that the venue required we use a day of coordinator, and that we hired Scarlet Rose Events. I would categorize myself as a low maintenance bride, but I can’t imagine how chaotic my wedding weekend would have been without Kilee managing everything. Also “day of coordinator” is a bit of a misnomer. Kilee stepped in about 6 weeks before our wedding and took over managing all of the vendors, and ensured our vision came to life. The weekend of our wedding, Kilee was incredible and went above and beyond. She took care of coordinating everyone, bustled my dress, brought my husband and I drinks while we were busy taking photos or socializing, and made sure we stayed on schedule. The night of our wedding, she even packed us food to go because she knew we didn’t eat very much due to being so busy throughout the wedding. In addition to all of this, Scarlet Rose Events also helped us reschedule our wedding several times due to COVID-19 and didn’t charge us a fee to do so. Do yourselves a favor and hire Scarlet Rose Events to plan your wedding; you won’t regret it.

Katy Padilla was the most amazing Wedding Coordinator ever!! My daughter and I planned her wedding with tons of ideas and details, thinking we could do it all. Wow were we wrong! After talking to Katy and hearing that she contacts all of your vendors and takes over during the stressful time when you and the Bride feel overwhelmed and can’t think any more about the details! She was so nice and calm and had so many creative ideas! She was amazing the Wedding weekend with her timelines and coordinating all of the vendors so seamlessly! She even custom designed a photo wall with neon sign and bar with a crest for us!! Her assistant, Rhea Lynn was the videographer! Always a smile on her face during the wedding and her video made us all cry happy tears!! We couldn’t have planned this wedding without Katy! You will love her and her amazing staff!!

Our wedding was a fairytale and we owe a huge thanks to Scarlet Rose Events! Katy and Rhea’Lynn brought our vision to life in every way possible! They were able to take our ideas along with theirs and the outcome was beautiful! I am a natural stressor and throughout the process Katy always reassured me that everything is going smoothly. Where do I even begin?! Katy was an absolute dream to work with! She was so helpful throughout the whole panning process, and gave me the most amazing templates and tools to stay organized. About four weeks out from the wedding, she took over all communication with my vendors and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be on the day of. She also made sure that the venue was set up exactly the way I had envisioned. From helping set up the florals, putting together our table numbers, setting out place cards, she did it all! I was so impressed and loved that I didn't have to worry about one.single.thing. Everything was absolute perfection! I would highly recommend any bride to look no further. If you want a planner that is attentive, organized, and willing to do anything to ensure your day is all that you want, then you need to higher Scarlet Rose Events!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Scarlet Rose Events. From the beginning of our planning process, Katy was incredible. She made us feel heard, gave great suggestions and was always just an email or call away when I had any last minute questions. She calmed my nerves, took every worry away, and made planning FUN. On the day of our wedding, she and Rhea’Lynn did a phenomenal job of making the venue look absolutely beautiful and captured the exact feel that we were going for. I truly could not have made it through the day without her. Or even that last month, to be honest! She is extremely friendly, professional and organized. It was such a joy to work with her. We were thrilled with how things turned out. A month later I’m still getting phone calls about how amazing it was. Where to start. A few months before my wedding my original day of coordinator backed out but luckily she sent me to Katy and her team. Katy agreed to take on my wedding at the price which I had agreed upon with my original coordinator. Flash forward to 40 days before my wedding I was in a horrible head on collision that took away mobility of my left leg. I had so much wedding details to finish. As I was healing from surgery Katy swooped in and took on a bigger role than I originally needed. My wedding day was incredible. It was more perfect than I ever could have dreamed. Having Katy there that day allowed me to relax and trust that everything was going to be great. My husband and I have received so many texts and messages about how incredible our day was and to me that is due to a lot of Katys help. All of my bridesmaids were in awe of how well she wrangled the bridal party, how she executed all of my details, and just Katy as a person. She was incredibly kind and sweet and we feel lucky to have had the chance to work with her. I would suggest Katy and her team to everyone!

Katy and her team were truly INCREDIBLE! We decided to work with a coordinator when we realized we wouldn't want to be taking care of the small details on the day of the wedding. From our very first conversation, I knew that she would be a great addition to the team. Hindsight best decision I made during Covid timeframe because she was truly life changing and held my hand through all the wedding planning issues we had to navigate-like finding a new church and finding ways for vendors to feel comfortable and show up! She was always available and accessible, even outside our "timeframe" of contract. Leading up to the event when I realized I was still missing miscellaneous decor, she helped me get those together and even had some products for me to use the day of the wedding. OH MY GOSH and day of- I mean I don't know what I would've done without her and Kilee. They went out of their way to make sure Alex and I were well taken care of, but also making sure we knew what was happening & when. I'll be forever thankful that she was able to keep track- because my wedding brain was losing everything- of all the sentimental things and the veil/bouquet. She was always willing to go grab something for me and honestly made the day so great. Not gonna lie-- her bringing me champagne throughout the night was also awesome, as I got caught up in mingling. She was able to coordinate absolutely all the logistics of the vendors and making sure everything ended up where it was supposed to at the end of the night. You can tell she's passionate about her couples, and that is so special to have in a coordinator. We are so thankful for having her on our special day!! She even thought of the details that I sure didn't. After the wedding was all over, she shared a special video with us as a surprise that we are so thankful to have to help us relive the little details! I cannot emphasize this enough--she is a great human, with a great team that will be a great addition to your wedding planning experience. 🤩💍🥳😎

The best in the business Scarlet Rose events took care of me and my wife the entire process of the wedding. Even with the stress of changing the date due to COVID, Scarlet Rose did an incredible job moving all out of vendors seamlessly. On our wedding date our coordinators were incredible, accommodating and prompt to any request. The best decision we made is going with them for our wedding.

I was on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, thinking I would be able to do it all myself. However, I have to say that hiring Katy and Rhea'lynn was probably the best money we spent on our wedding! We hired them for month-of coordination, but Katy helped me postpone our wedding because of COVID even though that wasn't part of her services. She handled all of the date changes with every vendor, making it as smooth of a process as possible. She was available from the moment I hired her for email questions, and she always responded punctually and so helpfully! Our day would not have run as smoothly as it did if Katy and Rhea'lynn weren't there. I felt very little stress on the day-of, as I trusted them to get everything done, and they did! Highly HIGHLY recommend hiring this duo for your big day!

WOW!! Talk about a STRESS RELIEF and a comfort once the Scarlet Rose Team was hired!! They were so very helpful and wanted to take all of the weight off of my shoulders and handle. I could not have asked for a better coordinator and assistance from them. On day of the wedding Kilee and Rhea'Lynn took over and didn't stop until the night was over and we were out of the venue. True problem solvers, Scarlet Rose Events took care of all the crazy twists and turns without missing a beat. (Our huge changes included changing dates, cities and states and finally a venue change a month from wedding date due to increased restrictions. Katy had the new perfect location lined up almost before the current venue canceled us). Onsite the day of the wedding, Katy problem solved last minute mishaps, all in line with vision, so that I wasn’t bothered with problems and truly enjoyed the day. The personal attention, ability to follow up and keep track of all the details, and great suggestions for big wow on a budget, we can’t say enough thank yous to this great team! They made the day perfect!

Katy, and the other amazing people at Scarlet Rose Events are absolutely the best! Due to COVID-19 our original plan of having a destination wedding was cancelled. We were ready to get married, and did not want to wait another year so I called Katy, and she made my dream wedding happen in a month! Everything was effortless with Katy. I had no vision or ideas for my wedding and Katy still made everything come together for us. Our wedding 100% would not have happened when it did, and definitely wouldn't have been as beautiful if it wasn't for Katy, and Scarlet Rose Events. She was so easy to communicate with, found the best vendors, had great ideas, and was extremely easy to work with. She is a wonderful person that will go above and beyond for you and your wedding.

Katy was a dream to work with while planning my bachelorette party. I decided to be extravagant and go on a cruise to the Bahamas, since all of my friends would have to travel from across the states anyways. Katy helped research flights, communicated with the entire group and coordinated payments and due dates. SO, after all that hard work...COVID struck. Katy not only managed to plan a bachelorette party, she unplanned it to perfection, too. It was kind of a nightmare personally, but Katy's professional (and calm!!) demeanor kept me sane. She once again made sure all payments/refunds were in order and worked out any kinks with the company. I would highly recommend hiring Katy to do all the dirty work for your party. Or the glamorous work...or really, any work at all. She'll be able to handle anything you throw at her.

I am so disappointed. We hired Katie P. In October2019 while she was working for another business and broke contract in February2020... nothing was completed in that time. Her emails were 3 to 1 and there was always something going on as to why she wasn’t helping. When we met up with her for our first and only meeting we didn’t know when or where to go till we reached out to her day of. Then the meeting felt like a review of what we had already gone over in email and a waste of time. The only appointment Kate set up was a tasting and we didn’t know who we were meeting with because all she sent us was a screenshot of the address off of google. We didn’t even end up working with that caterer because their extra Hidden fees were outrageous and when we told Katie p. about it she argued with us as if we didn’t understand a simple quote. When asking for advice as to where I might look for a dress she basically said where do you think so I sent her a consignment store I found off of google and she said that sounds like a good fit for you and your budget. (We had a perfectly reasonable if not high budget 🙄). That experience was terrible! Worst store ever! She was completely MIA the entire month of December and we ended up planning our entire wedding by ourself before letting her go. When we asked for anything she had completed in the last four months all she sent us were links to wedding inspiration blog type websites. Unfortunately Katie P. completely dropped the ball and would not work with us on a solution and we paid the heavy price of a $500 lost deposit, lost time, high stress and frustration. I can’t recommend anyone hiring Katie P. after what we went through with a clean conscious.

Katy & her team did so much to take the stress of wedding planning off of my plate. They made every step of the wedding-planning journey so exciting, easy & smooth. From meeting at Starbucks on my traffic-heavy side of town, to communicating with all of my vendors, they are incredible & thorough in all of their work. They are also so sweet, professional & very knowledgeable about the entire wedding industry. I can honestly say I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! If you are debating about whether or not to get a wedding planner, it is so worth it. Book them now, you will not regret it!

I loved working with Katy! Because of her, my wedding planning and wedding day went off without a hitch. I used Katy to help run my wedding day and was in contact with them during the month leading up to the wedding day. I worked with Katy and she also brought her assist Lauren for the day of. Katy was so helpful in the month leading up to the wedding and was perfect on the day of. Her and Lauren set up all the decorations, dealt with all the vendors, checked in with me consistently during the wedding day to make sure I was perfect, and then packed everything up at the end! Katy was absolutely amazing!!! She is so sweet and fun to work with. She has wonderful suggestions. We met several times before the wedding to discuss the planning process. On the day of she is a dream come true! She is doing everything- from setting up decor, directing other vendors, and at the end of the night she helped pack up everything. The BEST person you could have by your side on your wedding day! We planned our Texas wedding all the way from Wisconsin and had the pleasure to be with Katy and she was literally a dream to work with! She answered every question, email and call and was always very informative and reassuring in such a very stressful time! The day of she was SO helpful and made everything flow so perfect! Katy was the absolute BEST money I spent on my entire wedding! At first we weren’t going to hire a planner, but as the wedding got closer we realized it would be overwhelming to have our family and wedding party in charge of the small details on the day of. From the moment we started to meet with Katy, organizing and planning became so much easier. She would check in often to see how planning on my end was going and offer any advice/ suggestions I needed. On the day of, she & her assistant were by far our favorite people there!! They took care of every single detail and made the day such a breeze for us! They coordinated with each other & the other vendors all day long to make everything flow smoothly. They always made sure we knew when an event (cake cutting, garter toss, etc) was coming up and that we had water/ wine/ anything we needed. They even went out of their way to make sure our guests were comfortable. She went above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely perfect, and I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone else planning their own wedding!!

Hire a planner, better yet hire Katy! she was hands down the saving grace of my wedding! She ensured everything happened at the right time so I got to enjoy my wedding! She relieved so much stress I had leading up to the wedding!
