My husband and I just got married on March 2, 2024 and had our reception at Scenic Springs. Family and friends and been complimenting us left and right, telling us they had so much fun and that the reception was beautiful! My husband and I didn’t have to stress about much of anything for our wedding, the venue helped order and organize everything for us. I loved that you could add or remove any items/services not needed. I think this venue is fantastic and would recommend it to couple who doesn’t want to stress about anything on their big day! They do it all for you.

We cannot say enough good things about Scenic Springs! Our coordinator, Sara, was absolutely amazing throughout the planning process and executing our wedding day! However, we worked with Veronica and Lyndsey as well and they were also extremely helpful and amazing. This is a STRESS-FREE venue. We told them what we wanted, dropped all our stuff off with them at our rehearsal, and we were free to just show up and enjoy our day. They are transparent with their pricing, which is incredibly affordable for the value, and they do not try to squeeze money out of you like other vendors we experienced! The food is amazing and the tasting is an event in itself! Their in-house vendors, cutting edge entertainment and kaitlin rodgers photography, are world class! If you're engaged, run, don't walk to this vendor!

Ms. Sara started our jouney with scenic springs so beautifully. She was receptive to our style and needs and bent backwards to lock in a date. Soon after , we met with our wedding coordinator who continued the positive experience. All the vendors were enthusiastic and made our selections so smooth. In general, i recommend this venue for all couples young and old. This is the placebto go for a stress free event.

We had my daughter’s Quinceañera in November at Scenic Springs. This was after a postponement due to Covid to which was handled flawlessly thanks to this venue. Right from the start, Joni was super helpful with showing us the beautiful venue and explaining the packages/optional add ons. We fell in love with the views of the Texas hill country, the venue’s high ceilings, and fireplace! Joni helped us so much along the way from coordinating with our vendors to ordering the popcorn. Their DJ made the beautiful video of my daughter growing up. We really didn’t have much to set up the day of as everything was taken care of. The vendors Scenic Springs recommended were top notch as well (I know there are some changes to packages most recently). The evening was smooth and just perfect as Joni helped keep us on schedule. Pictures of my daughter on the grounds were gorgeous! My daughter was very happy! We have received so many compliments including, “This was the best quince we’ve ever been to.” I know we have Scenic Springs to thank!

We immediately fell in love with the scenery and ambiance of Scenic Springs. Their service was extremely spot on and made the whole process easy. Joni was there to help us starting from the planning through the day of the wedding.

We booked Scenic Springs for my daughter's wedding, and we have rescheduled the date 3 times because of the pandemic. Scenic Springs has been nothing short of outstanding to work with. Joni and Lorna have always been right there for us to help with each date change, free of charge, and even called all of our vendors every time with all of the updates and changes. This was so tremendously helpful and really put my mind at ease. They have been a voice of calm and reason through this very scary time, and my family truly feels that we are in the best hands possible. They truly care about us and our experience, and I couldn't ask for more. The Scenic Springs team has been exceptionally professional every step of the way, and we can't wait for the day when we get to celebrate my daughter's wedding! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue!

This is the most amazing venue ever! We originally booked it last year and were planning to have a large wedding and reception with our closest friends and family members in April of this year. Unfortunately Covid happened and I thought it would ruin my dream of having the perfect wedding. This fear only lasted very briefly however, as Scenic Springs came to the rescue! First, they worked with me on getting my date rescheduled to July and waived all fees they normally charge for doing this. They even contacted all of my vendors for me to get the rescheduled so that I wouldn't have to stress or worry about doing this myself. Then, Covid spiked in the summer, just before my wedding, so Scenic Springs stepped in and was so helpful and easy to work with yet again on pushing my date into October. With Scenic Springs's help on providing sanitizer stations and helpful safety protocols so my guests felt safe, we were able to have the most beautiful wedding of our dreams. They made this whole process so much easier on me than I ever could have hoped. I felt safe and like I was their top priority from day one, which is why I initially booked Scenic Springs. They truly care about their couples and this showed through in everything they did for me and my husband, to truly make us their #1 priority. Now I get to go on with my happily every after married life with so many wonderful memories of the perfect day, thanks to Scenic Springs!

Scenic Springs was a great choice for our wedding. When we started planning our wedding, we had no idea we were going to get married during a pandemic. We chose a package that included the DJ, caterer, and cake with our ceremony and reception. This option was perfect for us because we would’ve never had the time to find these on our own Flash forward to our wedding... due to restrictions on guest count, and guests not feeling comfortable coming to the wedding, Scenic Springs was very flexible in working with us. We had our ceremony on the day we originally planned, limiting to immediate family only. We pushed out our reception to our one year anniversary, in hopes more people will come. We are grateful this venue worked with us, and our ceremony went perfectly.

Due to the coronavirus, my husband and I ultimately ended up having to cancel our large ceremony and reception that was to be held April 4, 2020 at Scenic Springs. HOWEVER, if you are considering getting married here, just do it! The grounds are beautiful and the perfect mix of getting the outdoor Hill Country vibes while still being within 20 minutes of the city. We had originally booked the All-Inclusive package for our wedding and I cannot tell you how much energy and effort it saved me leading up to the wedding. I honestly found myself sitting around sometimes wondering what even still needed to be done for wedding planning, which is not something that every bride can say. Lorna and Murray were always an email or text away and they worked hard to accommodate all of our requests and answer all of our questions. When the coronavirus hit three weeks before our wedding, they were BEYOND accommodating. We first decided to reschedule to October 2020 and they changed our date readily with no additional charges and worked with all of our vendors included in the package to adjust. When we ultimately decided to cancel for our rescheduled date in favor of a smaller ceremony at home, Lorna and Murray were extremely understanding and they went above and beyond what was stipulated in our contract to refund us. Although this is a situation unique to myself and other coronabrides - it speaks a lot to the character and integrity of the people running the venue. It is important to have people who see you as a person and not just another contract on such an emotional and significant day and for that reason alone, you can't go wrong booking Scenic Springs! My husband and I are very sad that we never got to experience the day that we had been planning, but if we had to do it over again we would still book with Scenic Springs.

Excellent scenery, enjoy the though of all in one packaging def hit them up. The timeline of events are def on point with wedding manager, even better with both ceremony on the same property. Enjoyed getting ready in the aloted location while groom was down stairs. Very professional.

Beautiful Venue! My guests loved the venue, it is very spacious. The staff was helpful & knowledgeable.

My husband and I really loved this venue and when we chose it a year ago it was because of how much it reminded us of our towns we were raised in. With the beautiful trees and grasses, the wildlife that randomly pass through(there were a few deer at the ceremony), and the log cabin which reminded him of his home in Colorado it was the perfect venue for us. The planning process was pretty smooth, I was not a bride who was obsessed with perfection so decisions were made at the last minute, but Joni handled that really well. Everything was pretty perfect... except for the wedding day. Now, to be fair about everyone was running late including the groom, and the ceremony was an hour and a half late... but it wouldn't have been so bad if Joni would have 1) asked the guests for additional help for the bridal party or 2) had not told the groom's family that the bride had cold feet. Mind you, I was in panic mode because I WAS ready but my dress had to go on last, and my bridesmaids weren't ready. Joni was not really around to help with this situation and I almost cried in anger before reaching the alter. Then there was the Snow White incident where I went down the stairs and ended up bringing spiders and crickets with me to the alter... one of my bridesmaids proceeded to beat my dress with her bouquet during the nuptials... please treat your stairs for bugs! It ended up being a funny moment but... a bride who hates spiders would have LOST IT. With the delay of the ceremony everything at the reception was rushed which was to be expected, but the lack of control was really obvious from Joni and Jacob. Also the playlist I created wasn't shuffled, so the best music was at the end... when everyone had already left the venue! All in all it was a chaotic mess and it took me about a month to be proud of the wedding fully. But, our families actually making it down from Colorado and how beautiful the ceremony was is what I will treasure for the rest of our lives. This venue is very reasonable in its packages and prices... but if you book during the week your coordinator is not as involved as they should be.

This venue is so perfect for anyone who is wanting a rustic but elegant wedding. They made our special day a dream come true. Not only did they exceed my expectations, they made everything run so smoothly the day of the wedding. I didn’t have to worry about any of those little wedding details that most brides worry about. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our wedding.

We had our daughter's wedding at Scenic Springs earlier this year. Everything flowed so well that day! Joni kept everything on time and attention to every detail! She was great to work with during the planning process, and always answered all my questions. The site is beautiful and exactly what my daughter and son-in-law were looking for their special day. Lorna is also great to work with!! I highly recommend this venue!!

Our experience with Scenic Springs was incredible from day one. Our wedding coordinator Joni, was a pleasure to work with. From the wedding planning to the big day she was organized, friendly and great at communicating. All my bridesmaids commented on how wonderful she was. And of course we got many compliments on how beautiful the venue itself was. Definitely regret not staying at the lodge that they have on the grounds, everybody said that we should have rented it out. I would definitely recommend Scenic Springs to anyone that’s looking to host a special event.

Scenic Springs is a beautiful venue. Our guests were very impressed. The ambiance was perfect -- very elegant, warm, and inviting. The event manager made everything flow without a hitch. Scenic Springs is a hidden gem in the Hill Country I would definitely recommend to others.

I was married in June at Scenic Springs. I can honestly say that choosing scenic springs at my venue was the best decision. Joni was my coordinator and she was amazing! She also responded to my questions quickly and was so nice. Everything went so smoothly on my wedding day. Lorna, made us a delicious wedding cake and it was so beautiful! I cannot thank the staff at scenic springs enough. Our Dj Jacob was also through scenic springs and he was great to work with. Don’t hesitate to use them!

This venue was truly perfect. The coordinators and vendors available made our wedding weekend incredible. It was so nice to have our Wedding Party stay with us at The Lodge, and have all the wedding events all on the same property. This place is gorgeous and worth every penny. Can not wait to book this place again for reunions and vow renewals someday!

Scenic Springs was perfect for our wedding! The outdoor ceremony sites are gorgeous and the reception hall is big and open with tons of windows looking out over the hill country. Our coordinator, Joni, was awesome. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our year of planning and was invaluable for the day of the wedding making sure everyone and everything was in place. Our DJ, Jacob, was also provided by the venue and he was great to work with! He made sure we loved our monogram and all the music for the day! The wedding cake provided by the venue was delicious and beautiful! If I'm being super picky, I wish the bridal suite had more/better lighting for getting ready but I think that's a pretty minor thing compared to everything else. I loved that Scenic Springs felt tucked away and special without being too far from the city. I would 100% choose Scenic Springs again and again!

The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking! My husband and I got married November 3rd and thinking back on the experience, we know it was the wedding of our dreams. I absolutely loved everything about scenic springs. I had the pleasure working with Joni and she made our day as beautiful as possible. I had so many compliments about our venue that it was so nice, beautiful and elegant. I would get married here again and again. This place was truly a dream come true.

We loved the venue and were really excited for the wedding. We originally had Murri as our coordinator but they had to switch us to Joni since Murri was busy during our wedding time. Joni was nothing but rude. We planned a simple wedding with few decorations and she told us our decorations were "ehh… you know, not as nice." We order Olive Garden to cater our wedding and set up buffet style. She called Olive Garden to see how much the gallon drinks were to set up at each table- something we never mentioned- which had Olive Garden worried and they called me about the concerns, she called to see if she could move up the time that catering would be delivered- something we never discuss and we had mutually agreed upon the time of delivery and set up- and again had Olive Garden call because they were confused, and she also called Olive Garden to attempt to get servers to serve dinner- when again we told her it was going to be buffet style and people would serve themselves- and again Olive Garden called concerned about Joni called and trying to make changes. Joni had set up the wedding altar with the altar then tables then the chairs halfway down the dance floor for the wedding- people would need binoculars to see the ceremony. I asked her to change the set up so it would be altar then chairs then tables on the other side of the hall so people could actually see the ceremony but she told me "that's just how we do it here," (there were staff there that could rearrange tables and chairs) it was an argument for 10 minutes to the point I told Joni either she can have her staff move the staff or I would myself. The tables got moved. She told my wedding photographer that she would only have 30 minutes to do all of the wedding pictures- making my wedding photographer cry because she really wanted to take pictures for memories. She went to my family during the rehearsal and told them they needed to do speeches when we had already told her that they were not doing the speeches. She came and checked on myself twice prior to the wedding on the wedding day. She went MIA and our best man acted like the coordinator to get people in place to line up since she was missing. She kept my dad outside of my room before walking down the aisle so will never get to have that moment with my father. She told people to sit back down when they went up to the bar to get drinks for the toasts. My guests commented saying it was a beautiful wedding but my coordinator was rude. She damaged the cake and lost the top tier of the wedding cake- she claimed she told my family members but when asked they said she never spoke to them. She handed out bubbles for the going away before we did the last dance so people came outside for the going away part but then wanted us to go back inside for the last dance. Very unorganized. Very disappointed. Regret having the wedding at here. Joni just created issues for us. Felt like she tried to make my wedding her version of the wedding she felt it should be.

Scenic Springs is an absolutely beautiful venue and Joni was wonderful to work with! Beyond blessed to have found them. This was a perfect location for our small, intimate ceremony. There isn’t anything about our evening that I would change.

From the flawless experience plus Joni's day of coordination, we were worry free. The beautiful landscape this venue offers could sell itself. Would recommend any future newlyweds to check this venue out. Glad we did, we will never forget it. Thanks again Joni.

We had our wedding August 2018. Joni was our coordinator, she was absolutely amazing taking care of every single detail and what I like the most her rapid response all the time to emails and calls. We wanted everything indoors. We worked with their DJ Jacob he was awesome and they also did our wedding cake (we had so little left over because everybody loved it). We received a lot of complements from the guest about the place and the organization. Highly recommended!!

I fell in love with scenic springs when I first saw their page. The reviews were great and it had the rustic feel I was looking for. When we met with Joni I was sold. The price was great too! Especially with weekday and military discounts. Joni was so helpful all along the way even when she was on vacation. I rented some decorations from her as well and she did an excellent job with those even throwing in a few extras! I also ordered my cake from their baker, Lorna, and it was perfect! Their DJ Jacob did amazing as well! I loved that he made playlists on Spotify for us that we could edit before the day. And he was very helpful the day of with requests from our guests. He did the music for the ceremony as well and it went seamlessly. We also hired their bartender and she did a fantastic job. She even brought me the last glass of moscato she had at the end of the night! Joni did such an amazing job directing everyone during the rehearsal the day before and kept everyone calm the day of despite some weather difficulties. That was probably the only downfall of this venue. It started flooding the morning of our wedding, and both entrances to the road were blocked off until a few hours before our 5:00 ceremony. Thank God they finally started letting people through or we would have had a very late start. Just something to be aware of if there is inclement weather. Luckily I had already decided to have the ceremony indoors because I was worried about the July heat, and the rain let up enough to take pictures outdoors. I only had about 40 guests and wasn’t sure if the hall would seem too big, but it turned out to be a perfect, intimate setting! I highly recommend scenic springs for your big day! That being said, we did not opt for the all inclusive package, but Joni recommended we try Got it Covered for catering (who does their all inclusive package). I set up a tasting for me, my husband and mother-in-law and, quite frankly, we had a terrible experience that made me refuse to go to any more tastings with “wedding caterers”. First of all, when we showed up, our salads were already sitting on the table for God knows how long. They had poured sweet tea, and when we asked for unsweet, they refused to make some. I had emailed with them about what dishes I wanted to try, but they didn’t ask what sides we wanted. Then they messed up one of the entrees and told me that’s what I had said...They served us very small portions and the food was not good at all. The woman who was helping us was just very rude the whole time. She didn’t sit down with us to explain the dishes, and when we finished and got up to talk with her, she assumed we were hiring them and started to ask about our menu (I think she thought we had purchased the all inclusive package with scenic springs but that is no excuse for her behavior). I had already decided I did not want to use them and it was very uncomfortable. She even tried to argue with me about some of my food intolerances telling me that there is gluten in rice...My fiancé is too nice and was trying to hear her out, but I finally had to say I didn’t like it and wanted to leave. If you choose to do the all inclusive package with scenic springs, i recommend asking for a different caterer.

Every brides' worst nightmare, 6 weeks from the wedding and we no longer had a venue! After calling only a few places in the area, Scenic Springs had our date available. Within one day we were able to have a tour at the property and we fell in love with it! We knew this was the place we were meant to get married at. It has the perfect combination of an outdoor ceremony space, which is all shaded with beautiful trees and an indoor reception hall that sits on top of a hill with beautiful views. We got married early June and you couldn't even tell it was that hot because of all the trees on the property. Lorna, the owner, was incredibly accommodating on our tight timeline and helped us to achieve exactly what we wanted. I also highly recommend renting the lodge on property! It made it so easy to get ready and spend time with family without having to worry about any form of transportation to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. We also chose to rent the cottage on site for myself and my husband on the night of. We were able to enjoy every bit of our evening knowing that it was just a short walk to the cottage after the reception. Check in and check out was a breeze! And of course, the day would not have been complete without the help of Joni, our wedding manager. She handled EVERYTHING! From timeline, contacting vendors, linens, table set up, staying on schedule and coordinating the entire day, she did an AMAZING job! I highly recommend this venue, especially having a wedding manager included made my life way less stressful. If you're in the area, definitely schedule an appointment to see this wonderful venue!

Guys, no joke, Joni is awesome. The venue is so beautiful, especially for Texas in the summer when everything is usually dead. Joni was available at any time and gave more then 100%. I also used their baker and dj who were great at what they do. My wedding cake came out perfect and the dj was there to help in any way he could. The rental here comes with table cloths! Table cloths were so hard for me to find at the beginning so when Joni said they had them I was set on the place. Very highly recommend scenic springs. My wedding was perfect to me, I wouldn’t have changed it for anything. Joni also kept in touch with all my vendors down to the wire. My photographer sadly had the wrong date written down and didn’t show but Joni was on it trying to reach other photographers, thankfully we already had a back up though.

From the first to the last, the people at Scenic Springs were amazing! Not only did they find all the necessary vendors for us, but they coordinated with them throughout so everything was perfect on our special day. The setting is beautiful, with a countryside manor feel, and yet conveniently close to the city. The coordinator helping us was always so kind and on top of things, helping with any question or emergency. We absolutely loved our experience!!

My husband and I were in love with this venue from the first time we saw it. It has such a beautiful, natural feel to it, and the hall is gorgeous with high ceilings and lots of windows with views of the hill country. We worked with Joni and she was fantastic! She answered all our questions, addressed all our worries, and came up with lots of unique ideas that made our day even more special. We could not have picked a better spot for our ceremony and reception!

This beautiful, tucked away venue was the perfect place for our big day. The staff was Wonderfull and more than accommodating to us and all of our guest. My husband and I got married at Scenic springs on November 11th and it was perfect! Joni was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing. She was there throughout the whole experience as well as the wedding day. We had them do our wedding cake and grooms cake and it delicious. It’s such a beautiful place to get married and everyone there is very sweet and helpful. We had our ceremony outside on the lawn and it was beautiful. The reception was a blast and everyone enjoyed themselves. I can’t thank Joni enough for all her help!

It so happened that I found Scenic Springs as one of the options and I was just enamored by the unique website, where it featured wedding ceremony/reception information, the beautiful location, special offers, person to contact, and more...From our first visit at Scenic Springs, my husband and I met with the wedding coordinator, Joni Polanski, who was very helpful at setting the date for our reception; she stayed in contact with us until the day of our wedding. Without her we would have not had an amazing and unforgettable Fall wedding reception at Scenic Springs. We were so amazed and very happy with the way everything turned out on our special day that we even wish we could relive that particular day all over again. Also, we want to thank Scenic Springs for recommending a DJ, the catering company, the florists, as well as the cake company who all helped to make our event more beautiful and special. My husband and I will never forget this day. Thank you Scenic Springs for this unforgettable event. We greatly appreciate it!

We recently had our wedding reception at Scenic Springs and it far exceeded my expectations! I have to give a big thank you to Joni and Lorna for help making this day a truly memorable experience. Everything went off without a hitch and weeks later our guests can't stop talking about how beautiful the location is and how delicious the food and cake were. We used Got It Covered for the food and the in house baker for the cake. I would recommend Scenic Springs to anyone looking to get married!

My husband Jonathan and I are so grateful to Scenic Springs for hosting our magical wedding reception. Planning our San Antonio wedding from California was initially a daunting task given the distance, our busy schedules, time zone difference and lack of expertise. We wanted our wedding to be low-maintenance, but at the same time a special event that would be worthy of our beloved family and friends. As I had fallen in love with my husband, I had also fallen in love with San Antonio and the beautiful surrounding Hill Country. When I saw Scenic Springs for the first time, I knew it was the perfect place to have the elegantly rustic reception that would fit our down-to-earth personalities and wedding. Scenic Springs brought together an outdoor atmosphere brimming with nature, a cozy indoor setting to invite in our loved ones, and a warm, experienced staff ready to help make a couple's humble dreams a reality. Having all the details of the reception in a package, many relationships with amazing vendors, and a wedding day manager to work closely with both us and the vendors to coordinate everything was priceless. Lorna helped us create an awesome half-and-half custom (legendary) wedding cake and a lovely custom monogram, and Joni was our wedding day manager, making sure everything went smoothly every step of the way. We felt so well taken care of throughout the entire process. We give Scenic Springs our highest recommendation!

Had my wedding on August 4th, 2017, and I was very satisfied with the venue. Joni was awesome! She made sure everything was in order. Lorna made our wedding and grooms cake, and it was exactly how I wanted it to be. Kent was great keeping the guest entertained. The venue itself was gorgeous. If you love the outdoor scenery, want to keep away from the city, or interested in peacock sightings, then Scenic Springs is the way to go. I recommend this venue to future brides and grooms.

My husband and I got married at Scenic Springs on July 7, 2017! We loved the experience! Our Wedding Coordinator Joni made everything super easy and stress free! The Pastor Thomas was friendly and easy work with to tailor our ceremony to our needs. The chef did a fabulous job on the cake so delicious and beautifully simple. They made our small intimate family wedding a HUGE success and we were able to enjoy the moment and enjoy the celebration with our family without having to worry about anything ! I would recommend Scenic Springs to anyone looking to get married BIG or small.

Freda was our wedding planner and she was wonderful! The property is beautiful and staff is so helpful! I will recommend this venue to anyone for any event! They made my day priceless and memorable!

We absolutely loved scenic springs. We knew from our first appointment that this was our place. The staff was amazing. The view was amazing and very peaceful. We used the hall for both ceremony and reception which was exceptional. The backdrop of the view made for a great ceremony space and pictures. We are very happy with our experience, Plus, the two peacocks walking around was amazing. You will not be disappointed. :)))))
