I spoke with our florist twice before our big day and everything seemed ready to go. The florist was supposed to arrive at the venue to begin setting up at 1pm, which would have been plenty of time before our ceremony, which was planned for 4pm. Once 2:30pm came around and I noticed there weren't any flowers, I called the florist. She stated that she thought the wedding wasn't until the following day, however, I was confused because the date never changed. I ended up pushing the ceremony back 10 minutes, however, the flowers weren't there in time for my fiance and I to do our first look, so we had to take pictures without my bouquet. She also stated that I didn't order the garland of roses, however, it was clearly listed on my invoice and paid for. After all said and done, she only offered to refund the delivery fee, but my mother expressed concern over how upset I was given I didn't have my bouquet for the first look, so the florist agreed to refund that. I understand mistakes happen, but it could have been avoided.

s so far from true in my experience. I kind of gave free rein after stating my wedding colors and the designs exceeded my expectations - they were absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! All of our guests kept complimenting the flowers. On top of all this, the price was extremely reasonable for the product. Make your wedding floral experience stress free and hire Scensational Florals… you won’t regret it!!

ing arch". During the contract finalization we even agreed to increase the price of arch florals because this is the focal point of all ceremony pictures. The contract specified a variety of flowers - different types of white and blush roses, hydrangeas, others to ensure that this arrangement would be lush. There was even a picture in our contract on how the arrangement should look like. It was a struggle coordinating with them as the responses are slow (took days or weeks for them to respond to an email). During our wedding day, they installed sparse and meager floral arrangements on our wedding arch. It was made with what looks like four dozen Costco roses on floral foam. I felt VERY disappointed and could not believe this was an arrangement that cost almost a thousand dollars... but of course a bride cannot do anything anymore on her wedding day. The sparse arrangement looked very barren, especially because our wedding was in a garden with other flowers. The arch florals were transferred to our reception and it looked so awkward and bare because it was so tiny and mismatched to the size that we specified. We were extremely disappointed that they got this wrong. We coordinated a lot and it was in the signed contract. After the wedding, they apologized and gave a $400 refund. They said it was because our florist was sick that day. It was disappointing that they decided to drastically reduce the flowers and CHANGE THE AGREED DESIGN ON THE DAY OF, and did not have any personnel back-ups. We appreciate the apology and the refund but unfortunately the damage is done. That said, we will also say that the reception table flowers and the bouquet did follow the specification! But no one takes photos of the table flowers :) Ultimately, this is about RELIABILITY. Keeping your word. Helping the couple on their big day. As a bride, you TRUST your suppliers to do what they should do, because you have so many other things to think about on your wedding day. I regret giving that trust to Scentsational Florals.

As a bonus, our wedding was three days ago and the bridal bouquet we took home still looks brand new! Additionally, MaryAnn and the team provided us with a chuppah (Jewish wedding canopy) and not only decorated it with their gorgeous flower arrangements, but they adorned it with a family heirloom that she arranged to get from me two weeks beforehand. I should also mention that the prices for Scentsational Florals are completely reasonable and fair, much more so than the numerous other florists who sent us quotes. I could go on and on but long story short, the beautiful flowers and wedding canopy were certainly highlights of our wedding day and we cannot thank MaryAnn and the team enough for all of their hard work and exceptional customer service!
