Scentsational Florals - AFFORDABLE!

My husband and I got married in Annapolis 6/28/24 and had a somewhat small wedding (about 80 guests). The items we ordered were pretty standard including bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres, 2 urns for the end of the aisle, and a garland of rose petals for our sweetheart table. I spoke with our florist twice before our big day and everything seemed ready to go. The florist was supposed to arrive at the venue to begin setting up at 1pm, which would have been plenty of time before our ceremony, which was planned for 4pm. Once 2:30pm came around and I noticed there weren't any flowers, I called the florist. She stated that she thought the wedding wasn't until the following day, however, I was confused because the date never changed. I ended up pushing the ceremony back 10 minutes, however, the flowers weren't there in time for my fiance and I to do our first look, so we had to take pictures without my bouquet. She also stated that I didn't order the garland of roses, however, it was clearly listed on my invoice and paid for. After all said and done, she only offered to refund the delivery fee, but my mother expressed concern over how upset I was given I didn't have my bouquet for the first look, so the florist agreed to refund that. I understand mistakes happen, but it could have been avoided.

MaryAnn was amazing to work with! She was responsive, professional, and offered solutions and suggestions. I’ve always heard about how wedding florals can be stressful, but this is so far from true in my experience. I kind of gave free rein after stating my wedding colors and the designs exceeded my expectations - they were absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! All of our guests kept complimenting the flowers. On top of all this, the price was extremely reasonable for the product. Make your wedding floral experience stress free and hire Scensational Florals… you won’t regret it!!

Scentsational Florals disappointed us during our wedding. They did not follow the contract. We agreed with them to have an "8 Feet Tapered Swag to cover the full length of the wedding arch". During the contract finalization we even agreed to increase the price of arch florals because this is the focal point of all ceremony pictures. The contract specified a variety of flowers - different types of white and blush roses, hydrangeas, others to ensure that this arrangement would be lush. There was even a picture in our contract on how the arrangement should look like. It was a struggle coordinating with them as the responses are slow (took days or weeks for them to respond to an email). During our wedding day, they installed sparse and meager floral arrangements on our wedding arch. It was made with what looks like four dozen Costco roses on floral foam. I felt VERY disappointed and could not believe this was an arrangement that cost almost a thousand dollars... but of course a bride cannot do anything anymore on her wedding day. The sparse arrangement looked very barren, especially because our wedding was in a garden with other flowers. The arch florals were transferred to our reception and it looked so awkward and bare because it was so tiny and mismatched to the size that we specified. We were extremely disappointed that they got this wrong. We coordinated a lot and it was in the signed contract. After the wedding, they apologized and gave a $400 refund. They said it was because our florist was sick that day. It was disappointing that they decided to drastically reduce the flowers and CHANGE THE AGREED DESIGN ON THE DAY OF, and did not have any personnel back-ups. We appreciate the apology and the refund but unfortunately the damage is done. That said, we will also say that the reception table flowers and the bouquet did follow the specification! But no one takes photos of the table flowers :) Ultimately, this is about RELIABILITY. Keeping your word. Helping the couple on their big day. As a bride, you TRUST your suppliers to do what they should do, because you have so many other things to think about on your wedding day. I regret giving that trust to Scentsational Florals.

Oh my gosh! I can’t say enough good things about the Scentsational team! My flowers were absolutely PERFECT!!! They were so patient with me as we went back and forth a million times modifying my arrangements to make sure they were perfected. And let me tell you, they were PERFECT. I can’t say enough good things about the team at Scentsational Florals. MaryAnn was so wonderful to work with every step of the way and she checked-in with me and kept in excellent communication even when I dropped the ball. More importantly, our wedding flowers looked gorgeous and we received so many compliments on the freshness and vibrancy of the flowers and beauty of the arrangements. As a bonus, our wedding was three days ago and the bridal bouquet we took home still looks brand new! Additionally, MaryAnn and the team provided us with a chuppah (Jewish wedding canopy) and not only decorated it with their gorgeous flower arrangements, but they adorned it with a family heirloom that she arranged to get from me two weeks beforehand. I should also mention that the prices for Scentsational Florals are completely reasonable and fair, much more so than the numerous other florists who sent us quotes. I could go on and on but long story short, the beautiful flowers and wedding canopy were certainly highlights of our wedding day and we cannot thank MaryAnn and the team enough for all of their hard work and exceptional customer service!

I loved working with my floral designer, Rachael. She had fantastic ideas and has so much talent! Everything turned out better than I could have imagined. She was flexible with my changes and was very responsive! We worked together to stay around my budget. Would highly reccomend Scensational florals for your special day. Scentsational Florals did a fantastic job providing the flowers for my wedding. I hired them to provide the wedding party bouquets, reception table center pieces, and ceremony arch flowers. They were extremely responsive and provided a contract that showed examples of each of the items that I ordered. On the day of, everything was set up on time and looked beautiful! I received many compliments on everything!

We were so happy that we went with Scentsational Florals for our wedding! MaryAnn was great and was so helpful at every step. She walked us through our options and even helped brainstorm ideas for our centerpieces (which didn't include florals) to make sure that they fit the overall vibe of the event. On the day of we had really windy conditions but she was able to get the outdoor flowers to stay put perfectly! The rearrangement of flowers to our sweetheart table during the reception added the perfect final touch. For the bouquets, I really wanted an unstructured look that pulled in greens and blues and they came out perfectly. Can't recommend Scentsational enough, especially MaryAnn

Wow wow wow. I had sent her photos from my Pinterest board that I had liked for my wedding. I kid you not, they were exact replicas. I was so happy with them and could not have asked for better. Sue was also responsive and timely.

WOW! MaryAnn is so talented! Everything she created for our wedding day was stunning. She went above and beyond. Her floral creations were better than anything I could have even imagined. We reused many of the ceremony florals for reception decor, and she stayed to help move our beautiful arch piece to the mantel in the ballroom. She even used extra florals and put pops of color around the venue. From the bouquets to the arch design, everything was beautiful. I am so happy I got to work with this company for my wedding day. Honestly, I'm not sure why you wouldn't hire Scentsational Florals! We were able to have our dream florals in greenery well within our budget. They were professional and creative and really brought the vision to life. Would recommend wholeheartedly!

Scentsational Florals gave us incredible flowers for our wedding day! They were immediately very responsive and helpful, as I was not certain on which flowers to request. They offered a detailed proposal/spreadsheet that provided everything I could have wanted! They also offered a perfect suggestion of repurposing the flowers from our arch to our sweetheart table, which looked beautiful. All of the flowers looked fresh and stayed perfect all night. I would absolutely choose to work with the team at Scentsational florals again.

Scentsational Florals did an outstanding job with the flower arrangements for our wedding! We got everything we asked for in our ceremony and reception, from the bouquets, to the table arrangements and decorative pieces, down to the smallest details. Their flowers are absolutely gorgeous, and they also did a great job with helping us plan everything out along the way. Many times, it was as easy as sending them pictures we found on Pinterest or Instagram and asking if they could do something similar. And every time it was no problem, they got it done exactly like we wanted. They staged everything so beautifully and it really made the night feel special. Highly recommend! I was assigned to work with MaryAnn as my designer and she was fantastic! She was extremely patient with me going back and forth on getting my vision right. Scentsational Floral did a spectacular job at our October 9 wedding. They created a white rose packed 7' arch and floral aisle perimeter for the ceremony. It was magnificent and they moved the entire package to our reception room. Susan and MaryAnn understood our vision, were transparent in pricing and fully understand they are providing dreams. I cannot recommend Chelsea and Scentsational Floral enough for your wedding or any event!! Chelsea worked with my daughter and me since January for the September wedding and we got exactly the flowers we wanted for the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception!! It was a lovely day!! The arch for the ceremony, which we then reused inside the tent at the reception was exactly what the bride wanted!!! Chelsea also produced 2 other arrangements for another party during the wedding weekend that were different from what the bride requested, but matched the theme the bride picked!! Huge success!! I would not hesitate to contact Chelsea again for any function that I would have in the future!!

Highly recommended florist for any event especially your wedding! She was professional, communicated often, and was thorough. We gave our budget and she kept us in that and everything turned out well. We also rented columns for the ceremony. The day of the wedding everything went perfectly and flowers were as what was quoted! Communication was great through email! Great florist all around!

I am so glad Scentsational Florals did the flowers for our wedding. Not only is the price great, Susan was so helpful communicating with me about how to make the flowers just what I wanted, and even making last minute changes when I told her I wanted to add crowns for two flower girls. I really liked the way they do the invoice because it shows you actual pictures and descriptions of what they will do for you. Everything was delivered on time and it was all just gorgeous. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were. My only teeny tiny complaint is the the ivory wisps of astilbe in my bouquet and my husbands boutonniere were greenish/yellow instead of white, but I imagine that is just unavoidable when flowers are shipped from other places and timing of the wedding, etc. I highly recommend Scentsational Florals!
