MaryAnn was amazing to work with! She was responsive, professional, and offered solutions and suggestions. I’ve always heard about how wedding florals can be stressful, but this is so far from true in my experience. I kind of gave free rein after stating my wedding colors and the designs exceeded my expectations - they were absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! All of our guests kept complimenting the flowers. On top of all this, the price was extremely reasonable for the product. Make your wedding floral experience stress free and hire Scensational Florals… you won’t regret it!!

Scentsational Florals did an incredible job for my daughter’s wedding!! We showed them a few Pinterest ideas, let them know what kind of flowers we liked and didn’t like, what kind of style we liked, etc., and they surpassed our expectations. Rachael was our floral designer, and she was very easy to work with and super accommodating. We had a couple of minor changes here and there before the wedding and she was on it. My daughter’s bouquet was prettier than the Pinterest idea. She created beautiful lush centerpieces for the round tables in compote bowls. She did a grounded arch that was just amazing. And since we were a bit budget conscious, they were also accommodating with that. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Planning a wedding is full of hassle and stress and this team made floral arrangements seamless. I couldn't be happier with our beautiful arrangements or more grateful to the team for their professionalism and personal approach. I sent inspiration photos and from that the team designed everything and delivered on time and without any hang ups. Florals was the least stressful part of my wedding day. I genuinely could not recommend this group more highly with a special shout out to Rachael.

Scentsational Florals disappointed us during our wedding. They did not follow the contract. We agreed with them to have an "8 Feet Tapered Swag to cover the full length of the wedding arch". During the contract finalization we even agreed to increase the price of arch florals because this is the focal point of all ceremony pictures. The contract specified a variety of flowers - different types of white and blush roses, hydrangeas, others to ensure that this arrangement would be lush. There was even a picture in our contract on how the arrangement should look like. It was a struggle coordinating with them as the responses are slow (took days or weeks for them to respond to an email). During our wedding day, they installed sparse and meager floral arrangements on our wedding arch. It was made with what looks like four dozen Costco roses on floral foam. I felt VERY disappointed and could not believe this was an arrangement that cost almost a thousand dollars... but of course a bride cannot do anything anymore on her wedding day. The sparse arrangement looked very barren, especially because our wedding was in a garden with other flowers. The arch florals were transferred to our reception and it looked so awkward and bare because it was so tiny and mismatched to the size that we specified. We were extremely disappointed that they got this wrong. We coordinated a lot and it was in the signed contract. After the wedding, they apologized and gave a $400 refund. They said it was because our florist was sick that day. It was disappointing that they decided to drastically reduce the flowers and CHANGE THE AGREED DESIGN ON THE DAY OF, and did not have any personnel back-ups. We appreciate the apology and the refund but unfortunately the damage is done. That said, we will also say that the reception table flowers and the bouquet did follow the specification! But no one takes photos of the table flowers :) Ultimately, this is about RELIABILITY. Keeping your word. Helping the couple on their big day. As a bride, you TRUST your suppliers to do what they should do, because you have so many other things to think about on your wedding day. I regret giving that trust to Scentsational Florals.

She worked with me to build exactly what I wanted, worked with me keeping my budget and style in mind. She revised the plan many times for me, and I really appreciate it! Our wedding florals were absolutely perfect and one of my favorite details of the day! From our first conversation, Susan with the Scentsational team helped us to not only craft our vision for the arrangements but also stay within our budget. For example, I really wanted a particular and somewhat elaborate bouquet and Susan was able to work with me to make adjustments to other areas while still staying true to our overall vision. I also loved that she proactively identified areas where our arrangements could do double duty. They created an arch for the ceremony which was then was repurposed for our sweetheart table. And the flowers themselves were just stunning – I adored my bouquet, the bridal party florals were wonderful, and the arch they decorated was the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. I cannot recommend Scentational Florals enough – book them for your wedding or other special event!

Scentsational Florals with Sue and MaryAnn did such an amazing job on my wedding flowers!! I could not be happier with how they turned out! It was a perfect wildflower/garden vibe for my wedding and I loved all of the colors. We got so many compliments on the flowers and the chuppah. The chuppah looked so stunning and I loved that you can rent the chuppah through them rather than arranging a separate chuppah delivery. The bud vases that we chose for the centerpieces were also so gorgeous. Not to mention they created the wedding bouquet of my dreams! They worked with me so much on all of the changes I wanted throughout the design process and were super responsive, helpful, and transparent regarding cost. I definitely recommend Scentsational Florals for all of your flower needs!!

I was lucky to have worked with Susan to order my flowers starting about a year before the big day. I had some ideas of colors/types of flowers, and Susan helped everything come to life! She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and when the wedding day arrived, my jaw was on the floor after seeing how incredible the floral arrangements turned out! I wanted colorful, seasonal (spring), whimsical flowers and that is certainly what I received. The arrangements were so lush and full of life, and I received so many compliments on them. She even added some flowers to my cake to make it extra special. I had an incredible experience with Scentsational and their pricing is truly incredible. Mary Anne saved our ceremony. We had to move inside last minute due to rain and she created a beautiful atmosphere. Their prices are very reasonable and they worked with me to use my own wine bottles for the table decor. Everything was perfect.

Oh my gosh! I can’t say enough good things about the Scentsational team! My flowers were absolutely PERFECT!!! They were so patient with me as we went back and forth a million times modifying my arrangements to make sure they were perfected. And let me tell you, they were PERFECT. I can’t say enough good things about the team at Scentsational Florals. MaryAnn was so wonderful to work with every step of the way and she checked-in with me and kept in excellent communication even when I dropped the ball. We were blown away by Scentsational Florals! I was impressed from the moment I reached out. They provided incredibly transparent pricing (and I'll add were thousands of dollars less expensive than our other estimates in the D.C. area). Maryann, thank you for making my greenery wedding dream a reality! I cannot say enough good things about them! If you guys are like me, you were probably shocked at the price of flowers as you started searching with quotes as high as 15,000 for a 200 person wedding. When I came across scensational florals, I was shocked by their price difference and couldn’t figure out the catch as their work appeared stunning in photos… but there was no catch! These were the flowers of my dreams with the most stunning bouquets (that I am getting preserved) and I have not stopped receiving compliments. They provided flowers for our large 14 member bridal party and both reception and ceremony with delivery from dc to Baltimore all under $5000 (prices vary with selections obviously). On top of that, Maryanne was so easy to communicate with, attentive and flexible to changes in our needs. Even in the few weeks leading up to the wedding she was able to help make changes and repurpose flowers when we realized we didn’t as many tables. This team is phenomenal, the price is unbeatable and work unforgettable.

We found searching for florals for our wedding really overwhelming because of how expensive everything was. But right when we found Scensational Florals we were sold. They made the planning process very easy and customized our florals to fit what we were looking for, all for a price that was thousands less than everyone else was quoting for us. From our bouquets, to the ceremony decor, to the centerpieces at our reception, everything was BEAUTIFUL.

We were so happy that we went with Scentsational Florals for our wedding! MaryAnn was great and was so helpful at every step. She walked us through our options and even helped brainstorm ideas for our centerpieces (which didn't include florals) to make sure that they fit the overall vibe of the event. On the day of we had really windy conditions but she was able to get the outdoor flowers to stay put perfectly! The rearrangement of flowers to our sweetheart table during the reception added the perfect final touch. Scentsational Floral did a spectacular job at our October 9 wedding. They created a white rose packed 7' arch and floral aisle perimeter for the ceremony. I cannot recommend Chelsea and Scentsational Floral enough for your wedding or any event!! Chelsea worked with my daughter and me since January for the September wedding and we got exactly the flowers we wanted for the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception!! It was a lovely day!! The arch for the ceremony, which we then reused inside the tent at the reception was exactly what the bride wanted!!! Chelsea also produced 2 other arrangements for another party during the wedding weekend that were different from what the bride requested, but matched the theme the bride picked!! Huge success!! I would not hesitate to contact Chelsea again for any function that I would have in the future!!

Highly recommended florist for any event especially your wedding! She was professional, communicated often, and was thorough. We gave our budget and she kept us in that and everything turned out well. We also rented columns for the ceremony. The day of the wedding everything went perfectly and flowers were as what was quoted! Communication was great through email! Great florist all around!

I am so glad Scentsational Florals did the flowers for our wedding. Not only is the price great, Susan was so helpful communicating with me about how to make the flowers just what I wanted, and even making last minute changes when I told her I wanted to add crowns for two flower girls. I really liked the way they do the invoice because it shows you actual pictures and descriptions of what they will do for you. Everything was delivered on time and it was all just gorgeous. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were. My only teeny tiny complaint is the the ivory wisps of astilbe in my bouquet and my husbands boutonniere were greenish/yellow instead of white, but I imagine that is just unavoidable when flowers are shipped from other places and timing of the wedding, etc. I highly recommend Scentsational Florals!

I worked with Susan and she was AMAZING. We had a ton of back and forth with the contract (my fault) and she was so flexible and patient! I had a special request to use some sentimental fabric to wrap my bouquet, and she arranged it so well without having to cut it. The flowers were gorgeous...better than I could have hoped. Sue nailed it with all the ideas and options she showed me, and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. Sue was wonderful to work with. She was professional and nailed my vision. She worked really well with our day of coordinator to place the centerpieces the way i liked. There were several components to the centerpieces since I had a number of smaller glassware, brass candlesticks, flowers, and greenery. She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly.

The flowers for my wedding were beyond anything I envisioned. It was such a pleasure to work with Gricel. She is so quick with communication and has so much talent assembling bouquets - they were breathtaking! I, personally, have a hard time picturing things in my head and she allowed me to come to her studio to look at similar florals and mock up what we discussed to ensure it was what we wanted. Gricel was able to incorporate a piece of lace from my mom’s wedding dress, which was so special. It was all just perfect!!

Chelsea was absolutely amazing! She was easy to get in touch with and matched my vision but even better. My bouquet and bridesmaids bouquet were gorgeous and my ballroom was breath taking! I just wish my hotel vendor didn’t throw away all my flowers without asking me first. I wanted to preserve my bouquet because it was just so beautiful but now I can’t. I cried the moment I walked in and saw everything put together (happy tears of course). Phenomenal work!

I wasnt sure how the flowers would look on the day of because its my first time ordering flowers without having samples. But boooy was I pleasantly surprised on my wedding day! I was SHOOK. The flowers turned out gorgeous! Always follow your instinct ladies. The flowers looked especially good in our NY Times vows article. I was so pleased with my bouquet Im having it preserved. The florists were also very nice and accommodating on the day of, there was a mix up about which participants get mini boquets. On the insistence of a well meaning family member The florist made some impromptu arrangements for my step kids to walk down the aisle with--something she did not have to do. I appreciate this company so much and will be using them again and again. Thank You!

I really enjoyed working with Gricel at Scentsational Florals. Admittedly I didn't know much about wedding florals at all when I started this process but she was very good at explaining everything and letting me know of all of my options. The flowers were delivered and set up on time and the arrangements were perfect. Scentsational Florals really made my vision come to life better than I ever could have imagined and I am extremely grateful to them for everything they did for me.

Chelsea was excellent to work with throughout our process. Planning during Covid was not easy, but she responded to my excessive amount of emails to land a look that fit our budget, as well as made our wedding look gorgeous! Book them! They were absolutely wonderful and delivered floral arrangements and bouquets that exceeded my expectations. They were upfront and honest about the types of flowers they would have in season, worked with me to select colors that would complement the bridesmaid’s dresses, and were flexible when I needed to change the date and number of arrangements. They were so organized and I knew exactly what I was getting along with an itemized, reasonable proposal. On the day of they were punctual, professional and helped put the boutonniere on the men. My husband and I recently got married. We were beyond happy that we selected Scentsational Florals as our florist. Our flowers were better than we could have ever imagined. We worked directly with Gricel, she was amazing to work with and extemely creative. I knew when I met her that she was our florist, she had our vision. I had some ideas of what we were looking for and she took those ideas and created beautiful masterpieces. When Gricel delivered our flowers, I cried, they were absolutely STUNNING!!

Chelsea with Scentsational was amazing to work with! I had so many compliments on my bouquet and floral arrangements for the tables. Chelsea was also super helpful and flexible working with me in this COVID atmosphere-we went from a guest list of 170 people to 30! Beautiful florals, but mixup with delivery Overall the service, quality, and price were perfect. More than I could have dreamed of. BUT we ran into a mishap in terms of delivery. My original wedding Cleveland was cancelled 3 weeks prior to our event by our venue due to COVID-19, so I quickly rescheduled my wedding in 3 short weeks to take place in Maryland. With the tight timeline I was emailing back and forth with Chelsea, who was quick to get me pricing and make changes and help me make decisions. I finally booked about 2 weeks before the wedding. At some point she asked me when and where would I would need my personal flowers, and if I wanted them delivered somewhere other than the venue. I told her it would be nice to have them sent to my home where I would be getting ready so I could be photographed with them and be able to take them to my first look photo session. We agreed and wrote it in the contract as well. On the day of my wedding, the personal flowers should have been delivered to my house at 1pm as per my signed contract and written email correspondence with Chelsea. The day of the wedding I realized my flowers were still not delivered at 1:45pm. I tried calling Chelsea numerous times with no answer. It was then I had my sister try to call and when she finally got ahold of Chelsea, she was rude and gave excuses such as “I have 5 other weddings booked” that had nothing to do with my event. My sister then called the owner, Susan, who reassured me that she would make it right. The flowers were finally delivered at 2:30pm. By then we were about to head out for our first look photos and we completely missed all floral photographs during my getting ready time and they were not included in my details and accessory shots. Susan reached out after the wedding and offered me an apology and partial refund for the mistake which was very kind of her. It seems it was just a fluke due to last minute changes, and it turned out okay. Nonetheless, the flowers for my wedding day were great. The centerpieces, bud vases, and boutonnières were perfect. I was just a little disappointed in my bridal bouquet, it was very beautiful and the shape and flowers were great, it just included slightly different colors than I expected/desired. For example, I wanted soft pinks and there were some vibrant pinks in there. Still gorgeous though!

Absolutely loved my wedding flowers. Sue was very friendly and helpful. She listened to what I wanted and was able to help me adjust ideas within my budget. Their pricing is very competitive. We received so many compliments on the different flowers and colors in the bouquet. Also loved our ceremony arch. Would highly recommend.

Susan and her team were extremely easy to work with from my first email. They asked what our vision/color scheme was as well as budget, and provided a run-down (including pictures!) of what bouquets, bouts, centerpieces, corsages, etc. would look like. They were very responsive through the day-of.

All the bouquets and centerpieces turned out great and look awesome in pictures. For the centerpieces, we chose to do winter greenery and berries and not only did Chelsea cover the tables, but added extras to various other tables and spots throughout the venue. There was a mix up with the drop off time of the bouquets, so they were a little late, but it all worked out and did not delay anything in the end.

I loved that Scensational gives you a complete breakdown with pictures of each flower that will be in your bouquets and centerpieces. If I'm being honest, the capital AFFORDABLE in their listing made me worry. I feel like when things claim to be affordable it's because they don't have anything else good to say about their service or product. But wow, did they prove me wrong. We worked with Chelsea. I had a hard time putting my vision into words but she somehow seemed to understand what I wanted anyways. I even changed plans on her about a month and a half before the wedding but she treated it like it was no big deal and we worked through the new ideas I had. She is professional and easy going, and you would've never guessed how little I paid for how wonderful our florals were. They beat competitors pricing by half but provided everything I wanted and needed. Everything was set up before I even arrived at the venue and it was perfect!

SO incredibly happy with how our flowers turned out. Susan was amazing to work with. Originally I had sent her ideas of what I thought I wanted from Pinterest and it was way over our budget :D She worked with me to create the same look at an affordable price -- by the end I think there were 8 different versions. To be completely honest, I'm not really a "flower person" but I LOVED our wedding flowers, and all of the bridesmaids loved their bouquets as well. They turned out better than I had even imagined! So thankful for Susan's patience, persistence and expertise!

We stayed within budget and received beautiful arrangements for our reception and ceremony needs. The bouquets and boutonnières were exactly what we wanted! They really are exceptional for their value, we are so happy with the memories of how beautiful our formal arrangements looked! Definitely recommend!

We worked with Chelsea and it was such an easy experience. When we sat down with her, she explained the breakdown of things. I had a vision of one thing and then a few weeks later changed my mind on a few things and she made them with ease. My flowers came out beautiful. The reception flowers added such a level of regal and royal feel, I couldn't ask for anything better. We had tons of family members tell us how much they loved all the floral touches. I honestly, can't complain about anything, they really did a magnificent job.

From my bouquet to the table centerpieces, all flowers were beautiful. We received so many compliments. Everything was waiting for us upon arrival and was fresh and gorgeous. To make things even better, it was really affordable. I was really touched with how they included a white rose as a special remembrance that I could place on a seat for my mother when I said that she had passed away.

My flowers were beautiful and very reasonably priced. Sue was so easy to work with and made modifications to their designs based on my preferences. I would definitely recommend them!
