Let me first start off by saying how unbelievably impressive Scheme Events was from the moment we retained them to plan our wedding. Our wedding planner, Francesca Torrella, was helpful in every facet of the planning of our wedding. At our first meeting, she was extremely attentive and captured our vision so well. She helped us prioritize the most important features of our wedding to help develop a workable budget that fit our needs. She also helped find amazing vendors and facilitated contact with each of them to ensure that the wedding planning was as seamless as possible. She even located a photographer/videographer company out of California that was absolutely perfect for us and totally captured the vision of our wedding. The careful details and attention that Francesca gave to us in the months and days leading up to our special day was nothing short of spectacular. Francesca met with us quarterly, in person to discuss the wedding details as the day came closer. She was always timely in her responses to our e-mails and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire planning process. When unexpected circumstances arose in the days leading up to the wedding, Francesca was there for us to provide great solutions to ensure that the wedding and reception were amazing. Approximately one month from our wedding date, Francesca put together sample layouts for our reception. We also met her at our venue to help us make the right decisions regarding the layout. Needless to say, this team was exquisite and we never felt any stress throughout the months and days leading up to our wedding. On the date of the wedding, Francesca and her amazing team went above and beyond to ensure that the day went perfectly. They kept us on schedule, but were not intrusive during the wedding and reception. They really allowed us to have a great time and experience no stress or worries. Rest assured that when any couples ask us who we recommend to plan their weddings, we will not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Scheme Events. The professionalism and awesome planning services they provided throughout are unmatched in Las Vegas.

Francesca from Scheme Events took the lead for our wedding and she was everything we could have asked for and more. We had her for partial planning and she made the planning process so easy and enjoyable and kept us on track with all the details. Francesca and Scheme in general are so well known in the wedding vendor community who all gave positive feedback about her, which made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She and her team are so well organized, have great attention to detail and are very responsive. I'd highly recommend them!!!

We used Scheme Events for our day of coordination, and Tara went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on our wedding day! From the moment we sat down with her a month before the wedding, she took everything off our plates and enabled us to have a stress-free day and just enjoy it! Her professionalism and experience are unmatched. I can't say enough about how helpful Tara was, and I would recommend Scheme Events to anyone!

Tara is not only the best wedding coordinator out there, but truly an amazing person inside and out. This means so much when planning a wedding because it should be personalized and unique down to the tiniest of details and Tara was able to do that for us because of her genuine interest for us as a couple. We started planning over 2 years out and Tara was organized, timely, thoughtful and creative throughout the entire planning process. She was straight forward with ideas and costs and after a while she was reading my mind when it came down to the design plan. She will spend the time to research, plan and then present you with multiple courses of action and was a life savor when choosing vendors since we were not living in the area. The day of the wedding, I learned of a couple things that went wrong, but it wasn't until after the fact because Tara had it totally under control and was a superstar at putting out the fires. I am beyond grateful that Tara was our wedding coordinator and turned into an amazing friend along the way. She can turn your dream wedding into reality. You will not regret choosing Scheme Events and Tara!

Where to even begin… We used Scheme for Day of Coordination! We first started working with Francesca, but then got switched over to Traci! Both ladies were absolutely wonderfully accommodating and such a huge help! Traci, I don’t even know how we /I would have survived our October 2016 wedding without you! You and your team were so amazing! Everything went so smoothly, and the way we pictured our wedding day came to life! These ladies are so AMAZING at what they do, I highly recommend using Scheme to help plan your dream wedding! Thank you for all you did, we will carrying these memories forever!

I don't think I could ever find the right words to express just how amazing Tara and all the girls of Scheme truly are. After reading multiple reviews of wedding planners in the beginning stages of our engagement, I kept coming back to Scheme and we absolutely made the right decision. From the very start, I knew hiring Tara was the best decision we could have made. She knew which vendors were best for us and I never had a single worry during our year of planning. Even when she was 9 months pregnant, Tara was amazing in making sure our wedding day was perfect in every detail. We even ran half an hour early! How often does that happen! Scheme Events is amazing. Traci was my day of coordinator. My wedding day ran perfectly and I could not not have done it without Traci. There are so many little details that she took care of that I would not have even thought of handling. She contacted every other vendor to make sure that everyone was on the same page. From the moment I arrived in Vegas, I knew I did not need to worry about how everything was going to come together. Traci handled everything and I was able to have a stress-free week. Scheme Events is not cheap, but worth every penny.

I worked with Rissa Gunderson while planning my destination wedding in Las Vegas & I am truly more grateful for her than I can ever express in a review. During the year long process of planning, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, excited and understanding of the difficulty of planning a destination wedding. On our wedding day, Rissa, Tracy and Kara handled it all like the pros that they are & never missed a beat. Rissa brought my vision alive and executed it beautifully. Honestly even more beautifully than I ever imagined it could be! Every single one of the vendors that I hired for my wedding was based on recommendations from her & they were all absolutely amazing. Between our timeline, reception decor, handling the wedding party details, attending to our guests needs & just providing so much love and support to us, I feel so lucky to have found them. By far the very best wedding decision I made was hiring Rissa and her team. I read SO many reviews from other brides saying how relaxed they felt on their wedding day because of all that Scheme provided and I can now tell you that I had the same experience! I was able to enjoy every minute of the day with my bridesmaids and it was the best gift of all. I floated around our wedding socializing with loved ones & dancing the night away while Rissa worked her magic. There was even a point that the bustle on my dress broke and Rissa was right there with practically a tool kit to put me back together:) One of my favorite moments was when I took the short walk alone to meet my parents who were walking me down the aisle & those last seconds were spent with Rissa & her team. In that very moment, they were more than just my wedding planners. They were friends that provided that support and calmness that I needed before the big moment & I will never forget that feeling. I honestly can't say enough about my positive experience with Rissa and Scheme Events. Thank you for making all of my dreams come true!!

Can I just hire Francesca to run my life? SHE IS AMAZING! She was was able to turn my dream wedding into reality! Not only was she able to recommend all my vendors, but she was always there with suggestions and tips when I called. My husband and I were nervous in the weeks leading up to our wedding because it seemed like our catering company and venue were rotating staff every single day, but she was able to rally the troops and pull off the perfect event. From the time we arrived at our venue to the time we left everything went just as we planned. We can't say it enough how grateful we are for the staff at Scheme. My husband and I live in Montreal, but we decided to get married in Las Vegas. It would have been a disaster if we didn't have Traci from Scheme Events on our side. Throughout the entire process, she was always available, professional and continually gave us great ideas. When it came to the actual day, her team handled everything and made sure all of our guests had a wonderful time. I started planning my Vegas wedding last September and thought I could plan a destination wedding from the east coast on my own. I made a trip to Las Vegas and scheduled several appointments with various venues. Even an organized person like me became overwhelmed quickly and I realized I needed to fit a wedding planner in the budget if we were going to have a destination wedding. After reading tons of reviews and doing some research (check out Scheme's blog and website), I scheduled a phone consultation with Rissa. She and I hit it off right away. She helped me so much and gave me so many tips without even knowing I was going to hire Scheme. I quickly decided that I couldn't plan my wedding without these ladies. Tara then became my lead planner and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner and person to plan my dream wedding. She never made me feel that my wedding wasn't important or that she was too busy for me. I honestly felt like she was only planning my wedding when in the meantime, I know she was very busy with her other clients. Tara is a great listener, extremely professional and full of ideas…not to mention a ton of fun to be around. I probably had some crazy requests for things I wanted to fit into our wedding weekend and wedding budget but somehow Tara made things happen and literally fit everything in. Tara and I developed a strong bond through the year of planning and she is much more to me than my wedding planner...we will have a friendship for years to come. The moment I will always remember is when Tara and I ran a few errands on the Thursday before the wedding (our wedding was on Sunday). When we finished, she looked at me and told me to go and enjoy my wedding weekend because my part was done and it was her job the rest of the weekend. If I didn’t have Tara and Scheme, I would have been stressed out up until the minute I walked down the aisle. If I could have a “repeat” of one weekend of my life, it would absolutely be my wedding weekend and wedding day. My husband and I had the time of our life...we highly recommend Scheme Events! Francesca and the girls at Scheme helped my husband and I so much during our wedding planning process. At first I did not think I needed to hire a planner but it turned out to be the smartest thing we did. I called the girls in a complete panic and they put us at complete ease and our day was completely flawless!!!!

As a bride planning a destination wedding to Las Vegas, I was worried that my vision would not come together as I envisioned in my head. I hired Tara and Francesca as my day of coordinators and I couldn't have asked for a better team to do the job! We can not say enough good things about Tara and Scheme Events. Please don't hesitate to hire them, they are incredible. We planned our wedding from London and thanks to Tara the whole process was stress free and enjoyable throughout. Tara is a joy to work with, friendly, charming, hardworking and with such an eye for detail that she managed to create a wedding better than we could have dreamed of, the day was perfect, even more beautiful than our pinterest wedding :-) Our friends and family loved her and indeed Francesca who where both present on the day Itself, they almost didn't get to leave. We were wonderfully oblivious to the set up and tidy down, i assume it all went well, if it didn't i didn't know about it, again perfect ! I could go on and on about how wonderful Scheme are, but instead please know I would hire them again in a heartbeat. We made a lot of what turned out to be good choices along our way Tara was one of the best. We miss her already and can't wait to find some excuse to come back to Vegas and hire her again.

When we started working with Traci at Scheme, we didn't know where to start in our wedding planning and were frankly overwhelmed by the idea of it. Traci immediately set our minds at ease! She found us an AMAZING one-of-a-kind venue that suited our needs and desires perfectly. From then on out, every vendor she recommended to us was great. Traci was there for us every step of the way, and helped us to plan the perfect wedding that went off without a single hitch and was completely gorgeous and amazing. I highly recommend Scheme!

When we started planning our wedding I knew I wanted a wedding planner. We were looking at a destination wedding and I was on the other side of the world, not to mention I knew I would need someone to help get my ideas together. The first time we met the ladies of Scheme Events, they had already arranged a meeting at one venue and gave a contact for another, which was so helpful for our short time in Las Vegas. I worked closely with Rissa, and I emailed her frequently with ideas and concerns. And we were able to arrange Skype dates (even between different time zones) and office meetings when we were able to visit. Almost all of our vendors were recommended by Scheme, and they even dug a little deeper to help us find more options when we needed more. The vendors we did use were nothing less than AMAZING! But the most helpful, were the days/weeks leading up to and the day of the wedding. Of course there are bumps in the road on any wedding, but Rissa was there to help and fix any problem that arose, and there were a few. The morning of the wedding I discovered a crucial box for our ceremony had been delivered to my parents’ home address in Texas, not the wedding location in Vegas. I wasn’t too terribly upset as long as we had some kind of container, but I was limited as we were staying in a hotel. I contacted Rissa and she gladly accepted my challenge and arranged a more than suitable alternate that we could use for ceremony. A few weeks earlier, Rissa was able to help find a stylist for my bridesmaids when I realized less than a month before the wedding that the salon would not be able to accommodate all of us in our small window the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, we had the help of 2 excellent planners, Rissa and Traci. I really liked this because they were able to take care of more than one thing at a time or not get too burnt out running around, and we could relax and enjoy the day with my friends and family. Our wedding has been published on JetFeteblog.com (a destination wedding blog) and also the Las Vegas Bridal Spectacular Magazine, a wonderful experience that we would not have been able to share with our friends and family without their help! There’s no way I could have planned our wedding without a wedding planner, and Scheme Events was brilliant, not to mention, we now have some new great friends!!

Rissa and Scheme Events were a dream to work with. I was one of those brides who thought I could do it all on my own. I had a venue picked out and felt that everything else would be a breeze. I quickly realized it was very overwhelming especially trying to plan a wedding in Las Vegas while living in Orange County. I found Scheme Events online and loved their work. I had a phone interview with Rissa and loved her energy and the fact that she actually listed to what I wanted. I hired Rissa with only 3 months till my wedding. I had an idea of what I wanted for my wedding and I gave Rissa and idea of colors and overall feel that I wanted to achieve. After that, I gave her full control to make decisions as I didn't want to be overwhelmed with every little detail of the wedding. She helped make my dream wedding a reality. She handled all of the details - details that I would have never thought of. When we all arrived to Las Vegas - I was stress-free because I knew everything was taken care of. She and her team made the entire weekend magical. All of the events went off without a hitch and on schedule! All of the decisions Rissa made on my behalf turned out exactly if not better than I had hoped. In addition to all of the, Rissa handled everything with such grace and was a pleasure to work with. Having the Scheme ladies involved on our wedding day made things run very smoothly. They were very organized and coordinated everything wonderfully. They were a calming force and helped with all the little glitches that are bound to pop up- ours included a groom without his pants and party crashers. They helped pack up our supplies after the event which made the day much more relaxing and enjoyable for our families. I would highly recommend their services!

I met with the ladies back in April 2012.My wedding was in June 2012.I knew what I wanted for my wedding event and had hoped to book scheme for my event .My husband now said don't worry honey. I know you can pull this off. Well I did but not without some minor flaws. With as much as we invested around 60+k it could have been perfect. I still believe in the value these lovely ladies would have been for me and regret that my husband did not see what I knew all along.My husband saw how stressed I was and said honey I wished I had listened.Hope this helps brides and grooms to be.

The ladies at scheme are awesome. They made my wedding day such a breeze for me. They came into the picture like a month before the wedding and took care of payments and everything for me. I decided to go with them because they are really pleasant to work with.

I worked with Scheme (Tara and Traci) doing an idea-building session while working out my design theme, and they were SO sweet and helpful. I ended up hiring Scheme (Tara and Rissa) to do day-of coordination, and I am SO. INCREDIBLY. GLAD that I did. Seriously, these girls MADE my wedding. They kept us to our timeline, did all ceremony/reception decoration, coordinated with all our vendors, cleaned up after, and kept us all sane, among hundreds of other tasks that I'm probably forgetting to mention. They even come to rehearsal. I cannot say enough good things about them- highly highly recommend!!

Scheme helped us plan our wedding from start to finish! They are young and fun and helped my fiance and I plan an amazing wedding right down to the last detail! Throughout the entire planning process I felt that Scheme really cared about me and my wedding and was always there to assist with everything I needed. They recommended fabulous vendors and the wedding was perfect! They are perfect for a busy bride and groom since they think of everything!

I could gush for pages on them but will just say they are worth it. I had no worries the entire day, they cleaned up and decorated our area superbly. I can’t list out everything they did for us as it’s so much but trust me, this was one of the best decisions we made. We actually hired them for the full day and had two with us. We had Tara and Jacqueline and couldn’t be happier with them.

I am so happy that I used Scheme Events they made my day stress free. I was not even going to have coordinators but at the last minute I was feeling very overwhelmed with the timeline for the day of... so I called Scheme. Traci and Risa took me on late notice and coordinated all of my vendors for me and did so much more. All I can say is that my day would have been a mess without them because I had a huge wedding party and three locations to travel to. If you are looking for great coordination and planning at a reasonable price Scheme is it.

I think it is a little known fact that planning a wedding can be very stressful. To take the pressure off my Mom, MOH, and myself I knew I wanted to hire someone to handle the day of coordination. But where do you start? I started shopping around the Internet, but as it isn't something you normally "shop," for... I had no idea who to pick or who to trust. Until I met Traci through a club we both belong too and I instantly felt comfortable and confident knowing my wedding would be in good hands. Traci and Jacqueline went above and beyond the call of duty dealing with all my vendors before the wedding and during. I was able to take a deep breath knowing any hiccup would be handled by them. I was actually able to enjoy my day. Thank you Scheme!

Wow, where to start. I started planning our wedding on my own using http://theknot.com to plan most of it. This was around March 2011. August came quickly and I wasn't happy with the overall plan and flow of our wedding day. I didn't think we would have a good time and was getting overwhelmed. I found Traci and Scheme on http://theknot.com and I can't say enough good things about them. They met with us online and on the phone, figured out the best coordination package for us and explained everything they would do. I knew right from the start that our day would be better because they were running the show. We needed a reception venue just 2 months before our day....we weren't sure if it was possible. Traci and Scheme did it. We flew down in September and met with her and finalized everything. She spent multiple days with us explaining and showing us everything we'd need to have a great day. What a huge load off our minds. I can't imagine planning an event without some help and Scheme is one of the best in Las Vegas. I started to sleep better once I hired them and I don't regret it for a single moment. Do yourself a huge favor and hire them. They were with us from 12pm on the wedding day till the end of the reception(well after 10pm). Every single thing was taken care of. We got to enjoy every moment of our day because Traci and her team were in the background making sure everything was perfect. I can't say enough good things about them.

I used Scheme Events for my October 2011 Las Vegas wedding and couldn't have been happier with my decision to hire them! Working with Rissa and Jacqueline was an absolute dream and a must-do if you're planning a wedding from out of state. Rissa and team confirmed with all of my vendors (difficult to do when you're on a plane!) and ensured that they were delivering at the right time to the right place. She let my photographer / makeup folks know where they needed to be, ensured that the guys were all suited up on time and ready to go for pictures, and also made sure that us girls had something to eat before heading out. At the actual wedding, Rissa and Jacqueline made sure that the wait staff knew the timing of the things like cake cutting, the DJ knew the right songs, and that everything flowed seamlessly. They put the favors out, made sure the card box was in our room before the end of the night, handed out tips, and basically, just made sure that everything went off without a hitch. The thing that was of most value to me was that they let me ENJOY MY DAY without having to worry about all of the little details.

We contacted Scheme for Day of Coordination after reading many positive reviews of them on our local planning board and on The Knot. Jacqueline (owner) assisted us and worked out that the minimum of three hours service with one coordinator would be sufficient for what we were requesting. We also asked if we could send packages to their location for safe keeping before our wedding, since this was a destination wedding for us and all of our guests. Jacqueline was prompt in replies and communication, but could not be there the day before when we went to pick up our packages. Upon our arrival we discovered 4 were missing. The assistant in left in charge was not helpful, and even tried to convince us she had seen one of the packages and that we had already taken it. We also asked her to relay to Jacqueline to confirm two vendors that we could not reach after our arrival in Vegas. We were told it would be no problem. Jacqueline also had no info on the MIA packages so for our reception we had no cake stand or bride/groom signs. The two vendors we asked her to contact were not contacted and went to the wrong drop off. We had to personally take care of the issue. Also Jacqueline left shortly before our arrival to the venue (despite that it had not been 3 hrs yet) and nobody saw her after that. She even left before collecting her final payment. She never even introduced herself before she left without a word. I posted a poor review of Scheme on my local boards and Jacqueline read it, asking me to take it down. We exchanged many e-mails concerning the poor service we received, but she refused to take any responsibility for our issues and she would either ignore blatant issues or make excuses. Often the excuses conflicted with things she had previously written. She eventually found our packages and promised to mail them on a certain day, but did not and then refused to after finding out a week later she had not received the final payment due to her running out early. (She says she was at the back of the restaurant until her time to leave, which no restaurant staff has been able to support and we are not sure what exactly she was doing for us back there.) Finally I had to threaten to report her to the BBB if she did not send the packages back to us as she promised and I would pay her the remaining money up until the time she disappeared. She did not respond to this last e-mail, but she did finally mail the packages. I sent the extra payment. I'm not sure we'll ever know what really happened! Our reception did look beautiful, though, and luckily we're a pretty laid back couple and this overall did not affect our day as much as it might have someone else. I've seen many pictures from other Scheme coordinated weddings and no doubt they all looked lovely. I do think our case was a rare one. However just a fair warning, if something does happen to go wrong on your day at the hands of Scheme, do not expect them to take any responsibility for it!

You'd think that 2 INTENSE grooms, 2 YEARS of planning and probably 200 bridal magazines would have been enough to make our special day magic. But it was Tara from Scheme Events who took our dream wedding and pushed it over the top. Tara was one of the last vendors we decided to add, and in the end was one of, if not the most critical. With all the work we put into planning our event, we did not feel we needed a wedding planner. What we did want was for someone to have our detailed checklist and to ensure that everything on that list got done at the reception site, so that we wouldn't feel that we needed to get their before our guests to ensure everything was the way we wanted it. The "simple" 3 hours of pre-reception setup got expanded a week before when we found out that our florist couldn't pickup our ceremony flowers at the Wynn and move them over to our reception venue. So Tara stepped up and said she could take care of it. And then when we found out, the night before the wedding, that the Wynn couldn't supply containers to move the flowers, Tara graciously offered to pick up the required supplies as well. When we got to the reception, not only had Tara executed our vision in ways more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, but she was running the show. She had EVERY person working our wedding on their toes, and every time i'd step out to give instructions, someone would say "Tara's already taken care of it" or "Tara's got it under control". And any time there was the tiniest glitch, or something I wanted done differently, Tara was one step ahead of me, and had already gotten the required people to get in gear. We only intended for Tara to take care of the set-up so she hadn't been privy to most of our plans or negotiations with other vendors. But somehow, with very little background info, she stepped up and became Jennifer Lopez from the movie 'The Wedding Planner'. She was working every angle of the reception as if she'd been part of the planning from the beginning and as if we'd had her booked as the full wedding coordinator all along. We were almost moved to tears so many times by how generous Tara was with her time and energy when she really didn't have to be. And what's more, when our entertainer extended their set, Tara stuck around… at least for an extra 2 hours, despite me telling her repeatedly I knew she may have to go. She kept telling me not to worry and didn't leave until ALL of our key reception elements were completed (beautifully), from our performer, to our speeches, to our surprise first dance and cake cutting. She was there for it ALL and felt like our fairy godmother and a life long best friend all together. At the same time, she even managed to charm us, our guests and other vendors… I mean this when I say my husband and I talk all the time about how much we'd love to hang out with her. She truly made an impression. When I wrote to her the next day and asked her to invoice me for the extra services, she refused. A final act of grace by a truly class act. I was a fool to think I could do it all on my own, and Tara made sure the magic continued all night long. If I lived in the same city as Tara, I'd try to hire her for all of my business and personal events. I just hope I have the opportunity to work with her again someday. She's a master at what she does and couldn't be more of a professional.

Jacqueline helped us plan and coordinate our vow renewal ceremony. She was not only creative, she was organized and there for us throughout the wedding weekend (and before). She really understood what my husband and I wanted.

If you are thinking about hiring a day of coordinator DO IT. Scheme contacted and confirmed with all my vendors, produced a day of wedding timeline, and took care of any issues that came up the day of the wedding (and believe me somthing will go wrong). Jacqueline and Rissa even managed to keep my bridal party organized which was a feat since we each had 6 attendants and by the last stop on the photo tour nobody was feeling any pain. They were even nice enough to transport our photographer when there wasn't enough room on the double decker bus. Hiring Scheme was one of the best decisions of my wedding day. My only regret is not finding them sooner to help with some of the little details.

Jacqueline recently coordinated my September 4,2010 wedding. It was last minute so we only had two months to plan! She was a LIFESAVER! She was very kind and professional. She had tons of great ideas and approached every situation with as much excitement and enthusiasm as I did. She made sure that every detail of the wedding turned out the way I pictured it. It was so beautiful. I did not have to worry about anything the week of the wedding because I knew she would take care of it. There were so many different aspects to our wedding and Jacqueline made it seem so well orchestrated and effortless. We could not have had such a perfect day without her help. I would 100% recommend her to all of my friends!
