We booked Sea Cliff Manor for a wedding over Fourth of July Weekend and it was a phenomenal experience from the initial visit, to the pre-wedding day consultation, and service on the day of. We initially booked with Sea Cliff because they made us feel like family and spent a significant amount of time touring us around and answering every question we had - we didn't feel rushed or like one of a hundred other couples touring the venue. After booking, I reached out to Ian numerous times on every question that popped up throughout the planning process and he always responded quickly and helpfully despite the number of events and queries they must get on a regular basis. On the day of, the team at Sea Cliff made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we arrived - keeping us apprised of details, walking through the ceremony setup, checking in on what we needed, and the event flowed seamlessly throughout where we could focus on the big day and just enjoy everything around us. The venue couldn't have been more beautiful for a summer wedding, and the food truly was as outstanding as they say. Would encourage any bride to say yes to Sea Cliff for their big day - you're made to feel like family and we'll remember it for a lifetime!

Having our wedding at the Sea Cliff Manor was the best decision we could have made! They made us feel at home immediately. They treated our wedding like it was special and made us feel important, when in reality they do this for all their couples all year long. The SCM is the furthest place from a "wedding factory" which you find a lot of in the long island area. This is all because of Ian and the rest of his staff. The grounds are absolutely stunning, and the place screams classic, charming, and intimate if this is the vibe you are going for. It's on the water and you can see a beautiful sunset right across the street. The food was nothing short of amazing. Our guests raved about the food, service, and over all beauty of the place. Many said this was the best wedding they've been to. So many things have the potential to go wrong on such a big day, and we did have one mess up where we had to start the wedding 15 minutes late and Ian and the SCM staff were still able to accommodate our situation and work with us to make it run seamlessly. It was the happiest and best day of our life and choosing the SCM was a big part of that. Communication throughout the planning process was great and they always answered any questions we had within a reasonable time frame. If you are thinking of having your wedding here, this is your sign, DO IT, BOOK IT, NOW!!! You will not be disappointed. Sea Cliff Manor hosts just one wedding per day, ensuring you have privacy for your milestone celebrations. You can exchange vows in the picturesque garden veranda, which has stunning views of the Long Island Sound. The outdoor gardens are perfect for an al fresco cocktail hour as the sun goes down. Receptions can be held indoors, which features a speakeasy bar and panoramic views of the stunning surroundings. Catering and coordination are taken care of by Ian and the in-house staff. Various rental items are provided, including Chiavari chairs, a choice of linens, and Royal Doulton china.

we stepped on property for our tour we both had such a good feeling. There is something really special about this venue and the people who work there. The venue is very well maintained and they are always making enhancements. It is a fabulous Gatsby styled mansion, and I loved the idea of having the entire place to ourselves for our wedding. After the tour, we knew we wanted to go ahead and book Sea Cliff Manor. We mainly interacted with Ian during the planning process, and he and his team are nothing short of amazing. Ian has such attention to detail and his passion shines through. He is attentive, addressed all of our questions, and put us at ease for the big day. Even though they were planning other weddings, we felt as though our wedding was the only one taking place. I was very confident going into our wedding day that Ian, the team, and Sea Cliff Manor would deliver, and they managed to exceed our expectations!
My wedding party was cared for from the moment we arrived. We had a lovely space and refreshments to take a pause before cocktail hour. Everything was so well organized and our bridal attendant was truly the best. Whatever I or my husband needed, she took care of it. We were actually able to enjoy everything and worried about nothing. Ian and the team made sure that we ate at cocktail hour and the reception as promised, and he even surprised us with our favorite donuts for the after party! It was a detail that we briefly talked about in our final meeting and it was completely unexpected! It may seem small, but I love my donuts so it was a really meaningful gesture to me that further proved how well he was listening to our wants and needs. Everything for the cocktail hour and reception flowed smoothly. Ian checked in on us, and the team made sure we always had a fresh drink in our hands. Our guests received the same treatment – service was on point. Our guests did not have to wait for drinks or food. All of the food was delicious and our guests are still raving about it, saying that it was the most food they have ever had at a wedding! Even my father was impressed by the service and food, and he is a tough critic, so the fact that he was so pleased with Ian and the team, and everything else means a lot.
I could go on and on about Sea Cliff Manor- my only disappointment is that my wedding had to come to an end! Where you decide to have your reception is one of the biggest details, if not the biggest, so making the right decision is critical. If you are planning your wedding make sure to check out Sea Cliff Manor. You will not regret it. They helped make my day truly perfect. Not only will you have an amazing backdrop for your day, but it comes with a staff that puts their hearts and souls into what they do. The team was responsive by email, the bridal attendant was wonderful, the waterfront at sunset is magical, and it photographed beautifully. Now the food was a standout, best filet mignon I've ever had, and afterwards they even packed our décor for us to pick up the next day. They allowed us entry to the bridal suites at noon. They had cold waters, beer, wine, champagne and got my husband's crew whiskey for their suite. We also had fresh charcuterie boards. The bridal attendant made us an assortment of food during cocktail hour so we didnt have to go to the stations ourselves. They were also asking us if we wanted drinks at every moment. Ian saw that our tartufo had melted by the time we sat for dessert and he grabbed frozen ones for us! They let us borrow their easle stand, their table for the ceremony, they have beautiful linens and tablewear. The dance floor is HUGE. Our guests are still raving about the venue and food. Overall amazing venue and experience. We couldn't recommend it more.

Sophia was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful from the very beginning. She made the entire experience feel so special and truly helped us envision our dream wedding there.
Fast forward to our wedding day — it honestly could not have gone more perfectly. Ian and the entire team went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure our day was seamless, stress-free, and everything we dreamed it would be.
The views were absolutely incredible. We were lucky enough to have the most gorgeous sunset, and with the sun shining during cocktail hour, the entire atmosphere felt magical. The cocktail hour itself was completely out of this world — from the live saxophone player creating such an elegant vibe to the most unique, classy, and delicious dishes being served all throughout the space. Our guests are still talking about it!

The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, and from the moment we put down our deposit to the day of the wedding, Ian was on top of everything. We cannot say enough wonderful things about him, if you have the chance to work with Ian, you are beyond in the best hands. His professionalism, organization, and genuine care made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
Even after the wedding, people are still talking about how beautiful and amazing Sea Cliff Manor was. The food was absolutely delicious. kie cutter banquet hall, and SCM offers an intimate setting that was exactly what we wanted. We loved that they only do one wedding a day so you get the team’s undivided attention. The water views, grounds and sunset were absolutely gorgeous. SCM was very reasonably priced compared to the other options we were considering, and for everything that's included it really is an amazing deal for a Long Island wedding. Our guests raved about the food - everything was insanely delicious. Ian made sure the day ran smoothly and everything went according to plan. He and his team made sure everything was set up the way we wanted to and that our wedding was everything we wanted it to be. Our family members have described our wedding as perfect, and we have the team at SCM to thank for that. Thank you SCM team for everything!

The layout of the room is what originally stood out to us. The dining area where the tables were are so cozy yet spacious, and the dance floor has a great amount of room. The speakeasy bar is awesome as well along with the attached room for extra space.
The facilities, bridal suite, and outside grounds (great for pictures) is top notch as well.
The staff was so accommodating, from Ian, to our bridal attendant, to the rest of the staff. Everything was perfect. And the food was absolutely top notch. So many guests said it as well. A lot of other wedding venues lack in the food area, but Sea Cliff Manor served the best food I’ve ever had at a venue.
The party was a hit, every guest was having an amazing time, and it was an honor to have them alongside us while celebrating the most important night of our lives.

and he was lovely to chit chat with. He didnt have to sell the place, it does it on its own. Just the way he talked to us, and treated us like family was something we really valued, we havent had any other place treat us like that. By the end of our tour we were even more sure about it, and booked it that day. It felt like it was meant to be. We booked a little under a year and a half out. We went back with our parents at the 1 year out date and met with Jeff again, and he again was just amazing. We also got to meet Nick, the owner and he is just so nice and warm. Our families knew why we wanted to get married there. Donna was incredible with communication. Any time i had a question (no matter how silly) Donna was able to answer me and make me feel so good. The whole process felt so easy. We met with Ian closer to our wedding date and oh my goodness what a man. He is one of the kindest, charismatic people we have ever met. We loved hanging out and having a chance to really talk with him. He's so genuine and gives great advice. We had the most incredible wedding, everything was just so perfect. I can't think of one thing that wasn't amazing. The food was probably the best food we'e ever had. Our bridal attendant Judy was so attentive and made sure we took time to ourselves to enjoy it all, which we appreciated so much. I dont think we'll ever stop being grateful for everyone at Sea Cliff Manor who made our day the best day of our lives. It was beyond our wildest dreams.

They do not provide a food tasting, but you do not need one--just trust the reviews. Guests raved about the dinner and cocktail hour at Sea Cliff Manor.
Ian and the team are beyond welcoming, and are all very responsive to emails. There are not many meetings before the wedding day, but additional meetings would have been a waste of time!
The service was top tier, extremely professional and I did not have one single complaint.

We have mixed feelings about our experience with SCM (wedding mid-May 2025, booked in 2023). We chose SCM because of the outdoor area, location and because we wanted to support a l...
ocal business. This is as fair as we can be:
CONS: We had several issues with SCM leading up to the wedding, mainly concerning things we discussed during the tour, but that later we were told that we had misunderstood them or that it wasn’t really like X, Y or Z. For example: food tasting, what happens when you don’t meet your minimum guest count, length of cocktail hour, etc. We toured several venues and took copious notes of everything on their respective folders, so to hear that both of us had misunderstood or misinterpreted issues that we considered to be vital for our wedding (eg, food tasting and minimum guest count) was enraging. Everything got worked out in the end, but it took several back and forth emails and calls from us and from our amazing wedding coordinator to iron things out. My own advice would be to write an email to SCM recapping the information you are provided with during the tour with all details you could possibly think of, immediately after the tour. We didn’t do this because we didn’t think we would need it – we regret it.
PROS: Everything on the day of the wedding went well, staff was attentive, pleasant, efficient; it was like clockwork. Huge shout out to Sam, who is so nice and made the best cocktails. Ian was also very pleasant and made sure everything went smooth. Weather was gorgeous so we had the ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, just like we wanted. Food was overall very good (except for the passed desserts, which were a bit of a letdown). We brought our own champagne, wine and coffee and were not charged additional fees. We wanted a disco ball for the dance floor and they allowed our DJ to install one, which was amazing and we are so grateful for that. The rain plan was good, but thankfully we did not need it. All guests were in awe of the view and how beautiful the venue is.

f. Their service and attention to detail is unmatched! Sea Cliff provided us with the perfect picturesque scenery for the day and our photos. The fireplace, the speakeasy, the outdoor area, and windows provided us with the perfect back drop on our wedding day.
We planned on having our ceremony and cocktail hour outside but mother nature had other plans. The day brought abnormally gusty winds that we determined would be too unpleasant for us and our guests. We made the decision to have everything inside. Upon notice, Ian and the Sea Cliff staff worked their magic and seamlessly transitioned the day to be indoors. What came next was one of the most memorable days of our lives. Thank you to everyone at Sea Cliff Manor!

The service was warm and friendly from the moment we met the owner Nick and Ian the wedding coordinator. Ian helped us plan a wedding that was unique and personal to us. Communication was prompt throughout the entire planning process. He was a pleasure to work with!
Our wedding day flowed beautifully from start to finish. The entire staff was attentive, warm and gracious. The teamwork and coordination they demonstrated was impressive. Our guests were treated like family.
The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious, a step above the standard, expected wedding fare. There were many unique and unusual dinner entrees and stations to choose from. The Mediterranean Station was a big hit with our guests. Especially the falafel!
Our guests' dinners were were prepared with great care. The chef accommodated guests with dietary restrictions. So important for the comfort and health of our guests. The bartender even created a festive non alcoholic cocktail for guests who couldn't have alcohol. So rare to get such personalized food and beverages at a wedding venue. We received outstanding quality and value for the rate we paid.
Pro-Tip: I found Sea Cliff Manor's recommended vendors to be excellent. They are familiar with the physical layout of the venue and coordinate well with Ian. Verbena did our florals. They were a pleasure to work with. Our flowers were gorgeous, especially the fireplace which was the focal point of our wedding. Glenmar did a wonderful job with our photography. They knew all the best nooks to photograph. VS Music 4 U was our string ensemble for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They added an air of elegance.
We will always remember our wedding day at Sea Cliff Manor with great fondness. We hope this review helps other couples discover this very special boutique wedding venue!

est night of our entire lives. Such an amazing way to start this new chapter in life together as one, not only did everything go better than we could have ever imagined, but any issues that may have arisen, never even crossed our paths. The Matre de Ian and bridal assistant Daniella took care of everything and made sure our special night went exactly, actually even better than we could have ever expected or dreamed of. I don't even know where to begin, and I'm not even sure if there are words to describe just how spectacular they are, but if you are looking for a flawless, magical, worry free, exceptional wedding night, then book Sea Cliff Manor as your wedding venue.
The first thing that caught our eye about Sea Cliff Manor was that this venue only caters to one wedding a day, which allows them to put all of their attention into your very special day. The entire wedding party had the opportunity to use this venue from 12pm until the end of the night for whatever use you would prefer. The second thing that caught our eye was that Sea Cliff Manor does not bring the food into the venue, it is ACTUALLY cooked in house by the most amazing and fantastic chefs. The owner Nick assured us that the food at his venue would be exceptional and boy oh boy was he correct. There was NOT ONE complaint about food, from cocktail hour all the way to dessert and trust me our guests were amazed (because this just doesn't happen at many weddings). Ian and Daniella set up a sweetheart table and made sure we had the chance to enjoy everything before starting the party and for dinner we were able to get one of everything. Throughout the entire night the bartenders were so amazing that there wasn't one line while waiting for cocktails, which again I have never seen at any other wedding. Like I said earlier our night was beyond magical and our guests were able to genuinely enjoy themselves and feel the love in the air.
I can go on and on but as you can see, we do not have one complaint about Sea Cliff Manor, not one and you would be beyond lucky to land this amazing venue for your wedding. I can assure you firsthand that it will be the best night of your life! I would like to take a moment to truly thank the entire Seacliff Manor staff for being beyond spectacular and making our night truly a night to remember for a lifetime. There is no better way to start this new chapter in life as one, with the love of your life, than at the one and only Sea Cliff Manor, it truly was magical <3

One of the positives of this venue is that they only book one wedding here at a time, so the entire Sea Cliff Manor staff are able to put their hearth and souls into your wedding. You will be so, so happy that you chose to have your wedding here. You're able to truly enjoy your special day because the entire Sea Cliff staff handle everything seamlessley. Some of the most stunning parts of Sea Cliff Manor are the beautiful ceremony space that overlook the water, cocktail hour outside with heaters, string lights and delicious food, and last but certainly not least, the stunning and one of a kind dining room and dance floor. n absolutely beautiful day weather wise. The location and venue were elegant and the staff was AMAZING.
The rooms offered for bride and groom to get ready were spacious. Everything we needed for the bride was in the room.
The food was fantastic. I have never been to a wedding where a guest ordered the beef and it came out medium rare. The two chefs are from the culinary institute and it was evident. Rave reviews from all my guests. I personally didn't get to eat at the cocktail hour, but my guest reviews were all top marks.
My coordinator was Ian and he did an outstanding job. He was calm, organized and caring. He prepared us for the ceremony and the introductions. His attention to detail during the entire affair made the wedding that I had always dreamed of for my daughter.
Camille was my daughters bridal attendant. She was amazing. She made sure both bride and groom ate, at both the cocktail hour and the dinner. She made sure they had everything they needed. Worth her weight in gold.
When we originally met for the consultation we were given referrals to amazing vendors.
This was not a wedding factory. This was a unique and elegant venue that really cared about every aspect of their craft.
Thank you Nick, Ian, Camille and every single person in the staff for making our dreams become a reality

t we left our wedding night, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff there, Ian, Nick, Camille, Donna, Josh..every peson was amazing to work with. Communication throughout the planning process was flawless, every email I sent was answered within 24 hours. Everyone was so welcoming and made you feel like family. I am so sad for everything to be over! The wedding day, was so smooth, everything was perfect. There was no issues, no mistakes, nothing. I just truly can't thank Sea Cliff enough for everything they have done for me to make sure my special day was so special. We got so many compliments on how amazing the wedding was from so many guests. The garden for the cocktail hour was in full bloom and so perfect. The speakeasy is such a cool touch. The food was sublime. Having the dance floor a little separate from the dining area but still being able to see everything on the dance floor worked so well.
Really was the perfect venue for our day. Would highly recommend.

work with and answered all questions timely leading up to the big day. On the day of the wedding, SCM truly took care of everything and I didn’t stress out once because we were in such good hands. From Ian helping with the decor and Camille being by my side all day, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The food was AMAZING. Every single thing we had during cocktail hour and dinner was soooo good. Our guests kept telling us all night how good the food was! I truly would not change a single thing about our wedding. e hype about Ian is so real, he kept my stress levels down and helped with anything and everything. We last minute had to move the ceremony indoors to some heavy rain coming through and he and the staff moved swiftly and set up the indoor ceremony space so beautifully a half hour before guests arrived. Daniela was my bridal attendant and she was an absolute angel. She was my right hand all day and was so helpful from the second I got off the bus and arrived at the venue. My brother in law ripped his pants before the ceremony and she spent 30+ minutes sewing them back together. I would not change a single thing about the day and that was all because of the entire staff at Sea Cliff. All the guests raved about the food and flow of the evening, and we all had a blast. My husband and I could not recommend Sea Cliff more, you're in GREAT hands if you book your wedding here!

We got married on the coldest day of the year in January but you would have never known because it was so nice & toasty inside.
Ian really helped with some great recommendations like Kodak cameras that were a huge hit, & he also helped us with our menu as to what everyone enjoys!
Camille was a huge help & made sure we ate, drank, & took care of me with everything!!!!!
I would get married there again a million times over again!

de us feel like family. They were so helpful and responsive in answering all of our questions throughout the process when we asked about different logistics in the event space. The bridal suite and groomsmen suite were updated maybe a month or so before our wedding and looked absolutely stunning for pictures. Ian, the maitre’d, was INCREDIBLE and helped us with so many specifics. He called to check in the week of the wedding just to see how I was feeling and if there was anything he could do, and the day of the wedding was so helpful and just a delight. The bridal attendant was just a doll and so helpful throughout the entire day and evening, including helping to bustle my complicated dress, helping me use the bathroom, and making sure me and my husband were eating. Food was delicious and creative; guests kept talking about how delicious it was, particularly cocktail hour. I can’t recommend this venue enough for anyone who wants to feel like they are with family. We already can’t wait to go back to visit and say hi! Definitely has a smaller size cap than some (I think around 195 is the max) – but if this fits your vision, don’t even hesitate for a second with Sea Cliff! LOVE!

Nick and Donna were very responsive to questions. Ian made everything flow seamlessly on the day of and helps keep us calm throughout the day. Our bridal attendant Camille made sure we were fed and assisted with whatever we needed. Our guests had a lot of compliments about the service staff being friendly and helpful. Overall an incredible experience.

f that was working the day of my wedding and made sure that everything I could possibly need was there, was truly amazing and I would recommend them a million times over for any event. They really know how to make everything special and make sure your vision for your day comes to life. When we met with Nick the very first time, he mentioned how his brides become family, and that was exactly how it felt. Waiting to walk down the isle, he stood there and made sure to compliment everyone in my bridal party and even spoke to me for a few minutes as well. It was like having an uncle there wishing me well. Aside from the staff, the food is incredible. I come from a very big Italian family, and everyone couldn't stop talking about how much they loved the food and how great everything was. There was definitely no shortage of food at our wedding and every "extra" station that we paid for was well worth it. Truthfully, I don't think those extra stations were even necessary, because the "basic" menu comes with a ridiculous amount of food, but it was incredible, nonetheless. I was actually sad when my day was over knowing that I wouldn't be in contact with these people for a while, but I have no doubt we'll be planning more events here in the future. have made. The location, features, and finishes sold us and we booked as soon as we finished the tour. Leading up to our date the Sea Cliff team was professional and really made that part of wedding planning very easy. Our day at the venue could not have been more picture perfect and all that Sea Cliff had to offer was executed to perfection. We had about 120 guests and everyone raved about the food, the atmosphere, and the service from the staff. Ian and Daniella our bridal attendant were amazing and truly felt like family that night. We never had to worry about anything. Only the highest praises for Sea Cliff Manor and anyone who books with them is in incredible hands. Truly a gem in the realm of Long Island wedding venues.

re-live it. I’m so happy we chose Sea Cliff Manor to celebrate our special day. We have our friends and family messaging us saying how much fun they had and how it was the best night. Nick made us feel like we were apart of the family from the start when we were just checking out the venue. Donna assisted us a lot leading up to the big day and was super informative and helpful. Ian was a master maitre d’ and I really don’t know how he does it. He’s brilliant. He made everything run so smoothly and I was so thankful he was there! My bridal attendant was Camille and she was AMAZING! Literally best bridal attendant I could ask for. She made sure I ate and was taken care of. And she’s also just an awesome person to talk to. I suffer from bad anxiety and they all made me feel at ease. The rest of the staff were just as amazing. They all made sure our guests were taken care of.
My only regret is being disappointed in the weather. It wasn’t supposed to rain that day and it did. We were looking forward to an outdoor cocktail hour since they have such a beautiful outdoor space in the garden. Cocktail hour ended up being inside and the staff set it up beautifully and it looked amazing. It gave our guests an opportunity to explore the beautiful rooms of the inside (especially the speakeasy!) Guests were still going outside during the reception to check it out. It really was the most amazing day. The Staff at Sea Cliff Manor really went above and beyond.
I remember when we first went to check out the venue, a bride was walking in to pick up her things from her wedding the night before and she said to me “if you’re on the fence just do it. It was amazing here you won’t regret it.” And she really was right. I couldn’t imagine a better venue to have our reception at and we will cherish these memories forever. Thank you Sea Cliff Manor!

Everyone that works there are truly the best at what they do. From our initial meeting with Nick, to the tasting and planning meets with Ian, to the actual wedding day, everyone we encountered were absolute professionals and so easy to work with. It truly feels like you are part of the Sea Cliff family.
Ian's energy is unmatched. He was hyping us up and getting us excited the weeks leading up to the wedding. My husband and I didn't even have to think about anything on the day of our wedding. He was so calm, organized, and attentive. Even our family members kept commenting on how great he was!
Camille the bridal attendant was my savior! The wedding day is so busy you don't realize that you've barely eaten anything. She prepared a separate table at the cocktail hour with plates of food for my husband and I and made sure we sat down and ate. I didn't realize how bad I needed the food until we started eating. She also made sure we always had a drink in our hand :)

nomenal at all stages of the wedding process (pre-wedding and day of) - he is very detail oriented, communicative, and kind, and on the day of my wedding, took care of everything, allowing my husband and I to feel as relaxed as possible. Ian was so well organized pre and during the wedding - he was so responsive to all questions and gave really helpful suggestions. On the day of my wedding, everything was decorated the way we asked, the schedule flowed really well, and our dream day was executed perfectly. All of the other staff members, especially the bridal attendant Camille, were also so kind and helpful, and we really enjoyed working with everyone. We would very highly recommend having your wedding at Sea Cliff Manor!

so wonderful and truly love the venue and care so much about the couples. Our expectations were completely exceeded (and we had very high expectations). They were so responsive and helpful in the year/months/days leading up to my wedding with any questions I had. The day of my wedding called for thunderstorms all day and a block of sun in between. Sea Cliff was so flexible in choosing whether things would be inside or outside, and so reassuring to me that no matter what happened it would be the perfect day. The ceremony ended up outside and cocktail hour inside. It was PERFECT. All of our guests were constantly complimenting how amazing the food, staff, venue was. The people are truly are what make Sea Cliff so special. It was absolutely the most perfect day and I am so happy we got married at Sea Cliff Manor.
