presence that allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every second of our day. She kept our timeline on track, coordinated with vendors, made sure our wedding party and families knew where they needed to be, and handled every little detail behind the scenes without missing a beat. If anything unexpected happened, we never even knew because Sam took care of it with grace and professionalism. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine passion for what she does made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we had dreamed of, and we are so incredibly grateful for her hard work. If you're considering hiring a day-of coordinator, do yourself a favor and hire Sam. She is worth every penny and was truly instrumental in making our wedding day seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable.

Run, we decided to move forward and paid in full. Unfortunately, our experience quickly raised concerns. Our first call after signing the contract started late because we never received a meeting invite. The timeline she created contained multiple mistakes, including listing the wrong groom. Several emails, texts, and timeline updates also included spelling errors, typos, and inaccurate information. During wedding week, she even texted me using the wrong groom’s name, which added unnecessary stress leading up to the wedding. We discussed terminating the contract after the first week, but since we had already paid in full, we decided to continue. By the time we hired Sam, the majority of our wedding had already been planned. One of the main reasons we hired a coordinator was because my husband’s job is extremely demanding and we wanted help reducing stress and streamlining communication in the final weeks leading up to the wedding. Instead, due to ongoing communication issues and repeated inaccuracies, my husband ultimately took over most communication with her in an effort to minimize additional stress for me. We are both very detail oriented, and we frequently found ourselves correcting inaccurate information sent to vendors or re-answering questions that had already been addressed. The day-of coordination was somewhat better. Her assistant did a nice job decorating the reception venue, and Sam did keep the day moving overall. However, several issues at the end of the night were disappointing. Our vintage ceramic cake topper was placed loosely into a box, multiple glass candle holders were broken, and a vase of water tipped over into the box containing our guest book. Thankfully, my mom noticed before the guest book was damaged. The spill was cleaned up using all the towels in my parents’ hotel room, leaving them without towels when they returned later that night and requiring them to contact the front desk for replacements. Additionally, Sam assured my bridesmaids she had everything handled. Although the contract stated she was not responsible for certain personal items, there was no communication that those items needed to be collected before leaving. Phones, keys, and several important belongings were left behind in the bridal suite, resulting in my mom and bridesmaid having to track down hotel security in the middle of the night to retrieve everything. Overall, we did not feel the service reflected the level of organization and communication we expected from a wedding coordinator.
