If we could give Searles Castle more than 10 stars, we absolutely would.
From the moment we first stepped onto the property, we knew this venue was something special. The castle itself is breathtaking and feels like you've been transported into another time and place. The views, architecture, grounds, and rich history create an atmosphere that is truly magical. Every visit felt like stepping into a different world.
One of the things we appreciated most throughout the planning process was the incredible staff. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely passionate about what they do. We toured the venue multiple times with different family members, and every single visit was just as informative and enjoyable as the first. You can tell this is a team that truly loves creating unforgettable experiences for couples.
The planning process was seamless from start to finish. The venue was extremely flexible and accommodating, especially when it came to last-minute changes. Every question was answered promptly, every concern was addressed with kindness, and we never felt stressed or overwhelmed. Their preferred vendor list was fantastic and made planning even easier.
The in-house catering was outstanding. Our tasting experience alone was unforgettable. Rather than feeling like a business transaction, it felt like a special event. We had a beautifully set table, attentive table service, champagne, and the opportunity to experience the meal much like our wedding guests would. Every course was delicious, and our guests raved about the food on our wedding day.
A special thank you goes to June, our wedding coordinator. She was absolutely incredible. Throughout the entire process, she made us feel like we were her only couple. Her attention to detail, organization, warmth, and dedication made all the difference. Every meeting left us feeling confident and excited, and she always had thoughtful ideas and solutions to help bring our vision to life.
We also highly recommend the Bridal House. Located just a few minutes from the castle, it perfectly complements the venue's charm and elegance. It was a beautiful place to spend time with family and our bridal party, and the salon space was everything we could have hoped for. The venue was incredibly accommodating with coordinating the Bridal House as part of our package, allowing early check-in and helping us drop off decorations ahead of time, which made the entire weekend even more enjoyable.
Most importantly, our wedding day itself was flawless. The staff handled every detail, kept the timeline running perfectly, and made everyone feel welcomed and cared for. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because we knew we were in such capable hands. That peace of mind is priceless.
The saddest part of our wedding was leaving at the end of the night because we wished we could do it all over again. Searles Castle gave us the most magical day of our lives, and we will always be grateful for the memories created there. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough.

We especially loved getting to stay in their bridal house which is right down the road from the castle. It was a beautiful home, spacious, and perfect for getting ready (it has it's own beauty space with mirrors and salon chairs!). I cannot reccomend this place more if a beautiful fairytale wedding is something you're looking for!

Shaun, June and the team at Searles Castle were great—attentive, professional, and made sure every aspect of the evening ran smoothly. The food was delicious, especially the bananas foster dessert—which was out of this world amazing! We even surprised everyone with a live bagpipe player, and the team helped us keep it a secret, making the moment truly special.
The tent was spacious and comfortable, and having air conditioning made the evening even more enjoyable for all our guests.
We can’t wait to come back and celebrate here again. If you’re looking for a unique and breathtaking venue for a rehearsal dinner or any special occasion, I can’t recommend Searles Castle enough!

Admittedly, the one thing I was worried about originally was the tent, because I didn’t like how it looked in photos. The venue upgraded it right before my wedding. It is so much more sophisticated now! They posted it all over social media so you could get a good feel for it.
- I planned long distance, and they made it so easy for me. If I were local I’m sure it would’ve been even easier, but I really don’t know how.
- The bridal house is totally worth it. 9 beds and a pull out bed. Full hair and makeup station. Steamer for your dresses. Private drive and a secluded location. I find my peace outside, it was wonderful to calm my wedding day anxiety by sipping coffee on a rocking chair on the porch in the quiet. Even had a cute woodchuck and some bunnies come up to say hi like I was Snow White lol. The moment I saw the house, I wish I stayed there the whole time. The day of, the venue came in a van to collect us and bring us to the venue. Less planning = happier bride.
- The servers know how chaotic weddings are for the bride and groom. I knew, but truly didn’t know. They had no problem politely and discreetly helping me sneak away from guests so I could eat and rest. You need servers like that on your wedding day, trust me.
- The outside vendors were blown away by how well they were treated, so surprised they even expressed their shock to me. That’s a fantastic review of the service this venue provides.
- Day of coordinator was provided, which means less worrying or planning for the bride. Godsend.

Cake: Mezzanine Catering, beautiful and delicious. Tons of compliments on how good the cake was.
DJ: Tommy Demers- Get Down Tonight entertainment. Came as a package deal with the venue, killed it.
Hotel Block: Sonesta Suites North Andover. The guests loved their rooms. However, if I knew, it would’ve been at the Artisan in Salem, NH. It wasn’t built yet when I planned. It has everything. Restaurants, bars, etc. by the mall if guests have last minute needs.
Florist;: Fords Flowers. Great guy, beautiful flowers. You enjoy working and talking with him.

As we were planning from out-of-state, we appreciated the seamless communication with the venue team, which was conducted virtually. They provided invaluable guidance on vendors and ceremony options, making the planning process stress-free.
On the day of our wedding, the team continued to exceed our expectations. Despite the inevitable wedding day hiccups, they kept us on schedule and ensured a smooth flow of events. The cocktail hour was a delightful interlude, allowing our guests to savor the castle's ambiance while enjoying delicious hors d'oeuvres.
The reception was a culinary delight, with a traditional menu that surpassed our expectations. The Banana's Foster station was a hit, and the After Glow menu provided a perfect late-night indulgence. We wanted to make sure everyone left full as this was one of our top priorities. We succeeded! In retrospect, we probably would not have selected After Glow menu (our celebration was on a weekday and a portion of guests did not make it to the very end) albeit the selections were delicious. However, this minor detail did not detract from the overall excellence of our experience.
The staff's attention to detail was impeccable, from setting up reception tables to managing guest books and gifts. Their professionalism and dedication ensured that our celebration was nothing short of magical.
Our wedding at Searles Castle was a fairy tale come true, and we wholeheartedly recommend both the venue and the exceptional team behind it to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable wedding experience.

Leading up to the wedding, the whole team was so patient answering our never ending list of questions, and then even worked really closely with us to accommodate an unusual signature drink. We also stayed in the Carriage House with our wedding party, which made our whole wedding weekend feel extra special, spending extra time with those closest to us. I would recommend this venue over and over again to anyone looking for a unique experience for their wedding day.

Windham, NH for a truly unforgettable start to your marriage. All 2024 & 2025 brides should be running to this location in hopes of booking it for their big day - Shaun and his team at the Castle are top-notch and made every single wish and dream we had a reality. From the initial doe-eyed visit to the site with my mother to the day after our wedding picking up our cake, the Searles Castle was a first-class vendor, treating us like royalty along every step of the way.
Shaun is a dream wedding coordinator; funny, smart, detailed, helpful, and committed to your every wish and desire. We are not local/from New Hampshire, so finding a coordinator that could meet our demands remotely was important to us. Shaun rose above all expectations, always making the time that was possible for us work and going out of his way to accommodate us. Shaun even allowed us to have our dog and ring-bearer attend each part of our wedding, from dawn until dusk. We will never get over having our little dog walk through the reception crowd and onto the dance floor. Shaun also made it possible for me to share a musical moment in the Castle on their Steinway piano with my husband that night. Being able to sneak away and go back inside the Castle for a private moment together on the piano is something we will cherish forever.
Shaun also recommended each of our vendors for the big day, and each one was an absolute ten out of ten: if we could go back and do it again, we wouldn't change a single thing. On our day we heard so many guests say that we had the most beautiful wedding they have ever seen and are now receiving the same comments on our wedding photos. I am still in shock at how our flowers, photos, and cake turned out - better than I had or could ever imagine! Shaun and The Searles Castle exceeded every hope and dream we had for our wedding: from the horse-drawn carriage to throwing the bouquet/garter from the tower, thank you for the day beyond our dreams.

want to say they got married at a castle? The castle is amazing for photography and we would’ve loved to have spent hours just on our photos- advice from the staff we wished we had heeded. Shaun, Brianna, and Jamie took great care of us and were quick about answering our many emails. On the day of, everything went smoothly and every detail was attended to. Even though we wedded in November, the tent was plenty comfortable. We are so glad we chose the castle for our special day and would do so again in a heartbeat!

wedding before, this was a huge relief and enabled us to feel comfortable asking for advice and feedback, all of which was provided with expertise, kindness, and an open mind. The venue, which truly speaks for itself, was elegant, fun, and unique. However, the real showstopper of this venue was its staff. Despite a downpour right before the ceremony and during the reception, the day went off without a hitch. Each moment of the day flowed seamlessly and all of the staff were professional, friendly, and above-and-beyond helpful. On top of all of this, the food was outstanding. When initially choosing food, they provided us with a list of choices which was extensive and offered something for everyone’s tastes. They were also able to accommodate tweaks to what they offer to ensure the food served was exactly what we wanted. Additionally, they made separate plates for guests with allergies and children as needed. Last but certainly not least, the venue was significantly more affordable than I would have guessed given the beauty of the venue and the quality of service that we received, particularly in comparison with other local venues that we toured.
We wanted a casual, fun, unforgettable wedding and that is exactly what we got. Shaun in particular deserves so much credit for the relaxed environment that he created for us leading up to and on our wedding day, and we cannot thank him enough. If you want to have an unforgettable, unique wedding that caters to exactly the type of event that you are dreaming of, Searles Castle is the place to do it!

nue. Surprisingly, the price point of Searles was similar to an average country club with much less character and rememberability. Kyle (who, sadly, left Searles shortly before our actual wedding day) met with us on very short notice and gave us a tour. We were immediately impressed with the castle and all of the surrounding grounds & everyone that we talked to afterwards who was familiar with Searles recommended it. Because of this, we chose to book our reception with Searles and our experience was a positive one overall. They were accommodating to our specific requests regarding traditions that we had, they were communicative when it came to billing and event insurance, and the wait staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and polite. Kyle was very organized and thorough when it came to making note of our requests and preferences, and he ensured that all of our questions were answered. It is evident that the team at Searles Castle is well seasoned, as our reception went very smoothly. Our guests seemed to be thrilled with the ambiance, staff, and food.

The food was delicious, I know from our tastings and from all of guests reviews. The professionalism shown throughout the entire process was empecable. Out guests had the time of their lives and were blown away by the attention to even the smallest details and how beautiful the venue was. We were told it was one of the most gorgeous weddings our guests had been to. Kyle coordinated with all the vendors so we knew everything would go smoothly. Kyle extended the night. I started feeling better with five minutes left of our night and he extended it for me so I could at least dance for a few minutes to celebrate our wedding.
The staff at Searles Castle were awesome. They were so professional and polite. They went above and beyond the entire night. They brought me ginger-ale and crackers. They kept checking on me and apologizing so genuinely that I was sick. The bartenders were great to the guests as well.

azing the day was. It was beautiful, charming, unique and so so much fun. Kyle was an absolute pleasure to work with from the start. He was informative and responsive during the planning process, answering questions we had before we even had the chance to ask them. And on the day of he was calm cool and collected and a quick decision maker when late busses started to interfere with our timeline. Thanks to him our day went so smoothly and guests did not even know about the small hiccup. He coordinated the set up of all of our decor, him and his staff did an amazing job. Not having to worry about this the day of was a huge weight off my shoulders. They also took care of clean up and boxing up decor to be picked up the next morning. Again, great to not worry about that night after a long day of fun.
The food here is amazing! From hors d’oeuvres to our plated meal, everything was hot and delicious. The castle was kind enough to let us bring in homemade desserts which our guests loved.
We paid extra to access the bridal suite for 2 hours before the reception. It was a lovely setting for pictures and even with 10 bridesmaids we all had plenty of space to spread out.
The rest of the castle and grounds were so spectacular. I am still in awe of how beautiful they are. Our guests were also wowed by the beauty of it all.
From start to finish it was all great. I would highly recommend to anyone considering!

ocktail hour. The venue has a ceremony space and a tent for reception all within the Castle's courtyard. There are many beautiful spots for pictures both inside and around the castle- including a tower! The space is truly remarkable.
Venue Coordinators:
Shaun and Kyle have taken care of me incredibly well. All throughout the planning process I have landed them with a thousand emails with questions galore, and they always answered quickly and kindly. They took care of decorations for me, and I had a masquerade themed wedding. They made my vision a reality. There truly was nothing for me to worry about. Shaun was with me leading up to my wedding and day of, and he stood by my wedding party every step of the way. He was good humored and amazing.
Venue Food:
There are many choices to choose from! My guests and I were very pleased with the food. Because of the nature of the Castle's kitchen, you must use their chefs, but you will NOT be disappointed. The cocktail hour choices were too good for me to pass up, so I made sure I was there to participate! You can choose to do plated services or buffet.
Preferred Vendors/Packages:
There are several packages you can choose from, including a horse-drawn carriage. I used, from their list of preferred Vendors, Suzanne's wedding, Jacques Pastries, and Get Down Tonight entertainment and had amazing experiences with them all.
Cost:
It always adds up depending on what you select and your budget. I feel the cost of what I received was "fair" considering how expensive everything is surrounding the word, "wedding." However, prices were upfront from the first minute we decided to tour the venue. Kyle sat us down and went over everything. We immediately received an unofficial invoice, and he held the date for us until we made our final decision. Throughout the year, we added and took away many times, and it was never an issue.
Keep in mind:
The website you use to make electronic payments did NOT reflect the actual remaining cost. This was the only issue. Speak with Jaime and/or your coordinator to get an updated invoice. Make sure you pay attention to this of other people all contributing.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I had my wedding at Searles Castle on 10/16/22 and everything about it was amazing. Our day-of coordinator, Kyle, was wonderful to work with....
He was responsive throughout the entire process, extremely flexible, and ensured everything was exactly as we wanted on the day of... not to mention, he never looked even remotely stressed! My bustle broke before the reception and Kyle was by my side coaching my bridesmaids through it.
The venue itself is unbeatable. The food and atmosphere are breathtaking. Seeing a bride pull up in a horse-drawn carriage and later tossing a bouquet out of a tower is not something you'll ever see at another wedding (unless it's at Searles!!). Our guests are saying it was the best wedding they've ever been to.
Thank you Kyle and the Searles team for making our special day more than we could've imagined!

the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the preferred vendors, the entire Searles team, and especially the coordinator, Kyle! I'll go into detail below, but I can't thank the Searles Castle team enough for making my wedding day the best day of my life.
Starting at the top: the food and drinks - all unbelievably amazing! We attended the tasting event, and it was a beautiful, fun experience. It was so hard to narrow down the choices and pick a menu - everything was great. We ended up selecting the middle-tier buffet (steak, salmon, pecan crusted pork, and turkey with cranberry), and it was all delicious; one of the best wedding meals I've ever had! The appetizers were also incredible (empanadas, pear leek tarts, lobster salad, prosciutto asparagus), and the drink selection was wide!
Onto the atmosphere - my guests were SO excited to attend a wedding at a castle, and many of them have said how it was even more beautiful than they pictured. The grounds are well kept and gorgeous, and there are photo opportunities around every corner. The reception tent is also stunning!
A quick note on vendors - I highly recommend using the preferred vendors from Searles, as it is clear these teams work together often and it makes things stress-free! Things felt so coordinated and smooth, and the vendors we worked with were all also incredible (APM Photo, Jaques, Get Down Tonight Entertainment, Susanne's Florals).
As far as the Searles team, it feels like they all went above and beyond to make the day amazing! I felt very taken-care of, and the team was all very professional and helpful. During cocktail hour, the team made sure to bring appetizers to my husband and I and our bridal party so we wouldn't miss out. Anything we needed or asked for throughout the night, they were on it. I really appreciate this team!
My entire Searles experience is all thanks to the best coordinator I could ask for - Kyle! From the very first email, Kyle was prompt, professional, and as accommodating as possible. He was patient and helpful in what felt like the hundreds of questions I asked him, and so organized throughout our interactions. During the rehearsal, Kyle was so good at keeping everyone on track, telling us what to expect, and making sure we all felt ready (after the rehearsal, multiple folks commented on how fantastic Kyle was). On the wedding day, everything felt perfect. Kyle greeted us when we arrived, made sure we had everything we needed, perfectly coordinated the ceremony processional, made a plate of food for my husband and I during dinner, and brought the ceremony flowers into the reception area by himself. I could go on and on about the ways Kyle exceeded my expectations, but am very grateful for all of his help to make my wedding amazing!

ching for wedding venues. You feel as though your wedding is the only event happening in the world, and everywhere you turn there are beautiful photo opportunities.
The staff at Searles Castle is incredibly professional and friendly. The majority of serving staff is young, but we were so impressed by how hard they worked, and how friendly and attentive they were to our guests. We had several guests comment on how great the service was. The bar staff, chef, and coordinators are all more experienced professionals and their experience shows. Our wedding of 125 went off flawlessly and we received so many compliments on the bar and food. I also loved that the staff ensured we, as the married couple, were fed and drank!
We worked with both Shaun and Kyle as our wedding coordinators. Shaun was consistent for nearly 1.5 years answering our emails, setting up calls, and working out details with us. Kyle took over the last few months and ran the event. We are extremely grateful for Kyle, his attention to detail, and his flexibility. He really worked with us to make sure all our special requests were met and every detail was ironed out. Both Shaun and Kyle are very easy going which sometimes left us feeling "out of the loop" during the planning process... but in the end, we trusted them to do what they do best, and they delivered beyond expectations. I would recommend Searles to any bride or really for any event! You won't be disappointed.

For rehearsal day and wedding day, the torch was passed to Kyle who was flexible, understanding, and knowledgeable. Rehearsal probably later than it was supposed to because our best man thought we were supposed to meet at the hotel instead of the venue for rehearsal 🤦♀️ Still, Kyle made sure it went smoothly and that everyone understood the instructions. He was also conscious of our rehearsal dinner time and made sure we were out of there in time to get it ready
The day of the wedding was chaotic for me. Again, the flexibility really went a long way. When I came in, our dresses were all hung nicely on their hangers with the bridal party shoes. Best getting ready room I could've asked for! It looks like my dress was even steamed.. Guests had an amazing time. They still can't get over how breathtaking the scenery was in every corner of the venue or how amazing the food was. I feel like everyone's trying to find an excuse to come back somehow. I thought it was great how we got our own waitress for our sweetheart table. She asked us when we'd prefer to sit down and eat and put out our meals accordingly. I will say that if you're having certain cues and complicated or unique aspects in your timeline, a day of coordinator will be in order only because, like any other venue, the coordinator won't necessarily be able to keep track of all the show cues and where dramatic entrances will be placed. Complete oversight on my part. Also, if you're planning on having a cigar bar, chocolate covered strawberries to go with your carriage, or if you're handing out favors, please make sure you give your coordinator a little reminder the day before and of the wedding so they don't forget
After the wedding, I really liked that Searles allowed for us to load out and pick up our items the day after instead of having to assign people to get it all done and packed in the middle of the night. It's also important to know that you can drop off items including florals on rehearsal day as well. This took all the stress off of me. Kyle even walked us through the castle one last time so we could soak in just how amazing it was
Thank you so much for a memorable day! We hope to have another party in the future or at least make a future couple get married there so we can go back!!!

I honestly don’t know how Shaun has enough hours in the day to do all he does. No question went unanswered and no detail left undiscussed. Shaun is so knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Shaun was one of the main pieces that made planning this wedding so enjoyable and easy for us. We’ve joked that no one will ever measure up to the help that Shaun has provided over the last 3 years and planning of not one, but two weddings (Covid)! mazing from start to finish. They were all super accommodating and moved with a purpose, they all worked so seamlessly together. I had an accident with my foot right in the middle of cocktail hour, where I was sure I was going to have to go to the hospital, and the party would have to go on without the bride and groom. The entire staff acted immediately with first aid, getting medical attention, and even set up a hidden stool with ice under my table to elevate my foot. They all made sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond our expectations. I can’t say enough about the staff and how incredible my experience was with them all. They have an onsite catering company, and the food was so delicious! On top of all that, A BEAUTIFUL venue for a romantic, memorable, fairy tale wedding. The scenery is picture perfect, and our photos turned out phenomenally! A beautiful venue inside and outside, every inch of the castle is breathtaking. My husband and I feel so lucky to have gotten married here. If you are looking for a perfect venue for a wedding your guests will NEVER forget, book your wedding at Searles Castle!

Shaun and Kyle were both responsive, answered all our questions, and even gave us suggestions about different pictures to take around the venue. They were so helpful the days of the wedding and reception. email when we had questions or concerns, and we received regular updates about the possible impact of COVID-19 on our wedding day. The staff was very professional and ensured we had a safe and amazing wedding day with minimal changes from our original vision. We were able to try the food in advance at their annual tasting, and everything was delicious! We even had our rehearsal dinner there, with a completely different menu than the wedding, and the food and service were excellent. The day of the wedding, Shaun was there throughout the day ensuring everything went smoothly and keeping us on schedule without being pushy. He coordinated with all the vendors and worked with our DJ and photographer to ensure everyone was on the same page. Even when our JP and half our guests were delayed due to bad highway traffic, Shaun adjusted everything forward and reassured us that everything would be fine and run smoothly. I can't say enough about the level of service we received from all the staff, and how easy it was to coordinate everything, get all our questions answers, and be able to enjoy ourselves without worrying about the details!

ding (because our limo broke down) and Scott and Shaun managed to keep things moving along like there were no issues at all. In fact, many of the guests didn't even realize we were late! We had a British-themed wedding (so the castle setting was perfect) and asked if we could have fish & chip cups as an appetizer during cocktail hour. While it wasn't on their normal menu they not only agreed to do it, but made the most adorable, great tasting app ever and even thought to include little bottles of malt vinegar when serving them, which is how the dish is served in England! Dinner was delicious and we received many compliments on it and the sparkler send-off at the end of the evening was absolutely beautiful. They also kept us on time to be able to have the send-off as they watched the forecast and made sure we were lined-up before it started down-pouring. After the guests had left we realized so did our transportation, but Scott was right there offering to personally drive us to our hotel down the street. When we went back the next day, Shaun stayed just so we could pick up our things from the night before without a complaint, even though he had a pool party to go to. We cannot say enough about Searles Castle and wouldn't have wanted our wedding anywhere else!

beyond to help make my day absolutely special and perfect. The venue speaks for itself. Is is stunning and even girls Fairytale dream venue. The head chef was incredible kind and accommodating. I am a vegetarian and he nearly insisted I allow him to make a custom dish for me. I loved the existing menu dishes so much I didn’t even need to. The staff here are really what makes this the best venue to get married at. If you are on the fence in the venue, please just book. You will not regret it !

iated all their help and guidance. Many of our friends have said that the wedding was one of the best they have been to! The wedding ceremony was at 5:30 outside in the courtyard, we had wine and beer passed when ceremony was over, drinks and apps were available inside the castle and then dinner and dancing in tent.
The DJ was awesome - keeping everyone on the floor dancing and celebrating!
I would highly recommend this venue!

. We got 10 minutes in the castle from 5:40 -5:50. We had booked the venue from 3:30-8:30-9 and we were 1 hour delayed because of guests arriving late but we finished with the ceremony by 4:45. Our guests had cocktail hour from 4:50-5:50. Dinner was served around 6:15 and the cake cut at 6:45 pm. Disappointing since that's why we went with this venue. The castle experience. Buyer beware. I requested that since the tent was so big to place the tables by the bar and entrance. Makes sense more money for bar if you are close to it. Nope we were seated all the way on the far end of the tent. Looked ridiculous. We had a small party of 30 people 4 tables and had buffet style. So waiters didn't have to do much . We got our own food and beverages. The 400.00 cake was never served or announced and most of guests never had it including the groom. It was hiding next to the bar on the other side of tent and again not one waiter asked if we wanted it. When I questioned Scott, I was told it was eaten. By whom the wait staff who got a 20% gratuity?. Nice tip. Then a charge for 300.00 was placed for extra staff. That was not part of original contract. I was told because they needed more waiters for less guests? Interesting. After my objections more than an month and many unanswered calls and emails, I finally got that money back. I think I am owed for the cake and the cocktail appetizers that we didn't finish. I think they should have been given to us to take home or passed around in the tent until gone. We had 25 people and set up for 31. I saw food left over. I think the thing that ruined the whole experience is the way I was treated after they got my money. Also I think the Searles castle venue should be responsible for making sure the cake was served to my guests. I wish we had more time to enjoy the castle and the appetizers we paid for. I would not recommend unless you have a wedding planner to make sure you get what you need and want.

EDIBLE - I cannot say enough positive things about them. They answered all my questions, were available for anything, and just were so pleasant to work with. They were so accommodating and made sure everything was just how we wanted and perfect for us on our day. Throughout the whole process, we never had to worry about anything which allowed us to enjoy the day with our guests. The food was out of this world good and the venue is just beautiful! I wish I could relive the day over and over again!

present all of the information we needed to select the best options for our wedding day. That man definitely has patience because I probably emailed him at least 1-2 times a week for 14 months! Closer to the wedding day, Scott was very nice and helpful with everything surrounding the budget. I was mostly impressed the day of the rehearsal when we brought close to 30 boxes of decorations and Scott was able to capture my image exactly of how I wanted everything set up, and the day of the wedding everything was organized and decorated just like I explained to them. On our wedding day, Scott and his wife helped us so much with the timeline and order of events. Anything we needed, they were there to do it for us. My family and I along with our wedding party really appreciated having our own waiter during the cocktail hour, as well as the head table had their own waiter for any drinks we would like to have; that was definitely a very nice touch and very appreciated. Finally, the next day when I went to go back to pick up all of the boxes of decorations, everything was organized again for us ready to go. I have never met more organized people! Overall, Searles Castle is such a beautiful venue if you’re looking for that fairy tale royal wedding. Plus that tower! It was the highlight of my life to be able to throw my bouquet from the top of the tower! I really felt like a princess there! The people that work at Searles Castle are incredible and so helpful and kind, and also the food was amazing. I know that my guests will remember this day for the rest of their lives!

y tale and Harry Potter! The Searles team worked with us diligently through the whole planning process, answering all of my numerous emails with full, detailed responses. They were so flexible through everything, allowing us to add twinkle lights to the tent, decide if we wanted outdoor vs indoor at the last minute, etc. The true amazingness of the team didn't come to light, however, until the big day. From the beginning, Scott instilled a sense of calm in both myself and my now husband. He was always available to us through everything, but especially on the big day. Shaun was incredible as well - always so attentive and making sure we had everything we needed, that everyone was in the right place at the right time, etc. And Aly, well she saved the day! We had a donut tower that we ordered from Klemm's Bakery to go on a beautiful tiered stand and Klemm's was to stack the donuts into towers. However, they just tossed the donuts onto the tower in an incredibly sloppy way and I was pretty upset about it – you want everything to look nice! Aly stepped in and told us not to worry, put on some gloves and rearranged the whole thing into the beauty you see below! Further examples of how they went out of their way: my husband is sober and pretty much only drinks Red Bull. We mentioned this to Scott and Shaun and they made a point to have a huge amount of Red Bull set aside for him alone. My father-in-law wanted a specific brand of wine and Searles made it happen. 92 year old Nana wanted to walk down the aisle and sit in a normal seat like everyone else, but she needs a chair with arms, so Scott and Shaun pulled out a beautiful throne-like chair which was just perfect for Nana! The food was delicious, the added hour was perfect, the staff was all so attentive, friendly and happy! We couldn't have asked for a better team to make our dream day come true. I can't thank the Searles team enough and hope that this review brings them to you for your magical day! You couldn't make a better decision!
