About this vendor
Based in Denver, CO, Seasons of Bliss designs and plans memorable wedding celebrations. These creative professionals will patiently guide clients through the process of achieving their dream day. They have a proven track record of pulling off excellent events with ease.
Co-owners Katy Santoyo and Kimberly Brenneise take a similar approach to designing special occasions. Coming from different backgrounds, both of these eager coordinators developed a passion for planning events. Katy adores working closely with couples to create an unforgettable celebration of their love. Likewise, Kimberly strives to forge meaningful connections to design personalized events. These energetic coordinators will pull out all the stops to produce an original occasion.
The team at Seasons of Bliss tailors their event packages to fit couples’ needs. It is up to the client to choose just how far in advance they want to begin planning their big day. Similarly, couples can decide for themselves how hands-on they want their planner to be. Services offered by Katy and Kimberly range from coming up with the theme to carrying out post-reception duties. To begin, they provide a consultation where couples can reveal their ideas, needs, and budget. From here, the coordinators at Seasons of Bliss will come up with a plan of action tailored to the client.

commend her enough! 10 out of 10!
Katy and her team were spectacular. Thorough, timely, and kind are all words that come to mind when working with her. She was way more than our day of coordinator, weeks and mont...
hs before the wedding she was helping iron out details with us. She shared so much great insight on design and timelines which helped a lot as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help manage our big day!
Kim is AMAZING. We hired her for our day of planning and did so much more than just that. She was kind and extremely responsive to any form of communication. She made me feel so re...
lieved and relaxed and took care of everything. I am so glad we chose her for our special day and I recommend you do as well!
We could not have better things to say about the ladies that are Seasons of Bliss. We started working with Kimberly about a year before the big day and we are so happy that we chos...
e her to help us. Kimberly made the wedding planning experience enjoyable and helped to take the stress out of finding reputable vendors. She asked questions and coordinated details that we would not have even thought to consider. Kimberly went above and beyond to make sure our big day went off without a hitch. While Kimberly wasn't able to attend our day in person, she handed everything off to Katy and you wouldn't even have know that Katy didn't plan the whole thing herself. The entire day was perfect, and if there were any hiccups, we weren't aware of them. We could not recommend Kim and Katy enough.
I worked with Katy as a "day-of" coordinator for my wedding at the end of August 2021. It was really month of services she provided - from about a month out, she severed as the mai...
n point of contact for vendors about day-of scheduling, assisting me with music/order/logistics in the timeline, etc. Her help was invaluable before the wedding, and I also appreciated the honest opinions and guidance provided. She was there to lead on for the rehearsal dinner the night before. Day-of, she worked with her sister at the venue. They went above and beyond coordinating everything, letting me focus on being with my friends and family. They even had a tiny bit of downtime where they were able to run down the road to get my ring cleaned (something I meant to do prior to the wedding but didn't have a chance to), which was wayy above and beyond I could've expected. I would 100% recommend them considering their pricing and services provided!!
We are absolutely indebted to the wonderful service we received from Katy and Kim with Seasons of Bliss. They did an incredible job of seeing to all the details and left us reassur...
ed that no crisis the weekend of the wedding would be too large for them to handle. From super gluing soles of rental shoes to tracking down missing flowers, these ladies did it all with grace and patience, no matter the request. We truly feel that Kim and Katy were a huge asset to my sister's big day, and we highly recommend them as an insurance policy to be sure yours goes off without a hitch too!
Seasons of Bliss was an amazing team to work with. From start to finish, they were punctual, paid attention to detail, and helped me as another vendor (florist) with a multitude o...
f things to assemble on site. I would highly recommend them to my clients. They are super fun to work with and were available the entire day to help the wedding party, vendors, and so many others. As a vendor, I appreciated their attention to detail to make sure the ambiance and atmosphere of the event were on target. I hope to work more with them and refer them to other clients.
Planning a wedding always comes with its share of stress. Planning a wedding in 2020 was a whole different ball game. I hired Kim and Katy as my ‘Day of Coordinators’ about a month...
before my wedding and am so so glad that I did. From phone meetings to emails to my final walk-through, Kim and Katy were professional, fun and quickly made me feel at ease. One thing that really stands out to me was how they took care of everything that needed to be finished the day of the wedding, even some they were not planning on-like filling up 50 large votives with water (that I promised would be done) and it turned out exactly how I was picturing.
I highly recommend Seasons of Bliss- They were such a pleasure to work with and made me feel so taken care of on the day of my wedding. You spend so much time, money and effort on your wedding and investing in a coordinator who can make sure it all comes together in a beautiful and effective way is worth every penny.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Seasons of Bliss as a vendor hired by the bride and groom. As someone who works with many event planners and venues, these ladies stand ...
out. Their attention to detail is spot on, making the entire event run smoothly from beginning to end. They are very responsive, always available when you have a question. But it's their upbeat, friendly demeanor in the middle of organized chaos that really stood out to me. I hope I get the chance to work with them again. Do yourself a favor and eliminate the stress on a day that should be nothing but magical. They'll make your dream wedding day come true while you enjoy making memories with family and friends.

ng all the reception details together. It was a relief knowing vendor deliveries and coordination, and décor set up, were all being handled while we were at the church ceremony. They also helped in creating a timeline for the event and did a fantastic job keeping the night on track.
Many many thanks for all their good work creating a memorable and beautiful event!

Katy and her crew were the absolute best. When our September, 2020 wedding plans completely changed, we hired Seasons of Bliss because we couldn't do it all on our own. Katy is the...
sweetest person, and went above and beyond to make sure our reception was a hit. I will never forget her getting food (and a cocktail!) for my husband and I as soon as we got to the reception. We probably wouldn't have eaten at all if it wasn't for her. We would HIGHLY recommend Seasons of Bliss to anyone planning their wedding!
Seasons of Bliss planned our very special day and did so seamlessly. They hold the perfect balance of checking in with you about the things that matter and just doing the "behind ...
the scene" stuff in order to make your wedding day the stress free day it should be. Kimberly's positive energy fills a room and eliminates anxiety. They are organized and thorough. I would highly recommend this company to plan your wedding!
