The Comfort inn was great! Amanda worked with us all the way to big day. She was even caring on the wedding day. Everything was great and beautiful. I would go back to comfort inn any event I have in the future. They are will to work you and make sure you are having a great wedding or event. The price is one of the best we come across in Pittsburgh. The food was great too!

The room was absolutely beautiful. The entire waitstaff was wonderful.Amanda Davis went above and beyond to be sure our special day was everything we wanted and more. I can't say enough about how perfect they made our wedding reception. THANK YOU
The day was perfect and there was not one thing I would have changed. The service was great and I'm still receiving compliments about the food!
The food was good, but they did not accommodate my dietary needs. When confronted on this, Amanda said that since it was hand written in our final meeting but not specified in the final contract, then the dietary needs did not need to be addressed. Also, the rooms were so hot and the only way to cool them off was to open the sliding doors and it was snowing on our wedding day. Amanda also informed us that pink uplighting was the best. We took the suggestion, however it ruined the majority of our pictures. There were some spatial issues (I was informed that the Photo Booth was not permitted inside the hall), and there were issues with wedding crashers. Amanda did not accept responsibility for this and blamed it on the location of the Photo Booth, which she set up. Amanda also did not give anyone a key to get into the bridal hospitality room, despite telling me that a bridesmaid had the key. Amanda went home after we stated that we did not want to extend the wedding an extra hour and we had to hunt down housekeeping to let us in the hospitality room. Also, we were promised dinners that we paid for for people that did not show. We should have gotten over 15 meals, and we were not given them. When asked about this, I was informed that refunds are only given in cases of emergency. I had 3 people enter the hospital the day of my wedding and yet to see my refund 3 months later. Very poor customer service.
The Comfort Inn Conference Center was an epic choice for our wedding! We had our wedding and reception in the picturesque Seasons Ballroom-which was perfect for our moderate guest list. The bang for your buck is significant, the packages are all inclusive (Venue,Food,Liquor, Staff,Linens, Cake, Flowers) They take a lot of stress off the bride and deliver real, incomparable events! The location is on a hill apart from the hustle and bustle,so already romantic :-) With ample parking.From the time I contacted Amanda, right up until the count down-she was professional, organized and appealed to my every whim,ensuring I had everything I needed. I had a vision for a warm, romantic and elegant event-The staff carried out all of my wishes and then some! Their expertise was well placed and displayed, never over barring or to assuming-tey catered to a wacky and demanding bride. If I could do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you to the lovely staff at the Comfort Inn Conference Center!!

Very nice place to have a wedding reception. Just make sure you get all of your things back the next day..have a checklist because they lost a few small things of mine

This was the best location ever! We had alot of out-of-town guest who was able to use the same hotel that we had the reception. The food was amazing! Cheryl was EXTREMELY helpful through our entire wedding process. She was quick in responding to all of my e-mails and questions. Cheryl was professional yet personable with us during the wedding process. Cheryl greeted us on the wedding day to make sure everything was just the way we wanted! AND IT WAS!
Everyone at the COmfort Inn was extremely welcoming and very helpful everytime we were there. Cheryl, The Innkeeper, was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We continue to get compliments on the food from our guests saying "It was the best food" they have ever had at a wedding. we were so pleased with our wedding reception, we want to do it all over again!!!
