What a fabulous weekend, the weather was perfect, staff at Seaview was extraordinary. Brigitte, our host, Chef Sergio, and GM Kevin top level professionals. They went above and beyond from food selection to the very last detail. I recommend this venue at the highest level. Great experience, amazing venue, and great service.

The venue itself is stunning — classic, elegant, and full of charm — with so many beautiful backdrops for photos and moments we’ll treasure forever. Every corner of the property feels intentional and welcoming, and it created the most romantic atmosphere from start to finish.
What truly made our experience exceptional was Madelyn, our wedding coordinator at Seaview. She was an absolute godsend. Madelyn stepped in when my bride fears got the best of us and from day one, Madelyn made us feel calm, supported, and truly cared for. She’s extremely organized, attentive, and incredibly kind — someone who genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in every little detail. She listened carefully to our vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life, guiding us through the entire planning process with grace and confidence. On the day of the wedding, she handled the behind the scenes work so seamlessly that all we had to do was be present and enjoy every moment. Her professionalism, warmth, and calm energy made such a difference — not just for us, but for our families and our entire vendor team. If you are looking to book Seaview for your wedding venue- ask for Madelyn. Not only were we lucky enough to work with Madelyn, our Maître de Sal went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our reception went seamlessly- there wasn't a skip he missed to make sure everything was on time.
Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how smooth the whole day felt. We owe so much of that to Madelyn and the incredible staff at Seaview, including the general manager Robert Morgan who stepped in and made the day run so perfectly. The entire staff made us feel like we were the only wedding that mattered, and we will always be grateful for that.

From the moment we booked the venue nearly two years ago, our venue coordinator, Michele Plybon, was amazing. She stayed in touch throughout the entire planning process, maintaining excellent communication and seamlessly coordinating with our wedding planner, caterers, DJ, décor team, and cake vendor. On the wedding days, Michele was approachable, calm, and on top of every detail, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

I shout out to Sal, the head martre d as well who treated us with amazingness. Sal made sure the food looked phenomenal and was delicious. He was on top of everything the whole night! We couldn’t have been happier with having our wedding at the Seaview Dolce Hotel.
We chose having our wedding at the The Seaview because of warmth we felt from the moment we got there and the Michele who is nothing short of a incredible person and a rockstar of a wedding sales rep / coordinator. We felt all the love the she has working with her and I as I said has become part of our family. Additionally, Michele provides roadside assistance. We were on the way to see the priest for our wedding and the car stopped working off the exit 48 on the GSP. We called Michele and she sent her hubby Dave to help. He got the car up and running in no time.

this event so magical. 90% chance of rain, and it held off for 30 mins so we could have a beautiful ceremony outdoors. From Bellhop Bob, Carport Cruz, and the entire team at Seaview, we were set up for success and always had someone by our side to assist. Day of, Sal and Michelle were our Fearless Leaders. They helped us navigate the unchartered wedding waters and pulled off an incredible wedding for 255 people. All of our guests were raving about the food (cocktail hour and the entrees). I would highly recommend checking out this facility, and speaking with Michelle on how to make your special day even more special, at Seaview. She’s everything you could hope for in a coordinator—professional, personable, thoughtful, and deeply committed to making your day perfect. Her attention to detail and calming presence made the planning process seamless and the wedding day stress-free. If you’re getting married at Seaview, ask for Sally—you won’t regret it.
Like any big event, there were a few minor hiccups, but the team at Seaview handled them immediately and discreetly, ensuring they had zero impact on our day. The level of service was outstanding—from the front desk to the catering staff, everyone went above and beyond.

The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and the new Bayview ballroom renovations are amazing! Sal was an excellent staff member who was you go to guy for any and all service questions. He ensured the Groomsman room was regularly attended to. For the reception, he ran the show with service. If you needed something, he was your guy to ask and he would ensure any issues would be resolved. We had no problems to begin with. The bridal suite was also stocked at all times, we were checked on to make sure we were all set. The men and guests played golf the day before, some guests enjoyed the pool, and tennis, Not to mention, the food was outstanding. We really got to enjoy the night. From the minute we arrived on Thursday with the Pastor to relax, the staff and service was exceptional. Our room was wonderful, beds were the most comfortable we have slept in at a hotel, pool was beautiful, front bar drinks and food were wonderful!
When we met at the tasting in January I knew you were the right person to pull this off. Your personality is as big as life and your excitement for the people you are serving is contagious. Your attention to detail and coming in to check on the bride and the ladies the morning of the wedding did not go unnoticed.
The ball room was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Food was delicious! Service from the staff was top notch.
A special THANK YOU to Sal who attended to everything with great detail and made sure the guests were taken care of in every way. The professionalism was exceptional, however, you felt like you were being tended to by family.
Thank you again for making this mother’s heart overflow for her son and new daughter-in-law on their most special day.

and hotel. The Seaview was a perfect place that we knew all our guest would be comfortable. We viewed the venue and fell in love with the beautiful hotel, outdoor space, and reception area. We worked very closely with Michele their catering sales manager. Michele was wonderful throughout the whole process and made wedding planning easy! The food was delicious! All of guests complimented how great the cocktail hour and plated meals were. Additionally, all our guests spoke very highly of the hotel rooms and comfort of their beds and dropping their cars off to enjoy the evening. Plus, the staff who checked our guests in were kind enough to hand out welcome bags and made our guests feel special. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather and host our ceremony outside. The grounds at the Seaview are so beautiful that we added very minimal decorations for the ceremony. The newly renovated reception area blew our minds. We had around 160 guests and all fit very comfortably. I cannot recommend the Seaview enough for future couples. We truly loved our wedding and would not have changed a thing.

reakfast Sunday, the service and attention to detail was first class. Michele Pylon, catering sales manager, took care of every detail in the planning and cheerfully answered all our big and small questions along the way. The day of the wedding, she was there, anticipating any needs we had, and with a wedding party of 21, plus parents and grandparents there was a lot happening! She sent us down the aisle for the ceremony, calm and smiling through our tears of joy. Sal and his staff took over in the Ballroom, with amazing efficiency . All food was hot and delicious, the service was quick and well-organized. They made sure we, parents of the bride, were happy and fed, even as we wandered through the ballroom, greeting our guests. The servers made sure the Bride and Groom had food from the cocktail hour available to them and kept their dinners hot until they were ready to sit down and eat. Chef Rodi and kitchen staff prepared the most wonderful food, and were very good with food allergies and preferences. Our guests are still talking about the food! The bartenders kept everyone happy, the servers never said no to any request, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. We had over 70 guests staying at the hotel and our experience within the entire facility was the same - Excellent! Welcoming atmosphere, beautiful rooms, gracious service. From the valet service and front desk, to housekeeping and the servers at breakfast in the Grill Room, everyone was friendly and happy to see us.
Thank you Michele and crew! We had a fabulous time and loved seeing our daughter and son in law so happy and relaxed on their wedding day! We can truly say Seaview Dolce did an excellent job of making our daughter's dream wedding come true!

Sal and the staff were extremely helpful and professional and went out of their way to assist us. We received a lot of compliments about the food and dessert table from many of our guests! Overall, I would give it a rating of five out of five, and I would encourage anybody interested in any kind of occasion to consider Seaview. They are the best!

She took away many of our stresses by helping plan every detail of the rehearsal, reception, after party, and breakfast, while being mindful of our budget and ensuring the decor was perfectly placed. the night before our wedding at Renault Winery (only 20 minutes away!), and it couldn't have been more perfect. The staff and event manager that night were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our guests felt well taken care of. The drinks were strong and to everyone's liking, and the service was impressively quick.
What mattered most to us was having all our guests in one place, and The Seaview provided that perfectly, with ample onsite dining and mingling options. Many of our guests also enjoyed the bar across the street, where they had some unforgettable late nights. Thank you for being an integral part of our wedding celebration!

commend enough. Our wedding planner Michele made us feel so welcome and took such great care of us (and our parents, guests, etc) every step of the way.
Everything was organized, our meetings and meal tastings were fun and informative, the staff were professional but also felt like our friends!
We had our rehearsal dinner there and the ceremony the next day-- when the weather had other plans for our us and decided to pour rain the whole day-- the staff didn't even bat an eye and seamlessly transitioned our entire ceremony and cocktail hour to inside and under cover. Our guests never knew that this wasn't the plan all along!
We were so well taken care of and spoiled on our wedding day, they made it so there wasn't a single thing for us to stress about or do once the big day actually arrived. Our maitre de Monica was outstanding the night of the wedding and kept things flowing efficiently, not to mention she was SO FUN!
Can not recommend the Seaview enough. This is the place for your wedding!!

Every single one of them were excellent! They really went above and beyond, to make sure my clients were happy from beginning to end. The guests were amazed with the food and fell in love with Ellen’s great personality and how helpful she was with everyone.

We had a little hiccup with bartending towards the end of the reception, but Monica, our maitre'd was amazing and took care of it for us. had tons of out of town guests so it was very helpful to be able to have a room block where everyone could stay and keep the party going. We also had our rehearsal dinner and farewell breakfast there which was super convenient. Our guests raved about the food, service, and rooms. My husband and I were very well taken care of the day of our wedding and even had food and drinks brought to us while taking photos and after the cocktail hour so we didn't miss out! There were a few breakdowns in communication prior to the day and one minor mistake the day of (we paid extra for a chair upgrade but didn't get them), but other than that the Seaview provided the perfect wedding weekend! I would definitely recommend the Seaview for your wedding!

an indoor, air conditioned reception in a ballroom. It’s truly the best of both worlds! We also loved that everything was in one place and we didn’t have to worry about transportation. Our guests stayed in the hotel, we had the ceremony outside on the Bayview Terrace, cocktail hour outside and inside the foyer and then the reception in the ballroom.
We really wanted our dog to be a part of our wedding and the Seaview is a pet friendly hotel! Sold!! Our dog was a part of our whole day! He walked down the aisle, stayed for the ceremony, cocktail hour, was introduced into the ballroom by our DJ, and even had some time on the dance floor. We love Seaview for being so accommodating and trusting our good boy!
The cocktail hour food was amazing and so was the dinner. Seaview offers a lot of food for your buck. The premium open bar was a hit and offers everything you could possibly need.
Our first wedding planner actually left in March for a new job (we got married in May) and Michele Plybon stepped right in to help us. She is super sweet and went above and beyond for us. We really appreciate her making our dream wedding come together! Oh and there's an Irish Pub across the street... :)

ître de was absolutely great and made sure our every need was met at the reception. The food was very good. When there was a supply issue with the steak we wanted, they upgraded the cut for no additional cost. The venue itself is beautiful. The outdoor spaces are great for photos. The hotel rooms all look new and are very clean. Plus the hotel has decent amenities. The bridal suite exceeded my expectations. We did have a couple issues the day of the wedding. Things that we had discussed previously with the wedding coordinator didn't get done or were incorrect. I would actually give this venue a 4.5 instead of a 5 due to this , but it wasn't an option. I feel that this may have been due to inexperience on the part of the wedding coordinator, and would expect it to improve with time. Over all we were very happy with the services we received and would definitely still recommend this venue (especially for the price).

a huge bonus the hotel accommodations were onsite. From initially booking, to our tasting to the weeks leading up to the wedding that staff was wonderful. Emily, the wedding coordinator was an angel she helped me through the final days leading up and she made sure it was everything I had asked for. The maitre d was AMAZING all night during the reception. She always made sure I had a drink or water or food. She kept my bridal party in line for entrances, she was truly wonderful. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We had the most EPIC wedding at the Seaview. The service, staff and food were TOP NOTCH!! Worth every penny! We had the rehearsal, ceremony and the Farwell breakfast there as well....
Emily was our coordinator and she was always prompt to answer my gazillion question and was a calm presence when my nerves and emotions were all over the place. Bridal suites were gorgeous and they left us champagne and etched glasses for us before we left. Guests raved about the food, accommodations and service. We are so thankful for all the staff that made it so memorable. The only negative is that it had to end!!

ith, and despite the fact that the venue was hosting the LPGA televised golf tournament that weekend, we could not have been happier. You would not have known that anything else was happening except our wedding. Everyone was wonderful… from meeting with Erin and booking the venue, to working with Nicole to make all the arrangements. They were able to accommodate all our requests, and were wonderful about changing the wedding date. Nicole was always prompt to return my MANY emails and offer suggestions throughout the process.
We had the ceremony and cocktail hour in the Bayview Courtyard and the reception in the Bayview Ballroom. For the reception, we had Monica to help run the evening. She was amazing and fun, and kept everything running smoothly all evening. The food was wonderful… the cake was awesome, and the banquet staff was just great.
Many of our guests stayed at the hotel after the wedding and were very pleased with their rooms. We were able to gather at lobby bar and outdoor fire pit after the wedding. It was a perfect ending to a perfect day. We just cannot say enough about the Seaview A Dolce Hotel!!
