SSB was the 3rd dress store I had been to and I had an amazing experience finding THE dress! The sales associate let me figure out on my own that what I thought I wanted was not really what I wanted. Once I figured that out, she then pulled the perfect dress for me. After buying the dress SSB’s seamstress made the dress even more perfect for me. She even made the train zip off! Awesome! I highly recommend Second Summer Bride to any bride that wants to wow her new husband.

The Second Summer Bride team was INCREDIBLE! We enjoyed the VIB experience and it was so much fun. I am not a clothing shopper not to mention trying things on for other people, but the ladies made me feel beautiful and comfortable in every dress. They really know how to pick out the right selection of dresses for the bride too. Their selection and ability to customize made it so I was able to "say yes" to my PERFECT dress!

Fantastic little boutique! I had such a wonderful experience! My friend and I were in the area (I live about 30 miles away) looking for wedding dress shops and happened to find Second Summer Bride. The store is an appointment-only boutique, though they do take walk-ins if they have a consultant available. Since it was a Saturday, I was sure they’d tell me to make an appointment for another day. But Sophie greeted us with a smile and said she would take me to try some dresses. She is SUPER sweet and has such a fun personality! Working with her was truly delightful! I felt like I had another friend helping me, not just a sales consultant. Dress shopping had started to get pretty old for me, especially after an unpleasant experience at a major bridal store whose name I won’t mention. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money and it was important to me that I buy a secondhand gown because I just don’t see the point of buying a brand-new gown that’ll only be worn for one day then stored in a closet or left to waste away at a thrift store. (Just my opinion! To each her own and whatever makes you happy on your spec!) Sophie was very attentive to what I was looking for within my budget. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous pre-owned dress that was in excellent condition (and even cost less than what she said was the starting price of most gowns in the shop!) and I couldn’t be happier!

I cannot recommend Second Summer Bride enough. The experience was better than I could have hoped, right from the beginning. My personal consultant is/was Sophie, and she is awesome, but so are all of the people who work there and especially the owner, Karla. If you are within 100 miles of Sacramento and looking for a wedding gown, I highly recommend you set up an appointment (yes, it is worth that much of a drive, and more). Don't waste your time anywhere else. They listen to you and truly help you find your perfect dress, whether you want traditional and timeless, or modern and sleek. This is the place to go!

A store that specializes in floor sample and consignment dresses allowed me to have my champagne taste on a beer budget. My Consultant was wonderful and very attentive. I never felt rushed or pressured. Selection and quality of gowns was great. Everything is by appointment only, no walk-ins. If there was any negative thing to say it would be about that. It was hard to get a appt and when I did it wasn't for a very convenient time.

From the moment I walked into the shop, I could feel the warmth and excitement the staff felt felt, trying to help find my dream dress. I talked with the consultant in regards to my vision and budget and she found about 6 dresses that match, all of which were beautiful but not THE ONE. Then she came back with one last dress, that looking at it, I was not impressed, but she said "trust me, this has everything you want!" And man, was she right. The moment that dress went on, I started to get excited and could not hold back the tears!! I returned months later to find my veil and by showing the staff a picture of my lace, within about 2 months I get a call stating they had one that would be almost a perfect match!!! I tried it one with the dress and you would think the veil was designed especially for the dress. All the staff is wonderful & I have referred multiple brides there!! BEST SHOP IN SACRAMENTO FOR SURE!!!!!

I was so lucky to find this salon- the other places I tried felt phony and forced. The staff here were genuine and authentic in helping me find the perfect dress. The had so many different styles but only showed me options within my budget. The dress that they helped me choose made me feel like the best version of myself- comfortable but beautiful. This is a hidden gem , highly recommend.

Second Summer Bride is the best bridal store around! From the moment we walked into the store, it felt very welcoming and warm. Emily was very helpful and patient with me while I tried on so many different dresses. Emily knew exactly what I wanted and helped me find my perfect dress! So impressed with their selection and dedication to their brides. All staff was friendly but my consultant was incredible. I had no idea what I wanted, but a few ideas of what I didn’t want. My specialist picked up on my vibe and style and found the perfect dress! Forever impressed with SSB.

Where do I begin! I worked with Carla and she is amazing. I went in there with what I thought was my vision and I trusted in her and I ended up with something completely different. She has such a talent for what she does and made the whole experience for me. I was worried that I was going to have to go to a bunch of dress shops to find the one but Carla made it so easy to find the perfect fit for me. Five stars all the way!

When my bridesmaids and I arrived we were greeted with friendly faces. Their system must have had a hiccup because my appointment was not in their system. I got really nervous and a little upset, but then I spoke with either the owner or manager (sorry!) who stated that she could help me if I’d be willing to share my time with another bride. I was totally fine with that. I am so glad I did because she was patient and kind. She asked me what type of style I liked and she quickly grabbed three dresses! I ended up choosing the third dress after I tried it on. My fittings went great and the seamstress was patient and listened to all of my thoughts. She gave great advice as well. I’d recommend Second Summer Bride to all my friends and family. Thank you!

I actually THOUGHT I had found “the dress” at a different store, but I had already scheduled my appointment at Second Summer so I thought I’d give them a shot anyway. I found a dress at Second Summer that blew the one I found previously out of the water, and it was more than half the cost. To be honest, the consultant I had such a wonderful experience at Second Summer Bride! I actually THOUGHT I had found “the dress” at a different store, but I had already scheduled my appointment at Second Summer, so I thought I’d give them a shot anyway. I found a dress at Second Summer that blew the one I found previously out of the water, and it was more than half the cost. To be honest, the girl that helped me at SSB actually pulled several dresses I would’ve chosen over the one I found at the other store, which, by the way, was not the first place at I had shopped for a wedding dress. I have to mention, too Can’t recommend this who helped me at SSB pulled several dresses that I would’ve chosen over the one I found at the other store. I have to mention, too, that I loved the atmosphere and staff. I really felt like the consultant listened to me. Can’t recommend this store enough!

I had a wonderful experience with SSB! I had come in for a 30 minute appointment (promotional special on some sale gowns) but my consultant spent over an hour with me letting me try (and re-try) on gowns. They really did not have to go the extra length to do that because I totally knew that I was signing up for a shortened appointment and was even expecting to make a longer appointment in the future if it wasn’t enough! I’m really grateful for the attention they paid to my visit and I highly would recommend. They really listen to what your vision is and want you to leave as happy as possible! Thank you SSB!

I cannot say enough good things about Second Summer Bride in Sacramento! I went in to get a look at some possible dress options and it turns out that the first dress she took off the rack was the one I absolutely fell in love with! It was maybe the 5th dress I tried on that day but was instantly right. Carla and her team working with my budget and needs and I could not be happier. I will recommend Second Summer to everyone looking for wedding dresses!

The girls at Second Summer Bride were excellent. So helpful in picking out dresses that both fit my style and were also out of my comfort zone, if anything just to help narrow down what elements of the dresses I liked and didn’t like. I’m a very small size, so options were less than those of a more common size, but I still walked out with a dress I absolutely love and really does embody what I wanted in my wedding dress. I would highly recommend checking this store out for quality, pre-loved dresses!

My experience at Second Summer Bride was amazing! Everyone there was so sweet and helpful. The environment was really fun and they have so many beautiful dresses to try on. After trying on a few she put me in the perfect dress and it was so much better than I expected. I would absolutely recommend this place to any bride.

I love my dress soo much!! Everyone asked me where I got it. I went alone to shop for my wedding dress. Megan is the best!! She help me soo much. I really enjoyed searching for my wedding dress with her. She is super sweet and funny. If it wasn’t for Megan my shopping experience would’ve been different. Store is cute and chic. They have a wide variety of options. Styles are different compare to other stores. I went to other boutiques as well as David’s Bridals - I did not enjoyed the service nor the limited styles.

What a warm, friendly bridal shop! Every single staff person was attentive, personable, and working hard to help this bride find just the right dress! They have racks full of beautiful gowns to choose from, with plenty of sizes - many of them one-of-a-kind. Karla and Emily were adept at tailoring my selections of gown and veil, and I was ready to invite them to our wedding by the time I completed my purchase! They made it an amazing, fun experience, and I am confident the alterations I will be having done there will be just as warm and professional. I highly recommend Second Summer Bride! :)

Honestly just the best place in Sacramento to find a wedding dress. They have so many different styles and so many price ranges! I found my dress after almost giving up. I had looked at over 50 dresses in 3 different places around the city. It was only when I came to SSB that I felt like the stylist really cared about what I was looking for and my Vision. They put me in my dress and I didn’t even think I would like it. But I started tearing up as soon as I put it on. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

I cannot say enough how much I love Second Summer Bride! From the moment I walked in, SSB had a welcoming and cute vibe. My consultant got my family comfortably sat, listened to my many hopes and dreams about my wedding dress, and got to know me personally. Every single dress option that was picked for me I liked, and the third one she selected was the ONE. They are extremely LGBTQ+ friendly and keep in regular contact with me to update me on the arrival of my dress. I recommend Second Summer to everyone!

I can't say enough about my amazing experience at Second Summer Bridal. The owner and staff are absolutely amazing. My consultant was supportive and listen to me all the way along. She offered amazing suggestions and helped me find the dress of my dreams. I visited two other dress stores in my search for the perfect dress. One was a big chain store and one was a small boutique. Neither of them came close to matching the experience that I had at Second Summer Bridal. It's truly like shopping with your best friends. I highly recommend it to anyone that is lucky enough to go there.

I had an amazing experience at Second Summer! My consultant was Megan and she was the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Their shop is very different from most shops in the area but they carry a variety of high quality dresses. Megan listened to everything I had to say and ultimately helped me find the perfect one of a kind dress! I loved that the dress I tried on was my dress to take home that day too! I would highly recommend this shop and Megan as a consultant!!

While I did not end up getting my dress at Second Summer, I had a wonderful experience there! Ultimately, I wasn't ready to make a decision regarding my dress that day, but they were understanding and made me feel completely comfortable! My stylist found some beautiful dresses for me and helped me figured out what style I was looking for. She was super easy to talk to and made the experience really fun. They have a wonderful selection of dresses and everyone there was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend going here!

I had an awful experience with Second Summer Bride. I was sitting here typing my whole story about what happened with them but I honestly don’t have the energy and it was doubled in length. So here are the basics: The owner is rude, demanding, and tells you what you want to hear even if it isn’t true. Also has 0 respect for your wishes. The seamstress that works there paid zero attention to us and even after we had an entire fitting dedicated to what I wanted, she didn’t complete any of it. Even after a SECOND appointment of being in tears because she didn’t complete my dress THE MONTH BEFORE MY WEDDING DATE she had 0 sympathy and took 0 responsibility for her actions. At the end of the day, you do NOT want to deal with this type of stress surrounding your wedding dress. They lie and say your dress is ready when it isn’t, give you false timeframes, and the staff in general is awful. One girl who works the front desk shut my arm in their stupid “automatic” door that doesn’t even work. Please go somewhere else. DISCLAIMER: There was ONE girl we worked with back in March for our first appointment and she was wonderful. I can’t remember her name but she has just moved to Sacramento from Utah and is very small and cute. We loved her!

I stumbled upon this place after a few weeks of trying on dresses and not finding anything that I even liked, let alone loved. It was immediately clear that the dresses at Second Summer were more up my alley. I found my dress about 30 min into my first appointment. It was a Lillian West and after purchasing I came home to read reviews. I panicked. But, my dress arrived 2 months before my wedding (just like they predicted) and everything went great with alterations. My dress was difficult to alter because of the material, but I was very happy with the final result. Thanks everyone!

SO many good things to say about this place! This place is a GEM with beautiful gowns and awesome, authentic people. I walked in with only a vague idea of what I wanted, but after sharing a little about myself, Sophie was able to find dresses that were just my style and budget, as well as some gorgeous dresses that I would have never been able to pick out for myself! That takes major skill! I think the best thing for me is that you seriously feel SO comfortable and welcomed from the moment you walk in, which definitely wasn't the case when I visited a different shop. I can't wait to recommend this place to EVERYONE that is looking for a wedding gown. Whether you're the girl who has been dreaming of a specific gown forever or the girl who is just figuring out what she likes, Second Summer has your back. I had such a wonderful experience at Second Summer! I tried on about 10 dresses total over 3 visits and the staff was nothing but kind and accomidating. I finally found "the one" during a big sale, so I got it for only $600! They have an excellent selection of dresses, at all price points. Make sure to pay them a visit!

I said yes to the dress at Second Summer Bride just last weekend!! From the second I walked in with my mom and two best friends, Karla and Kasey were so kind and attentive (even while helping other groups that were there). When I was explaining to them what I was looking for, you could tell that they were REALLY listening to me. Karla even got on her computer and started pulling up specific dresses based on what I was describing! I hadn't even known it at that point, but she had picked out my dress right there at the beginning of my appointment before I had even started trying anything on because she knew what I was going to like! SO AWESOME! I honestly did not think I would have that "aha" moment (I'm such an indecisive person), but Karla and Kasey were able to give me that moment by finding me the perfect dress!! Kasey truly made the appointment so special. By my second dress in, I knew I was going to find my dress there because I was falling in love with each one! She was nailing it! If there was something I wasn't sure about, she had wonderful ideas about how we could change it up (adding belts, adding decorative sleeves, etc.) Not only was Kasey really attentive and a great listener, but she was also super fun and brought a light-hearted vibe to the appointment that was much appreciated!! Even Sophie, who was not directly involved with my dress appointment, was so sweet and helpful to us! At Second Summer Bride, I didn't just feel like a customer, I felt like a friend. These girls truly cared about helping me find the perfect dress and making my experience the best it could be! This was even shown further when I received a call the following week from Kasey to check-in and see how the wedding planning was going! I would recommend Second Summer Bride to every bride looking for her dress! (My best friend who came to my appointment has already decided she's coming all the way up from SoCal to get her dress here!). Thanks so much, ladies! As someone who rarely wears dress and never imagined what my some day wedding dress would look like, I was overwhelmed and intimidated at the idea of having to shop for one-enter Olivia and Second Summer Bride. The shop is appointment only and, as a result, lacks crowds and creates a feeling of privacy. Olivia began asking me questions to paint a picture of the venue, season and flavor of the wedding. She then had me try on a wide range of styles, each time asking me to identify what I liked and didn't like about each one. Next, she had me try on dresses that fit the style of my wedding and matched her assessment of my personal style/comfort. She nailed it. She found THE dress that I was instantly in love with as soon as I tried it on. It was not even a dress I would have ever volunteered to try on on my own either because it did not have straps. Olivia told me that we can make anything happen once we find the right dress. She then found straps in the back that looked like they were meant for my dress. She even found a veil that matched perfectly - crossing off one more thing on my very long wedding to-do list. She was incredible and made the whole process so easy. I then worked with Laurie to have my straps sewn in and my dress altered. It was PERFECT! I am so grateful for Second Summer Bride!

From my first appointment to try on dresses to my last fittin Second Summer Bride was amazing. The consultants were helpful in finding what I was looking for and giving me options on accessories. I am very grateful to them for helping me find my wedding dress.

I'm going to be brutally honest here. I found "the one" at a different dress shop, but it was in the wrong color, Second Summer Bride had a sample in the color I wanted so I went there to try it on. The shop is adorable and the staff are all really sweet. I indeed loved the dress, and it was a tad cheaper at Second Summer Bride so I decided to purchase it there. I purchased the dress in November 2016. While my wedding wasn't until October 7, 2017, I was told at the time of purchase (paid in full) that the expected delivery of my dress would be 3-6 months, therefore I was fully planning on having my dress in May at the latest. In April I was contacted by Second Summer Bride to give me a more precise estimated delivery date, at which time they told me August!! I was shocked and upset that this estimated time of delivery fell so far past what I was told at the point of sale. I then told Second Summer Bride that this delivery date was unacceptable and that I would like my dress earlier than August. I was told that they would have to speak with the manager to get approval to call the designer (Lillian West) to ask for a "rush" delivery. I scoffed at this excuse, but waited to hear a reply. After not hearing back for a week, I called and had to ask if the ETD had been pushed up. After a few phone calls back and forth I finally heard back and "the designer was able to push up the delivery". My dress arrived in late June (to save you from doing the math that's almost 8 months after I purchased the dress). I then started my fittings which were going really well! Up until my final fitting. My final fitting was rescheduled by the alterationist because "she just needed to get away for the weekend" which I fully understand. But when I arrived at the dress shop the next week (mind you, I drove an hour to the shop in the middle of the day in between working two 12 hour night shifts), the shop was CLOSED for a bridal show. No lights were on, it looked as if no one was there, and I had not received as much as a phone call or text to let me know!! I called the alterationist immediately and she did not pick up. I drove away in tears, starting to have my first and only bridezilla freakout (because at this point we were less than 2 weeks away from the wedding), and 10 minutes later I got a call back that the alterationist had been there all along in the back of the store. In the end, the dress fit beautifully and my wedding day was the best day of my life to date, but had I known that I would have had more than one headache dealing with this shop I would have purchased my dress elsewhere. Also, after reading some of the other reviews, it looks as if I am not the only one who had these kind of problems.

Love the experience of getting my dress here! Wonderful prices as well as well as experience. I went to David's and felt lost in the shuffle and they kept showing me dresses that were out of my price range. Here they listened to me, showed me everything that was in budget, and even helped me manage my crazy family . Would recommend everyone go here!

Karla is a wedding dress goddess! I am a bustier girl and was really struggling to find a dress that made me feel confident from other shops. I gave Karla my budget and an idea of what I was looking for, but even better, she found a way to describe and find dresses that were so “me” with little direction from me. She really HEARD me when I gave feedback and adapted well. She also never tried to sell me on anything and would even point out things I might not like about a dress later so that I really was able to find the perfect one. The best part about this shop is I got to try on dresses in my size, not samples that were too small and hard to envision in my size. I totally recommend anyone give this place a try.

I bought my dress from Second Summer Bride on November 12, 2016. I gave Karla, the shop owner, an idea of what I was looking for and she helped me find what I believed to be the perfect dress. Karla told me that my dress would arrive in 3 to 6 months, which I estimated to be no later than May. On April 28, 2017, I called the shop to check the status of my dress and I found out that my dress was going to arrive on July 15th. This was not within the 3 to 6 months time frame that Karla had promised. The store employee stated that the ivory material I wanted for the dress was back ordered and that because I ordered it in a petite size (which is really just 3 inches shorter than a standard dress), it was going to take longer than expected. When I got this news, I was pretty upset because no one had called me to tell me about the delay. I had to find out on my own and this was absolutely unacceptable. I then asked if I could speak to the shop owner. The next day, I finally spoke with Karla and explained to her that I was upset that no one had told me about the delay. I honestly felt that she really did not care about my concerns. I patiently waited until June 15, 2017 to check the status of my wedding dress order again. When I called, a store employee told me that my dress would now arrive on August 10, 2017. I was shocked! My wedding date is August 26, 2017 and I may not have a dress in time. Once again no one told me about this delay. Unfortunately, they could not guarantee that my dress would arrive by August 10th. At this point I was devastated, and I felt that it would be best for me to receive my full refund. I asked the manager if I could talk to Karla about what was going on. I felt that I deserved an explanation and an apology from her. However, Karla never reached out to me and she let the manager handle the whole situation. When I asked for a full refund, Karla said that she would only give me half of what I paid for! She told me that since I ordered a petite dress, it would be harder for her to sell the dress. I could not believe that she even considered this an option! She was just doing what was best for her and not the customer. I told the manager that this option was unacceptable and that I needed my full refund. Karla agreed to give me the full refund minus $150 because once again it would be hard for her to sell a petite dress. I asked for documentation of when my order was placed, but the shop refused to show me proof because it was supposedly against the wedding dress company’s policy. I called Lillian West, the company that was making my dress, and I asked them if Karla could show me a document of when she placed the order. The representative gave me a clear “Yes”. On June 21st, I called Second Summer Bride again and told the manager that the company said that I could in fact see the document of when the order was placed. I told them that I would gladly pay the $150 if they could prove to me that they had indeed ordered my dress back in November. After this, the shop finally agreed to give me my full refund in a check. I honestly believe that they completely forgot to place my order back in November and that was the real reason why the delivery date kept getting postponed. This nightmare lasted an entire week. To this day I have not received an apology from the owner. I literally got sick over this nightmare. No bride deserves this! Please do not support this business!

I did not enjoy my visit here at all! I am not a girly girl at all and the styles and vocabulary was all new to me. I let the girl I was working with know this of course and she was great. I let her know what styles I did not like on me and anything else to help her out as best as I could. So we went to try in the dresses and the first dress she put me in was the style I told her I do not like on me, but she explained maybe it just wasn't the right dress and that's why I didn't like it. So I assumed she would put me in maybe 2 more of this style. But I tried on 6 dresses in this style . After those 6 I finally got to try on the style I knew I liked on me but not any of the dresses I tried on felt right. So she called for help from someone who has been there for awhile and might be able to pick out maybe what I was thinking. It got to a point where the seasoned employee said, 'Ignore what the bride wants because she obviously doesn't know what she wants so she is going to try things on that I want her in because I said so'. So I was put in more dress styles I knew I didn't like on me and felt bad for voicing my opinion. If you're in a rush and need a dress tomorrow, yes go there, but if you have awhile until your wedding, DON'T GO HERE!!

On my first day of dress shopping I found THE dress at Second Summer Bridal. Karla was absolutely great! I showed her a few pictures of what I was looking for and she brought out 6 dresses for me to try on. As soon as I tried on the Ellis dress from London I was in love! I loved it so much I wanted to keep it on for lunch after the fitting but my fiancé was going to be there. Karla provided us with suggestions for adding a new belt and what veil and earrings to purchase. She made us feel so welcome even with my large entourage! On my wedding day the dress was stunning. Thank you so much for all your help and attention!

I was very pleased with the service at Second Summer Bride! Even though the appointment I made online hadn't popped into their system, the staff welcomed me and my family in to try on some dresses. Angel's lively personality made it fun but her expertise was what made me choose to go with the dress we found there. The atmosphere there is a super cute boutique. They are reasonable and willing to work with your budget as well as helpful with creative ideas. They are real people not product pushers, even to the point of suggesting to continue looking elsewhere to see how other dresses compared. I appreciated their cute place, great service and beautiful product.

Carla and Angel were amazing! They were so helpful when I was so lost. Carla understood my vision for my Wedding Dress. I described what I was looking for and Angel appeared with it in hand. I can't say enough about Carla and her staff.

Sales staff were very friendly, honest and helpful,. Had a wonderful Experience trying on dresses. I have expensive taste and buying what I like in my budget was unrealistic. I found a gorgeous dress that would cost at least double elsewhere. It needed some minor repair on the dress but it was an easy fix and not a big deal at all. Personally, I much rather have the dress of my dreams than worry about small details like a minor tear in the dress that I can easily have fixed. Having to settle on a cheaper dress because the nice ones aren't in my budget was a bummer, but not in this case since I stumbled upon this boutique. I am so happy I found this place because I got the dress of my dreams in my budget!

Both the owner and her assistant were awesome, I definitely found my dream dress that perfectly fit my style and the setting. The price was very fair for such a beautiful designer dress. That part of my experience deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately it went downhill from there once their seamstress took over, resulting in a destroyed dress. I explained to the seamstress that I had to drive 2+ hours each way for each fitting and the goal was to only have 2 not 3 fittings. On my first fitting she upsold me on a lace up corset for the same cost as the whole gown saying I would cut out one fitting. I came back for my second (and supposedly last) fitting and everything was just pinned in place. The seamstress tried for an hour to figure out the bustle, trying to make me like the French bustle (which I clearly told her I hated). The owner came over and did an American bustle in 10 seconds. Seamstress wrote it all down in detail and gave me a third appointment much to my dismay. On my third appointment she made me wait 30 minutes, I tried on the dress and she showed me the bustle, guess what, she had done the French bustle I hated!!!! I had to wait another 30 minutes for the owner to have a chance to yet again help the seamstress figure out the American bustle. The seamstress said "I was wondering what those pins were for, guess it was for the American bustle". How about looking at your notes??? The owner assisted and told the seamstress to ensure to double it up on the back so it won't rip out from the weight. The seamstress told me to come back before 7 pm to pick up the gown. By now it's 5 pm and we are running behind on our planned last minute shopping trip to Costco for the wedding. She calls me at 6 PM and asks where I am!!!??? She offers (???) to wait for me. We race back, my fiancé is livid by now. Fast forward to my wedding day. I put on the gown, my maid of honor looks at the bustle, and it's already ripped out before I even wore my dress down the aisle!!! I wore a ripped dress to my wedding. The seamstress clearly took a shortcut and did not follow the owner's advice, ruining my gown. Make sure that if you buy your dress here, take it to another seamstress far far away.

Angel and the girls made my experience so amazing! They made me feel comfortable and helped me to find the perfect dress for ME!! Highly recommend! Lisa is AMAZING!!! Love everyone at second summer!!

I bought a dress completely impulsively, then realized that I had made the wrong choice. Karla let me come back and swap out, and she was totally wonderful about it (even though everything clearly states that all sales are final!). Also, it's a beautiful, comfortable space! Now I have the perfect dress and a shop that I recommend to anyone who will listen.

So glad I found this place! The decor is super cute and the whole atmosphere is relaxing and fun. I worked with Angel, who was very knowledgeable about the fit and style of all of the dresses, and she made the whole experience amazing. What I loved most is that she was able to pick out a dress that I would have never picked out for myself, and it's the dress that ended up being THE ONE! Overall the whole experience was everything it should be for a bride-to-be. You can tell they really care about finding a dress you feel happy in and at the price that works for you. I've tried other bridal shops in the area and my experience with them was by far the best, and I'm so happy I found my dress.

I will say the process of actually finding a dress was amazing. Karla helped us and she made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with. She was so personable and helpful! However, I am completely disappointed and let down with the alterations. The interest to shop at second summer is to "go green" and help brides from all over "re-use" at a great price and bring yours back in to continue. But what they don't tell you, is that unless you find a dress in your budget, preference, AND size, (which will be almost impossible) you will be paying an absurd amount for alterations. My alterations were more than the price of the dress, in which case I could have gone to a bridal salon and gotten a dress for double my budget if that's what I was looking for. It's such a huge let down especially because I thought I was doing a good thing by supporting small businesses and helping other brides out at the same time while staying under budget (which I blew). By far the worst part of wedding planning process.

I had an AMAZING experience with second summer bride! The entire staff was very friendly and patient with me. My consultant, Karla, was so knowledgable, supportive, and FUN! She helped me find my dress!! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone shopping for a dress. Tons of gorgeous dresses at great prices too.

Karla was great! I showed her some pictures of styles I liked and was looking for and we tried some on, but then at the end of the dresses we pulled, came THE ONE. Such a happy moment to feel the way I did realizing I was a Bride to Be. She is super knowledgeable and attentive. I have recommended this place already to a future bride.

My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner! I tried on probably 40 dresses before I found Second Summer Bride. They have a great selection of designer gowns at fantastic prices. The owner is amazing and knows her stuff. I will be sending all of my friends here when it's their turn to walk down the aisle.

I cannot fully grasp how Karla does it. I walked in on a Thursday and luckily there wasn't anyone else there yet. She was able to get me right in. I literally had NO CLUE what kind of dress I wanted to wear. We tried Oma few different kinds of dresses as she asked me the qualities of each dress I liked and disliked. By about the 4th dress we found THE ONE! I was anxious about such an important purchase, and Karla made me feel comfortable and beautiful. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a dress. My dress was a show model for another boutique and so it was heavily discounted from the original price! Great place for quality dresses at affordable prices!
