That level of sincerity is rare, and it made the entire planning process feel calm and enjoyable. He was always one phone call away and was very responsive with any questions.  On the wedding day, the flowers were beyond anything we could have imagined. Every arrangement was beautifully crafted, full of life, and perfectly matched the mood of our wedding. You could truly see the care and artistry he put into every detail. His daughter Jo created our beautiful arbor on site the morning of the wedding and we got so many compliments on how beautiful and amazing it was.  Mickey and his entire family were absolutely amazing, but what stood out most were their hearts. Mickey and his family treated us like more than clients—they treated us like people they genuinely wanted to support on one of the biggest days of our lives. That kindness made all the difference. He came the next day and took all the of florals to hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, etc to add a little bit of love and thought into others in need. He was prompt to communicate with us after meetings,; it helped to keep us all on the same page about how we wanted the flowers and arrangements. My first tears of the day came when I saw the flowers. I couldn’t figure out why it choked me up, but I think I’ve figured it out. The arrangements they created (which we later learned were a combination of ordered flowers and foraged foliage) were somehow all of these things: bright and sunny, whimsical yet sophisticated, fun, radiant, delicate yet bold. Basically, all the words I would use to describe my daughter, the bride. Somehow their team used their exceptional gifts to convey all of the preciousness that is our girl. I felt it, and I know our family and friends did too. I cannot express strongly enough what a joy they were to work with from start to finish. Any bride would be lucky to have them as part of their day!

He created a sample centerpiece for our tasting and walkthrough day, which was absolutely beautiful and was very accurate to what we had on our wedding day! On the day of our wedding everything was delivered in excellent condition, and one of the designers built our ceremony backdrop on site that morning. We were also able to repurpose our ceremony flowers for the reception. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and made it the most perfect day!

ey were available for our wedding date, they were booked solid with a big wedding that same day. However, Mickey looked over their projects and what we wanted for our florals and told us that he would still be able to do our wedding. After that, COVID hit and he was again the easiest to work with on finding new dates a year out. Not only was Sedgefield easy to schedule with, but they go above and beyond with designs, layout and budget! I had a basic idea of what I wanted floral wise, but Mickey helped come up with designs based on pictures of past arrangements, advice on how to decorate certain areas at the venue, and what colors and florals would be available and look best at that time of year. If I ever had a question about if a certain part of the venue would have enough florals, Mickey would be honest, but not try to upsell me. He would tell me if adding something would be too much going on or he would even discuss trying other options that would cost a lot less. Instead of being a vendor who is quick to throw more onto your bill, which there are a lot, he would discuss things and view all options first; which was a big relief. Come our wedding day, my breath was taken away by how beautiful Jessica, Jo, and Mickey’s designs and arrangements were!! I had only shown a blurry inspiration picture of the aisle pieces I wanted, but the florals they put together were so perfect. I cannot express how happy I was with how these turned out, they were my favorite piece, but everything else really tied well together and made our wedding so beautiful! I cannot speak enough praise of Sedgefield. They are quick to respond, easy to work with, budget friendly, and make any floral requests a reality!
