Maggie and the whole Seedling and Sage team absolutely nailed it. Our wedding was even better than we had imagined. Maggie is highly organized and professional. We really appreciate all of the hard work from Maggie and the team to pull everything together, especially since it rained for almost the entire day, impacting our ceremony and cocktail hour -- they made it all so seamless. They had everything setup for the outdoor ceremony in those conditions and hustled for hours prior to make sure everything was in place. Further, their staff was very courteous and helpful; moments after the ceremony, a member of their crew was with us in the light rain with a plate of cocktail hour food, making sure we had our fill as we made the rounds with friends and family. Our guests unanimously agreed the entire day was amazing, from the food to the decor to the service! Highly recommend the Seedling & Sage team for your wedding, and any catered event.

We picked Seedling and Sage to cater our wedding because of their experience in catering vegan weddings. We are not vegan, but we had multiple vegan and vegetarian guests, so we figured if they can make a fully vegan wedding, they can definitely handle fish and chicken, and they certainly can. The food was the best we've ever had at a wedding and the service was top notch. Our vegan/vegetarian friends said the black bean enchiladas were the best entree they'd ever had at a wedding. It was the best night of our lives and Seeding and Sage played a big role in making it special. Maria was our point of contact and she did a great job with customizing our menu and scheduling a private tasting since we couldn't attend the regularly scheduled one. Definitely get the tartlets.

Great service and food!

On a whim I sent my Mother in law to a tasting with Seedling and Sage a couple months before our wedding (we got engaged and married within 6 months). She immediately felt like the team was the right partner for the kind of wedding we were going for - warm, family focused, chill. Annette and her team were very accommodating throughout the process. We had a couple requests - unique salad and using no seed oils in the kitchen - and the S+S executed everything so well! Communication was so easy - this is the budget - here are the options - clear calendar on when all decisions must be made I would highly recommend S+S, everyone loved the food, table scapes, and service. I personally loved the communication, honesty in pricing/budget, and execution of the vision.

We had Seedling and Sage cater our marriage celebration party and they were fantastic. The menu options were just what we wanted for our cocktail party style event. The cheese and appetizer displays were beautiful and the slider bar choices were outstanding. Our guests were very pleased. Be sure to order the chocolate mousse shooters for dessert. You will not be disappointed!

Our venue was Flourtown Country Club and Seedling and sage was the caterer. They did an amazing job, their staff was professional and efficient! the food was amazing! Jenny at the club was on point!! I highly recommend Seedling and sage!

Absolutely blown away by the efficiency of the catering team, the event coordinator and the food. They made sure we had food to eat and the drinks were full, as a bride and groom, I have heard stories of how the B+G don't get to eat the food, we did! Couldn't recommend them enough, if you have an event that needs catering you won't be disappointed by Maggie and the team at Seedling and Sage.

We used them for our wedding and the food was not good. They also did not supply drinks as they agreed to in our contract. They also forgot the tea and coffee and the staff had to run to the Dunkin' to provide it. They charge WAY too much money and are not worth it.

We don’t have enough wonderful things to say about Seedling and Sage. They are by far one of the best catering companies in the wedding business! Not only is the food delicious, but the customer service they provide is unmatched. We got married in the Fall at the Morris Arboretum and our wedding planner from Seedling and Sage, Maggie, was an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything for our very special day was perfect. We unfortunately had the challenge of rain on our wedding day and Seedling and Sage was able to turn our entire outdoor ceremony/cocktail hour into an amazingly beautiful indoor event. Because of them we got to enjoy our wedding day and we were able to easily manage all stressors with their expert help. I can’t imagine my wedding day without them.

Wow - we used Seedling and Sage for our wedding in June, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish! We worked with Annette, and she was a dream! Very responsive in her communication, she even came out to do a site visit before the wedding to understand the space and our vision for the day. She was so friendly, helpful, and really wanted to make our day tailored to us. She worked with the chef to make a couple of changes to the menu to accommodate our tastes and she helped me pick out the most beautiful place settings and linens that made the whole room shine and feel extra special! We have heard from multiple guests how great the food was - from the appetizers to the entrees - everything was delicious. But even beyond the food, with the multiple months of preparation and organization that goes into planning a wedding, having a caterer like Seedling and Sage by your side to make you feel confident that the food will be amazing, you haven't forgotten anything, and the day will run smoothly, was the biggest blessing of all. I went into my wedding day at ease, because I knew it was going to be great, but it was even better than expected. I can't thank Annette and her entire team enough!

My daughter just had her wedding last Saturday and Seedling and Sage was by far the BEST to work with to make her wedding turn out wonderfully. They took care of everything!!! We had no worries whatsoever!! I received numerous compliments on the food and the set up as well. The staff was terrific and handled everything so we had no worries on her special day! Since I was in the bucks county area I had the pleasure of working with Annette. Both her and the Seedling and sage team are absolutely wonderful. Monica Auman and the entire Seedling & Sage team helped bring my daughter's dream wedding come to life. Monica regularly stayed in touch throughout the planning process and guided us through our never ending questions... Team captain Ann and her assistant Michelle were on point and regularly touched base throughout the entire evening, and the food was beyond fabulous...fresh and delicious. We had a unique vision in mind for our wedding reception, and we had difficulty finding a vendor willing to help us bring it to life. UNTIL, that is, we happened upon Maggie and Seedling & Sage! Communication with Maggie and the team was consistently excellent. They saw our vision, immediately, and offered their ideas on how to make it happen. Maggie walked the site with us, more than once, and gave us tips and her own ideas on how the setting could be arranged. Her suggestions MADE the party. Our guests raved at all the little details. And--oh!--the food and its presentation! So delicious! Perfect for our dietary needs and those of our guests--so accommodating and helpfully labeled! The staff was UNBELIEVEABLE. So friendly and helpful to all. We could NOT thank everyone enough and we are so grateful for helping us on such a magical day.

Their chefs were able to make Indian food, along with an incredible selection of standard American fare, for our guests and people are still raving about it! They were also fantastic with all allergies and made sure that our guests with dietary restrictions still enjoyed the evening. The portions were large, the staff was incredibly attentive, and the day went smoothly all because of them. Maggie was always ready to step in to help during the planning process and on the day of! We used Seedling and Sage Catering for our wedding. They were phenomenal. We had over 320 people on a private family farm. From start to finish they were super responsive, making site visits to ensure everything was set and we wouldn't run into any issues. They were very personable and friendly, making it an even better experience for us. We have heard from over half our guests saying it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. 100% will be using them in the future. I will write another review with photos of how great the cocktail hour food was and dinner, once I have photos from our photographer. The presentation was amazing!! TEN STARS!!!

Seedling & Sage did an amazing job for our wedding. Everything came together perfectly with minimal stress on my part. They were attentive, professional, and totally anticipatory for my and the guests needs!

We booked Seedling after reading their amazing reviews online. We originally planned for a 125 person wedding but due to Covid guest count restrictions, we had to downsize to about 60 guests. We inquired about reducing our total bill to match this (made sense to us since we literally weren’t allowed to have our full guest list per government mandates) but were told that seedling was handling this issue by spreading contracts out across multiple, smaller events. They offered to cater our rehearsal dinner and a day-after brunch in order to fulfill our contract. Not exactly what we wanted to hear as we would have loved to just reduce the guest count and final balance, but we understood so we went with it. The food was great! We got a ton of compliments from our guests all weekend, including some very picky eaters. The communication not so much. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since a lot of couples were rescheduling and postponing so I know they had to be crazy busy, however there were instances when we reached out via email multiple times with questions or to follow up on something and didn’t receive a response until we finally called, a week or two later. Even with all the craziness of weddings changing due to Covid, at the end of the day they were still our most expensive vendor (about 12k), so we felt that we definitely deserved more communication. My husband and I are super organized and responsive to emails so we expected that of our vendors in return and Seedling didn’t really deliver on that for us. Our coordinator with Seedling tried to push us to move the location of our wedding to one of their exclusive venues because Covid restrictions were less strict there (different counties). This wasn’t great for us because we felt that just because we COULD move our wedding to a different venue with less strict rules, doesn’t mean we SHOULD, just to get around restrictions. We are also very attached to our venue and had no interest in moving, no matter what the restrictions looked like, and thought that it was overstepping for them to bring it up multiple times. On the wedding day, our day-of coordinator told us that she couldn’t get Seedling to stay on task while they were setting up, and that they were just generally all over the place. Chairs were set up at the ceremony site super late (I saw their staff running around with chairs confused as we were doing our first look) and my day-of coordinator had to ask Seedling multiple times to begin setting up reception tables as they were running out of time. My florist also commented that the catering team did not seem organized as she was setting up our centerpieces. Everything ended up coming together and looking absolutely beautiful, and the food really was amazing, but working with Seedling was difficult, especially compared to our other vendors. They did not stick to the planning timeline that was set out for us either (assigned a coordinator three months out, go over menus two months out etc) and we had to keep reaching out and following up to get the ball rolling on things. If you’re more laid back and ok with not getting a ton of communication or attention leading up to your event then Seedling will probably be great for you. If you’re more organized and are looking for a caterer that will respond quickly and stay on top of things then I would probably look elsewhere.

Amazing food!! We got married on a VERY cold day in October outside and the food was super hot! Everyone was so helpful from planning to the day of, truly exceeded our expectations!! They did a great job making the whole thing COVID friendly which was a concern of mine. Great communication and presentation!! Highly recommend

We had such a great experience with the company for our most special day! We had an unexpected plumbing issue and Seedling and Sage Catering handled everything very well and professionally. Highly recommend! The food and staff were great!

I cannot say thank you enough to the team at Seedling and Sage for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! Hire them now! My husband and I had to replan our wedding four times due to the pandemic. Our original venue didn't work out, which left us to hold the wedding in my father's backyard within a month's notice. I reached out to Darcy about catering and from our first conversation she eased my very nerves right away. THANK YOU! Darcy's professionalism and attention to detail made our very short planning process easier. The food was AWESOME! We were so happy that we had the opportunity to have their food. Our guests could not stop talking about the chicken and waffles and cheese steak cigars. The salmon and chicken were cooked perfectly. Also, their cornbread is some of the best cornbread I've ever had in my life. Ann, our captain was the best! We couldn't have been happier. Than you so much to whole team! Hiring Seedling and Sage was the best decision in our wedding planning process.

We originally booked Flourtown Country Club under previous management for our wedding, but we became excited for the addition of Seedling and Sage Catering to the venue. Gabi and the team did a great job with our wedding, helping us navigate COVID-19. Though we had to move our date, and adjust to having our wedding outside we had many positive compliments from our guests. The professional and friendly staff, clean venue, and attention to details was all we could ask for given the current pandemic.

Seedling and Sage was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I actually find this review difficult to write because I don't know how to express all of the effusively positive things I have to say about them without sounding like I got paid to write this (I promise I didn't - although Seedling if you want to send a chicken and waffle bite on a stick this way, I won't be mad! :) Darcy was 100% professional from start to finish - my wife and I both remarked more than once on this sort of intangible quality she has to make you feel totally assured that everything is under control - and make you believe it (because its true - its under control). And given how involved wedding planning can be, that sense that someone else is entirely capable and you can really lean on them to deliver is such a blessing. My wife is a vegetarian and I am not, and my family is from the south while hers is largely from the north east so we had some widely ranging taste buds, and Seedling was willing and able to accommodate, coming up with a beautiful autumnal bbq menu that catered to many different tastes. We were able to tweak and customize and make it exactly what we wanted it to be. The communication throughout the planning was 10/10 - Darcy was clear, concise, and quick to reply or reach out of if there was information she needed from us. She came to an in person walkthrough of the venue, met some of our other vendors, and again just made us feel like we were in great hands. The day of honestly went better than we could have even thought to hope - the tables looked absolutely breathtaking, the stations were lovely, the food was delicious (we had friends and family remarking on the h'or de oeuvres for a week). And the staff...wow. I mean literally to a person, they were kind, gracious, hospitable, and warm. The captain for the evening, Ann, was wonderful. She kept things on time, ensured the food was hot, the service was crisp - she was great. I just cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. I would hire Seedling and Sage for any event I ever needed catered, in a heartbeat. They were worth every penny and more. A huge thank you to Darcy and the team for making our wedding magical.

Seedling & Sage is WONDERFUL and Darcy Hill is a super hero. It was our personal mission to have a family style dinner that did not involve steak or salmon, and Seeding & Sage made it all possible. We worked directly with Darcy and she made the entire process seamless. We opted to book before attending a tasting based on all of the great reviews and so had our tasting a few months later. It was great. We did a family style dinner (that included vegan and vegetarian options) and it was just awesome. People are still talking about the food. Seedling & Sage was also very flexible in terms of working with our other food vendors (we had Vetri Pizza Truck and Lil' Pop Shop during cocktail hour in addition to passed apps and boards done by Seedling & Sage). Darcy was truly lovely to work with. She was professional but also fun. We felt so relaxed knowing that she was leading the charge. Darcy was also incredibly accommodating and willing to work with us in terms of budget. We had 200 guests at our wedding and she helped advise on ways we could cut costs without sacrificing any part of our vision. Seedling & Safe is fantastic. You will be so happy if you work with them.

Hands down, booking Seedling & Sage for our wedding was the easiest and least complicated thing we did! From the start, Darcy was easy to work with and truly did everything she could to match our budget with what we envisioned for our day. We wanted to taste the food before choosing to book and Darcy was quick to accommodate. And BOY was the food delicious! We fell in love right away and knew we had found our caterer. From then on communication was so effortless that I didn't have to worry about a thing. Gabi & Darcy took care of all our needs and more! Everyone always says to make sure you eat during your wedding day as you'll likely forget, but Seedling & Sage was so thoughtful they made sure to bring us a personal trey of appetizers AND our signature cocktails as we signed our marriage license. Words absolutely fail to express our love and gratitude towards the Seedling and Sage team. We were put in contact with Darcy last August when we booked our venue and for the past year she was honestly the super-glue that kept our sanity together. No matter how long the email or how ridiculous the question or request, it was met with a quick response and above and beyond accommodation. We were excited to read reviews about how delicious their food was, and at our tasting our expectations were blown out of the water. The unique and delicious seasonal options had my wedding guests raving all weekend. On the day of our wedding our breath was taken away by the performance of the Seedling and Sage team. My wedding guests (many of whom work or have worked in hospitality) kept bringing up how spectacular, friendly and efficient the event staff was. We ended up working with Seedling & Sage when our venue changed catering companies a few months before our wedding and at first we were a little nervous but we are beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. Gabi was so helpful and really understood what kind of vibe we were going for and worked so hard to make sure everything was just as we imagined. The food was delicious too! I am the mother of the groom, but I am writing a review because I made most of the arrangements while my son and daughter in law made the "final cut" decisions since they were so busy working. I knew we needed a particularly creative caterer since we wanted a completely vegetarian and vegan wedding. Seedling and Sage had many delicious and creative food options, a perfect venue and the response time was so quick that we chose them. You know the food was great when meat eaters compliment your vegetarian fare. I couldn't have been happier. But they are so much more than a catering company. Darcy walked us through every detail to which we would need to attend. She communicated with both the couple and myself. And in the end, when we needed extra time for set up, she surprised us by having the tables and cloths set early so we would have plenty of time for our own set up. She even got photos of the things I looked at and thought, "I wish I had time to take that shot." Kelly was our incredibly supportive captain for the evening. She couldn't do enough to please us. "No" was just not an option in her vocabulary. We all felt so cared for. In the end I felt a great satisfaction that we really had the best team, best food, best all around experience possible!

All of our guests were raving about the food. Maria was great with helping us plan all the little details of our big day. My Husband and I came to find Seedling and Sage due to the fact that our venue flipped to being exclusive with them midway through our planning process in 2019. Right after we had done our initial tasting. We were apprehensive at first but as soon as we met Maria and the rest of the staff at Seedling and Sage they put our minds at ease. They coordinated a secondary tasting so we could try their farm to table food and sat down and walked through what the day would look like with us. Maria was so friendly and supportive and was willing to work with us on any request we had. Additionally, she kept all lines of communication open and really built a great rapport with us and our families prior to our big day!When our wedding day finally rolled around everything fell into place perfectly! There was not one thing that my husband and I had to think about concerning the reception Maria and the Seedling and Sage staff had everything locked down and in place. Our food was top notch with our family and friends devouring the passed hors d'oeuvres and stationeries for our cocktail hour. Our guests raved about the Wasabi Salmon and Bruschetta Chicken. The bartenders mixed excellent drinks that everyone enjoyed! The biggest win for us as a bride and groom was to be able to step back and actually enjoy the day.  Not once did we have to worry about anything going off or people being in the right places to help our guests! We received many compliments from guests on how beautiful the reception was. We honestly cannot Seedling and Sage enough! We completely lucked out with getting this dream team!

From the intial request, Darcy and her team were phenomenal with their response time. Especially as a couple who had little time, it helped tremendously that Darcy and her team were able to adjust to the small timeline requests and menu requests. The tasting was super professional and amazing! Planning wise: we were trying for a completely unconventional wedding setting. Seedling and Sage was able to give us multiple options for “elevated bar food” and exceed all expectations with a taco bar, a slider bar, and a mac and cheese bar, along with chicken and waffles on a stick, and beautiful charcuterie spread, among other things. Food wise: can’t say enough. Wish we had more! We actually took leftovers back and ate them at the hotel with the entourage that night!

You want good food and better service? You found the right catering company. When it came to food for our wedding, my husband and I had to have something that fit our personalities. Darcy Hill, the director of catering, came in gun blazing to give us any and all information needed to throw the best wedding event. She was very deliberate, clear, and honest with everything related to our catering needs and what the company had to offer. When we would speak with Darcy over the phone or email, she was easy to work with and you knew where you stood with her-she does not waste your time. We came in for our tasting and the front room was set up so lovely. She sat with us reviewing details as we were given the hors d'oeuvres and dinners we planned for in our contract. I loved everything that was put in front of me, but my husband was a little more selective. That being said, the food was very good, and we were able to adjust our menu as to our desires following the tasting. With Seedling & Sage, you have a month prior to your event to change what you need to-food, linens, guest count, anything that you may not have considered yet. Darcy was very helpful keeping us on track with reminder emails in the case we had not sent her our hashtag or what color linens we wanted. We also had the opportunity to do a walkthrough and meet our captain, Anne (Darcy was unable to attend on our day). It proved very helpful to give us a better idea where tables would be placed, what catering needed, how many extra tables we needed for gifts, photos, etc., and get everyone on the same page. I highly recommend the walkthrough as everyone will take something away from the meeting. The night of, we could not have been a happier couple. As we were finishing taking photos on the front lawn, caterers came up to us to offer hors d'oeuvres to make sure we were being fed. We always had food in front of us and our glasses hardly ran empty. I only didn’t get to eat much of my dinner as some guests were talking with me. Listen to me- make sure you eat some of your dinner. It will be the few minutes you have to yourself and you will not go hungry the rest of the night if you select this company as your caterer. Anne was amazing, honestly-she tended to all our needs, albeit small like refilling my wine glass or fetching something that I couldn’t get to in the moment. We are so blessed we had her as our captain that night. After our event came to a close, the catering team had everything packed up in about an hour and had it all by the vehicles that we needed to pack everything away in. They made it SO easy for us that all I had to worry about was getting in an Uber for the after-party. Darcy, Anne, and the Seedling and Sage Catering team, THANK YOU! Choosing to work with Seedling & Sage was probably one of the best decisions we made. We knew we wanted an outdoor wedding and chose the venue almost immediately. We quickly realized how much more planning goes into an outdoor wedding at a place that doesn't have a permanent tent, tables, etc. We worked with Darcy through the planning process, and she guided us through everything, including a recommendation for a tent company that was fantastic. She was so responsive leading up to the wedding; from the food tasting to the site visit, we knew we were in good hands with Seedling & Sage. We had looked at other catering companies that charged so much more and offered so much less. Unlike the other catering companies we were considering, Seedling & Sage took care of the table and chair rentals, the bars, DJ booth, and the place settings. It made our day so much easier not to have to coordinate with so many different vendors. On the day of our wedding, the staff was fantastic, so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious — we had so many guests comment on how tasty it was and how different it was from typical wedding food. Dinner was served family-style, and the chefs were able to accommodate dietary restrictions, ensuring all of our vegan and gluten-free friends and family were taken care of. At the end of the night, the staff packaged up all of the beer, wine, and liquor we had provided. The centerpieces were lanterns and votives we had brought, all which were also packed up with so much care. This allowed us to continue onto the afterparty with our friends and family and made the clean up the following day a breeze. We absolutely recommend Seedling & Sage and are so glad we chose them to be a part of our special day!

Seedling & Sage was absolutely wonderful for our small wedding at Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve in New Hope, PA. Darcy was thorough, attentive to detail, kind, consistently available, very organized and overall just made us feel so comfortable with the wedding planning and catering. She was always able to answer any questions we had and provided much-needed expertise throughout the planning process. Her collaboration with our rental company and help with the ceremony setup was an enormous help and she definitely went above and beyond. The food was phenomenal, from the hors d'oeuvres and the cheese board to the main courses. Everything was fresh, seasonal, and delicious. My bridesmaids and I were especially happy with the lemonade and cucumber water while we were waiting at the ceremony site before the ceremony began! Molly and her staff were so kind and helpful during the wedding. Everyone was professional and responsive all night and everything went incredibly smoothly. The transitions between the ceremony and the cocktail reception, dinner, and the cake were seamless. Huge, huge thanks to Darcy, Molly, and the rest of the staff at Seedling & Sage for an unforgettable wedding.

We went with Seedling and Sage based on their flawless reviews and a delicious tasting. They catered a 130 person wedding celebration for us, and there definitely were some highlights -- good appetizers, beautiful displays, and great communication while planning with Darcy. Overall, we had a beautiful day and are thrilled to be married. The food is truly the only dark spot. Our dinner was mediocre at best. The rolls were stale. We asked for seasonal vegetables and got potatoes and brusselbsprouts in June. I heard from some guests that their chicken was good, but the chicken my husband (groom), father and I got was truly inedible. Please believe me when I say I am not picky, especially about chicken, which happens to be my favorite food. My brothers and father called it "hockey puck chicken." Seriously so dry and tough that you could not chew it without working very, very hard. The servers failed to keep wine glasses full during dinner, which was a services we opted to pay for. When my very easy-going sister in law tried to fill her own glass after waiting around for service, she said they instructed not to do so. My parents spent over $20k on food from Seedling and Sage, and were embarrassed by the lack of quality and professionalism. When we let S&S know how disappointed we were, they sent us $400 in gift certificates to a nearby B&B. A nice gesture, but I wonder if that's how they maintain their good reviews. I would much rather they take money off of the enormous bill than send us a gift certificate. We are unable to recommend them in good faith to other couples. My brothers also got married at the same venue, and their food was delicious from two other local caterers. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the glowing reviews for Seedling and Sage were a huge factor in booking them for our wedding celebration, and I felt it was important to share our experience with other couples planning their weddings.

We picked Fonthill Castle in Doylestown as our ceremony/reception venue and Seedling and Sage was their exclusive caterer. We chose Fonthill ultimately because of our point of contact with everything, Darcy. From day one she was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or being too demanding. What she could help with, she did, and if she couldn't she pointed us on the direction of someone who could. The food was delicious, all of our guests loved everything from the cocktail hour all the way through dinner. We recommend the grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters and the cheesesteak egg rolls as your cocktail hors d'oeuvres, they're amazing. Their stuffed Pork and balsamic chicken were delicious as well, our guests kept commenting on how delicious everything was. The staff was courteous, quick, and did a wonderful job setting everything up. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful caterer.

Seedling and Sage helped to make my wedding about as perfect as it could have been. Gabi was amazing to work with and Molly and her crew were professional and courteous. The service and attention to detail really made everything go off without a hitch. Our wedding was a small event in comparison to most weddings and receptions but Gabi never treated it as if it were unimportant. We were also trying to do most of the planning from Virginia but we always felt like we were in good hands. If we are ever asked for a recommendation for caterers in the Montgomery County area, Seedling and Sage will be the first name from our lips. Thank you for everything!

Seedling and Sage provided a great spread at our wedding. We received a lot of compliments about the food, which really was delicious. On top of that, their staff could not have been more kind and accommodating. We're very grateful!

The whole crew from Seedling and Sage were fantastic from start to finish! We worked with Gabi, and Seedling and Sage provided catering, including tables and chairs for our outdoor wedding. Gabi and her team were great from pre-planning through the end of the night on our wedding. Gabi was thoughtful and careful to ask about other vendors they would be interacting with. Our wedding was outdoors at a unique location (not typically rent out for weddings) and Gabi and her team did a wonderful job scouting the site ahead of time and ensuring we would have the power infrastructure we would need so that everything would go off without a hitch. The food was delicious, and customized for us (we had them prepare a trout that was not on their typical menu, and we had them prepare a couple individual dishes for guests with dietary restrictions). The service staff for the wedding were kind, professional, and thoughtful enough to snag a plate for my wife and I as we talked with all our friends and family. All this, at a price that was more affordable than other well established caterers we looked into.

Seedling & Sage catered my daughter's bridal shower at my home. It was wonderful. Everyone loved the food. Seedling & Sage helped me plan the party layout and they took care of the furniture rental, delivery and pickup. They did all the prep and clean-up. I got to concentrate on the party. They were there the whole time serving, keeping me informed and the guests happy!

If you are looking to book a caterer for your wedding or any other event, do not look any further! Impressive, professional, delicious and beautiful are just a few of many words to describe our experience with Seedling and Sage. My husband and I worked with Darcy on our wedding. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire planning process went extremely smooth - including all the last minute changes/additions. Our tasting was perfect, it felt like we were old friends with Darcy from the minute we sat down. Then, in what seemed like a blink of an eye, our big day was here. Darcy and the entire staff was nothing short of professional and attentive. There was not one detail that they didn't think of. Guiding guests to their seats, handing out glasses of water to the guests as they were heading to the ceremony site (it was a hot one!) and ensuring dinner ran very smooth. Our dear friend made our cake and because of the heat the icing started to melt, they offered to flash freeze the cake to ensure it would still look beautiful. And now, to dinner. Oh my goodness - DELICIOUS! We went with the BBQ option - the chicken melted in your mouth, the pork sliders were a hit, everyone loved the mac and cheese, the pasta salad was out of this world, the green beans so tender and yummy - I could go on and on and on! My new husband and I even got to enjoy full cocktail hour where drinks were being served and the appetizers were being handed out all around. Darcy made sure the bridal party got our own trays of appetizers as well - (there was NO way I was missing out on the caprese sliders and chicken and waffle skewers!) Even the display was perfect! The waitstaff was amazing in ensuring everyone was fed and waters filled and the bartenders were awesome behind the bar! They even helped us clean up at the end of the event. Darcy and everyone who worked our day made the biggest day of our life wonderful. Thank you will never be enough from us, I recommend Seedling and Sage a thousand times over! If I could give ten stars I would! Maria and team were fantastic to work with . They had every detail accounted for and the food was delicious. I have had so many compliments on the pecan chicken and filet mignon. Maria even went out of her way to get macaroons for me for our dessert table .

I can't say enough about Maria and Seedling & Sage! When we originally booked Fonthill for my daughter's wedding reception, they had a different caterer; we were thrilled that Seedling & Sage became Fonthill's new caterer. As soon as they took over, they communicated quickly and answered any question that popped up. But the best part was working with Maria, who was absolutely wonderful!! She emailed my daughter and me regularly just to check in, she was patient and helpful when we asked her questions or for advice, and she really listened to us. She made some great suggestions and went with us to meet Darlene at BucksMont Party Rental to pick out the tablescape items. The guests all raved about the wonderful cocktail hour in the Carriage House with the delicious food, about how beautiful the tent was, and how the dinner was 5-star restaurant quality rather than banquet-like food. We loved that the food was farm-to-table and that during our tasting at Seedling & Sage several months before, Maria and the amazing chef listened so carefully to and followed through with our little tweaks. Throughout the reception, Maria was there, serving meals, checking on the people sitting at the bride & groom's table to see if we needed anything to drink, taking many, many pictures (which she sent to us), and then making sure she and her crew got together everything from the reception that we had brought and needed to take home. Bottom line - there is no way that we and our guests could have had such a fun time without Maria & Seedling & Sage. She allowed us to be guests at our own party, and we are forever grateful to her.
