The view from the second floor where our cocktail hour was held is breathtaking, and the fact that everything inside is open and a blank slate allows for freedom, creativity, and personalization when it comes to decorating the space. What really sold us on the venue though was actually the amazing manager, Gina Carr. From the very beginning, Gina was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Both my husband and I LOVED working with Gina, and we knew immediately that we could trust her and collaborate with her to make our dream wedding day come to life. The rest of the staff at Segerstrom are also incredibly professional, and our guests were so impressed by the amazing service and how smooth our entire day was. Finally, the food catered by Patina is INCREDIBLE. Months after our wedding, our guests are still raving about the food! Everything from the tray-passed hors d'oeuvres, to the salads, to the entrees, and to our late-night taco bar were exquisite, and the fact that my husband and I had a dedicated server to follow us around with food and drinks during the cocktail hour so that we could also enjoy the food was AMAZING. If food is a top priority for you (as it was for us), you will never go wrong with Segerstrom and Patina Catering Group! Bonus Points about Segerstrom: -The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all indoors (yay for not having to worry about the weather on our wedding day!!!) -Elevator access to the second floor -Plenty of bathrooms! -Central location near hotels and South Coast Plaza (this was essential for our out-of-town guests) My husband and I seriously cannot recommend this venue enough! elationship with Gina Carr, the Patina Catering Manager (AKA our go-to person throughout our planning process). She was incredibly timely and professional in her responses, and always did and said everything with a smile on her face. The day of our wedding, both my husband, myself, and our families were GREATLY impressed by how much effort the staff put into making sure all of us, as well as every other person at our event was happy and comfortable. We did not go a single minute without a drink in our hands or on our table, and were consistently being checked on to make sure we were doing okay. Our wedding was truly a whirlwind - it was crazy, quick and a bit stressful at times, but we truly could not have dreamed to pick a better, or more beautiful venue than this one. And if you think it's pretty during the day - just WAIT until you see it at night. Our first time seeing it at night was the night of our wedding, and we were just in awe. To any bride looking for a beautiful, clean, crisp, modern venue - look no further. As it was for me, it will be the venue of your dreams :)

from the beginning. You don't get a choice of caterers but who wouldn't want to have Patina cater their wedding. The guests could not stop talking about how great the food was and how everything was cooked to perfection. Hats off to the chef!! During the wedding the staff were very accommodating to the guests and very professional. We had our ceremony and reception in the same space. The Center was able to convert the ceremony into the reception in a flash. It was all very seamless, like a well oiled machine. I imagined the wedding of my dreams and the Segerstrom definitely made it a night to remember for the rest of my life.
