Sensational Ceremonies

ne. Nothing about our ceremony felt stiff or overly formal. He made us comfortable, made us laugh, and somehow made it feel like we had known him forever. By the end of it, he honestly felt more like family than someone we had hired to officiate our wedding. One moment I will especially never forget was when we had to make the heartbreaking weather call to move our ceremony indoors because of lightning. I had envisioned getting married outside at Bella Collina for so long, so obviously I was disappointed. Glynn immediately helped reassure me and kept telling me how beautiful the indoor ceremony space looked. He said it looked like the Emerald City with all of our green draping, and hearing his excitement and confidence about the space genuinely helped me feel so much better about the change. And he was right — it was beautiful. What meant even more was what he did afterward. Despite the weather, Glynn came outside with us in front of the castle on the lawn and helped us reenact parts of our ceremony so we could still get the outdoor photos we had dreamed about. He absolutely did not have to do that, but he was more than willing to help us create those memories. That says so much about the kind of person he is. Our actual ceremony was everything we wanted it to be. Glynn brought the perfect amount of humor while still keeping the important moments meaningful and heartfelt. He has such a natural way of speaking and connecting with people that nothing ever felt forced or scripted. More than anything, Glynn made us feel comfortable and cared for. On a day where emotions are already high and plans can change in an instant, having someone standing up there with you who feels calm, familiar, and genuinely happy to be part of your day makes such a difference.
