Sense Art was founded by chef Allan Blaize and his partner Vanesa, who acts as food and beverage manager. Allan was born in Lyon, France, and began his culinary journey aged 15 when he became the second pastry cook at a restaurant in Mionnay. He has worked at some of the most renowned pastry shops in France, and was pastry chef at the St. Régis hotel in Bora Bora. Vanesa has many years of experience in sales and management, having started a clothing store with her siblings at the age of just 20. She graduated with a degree in journalism aged 23, but decided to continue with her passion for sales. Vanesa and Allan's combined skills and experience have led to the company's impressive success.
Sense Art offers a wide selection of menus, guaranteeing something for every taste. Your reception dinner can be served as a buffet, a plated meal, or food stations, and cocktail receptions can also be accommodated. Additionally, Sense Art offers delicious desserts and custom wedding cakes, as well as bar services. Professional servers and bartenders will serve your guests with warmth and efficiency, and all necessary flatware, barware, and linens will be provided. They'll even take care of setup and cleanup, so all you have to do is relax and enjoy your meal.

Where do I even start?
Vanessa and Alan are so professional yet very warm. My mother met them at a wedding expo and she couldn’t stop talking about their salmon cones, that’s what started it all.
I contacted them and set up a tasting right away and WOW their food was delicious. From the Hors d’oeuvres, which included the famous salmon cones, to their incredible started, to the filet mignon and Branzino, to finally their French cake which had everyone talking about, it was delicious, warm, and a conversation started. We also had them do macarons for our party favors and they are still so fresh, 5 days later.
Alan is a French pastry chef and it showed. Every plate was beautiful, it was art, and I appreciated it so much. Vanessa, his wife, was in charged of all the communication and she was on point. Always replied to me instantly and was very helpful with the final details that are required to pull off the perfect wedding.
All of the people I got to talk to that night said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had and well that’s why we chose them because that was important to us. Please do not hesitate to book them, you won’t regret it.
