Your company was so easy to communicate with, no matter how many times I had to make any changes, they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Great service! I used this company twice on the day of my wedding- once to bring myself and the wedding party to the venue in the silver stretch, and once to take my entire wedding party to the place they were staying in the executive coach bus. Both drivers were fun, patient and helpful. Both vehicles were beautiful as well. My only complaint is that the driver that picked us up to bring us to the venue did not bring a champagne toast for us as advertised, but we had some extra in the house :)

We had great conversations and dealings with Nikki about booking and times. The male driver was early and very nice when my bridesmaids and I were picked up from the salon. The buses got everyone there on time, but when leaving for the night the woman bus driver was very rude to the groom (my husband) and when she came back to pick us up she drove like a crazy person and made me carsick. I would work with them again but not have that woman drive us.

I've worked with Sentinel for years, but never actually got to experience them for myself. And I'm so happy I did! I got the Executive Coach to take the bridal party to the location and it was perfect. For us gals, there was no ducking into a limo, messing up our hair and dresses. At the end of the night, my husband and I got a town car to take us from the venue back to the hotel. Both were very clean and the drivers were incredibly professional. I highly recommend Sentinel Limousine!

We booked with Sentinel through our venue as part of one of our packages and could not be happier about that choice. They were great to work with and very accommodating when making changes and I did make a lot of changes. They were always on time for all pick ups and drop offs and the limo driver that day was great, he had such great energy and made the ride fun.

We received a great deal on our service. The booking staff was very nice and helpful. The limo was perfect except for the fact it showed up fifteen minutes late to pick me up to bring me to the church. Very upset about this but the day went on.

My husband and I chose to work with Sentinel for our wedding day transportation, as it was a name I had come to know through someone at work. We were not disappointed! We met with a gentleman at their main dispatch facility to view the vehicles, and decided to go with the silver limo! All of their vehicles were spotless and the pride and showmanship was evident in their attitude about their service! As everything from our ceremony to our reception was in the same place, we elected for one vehicle for transportation purposes. The company was great about sending us updated invoices and reminders about our booking, and they were extremely helpful! When my pick-up was running late, and I called the company they immediately placed a call to the driver (who was five minutes away) and reassured me that he was nearby. Glenn (our chauffeur) was charming and polite and (safely) booked it to the ceremony site to get the ladies there right on time! He was also sweet about informing me that my husband had left me a note on the seat telling me not to worry but that he had been there and would see me at the altar! The price and service were great!! We couldn't have asked for more from this company! Thank you to the Sentinel company (and especially Glenn) for helping our wedding day run smoothly! :)

We had an overall great experience. we got the bus. It was very clean, great size, on time, and the driver was super nice. The only negative was that the people in charge of booking were not very clear about pricing and options.

My husband is the one who should be writing this review since he hired them for our wedding. He contacted the Sentinel Limo by telephone and making the reservation was easy and the pricing was straight-forward. We contracted for them to pick us up from our reception and drop us off at a hotel by TF Green Airport. A second pickup was scheduled for a week later when we returned from our honeymoon. We had the same driver for both pickups. The car was spotless, the driver extremely courteous and was prompt. We would definitely use this limo service again in the future.

We had contracted with Sentinel to do our guest transportation. We originally signed up for one executive coach (13 people) and were led to believe we could just add another later if we needed. Ultimately we requested a second executive coach and were told only one existed. A little false advertising and we already had our deposit sunk, so we had to use them for something in order to not lose our money. We kept the one executive coach and just contracted it for as little time as possible (served as the bridal party, immediate family escort at the end of our reception). Overall, the executive coach was great and well maintained and the driver was well dressed and professional. I never had a problem calling up Sentinel and getting someone to work out what I needed. We also considered them for our limo but didn't end up using them (see my review for Leisure Limo....) and regretted it. We were trying to save money (Sentinel is slightly more expensive and definitely the larger vehicles, like the executive coaches, seemed fairly overpriced/expensive relative to other options). Ultimately, I wished we would've spent more to get a better company (Leisure ended up being horrific). Sentinel was recommended by other vendors and, especially in hindsight, would have been a great company to use for everything. The price is commensurate with their service and vehicle quality. Definitely would recommend using them or looking into using them for your transportation needs.

Sentinel was amazing they real gave you real quality service and assisted to all of our needs! Def would use again!

Afetr contacting 3 different limo services, I finally found a nice company to work with! Sentinel was great. The cars they have in service are clean, the staff (drivers and office workers alike) are friendly and helpful. I called for a quote and received a contract in an email less than 15 minutes later. They are really on top of their game! Our driver, Leo (I think that was his name), was exceptional! He was joking with everyone and really made us comfortable. A red carpet was rolled out for us and a champagne toast for me and my new husband was provided after the ceremony. I will certainly use this company again!

We rented the Limo Bus/Coach for our wedding party. We had a football team-like wedding party and it was the only thing that would hold all 16 of us. I was worried it would be cheesy, but theirs was nice and more elegant than what most companies had for options. Price was reasonable, we only did a 3 hour rental since we only needed it for pictures between the ceremony and reception. The driver was accommodating and friendly and the coach was clean and nice to be able to stand up in with my dress.

Sentinel Limo was amazing on our wedding day. I didn't have to call and see if they were on their way or if the other limo picked up the men on time. They were not only on time, but they were early! The limo was spotless with champagne glasses, music & fun lighting. After the ceremony, the driver popped a champagne toast right at the Church so everyone could take pictures and talk to us. I would hire Sentinel Limo again in a second.

Excellent customer service! From the day I booked (10 months before our wedding) to one week before our wedding, the customer service was outstanding. They always responded to a call or email right away and answered all of my questions. I gave them a detailed itinerary of our wedding day since we took pictures around Newport & they were very accommodating. Our driver, Leo, was awesome. He arrived early when picking up my bridal party at my house, before the ceremony & was very nice. I'd hire them again and highly recommend them!

Our limo driver provided outstanding service for our wedding a few weeks ago. He was very nice and did a great job and we were overall impressed with everything. We rented the silver 10 passenger limo because we wanted something a little different than the standard white or black limo. It was clean and in good condition. We highly recommend this company!

We didn't have a bad experience with Sentinel, we didn't have anything to outstandingly great either. Just average - for the price its not bad.

I really did enjoy our experience with Sentinel. We only got them for transporting the bridal party to and from the church - but it was a great experience. The driver was on time and dressed very appropriately. (we asked him to wear a suit instead of tux because our wedding was more on the casual side). The car was stunning and we were allowed to stock it with anything we wanted - we chose our favorite champagne. I'd use them again

I've used Sentinel prior to the wedding and for transportation to the airport for the honeymoon and the are great! They are wonderful to work with leading up to the event and they're professional and fun during the event. They are also the best "bang for your buck" as they were the most affordable option I found. We rented the party bus and although it didn't really fit our 18 people well- we had a semi-dance party so it all worked out!

Our limo drivers were on time, professional, and very accommodating. They were fine with the last minute stop we decided to make because the lighting hit the bay just right! They rolled out the red carpet, poured us some champagne, and made sure that we were perfectly comfortable for our ride. I would say that the customer service to book the limos was also great! I would highly recommend them!

Sentinel Limo was a preferred vendor from our Ceremony site. We rented a party bus and it was the prefect size for our wedding party without over stuffing. We had plenty of room. The drive was courteous and on time. Though there was a small glitch in detours, we were able to work around that easily.

we wanted simple transportation for large wedding party and got that and more for the most economical price in the area. The driver was on - time, and had a cooler of ice waters for the wedding party on a very HOT 90 degree day which was very thoughtful. You will get great service from this company.

Robert was our driver for the day and we definitely have him to thank for getting us to the church on time! He checked the traffic reports and asked us which route to take! He was so nice, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire day!

I didn't want to spend too much on our transportation so they worked w/me to make sure that all needs were met w/in my budget and then 2 days before my wedding when i realized i needed another van, they were so good at helping us out and the day of the wedding went so smooth , i had no worries and i liked that gratuties were already included so it was one less thing to worry about on our wedding day

They were great to work with prior to the wedding and were very accomidating especially when the number of guests that would be needing to use the shuttle increased.;Make sure you provide directions. We had a shuttle from our hotel to the venue that had to make two runs. The first time they got there perfectly but the second time they got lost and made 45 of our guests late starting the ceremony late. They also told us we were getting a white limo but ended up with a dated silver limo.
