I wish I could leave a positive review for SBC because I love supporting local small businesses, but honesty dealing with them was the most stressful part of wedding planning. During my initial consult I was super happy. They were agreeable and seemed like they would be very easy to work with. About six months into my contract I realized I was getting charged a monthly fee after already paying my 50% deposit. I emailed them about this thinking it was a mistake. It was not. In a very misleading line in my contract, it stated that I would need to pay a monthly fee if full payment wasn’t received. I was under the impression the fee would occur if full payment wasn’t received by the final due date, but come to find out $125 later, they expected it upfront. This was never mentioned in my initial consultation and I received cold “per your contract” responses to my emails about the confusion. At the end of the day, since it was snuck into my contract, I let it go and paid the extra money. A few months later I updated the number of guest tables needed for my wedding since we had our final count. Thinking this would be an easy adjustment (since guest table prices were clearly stated on my invoice) I was totally blindsided to see that the total cost had gone up significantly higher than I anticipated. After looking closely at my updated invoice I realized SBC, without any notification to me, tried to increase their service fee from 30% to 40%. Nowhere in my contract did it say service prices were subject to change. I emailed them to ask why that changed and received no response. A few days later I found their Facebook post saying they were increasing all wedding service fees to 40% and emailed them again to let them know they can’t do that on contracts that are already signed. Future clients sure, but not for contracts that were already signed. My wedding day arrived and they showed up with my flowers. They flowers looked very nice but without consulting with me, they changed my focus flower to something other than what I had ordered. Ranunculus were my original focus flower and I ended up with what I believe were chrysanthemum. If they needed to replace my originally ordered flowers, I wish they would’ve consulted with me first instead of letting it be a surprise and never mentioning it at all. Lastly, I paid $60 for a eucalyptus swag to go on top of my welcome sign. What I got was an extra guest table bundle (which were $20) stuck in the top of my easel. Again, wish I could’ve given a positive review because I’m sure they are great florists. But running a business takes much more than being great at your craft.

These lovey people made my wedding day absolutely perfect ! Seeing everything come together made me cry tears of joy! They took my vision and turned it into a reality.

My wedding day was absolutely gorgeous thanks to Seraphic Blooming Company! I didn't know much about flowers, but Shaylee took my vision and ran with it. I will never go to another florist again!

We would like to prevent any heartbreak for other couples getting married by warning them NOT to hire this company. They did not show up on our wedding day. No call, no email, no show! We had no arbor, no boutonnières, no corsages, no cake or table flowers and no bouquet for my maid of honor or myself. They claimed to be ill- well if you have a contract then you arrange someone else to at least deliver the order! Our wedding was six weeks ago and we STILL have no refund!! Incredibly disappointed in this situation. Beware.
