With Serendipity Events by Tina, we will create a custom Wedding Planning package to fit your needs, rather then trying to fit your needs into an existing package.
When you start working with us you will get an experienced, professional, Certified Wedding Planner. She will become a friend and your partner in crime as you plan your special day. We love unique and fun out of the box weddings. You are not a cookie, we are not going to give you a cookie cutter wedding!

Sara was my coordinator. I used Sara because she had previously worked with my MIL and SIL.
My issues with Sara started early on. Response to email communications would take a week to get a reply. I brushed it off because my wedding was still months away.
When it came time to meet on the timeline. I gave her dates that I was available and she did not respond until a week later. After the call I waited to get my timeline draft. A month out from the call I had not received my timeline. After several follow ups I got my timeline after 6 weeks. I had to follow up on my final revisions being made to the timeline because the deadline to get that to the venue was approaching and revisions hadn’t been made. Revisions did not get made until the day before the deadline. Meanwhile, while I was waiting for the timeline to be drafted and finalized, I had vendors frequently contacting me to get a timeline.
Next issue was getting the rehearsal scheduled. I had to reach out to get it scheduled. I had several people in the wedding party reaching out to me to find out when the rehearsal would be so they could make accommodations with work.
At this point I was at my wits end and I was not going to be the one to reach out about things that needed to be done. It was not my job to manage someone that I was paying good money for. I waited to see what would happen with the floorplan and if chaos ensued it would be Sara’s problem. And guess what, the floor plan didn’t get finalized until the day it was due. So while I was out with family, I was also trying to work with Sara to get the floor plan finalized. The final floor plan did not get finalized until about 7:00 p.m. Day of wedding, I find out the floor plan wasn’t drawn right so I have the venue asking me what I’m going to do about the tables and where the DJ should go. Sara should have been the one to address this but she was still not in the venue at 2:10. So while I should be working with my photographer, doing dress shots, and the rest of my photos, I’m trying to deal with this issue.
About five minutes before doors where to be open for guests to take seats at the ceremony, my MOH informs me that the individual reserved signs are not placed correctly. The seating arrangement in my timeline specifically has the bride and groom families swapped so our family would be able to see our faces and not the back of our heads. I gave Sara a list of who was to go where and she placed them on the normal bride and groom side. My bridesmaids had to go out and rush to swap them.
I had requested food be brought to the Groom and I during photo time after the ceremony. She did not do this, my MOH had to flag her down to have that done.
I hired a vintage vehicle for my wedding the vehicle was to show up at 7:30 and the Groom and I would take photos. After photos were done, an announcement was to be made to the guest that they could take photos with the vehicle as well. That didn’t happen. I had to have a bridesmaid search for Sara so she could let the DJ know to make the announcement. My bridesmaid informed me that Sara had forgotten about this. The vehicle company also never received my coordinator’s information which came to my attention the night before the wedding when I received an email from the vehicle company. Even though I had provided her with the vehicle’s information three times.
These were not the only issues we had.
Serendipity did an amazing job at our wedding!! We went with the full planning option, and it was 100% worth it!! Cortney was our planner, and she was a perfect fit for us. She created our absolute perfect dream wedding and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We had monthly meetings, she gave us a budget and a monthly checklist, and we had access to their preferred vendors list. She came to the venue with us ahead of time to plan everything out, made floor plans, and made a super detailed day-of schedule. The preferred vendors were AWESOME, and each offered discounts for us being with Serendipity. I think the vendor discounts made up for the cost of the full planning. At the wedding, Cortney came with two other staff members, Sofia and Theresa; they made sure I had food, drinks, water, etc in my hand the whole night. Sofia helped me use the bathroom in my dress, had a stain stick for my dress after it got muddy, helped figure out the bustle, put food in the getaway car, and more. Truly above and beyond. I know they put out a bunch a little fires that I didn’t even know about. They kept me so calm the whole night, I didn’t feel like I had to stress about anything. People kept telling me I was “the calmest bride”, and it was 100% thanks to these guys. I had lots of guests notice how great each of the planners were. My dad said “I thought wedding planning was a scam until I saw the planners at your wedding, they deserved every penny they got”. Seriously, they were amazing!!
We could not have done this wedding without Tina at Serendipity Events. The whole planning process was exactly what we needed and it helped us not worry about a lot of things. Tina was amazing and so professional. Very organized and always thought of the little things. Chance and I really , really appreciate her and her assistant in getting us through the wedding day. We hired Serendipity Events by Tina as a Day-of Wedding Planner. All of our guests were traveling to our wedding, and we desired the ability to be fully present the day of our event and not distracted or burdened by logistics. We also felt there were things we had probably not thought about it, in the planning process, and that Tina’s expertise would be valuable. And it truly was! She sent us a checklist / action list of all we needed to do for our big day. She answered many questions, offered vendor assistance as needed, and we feel went above-and-beyond, before our wedding. The day of, she and her team worked to make our dream day a reality. We couldn’t have done it without them! I did not have to worry about a thing the day of my wedding, and Tina’s help truly made it special. She is professional, kind, calm, wise, knowledgeable, and fun! Fully worth the investment. We can’t recommend this vendor enough!
Cortney was fantastic on our whole wedding planning process! She created an amazing timeline, coordinated all vendors, and fixed any problems including sewing people into their dresses the day of!
Tina was absolutely amazing!! She answered all of my questions throughout the process and if it was something new she made sure to help me find the answer. She took over communication with vendors and made sure to re confirm the details with all of them. Her attention to detail on the day was perfection. There was an issue with a vendor getting the delivery address wrong and she fixed it so quickly I didn’t even know about it until someone told me the next day! If there were any issues I had no idea because she solved them immediately. Cannot say thank you enough for making my big day perfect!
Tina was really such a great help through our entire wedding experience. We got the package that was equivalent of the "month of" planner which was the perfect balance for us. She was able to give us some great recommendations and talk us through considerations we would never have thought of ourselves. Having her there on the day of was such a relief to know someone was handling all the details so we could relax and enjoy the moment. Highly recommend!
Tina helped my brother coordinate a big Vietnamese-Jewish wedding, which, as it sounds, very complicated and many hard adults to please. Tina not only did an excellent job planning the wedding, but also have incredible patience when dealing with the family members of the wedding party. She was the first to arrive and always the last to leave. Highly recommended!
Our wedding would not have been the same without Rebecca D'Strana from Serendipity Events by Tina. There was so much during the month of and on the day of the wedding that needed someone to lead the ship. She and her team did an incredible job organizing vendors, beautifying the venue, directing our wedding party, and cleaning up afterward. If you want your wedding day to be stress-free and to focus on the love you have for one another, you need their services.
I attended a wedding at the historic Hall of State in Dallas on Saturday evening. The wedding planner was Serendipity Events by Tina. Customarily, I do not post online reviews unless the service/product/event was absolutely superlative or completely horrendous. I can state without hesitation or exaggeration this wedding was the nicest of any I have ever attended. As I am a senior, I have been to many.
This was a more complex wedding to put together, as it was conducted in two languages and heavily incorporated the wedding customs and practices of two cultures - Jewish and Vietnamese. Everything came off without a hitch. Tina could not have done a better job and assembled an equally impressive cast of supporting players and contractors (caterers, bar operation, the photo people, etc.). Everybody at my table was commenting on what a wonderful job was being done by all of the service providers Tina assembled a great crew. It made for a wonderful evening for all in attendance.
Tina is incredible! She was so helpful, thoughtful, and respectful throughout our entire wedding planning process. Whenever we had questions or new ideas, she was extremely prompt to respond and offer ideas about how we could make our vision a reality. In addition to being organized and responsive, Tina is fun, creative, and eager to incorporate unique elements to any event. We love how enthusiastic she was to help us plan our interfaith, science themed wedding! We HIGHLY recommend Serendipity Events by Tina to anyone and everyone planning an event!!
My nephew used Serendipity for his wedding this past weekend and all I can say is WOW! Every little detail was amazing and seamlessly pulled off. It looked almost effortless from a spectators point of view. Run, dont walk to hire Tina and her staff for your next event!
Tina did an amazing job! We hired her as a day of planner, but she did so much more! She recommended vendors, collected the contracts, contacted them near the wedding date to make sure all were on point. She checked in throughout the year of planning to see if we needed anything. She reworked our timetable numerous times due to last minute changes. On the day of the wedding, as the mother of the bride, I was able to relax and enjoy the day once Tina and Sophia arrived. The reception went so smoothly. EVERYONE who came gave me the feedback that it was the best wedding they ever attended! Tina graciously handled my one unknown gluten allergy guest, and even dropped all the extra alcohol, which we forgot, off at my hotel as she left the venue. I highly recommend her if you want a stress free event!
Tina has got to be the greatest wedding planner of all time! I had a very specific and over the top wedding that I wanted and she brought it! My wedding was everything I ever imagined and more! Tina was extremely pleasant to work with and very organized and spent a lot of time helping me. She’s the best!
JUST WOW! I can't say enough good about Tina. She is the best wedding coordinator ever. She is so easy to work with!! Her organization kept my daughter's wedding seamless. From marking spots to where the bridal party was to stand, to helping us with hotel room blocks, to helping decorate the venue, to having a day of checklist for items not to forget.... I could go on forever. We would hire her all over again! Thank You Tina and Sophia for all you did to make Mikayla and Joshua's day so special.
My fiancé and I started planning our wedding with Serendipity Events by Tina in late Fall of 2022. Our wedding was in mid-May 2023. We worked with two of the planners there, Tina and Rebecca. We had two because both were in and out of town during our preparations. The initial back and forth wasn't great, so I suggest you make sure whoever you get is going to be around as "your person" the entire time. We were warned, and we agreed it would be OK. It's just something to check.
In the end, the wedding was a complete success though! All of the vendors showed up, everyone looked nice, and the vendors they suggested were wonderful. This is the reason for the five stars because the end result was awesome. Rebecca really does shine on the big day, and so did her assistants.
They also kept us on track with to-do lists for each month, which I found extremely helpful. We also had multiple Zoom meetings, which for the most part went well, although on a few of them I knew no one had read the emails I had sent prior. I can be long winded, as you can see here, so perhaps that's on me.
It's important to call out this though; at our first meeting, before we paid the deposit and such, we made sure to say that we were extremely busy people, and that we needed someone to do "just about everything". We were assured they would indeed take care of "everything" since we were purchasing the full package.
I want future brides and grooms to know that this isn't possible. No event planner can take care of everything. This was a big shock to me, because, as I write below, there are things they just can't do for you.
I know I spent at least 250 hours on this wedding myself. You might too, even with a planner. Yes, you'll have to find your wedding dress, pick your colors, choose the flowers, pick a band or DJ, choose an officiant, and so on, but you also have to meet with all of these people! You have to choose a videographer, a photographer, select a limousine company, choose your getaway car, book a hotel for guests, choose a caterer and go to a tasting, choose a baker and go for a tasting, choose music for the wedding processional, which in our case was a string quartet, and so on. You have to pick out and design your own invitations. I had to go to David's Bridal four times (I will not recommend you use them BTW), just to get my dress right. There are also brides maids dresses to get and have altered, tuxes for the guys which involves more than you would think, especially if you have people in your wedding that do not live nearby.
So here's the takeaway- Serendipity Events by Tina was a good choice. They rocked in on the wedding day. But by no means were we prepared for all of the hours we would have to spend on our own to get things to the final day. So, when they or any other wedding planner says "Don't worry we will take care of everything!", it's not true.
Again though, in the end, I do not know how we could have possibly managed our wedding day on our own. There's no way I would have even known to do some of the things we had to do, like pick a "napkin fold type" or decide what we'd have in our toast glasses and when and how to toast. We also had to spend a lot of time on the day's schedule. I think I spend 20 hours on that alone.
I could really go on and on. It's important to know though, they can't do everything. You will do way more then they will. I was shocked by this, and I do not want you to be, future brides and grooms!
Tina coordinated my sister's wedding, and she did such a great job, we hired her for mine, too! She was able to book the hotels, and her suggested vendors were great. The day went so smoothly, and it was all thanks to Tina and her team. She had our schedule, and kept everything moving without a hitch.
We love Tina and her whole team! They are so organized, efficient, helpful, creative, and want to make everything perfect for your weekend. I can't thank them enough for always being the calm, steady hand through the chaos that can be wedding planning. Tina is so sweet and fun and it's like working with your best friend. Tina and her team made my wedding day stress free. She made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and helped not only us but our families on the wedding day. They exceeded our expectations. The Photo Booth was a fun touch added to our wedding that everyone enjoyed and we are so excited to see all of the pictures. Thank you so much Tina!!
Tina is a true gift. We truly could not have done it without her and I’ll forever be thankful! We paid for one of the smaller packages and I still feel she went above and beyond for us and our 12.2.22 wedding. It may be small (and maybe silly of me), but coming back to our table every now and then after I’d exhaust myself on the dance floor and seeing my drink always refilled, I felt truly cared for and it warmed my heart. Knowing I could just enjoy our day and Tina making sure everything was taken care of- the relief, peace, and joy I felt! Especially after all the hard work and time put into planning with all of life’s other challenges. As we all know, wedding planning is WORK, so I am EXTRA appreciative of how Tina guided us with our to-do’s, answered any questions we had, made amazing suggestions, gave extremely helpful tips, and checked in on how we were and our progress. I hope she gets all the recognition she deserves because she is astounding and beyond amazing at her job. I absolutely recommend Tina and know you won’t regret it!
Working with Tina was fantastic! She is kind, professional, responsive, very flexible, and made sure our wedding day was perfect! We found our florist through Tina as well, and were able to receive a discount through our connection with Tina, which saved us a good amount of money.
Even though we hired Tina for day-of coordination, she regularly kept in touch with us throughout the planning process to make sure we had everything we needed. When our DJ backed out a week before the wedding, Tina came to the rescue with options and facilitated us finding a new DJ in less than 2 days (who turned out to be AMAZING). On the night of the reception, she made sure everything was beautiful, coordinated all of our vendors without issue, and even handed me glasses of water throughout the evening when I was having an ~extra~ good time. As someone who likes to typically handle everything myself, I was able to enjoy my night without even thinking about logistics because Tina was there to organize everything!! All I know is I had the best night of my life, and all of a sudden everything was clean and things were put away into the appropriate cars without me even knowing! Had an absolutely worry-free, fun day/night. Could not recommend her more.
My mom booked our venue thinking she could do the entire wedding herself and quickly realized we needed a guide to get us through planning. She hired Tina and everything was smooth sailing from that point on. Tina answered any questions either of us had with in-depth responses and great communication skills. She replied quickly too! If there was something she didn’t know she would quickly check her resources and get back with us. Day of the wedding she was in tune to our needs and attentive to schedule. She wasn’t rushing us, but she would remind us of the time and let us know how long we had for pictures, etc. The day was so perfect and we couldn’t have made it that way without her. Another thing I will add is that she is all about the BRIDE and the BRIDE’S wishes which is SO important and rare. We loved working with Tina and would highly recommend her for any occasion!
Was great working with Rebecca and the Serendipity team! The day was excellent and well run, and we were always running on time (or even early). Really appreciated the work the team put in throughout the planning process and wonderful to have running the reception.
Terrible experience. Worst experience and expense made . I could have done all my planning it without her (which I did) and just hire someone for the wedding day.

Tina was amazing throughout my wedding planning experience! She sent amazing vendor recommendations, created detailed budgets and to do lists. By the time it was my wedding week, I wasn’t worried about anything because I knew everything was done. My wedding went very smoothly and all the vendors were excellent. Tina is top notch and I would recommend her to anyone that wants a stress free wedding!
I am sharing my experience as a Mother of the Bride. We started working with Tina a year before my daughter's wedding date. She provided great vendor recommendations and was super responsive to all of our questions along the way. Tina provided a detailed wedding day timeline and coordinated with all of the vendors in the last weeks approaching the big day. I am a very detail oriented person, but I did not think twice about any wedding day details once the day started. The wedding day was flawless and we received many many compliments on both the ceremony and reception. After the reception, my husband and I just drove our car around and Tina and her team loaded up the personal items into our vehicle and we drove away. It was stress free! Thank you to Tina and her team for making the day just PERFECT!
Could not recommend her enough! Honestly- she recommended vendors during the planning process (most of whom she’d worked with several times before) so that really helped narrow things down rather than looking through hundreds of reviews. She helped me with my color scheme and overall design for the tables and decor- I didn’t buy anything. I rented everything from her and my florist to complete the look for our venue!
But honestly day-of is where they truly shined. Completely exceeded my expectations and made the cost 10000% worth it. I didn’t think about a thing other than enjoying my day. She had another coordinator with her and we got the package that included the photo booth. They had our guests sign the guestbook, take photos at the photobooth and the rented Polaroid cameras we had. Packed up some of our cake, champagne, and other desserts for our getaway car. They packed up EVERYTHING for my parents to take home, all they had to do was load it. Seriously please check her out if you want your wedding planning to go smoothly from beginning to end!!
I could honestly go on and on about how helpful, supportive, and overall amazing Tina and her staff were- preparing me for the unexpected, providing to-do lists and helping me stay on track with my budget, payments, and everything that needed to be done!

Tina and her team were absolutely amazing! She is the reason we were able to have our dream wedding. She was so easy to communicate with, offered amazing suggestions, did damage control and was able to keep up with vendors that I was feeling frustrated by. For the wedding day she was on top of everything. Not one thing was out of place. My guests literally told me it was the best wedding they had been to. I would encourage anyone to getting a wedding planner or day of coordinator, but I would encourage everyone to use Tina! She took care of everything I needed! She was so helpful with any questions I had and even took care of things so I wouldn't have to worry about them. My family and I were able to just enjoy the wedding day and were completely stress free!
There aren’t enough words to describe how much my husband and I appreciate Tina and her team. She was amazing to work with through COVID and is the main reason I’m still sane after canceling and rescheduling our wedding. She kept us on track when I was too stressed to plan anything, and her vendor recommendations were absolutely spot on. She thought of all the little things that weren’t even on our radar and helped me follow through with all of my hair brained ideas. Wedding day coordination was *exceptional*, and I literally didn’t have a single thing to worry about. Tina was the perfect accompaniment to our perfect day, and I can’t recommend her enough.
Tina was the most clutch wedding planner of all time. I wedding at the potential for absolute chaos given our Halloween theme and somehow Tina and her team kept it together so seamlessly. We literally had no snags thanks to them and I give them with the highest recommendation I can for their planning and organization. Additionally, they totally participated 100% with the mandatory costume portion of our Hallowedding, so they get extra points as far as we are concerned.
I really don't think I can say enough good things about Tina and her team. Hiring her was the best money we spent on our wedding and she helped make sure the day was perfect. She was kind and caring and helped me, a person who is not always a great planner, immensely. If you are thinking of hiring Tina and her team, you will not regret it. My mom has not stopped raving about Tina since the wedding and that is a HUGE endorsement.
Just proposed to my girlfriend 2 weeks ago. Rebecca did an amazing job! Serendipity events went above and beyond to make sure that the proposal could be as amazing as possible! Rebecca had great communication, was flexible and open to any and all my ideas and knew exactly how to go about getting the job done.
We got married on 10-09 and Rebecca was AMAZING. The entire staff at Serendipity Events is very accommodating and helped our big day run so smoothly. I was originally assigned a different planner and due to certain circumstances, Rebecca took us on as clients ~9 months before our wedding. I cannot say enough fabulous words about how awesome she is. The packages that are offered, as well as the decor items available for rent, helped to make planning our special day so easy.
I do not even know where to begin with Tina. We’d been planning our wedding for two years with Tina when COVID came along two weeks before our original date (March 2020). I was absolutely distraught and panicking, but Tina helped us navigate rescheduling for August 2020 (then rescheduling again for May 2021). She suggested new wedding dates, coordinated with all vendors, and flawlessly transitioned the wedding we had planned across three different dates. As May 28 2021 finally approached, Tina left no stone unturned in terms of solidifying day of details and confirming vendors, leaving me stress free and able to relax. When she showed up to the venue on the wedding day, I instantly knew we were in great hands and I could officially sit back and enjoy the day. Tina coordinated with my bridal party, family, and vendors to ensure everyone knew exactly what to do and when. There were a few details with other vendors that I wasn’t 100% thrilled with the day of and Tina worked quickly behind the scenes to resolve whatever was going on; as soon as Tina found out, she was on it and I knew it would be taken care of and I could relax. During pre-ceremony pictures, I stepped on my toe with my heels and cracked my toenail open, but Tina came to the rescue with her day of emergency kit and what would have been a crisis to me had Tina not been there was a complete non event - everything got cleaned up and we were even back (and ahead) on schedule within 15 minutes. Throughout the evening, Tina and her team kept us on track and in the loop about what was going to happen and when. Our ceremony and reception were an absolute dream, which would not have happened without Tina. Everyone had so much fun and could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue and floral/decorations were, how great the food was, the incredible music, and of course how flawless the evening was - none of which would be possible without Tina. There are no words to describe how thankful we are for Tina - we would recommend Tina to anyone and everyone who will listen. Thank you for everything Tina, you truly made May 28th, 2021 the best day ever :)
Tina was wonderful! I don't know what I would've done without her. She was so helpful, kind, creative, and patient. It was sooooooooooo helpful to have an expert to bounce ideas off of, help narrow down vendor options (particularly as I'm not from this area), and cheer me on throughout planning! I chose to do partial wedding planning, which was perfect for me. Tina and her team also made everything run insanely smoothly on the big day, and quietly took care of and emergencies that came up. She also helped us book our dream honeymoon on a budget. Cannot recommend her enough!
Let me start by saying having Tina as our coordinator was the best wedding decision we made!! She absolutely exceeded our expectations both leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day.
Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Tina was incredibly helpful and was quick to answer the many questions we had. Aside from the regular wedding planning stress, we were also hit with the uncertainty of COVID which really had us panicking. Tina helped us come up with alternatives and solutions to have the safest wedding as possible for our guests and vendors. She is also incredibly thorough and will make sure no details are forgotten about before the big day. There are so many things we would have overlooked if we hadn't had Tina's guidance.
On the day of the wedding I was not stressed at all because I knew we were in good hands. When things came up that were out of our control, Tina let me know as soon as possible and helped me come up with solutions that resolved the issue immediately. She did an amazing job coordinating with our other vendors to make sure everything ran as smooth as possible. Because of her, we were able to relax and just have fun- it was truly the BEST NIGHT EVER! You will not regret your decision to hire her. We had a low cost contract with Serendipity Events by Tina. Most of our communications were via text and her responsiveness was always within reason. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! As the MOB I appreciated that she was able to continually reassure the bride throughout the COVID-19 ups and downs. On the day of, she had to handle a couple of difficult issues with other vendors and was able to find a quick solution that was acceptable for the bride. She also provided us candid photos that she had taken throughout the wedding day -- something that I didn't expect. Additionally, she advised us on how to handle a difficult vendor during the days that followed the event -- we very much appreciated that. My only regret was that I wished we would have put more of our budget into her services so that she could have handled so much more! Thank you Tina for making our daughter's big day the success that it was!
I had many friends who got married before me that recommended that I work with a month of coordinator - and I'm so glad I did! Tina was recommended to me by my boss no less (his daughter got married about 6 months before I did) and she was incredible to work with. She helped keep me and my groom on task throughout the planning process and had great vendor recommendations. My wedding took place right as many gathering restrictions for COVID-19 were starting to come down and the week before my wedding my guest count dropped about 1/3 as many of our guests were supposed to fly in. Tina did a great job helping us alter some of our plans to make our wedding just as special and also ensured that all of our vendors and guests felt comfortable with proper hand sanitation and social distancing! I can't recommend Tina enough! She really helped ease a lot of stress in the wedding planning process!
I'm so glad I went with Kait with Serendipity Events as my wedding planner because she was phenomenal! She kept me on time in the months leading up to the wedding with the tasks I needed to get done. The day of the ceremony she was on top of everything making sure people arrived on time and that the wedding would go off without a hitch. If you’re like me, and you’re a bit of a control freak, the thing you struggle most to find is a great wedding planner. Well, I’m here to tell you Tina was such a rock star for us! I had a very clear vision of what I wanted for the day, so I only needed her day of service (which is honestly more like a few months of service). She was patient with my nervousness and sent me plenty of charts and spreadsheets to get started (which I love!)
I wanted to be able to relax the day of, and let someone else worry about the vendors and coordinating things, and thanks to Tina and her team, I was able to do so. She handled coordinating the bridal party, my overly drunken grandfather, and an irritatingly late vendor, so that I wouldn’t have to worry about those things on my most important day.
I 110% recommend Tina, even for the bride most hesitant to give up control. My husband originally questioned why we even needed a planner, but afterwards he agreed that Tina was the best decision we made about the wedding! It was completely worth it to stay in the moment for my wedding, and I was in good hands.
Tina and Sara made my wedding day stress free! It was nice to know there was someone taking care of all of the details so that I could relax and enjoy my day. They set up everything how we discussed and took care of all of the clean up after the wedding. They put me in touch with vendors who fit my style and our budget. It was so nice to just enjoy our wedding and not have to worry about a thing! Great experience.
Anyone debating on a wedding planner? What about a day-of coordinator? Let me tell you it was worth it. Tina was an essential part of our day. She made sure that everything went smoothly, we stayed on time (almost) and made sure the vendors had everything they needed and executed to the plan beautifully. I did all the planning myself but Tina met with me several times to check in and make sure I didn’t miss anything. We did have a couple of surprise remedies that needed to be taken care of on the actual day and Tina worked with my family and bridal party to take care of them without a hitch. She also offers rentals for things like décor and signs for very reasonable prices and has great connections with vendors if you’re needing more input during the planning process.
Tina was and is amazing. From our first meeting she brought up questions that I had no idea would be important. She saved me from insanity with organizing the vendors, reviewing the timelines and agreements, coordinating everything from the flowers to the quartet to the security and DJ. She went beyond my expectations. I said, “just make it pretty” and she did exactly that. Her and her team worked with the caterer, florist and venue to make sure my vision of a perfect wedding was executed down to organizing the tables, linens, flowers, signs, cocktail hour, moving the quartet from one section to another without any hiccups, and ensuring the reception went as smooth as possible. She was very attentive to all of our needs, and even has rental items way cheaper than other venues. When I couldn’t find a gold cake stand that fit my cake, she had one I could rent along with the last minute add on for a 20 ft long curtain needed for the ceremony entrance. She just made it easy & truly the best day of my life. I can’t thank her and her team enough.
Tina and her team at Serendipity Events could not have been a better experience from beginning to end. Everything you need to get accomplished will be planned and scheduled month by month with a complete checklist. Tina went above and beyond at every turn to ensure that my wife was taken care of completely and all of her last minute concerns. The final week when things were most stressful, she put our minds at ease and was on top of every last detail. During the wedding she made it her mission in life to ensure we had a great time and that if anything wasn't going according to plan, it was quickly remedied within a matter of seconds. We couldn't have asked for more and are so appreciative of all of the hard work that everyone at Serendipity Events showed us to make our wedding day a time that we will never forget.
My wife and I first heard about Tina's company when she planned my friend's wedding. From that experience, we knew Tina and co. would be a great fit for us as well.
We worked with Rachelle assisted by Rebecca and I truly can't say enough positive things about these women. We utilized month-of coordination, but I never felt like a burden when I texted random questions before the month of our wedding. Rachelle put out so many fires and reassured my wife and I so many times during the planning process.
Furthermore, having an LGBT affirming coordinator was essential to us. As people who exist outside of a heteronormative relationship, we wanted someone on board with an understanding that some traditions aren't applicable to an LGBT wedding. Rachelle was great at offering alternatives and brainstorming with us.
I truly can't compliment this company enough. Everyone is professional, warm, creative, organized, and simply wonderful to work with. I'm happy to say my wife and I have stayed friends with the people involved in our wedding and we're so glad they've come into our lives.

Tina is an angel who kept me sane during my 9 month engagement. She kept me on track and eased all my anxieties whenever I started freaking out. She has so many connections and all her recommendations for bar catering, DJ, and florist were perfect and our wedding was a dream. She was helpful from beginning to end and I'm so glad we had her. If you are planning a special event contracting Serendipity Events by Tina is a must. We hired the team to assist with our wedding and were so happy with how well experienced and organized they were. Emails were promptly returned and because of their experience we were able to plan our special day and evening without unnecessary stress. They were knowledgeable on how our church ran the wedding ceremony. They kept track of our other vendors and made sure that everyone was where they were supposed to be for our reception party. For example one of our vendors tried to pull a fast one on us by changing their performance time at the last minute. Tina was on the ball and was able to pull the contract details to straighten them out. Without Tina and her team we definitely would not have been able to enjoy our event as much as we did. Tina was an absolute gem with planning our wedding. We live in TX and the wedding was in FL so my mother had to do a lot of the meetings and details and Tina was amazing at planning long distance when she was not in FL. There were a number of aspects that I did not have a clue about who to hire or what to pick and she made suggestions that turned out to be the best decisions for the big day. We even had a huge obstacle one week before the wedding with our venue being shutdown unexpectedly and she jumped into action with my mom to find another location within in 24hrs of finding out that terrible news. Without her and my mom, I would not have had this special day to look back on.
Tina and her team made my wedding PERFECT! We had a power outage at the venue and they still managed to make everything amazing. We didn’t worry about a thing, all we had to do was show up, get dressed, and walk down the aisle. I HIGHLY recommend her team for any bride !
To say that Tina was amazing would be an understatement. Our wedding day went as smoothly as it possibly could have thanks to her. She helped to make the whole planning process, as well as the big day itself, stress free. I didn’t have to lift a finger on our wedding day! I found Tina by chance and could not have been happier! Tina and Rachelle are the best! I was worried when I moved from Dallas to Orlando before the wedding, but Tina met with me in both Texas and Florida! Tina with Serpendipity Events was literally the best decision I made for my wedding!!!! I am not a high maintenance person and am not the type to get a wedding planner! My cousin convinced me to look into it, her selling points included; who will organize who walks down the aisle when, who will clean everything up, and how much do you want the family to work vs enjoy memories with you? We hired Tina for the day of coordinator but we got much more than just one day, she was literally a life saver while planning, and into the last week loaning me chalkboards and easels, and especially the day of! Along the planning process she texted me a million times helping me get the things I needed for Center pieces, etc. she coordinated with all of my vendors to make sure everything was lined up. She helped me save money by loaning me signs, easels, some centerpiece items, etc. She even reminded me the day after the event to call my venue for a mini refund that I never would have remembered! She was amazing the day if, I had nothing to worry about, she took care of everything perfectly. My fiancé labeled her as a problem solver and she did just that which is very comforting.leading up to the wedding I was actually not stressed or concerned because I knew she would make everything amazing no matter what came up that day. She is the best money I spent on this wedding by far!!! Cut out chair covers or get a few less flowers to save the funds to fit a coordinator into your wedding! She loves what she does and it shows!
