Working with Autumn was an absolute pleasure! As the wedding planner for the event, she was incredibly organized, communicative, and on top of every detail, making the day run smoothly from start to finish. Her professionalism and warm personality created a stress-free and joyful atmosphere for everyone involved. Autumn has a true gift for bringing a couple's vision to life, and it was inspiring to see her dedication and creativity in action. Autumn did such an amazing job as our Day of coordinator! She helped make sure everything flowed smoothly and minimized wedding stress the day of. One hiccup we had during wedding planning was that our wedding venue booked a morning wedding on the same day as our evening wedding. We were only allowed to enter the building at 3 pm and our ceremony began at 4:30 pm! Having only 1 hour to decorate the whole building including the ceremony and reception - Autumn and her team did it all! Serenity Events did an amazing job making sure everything turned out how we envisioned it to. There is no other team we would have wanted!! :)

Autumn effectively coordinated three different venues. In addition, she communicated well and took care of any issues without us knowing. We would recommend her.

We can not recommend Serenity Events enough! Autumn was AMAZING. Out of all the vendors we hired for our wedding, Autumn was by far the most helpful and most important. She took care of the coordination for all of our vendors and the timeline for the day of. Without her, the day would have been chaos. She also went out of her way to bring us some food to snack on while we had some alone time after the ceremony/before the reception and she seemed SO genuinely happy to be part of our special day. I promise you won't find anyone better!

We could not have been happier with Autumn! She was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Everything on our wedding day ran smoothly and Autumn was a calm and peaceful presence. She was also helpful with the planning and last-minute details, had a quick response time to all emails and questions, and was great at keeping us organized. Highly recommend and while we won’t have another wedding (lol) we would definitely use her again for any other events and recommend her to any friends we know getting married.

Autumn was absolutely fantastic as our wedding coordinator! From the beginning, she was clear and detailed about her packages, helping us choose the perfect one for our needs. On the wedding day, Autumn and her team were incredibly attentive, constantly checking in to make sure I had everything I needed and managing all the details so we didn’t have to worry. Her presence allowed my husband, our families, and me to fully enjoy the day without any stress. With so much going on, having a dedicated coordinator like Autumn was invaluable. Hi! My husband and I got married in April of this year, (Sorry this review is late, our happily ever after has kept us quite busy!) We would highly, happily recommend Autumn and Serenity Events for your wedding planning needs. Autumn and her team made sure our wedding went off without a hitch. Even with a last minute change to an indoor venue due to weather and a late start everything ran so smoothly no one knew it wasn’t exactly as planned. Autumn was so great about communicating everything and even took our preferences into account. My husband was so happy and surprised to find his favorite drink waiting for him at our sweetheart table! Autumn kept in constant contact with us on our day and saved the day when my husband’s tuxedo jacket lost a button! The attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. Thank you again Autumn for making our day so special!

Honestly I am still in awe and shock at how beautiful our wedding was and how well everything went day of! We didn’t want a day of coordinator originally and even thought it wouldn’t be worth the money but our venue required we find someone. We stumbled across Serenity events and Autumn and we were impressed immediately. The contact was on point and day of Autumn and her team made everything run so smoothly, they were willing to help in ANY way, even standing in as a DJ at times. We had the time of our lives and would recommend this team to anyone looking and especially anyone apprehensive about what a day of coordinator is or what a wedding planner can do. Autumn and her staff are amazing and a breeze to work with! As a venue manager, we love when a wedding planner is not only efficient, but also very communicative as it makes the event so much more successful! Beware of Serenity Events and Autumn Turner - A Nightmare Wedding Planning Experience Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ As a top reviewer in the state of Florida, I feel compelled to share my utterly disappointing experience with Serenity Events and its owner, Autumn Turner. My fiancée and I engaged Serenity Events for our wedding planning needs, hoping to alleviate some of the stress associated with organizing our special day. Unfortunately, what ensued can only be described as a nightmare. Autumn Turner, the proprietor of Serenity Events, made lofty promises during our initial consultations, assuring us of her expertise and dedication to making our wedding unforgettable. However, it quickly became apparent that these were nothing more than empty words. From the start, communication was abysmal. Important details were overlooked, and promises were broken with alarming frequency. Despite being paid for a 12-month contract, Autumn abruptly quit, leaving us with barely a month to salvage our plans on our own. Her refusal to take responsibility for her failures and her attempts to pit my fiancée and me against each other were reprehensible. Additionally, her lack of support for our maid of honor's efforts added insult to injury. To make matters worse, when my fiancée refused to remove honest reviews in exchange for a paltry sum, Autumn resorted to threatening claims of harassment and police action, alleging that my fiancée was now unsafe both online and off. I cannot in good conscience recommend Serenity Events or Autumn Turner to anyone seeking wedding planning services. The level of unprofessionalism, deceit, and disregard for clients' well-being is simply unacceptable. I booked Autumn Turner (this is her company) via thumbtack. My first question as a new transplant to Florida for her was “can you help me if I’ve three months to do this?”’ She spent a great deal of time on the phone convincing me that yes, she could. My focus was a need to have support communicating with guests and family who were still in NYC. Her NY area code phone number gave the impression that she would be sympathic to such a process. I was, I’m sorry to say, given the hard sell and promised that this was going to be the right person to help make our vision a reality. What was the actual reality? She lacks the experience to know how to set reasonable expectations, communicate or deliver what she claims should could. Perhaps after a few more years of experience she won’t be this reckless. If you’re wedding is anything less than 12 months and if you are looking for someone to provide expertise beyond a mechanical conveyer belt of vendors - look elsewhere. After this hard sell and less than 4 weeks and ignoring or strategically manipulating my early concerns about her lack of communication she chose to quit planning when things got rough; refusing to be flexible in her communication methodology when my father had surgery and I had a procedure. I as promised that she could help make a wedding happen in 3 months. She quit one month out and refused to refund any of the deposit. She has since even sent an email 5 days ago claiming she would like to remedy this and would contact within a few days - she has not. She has no regard for how much stress she has added to our situation but uses phrases like “love story” to obfuscate her lack of sincerity. She treats her clients like cast members in a reality TV show. Perhaps that is what some wish for their wedding experience. If you’re not someone who wants to be treated so generically - this isn’t the person for you. I can’t in good faith not warn others. It’s been a truly and stunningly terrible experience and as an older couple who never been married there was no way I could know. She had even gone so far as to be dishonest to one of us which was shocking. This “vibe board” I’ve attached doesn’t reflect us at all and a list of vendors - which also had nothing to do with what we had discussed initially is what my 1900+ paid for. Even the venue she booked had the curtesy to refund the deposit. Nothing serene about this experience other than realizing our marriage is free from this mechanized and inauthentic industry and its dehumanizing vibe. I can’t upload the image of the board here but my jaw dropped. One star for connecting us to the officiant - which as a new commer from manhattan to the area is deeply appreciated. She is in Orlando. If planning in the tampa Bay Area I see no advantage whatsoever to signing a contract with this planner. She should at very least not offer her services here during a short timeline. So disappointing. I sincerely don’t know how to use this review to express how much I caution future couples but also hope this planner never does this to anyone else. This “vibe” board reflects just how little her marketing of serenity is sincere or authentic. Her serenity is what she delivered at the trivialized expense of ours. Be cautious before booking. Just before publishing this I received an email from her which is attached. It says it all.

If you're on the market for a day of coordinator, look no further! Serenity Events (Autumn) is your go to. My husband and I booked Autumn about 4 months before our wedding and it was hands down the best decision we made. I had no idea how important it was to have a coordinator but I'm so glad we hired her, we would've been lost without her. She made sure everything ran smoothly and that everything was setup how we envisioned. Her and her team did such an amazing job with everything. They made sure if there were any hiccups throughout the day, we didn't know about them. They made our day absolutely perfect and I can't thank them enough for that.

I am so thankful for Serenity Events for helping to plan my dream wedding Oct 2023. My husband and I worked with Autumn for over a year planning this event and it was perfect! She is a superstar! She is very organized, professional, has a vast working knowledge of the wedding industry, great connections with local vendors and was able to solve any problems that arose. We had a ton of last-minute questions and changes, and she was patient, flexible and reassured us the entire way. Serenity events made planning my wedding day super easy. I had monthly check ins with Autumn, who made sure I was on track with everything and assisted me with any additional things I needed to plan (rentals companies, getaway car, and a baker). Autumn is truly so knowledgeable about the wedding planning process. She attended the ceremony rehearsal and ensured everyone was comfortable with their roles as well as made sure every detail of my wedding day was perfect. Autumn helped set up my venue while I was getting ready, she contacted all of the vendors and sent a copy of the schedule to them and made sure the bride didn’t have to contact each vendor for small issues. Autumn took care of EVERYTHING! She even helped walk my 2 year old daughter, our flower girl, down the aisle a little bit and danced with her while we ate on the wedding night! She greeted us after the wedding ceremony with our favorite drink in hand! Autumn and her assistant were worth every penny!! You both are miracle workers. I can’t thank you both enough. I will be recommending serenity events to every newly engaged couple!!!

Serenity Events was exactly what I was looking for. We had such a great experience with Autumn. She was super patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. She accommodated all of our request. You all made my wedding beautiful and more than what I expected! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team!

When searching for a wedding coordinator, we were looking for professionalism, experience, and a company that would be able to add value to our special day. We decided to work with Autumn from Serenity Events which represents all of that. We greatly appreciate her honesty and clear communication from the start. When we received our contract, everything was professionally outlined and explained. She was available by email or text whenever we needed, with a timely response. We told her our plan and timeline and she filled gaps that we weren’t aware of. Our planning meetings went very smoothly, and she added value by helping us polish up our timelines and special plans for our special day. When it came time for our rehearsal, she was prompt and creative. However, on the day of our wedding, she was more than we expected. Her team’s special touches throughout the entire ceremony and reception were noticed, and appreciated by ourselves and guests. When things that happen at weddings happened, she guided us to get back on our timeline twice. We were able to pass our worries to her team, and they made it happen. They allowed us to enjoy our wedding and not worry about all the little things. We can definitely say that Autumn and her team brought Serenity to our wedding day and highly recommend them for your next event!

I recently worked with Serenity Events to help me plan a small wedding event and it turned out fantastic! Autumn was super helpful, checked in multiple times throughout the planning process and was so kind to be around.
