Used for our wedding outside of Salida. Betsy & team are very easy to work with and have a very large selection of items. Delivery and pickup was seamless. They made everything easy, one less thing to worry about on our day. Thank you team!
We loved our table settings (vintage plates, gold flatware, napkins, colorful goblets) that we ordered from Settings and they looked amazing with our velvet table runners, wooden farm tables, lanterns, candles, and wooden rounds as centerpieces. The staff were flexible and accommodating, however the couple weeks before our wedding it was a bit difficult to get in touch with the team to clarify pick up timing, but it all worked out amazingly in the end!

Settings event rental did a phenomenal job at our wedding. The quality of rentals exceeded expectations and we recommend anyone getting married in the area to use this company. The prices were very reasonable especially compared to other party rentals. They showed up on time for drop off and pickup and explained the process of pickup in a very easy way to understand. We had a slight hiccup with our dance floor since we couldn’t install it before the tent arrived from a different company- an issue we tried to coordinate with our planner, the tent company and Settings. In the end, everything came together and Settings came back later in the afternoon after the tent was setup to install the dance floor. Their website was a little out of date, and I accidentally changed some things I didn’t mean to at times but they are very responsive so it should be super easy to get everything you need from them. Overall they are affordable, convenient, concise and have great quality rentals. Can’t recommend them enough!
SO much to choose from to make my wedding and ceremony picture perfect. From dishes & flatware to funky and fun outdoor seating for photo ops, Settings Event Rental had it all. So easy to work with and very quick responses through both phone calls and emails. They deliver everything promptly so you have plenty of time setting up and easy clean up for them to then pick them up. Highly recommend for your event!
Betsy was great to work with! I had tons of last minute changes and she was so responsive and accommodating. Being able to rent additional items like an easel and center piece candles was very convenient as well!

We rented pretty much the entire inventory from Settings! We got tables, chairs, pool table, A/V equipment, and the trailer. They were super easy to work with, especially as we kept adding things on that we realized we forgot.
I used Settings for a wedding a few weeks ago and they are great. They were incredibly helpful and communicative prior to the event while we were booking all of the rentals. They were prompt, friendly, and quickly got everything set up as well as break down the next day. Settings has a great selection and everything came as advertised and in great condition. They made it easy to put all the linens in bags and dishes/glassware in crates after the wedding. I would definitely recommend them for any events in the area.
Betsy and Christopher were wonderful to work with and were responded well to my e-mails. They were able to scout the location for our wedding venue and had a good sense of what would work and what wouldn't. Settings rental equipment was beautiful and worked well for our outdoor wedding. I highly recommend this company.
Our June 2017 wedding in Salida, CO turned out amazing and we couldn't have done it without Settings Event Rental! Christopher was very professional throughout the entire process. He and his crew went above and beyond to set up two 20x40 tents in an area that is hard to get to. All of the tents, tables, chairs and accessories were high quality and great condition. They showed up right on schedule and made the entire process easy for us. The competitive prices worked right in line with our budget. I would highly recommend Settings for your events in Salida or Buena Vista, Colorado.
I don't have the proper words to say to recommend Betsy (the day-of coordinator for Settings Event Rental). She was the catch-all fixer for everything potentially catastrophic on my wedding day--and I knew NOTHING about it! She handled everything from LATE vendors (major accident on the hwy) to a rogue family member, to "where the heck do we put the boutionnieres?". She kept us on schedule without making it feel rushed, made sure the important parts of the day were acknowledged and streamlined the planning process at the perfect time. I've said this before, but it's worth saying again: when you go to choose your wedding vendors, you want to be confident that when the day comes and something goes awry, you can put the situation into their hands, and tell them that you trust them to handle it appropriately. This was the case with Betsy--the BEST money that we spent in the entire wedding process was on hiring her (if only I had been smart enough to hire her to plan the whole thing!!!). If you are debating, let me help you here: YES you DEFINITELY want a day-of coordinator and, in my opinion, you CAN'T go wrong with Betsy.
We had a photo booth at our wedding at Mt. Princeton Resort and our guests and us, loved it.
I was given Betsy's information from the venue that we chose for our wedding as a referral for chairs and other items for the ceremony and reception. She mentioned that they also offered planning services. I'm pretty OCD and already had a binder with all of my items and thought that I did not need a wedding planner. So I called and got the chairs, added napkins and some cocktail tables. After getting most of the planning finished, I was speaking with my florist who kept asking all of the questions about who would take care of the details DURING the wedding and reception. I thought, good question! She said, you need to book her for the day of coordination. BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT! I booked her for Day of Coordination and it was AMAZING! Everything was taken care of. And I mean everything. I didn't have to worry about absolutely anything on my wedding day and it made a world of difference. Betsy and Christopher are kind,warm and professional. They even set up our room after the wedding with our gifts, decorated the room and sent us champagne. If you get married in the mountains, book these amazing people!
