Tracy was everything we could have hoped for and more. She was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, always responsive, thoughtful, and full of great suggestions that helped bring our vision to life. On the wedding day, she worked tirelessly behind the scenes, making sure everything flowed seamlessly. Our entire wedding party and family raved about how on top of everything she was—even when we didn’t realize how many moving parts were happening in the background. She is not only professional and detail-oriented, but also genuinely kind, warm, and calming—having her by our side made all the difference. Honestly, I’m a little sad that wedding planning is over, simply because I don’t get to talk to Tracy regularly anymore! That’s how special she is. She truly is the BEST industry and feel lucky we were able to work with her. The venue itself is truly exceptional. The layout of the property made the day incredibly seamless for our guests—the ceremony site, cocktail hour space, and pavilion reception area were all located right next to each other, allowing for smooth, easy transitions between each part of the celebration. The expansive reception lawn, and covered pavilion created a beautiful, natural flow from start to finish. A unique and memorable part of our experience was being able to take our engagement photos at the venue. The property offers so many breathtaking backdrops—from the incredible sunsets, the flower field, and barn area. Each location added its own charm and character to our photos. It made our engagement session feel magical, personal, and connected to the place where we would later exchange our vows. We didn’t have to worry about renting tables, chairs, or bars for the weekend, which made planning so much easier and more budget-friendly. Everything we needed was already on-site, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. We also really appreciated the golf cart service for our older guests, which made it easy for everyone to get around comfortably. Every detail was clearly designed with both beauty and practicality in mind, making for an unforgettable and stress-free experience. The guest houses were another major highlight—clean, spacious, and comfortably cool even in the heat. Having our closest friends and family stay on-site made the weekend feel extra connected and relaxing. We also loved having a designated space for our rehearsal dinner, which helped the weekend flow effortlessly. We highly recommend renting out for the entire weekend! And of course, we can’t forget Nancy the goat, who quickly became a guest favorite and added such a fun and memorable touch to the whole experience. If you're looking for a venue that offers breathtaking scenery, convenient amenities, and an absolutely amazing team, Seven Springs is the one. We truly couldn’t have imagined a better place—or a better person than Tracy—to help bring our wedding day to life.

what we hoped for! The property is stunning from the manor house to the pavilion, surrounded by greenery and flowers. We rented the whole property from Thursday through Sunday and stayed with our entire wedding party. That made preparing for the wedding a breeze as vendors could come early and set up and we were able to get some quality time with our friends. Tracy, the venue manager, and our coordinator was instrumental in making our wedding day a success and we could not possibly say enough good things about her. She was extremely professional in coordinating with all of the vendors, answering our many questions (and soothing our anxieties) and meeting with us several times during our long engagement. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and especially loved that there were places to take a walk and get away from the partner for a few minutes. We would highly recommended Seven Springs and Tracy to anyone looking for an absolutely stunning and full-service venue.

We especially loved that we got to spend the whole weekend on site with our bridal party all staying with us. We couldn't be more grateful for how much help Tracy was for making it all possible. She was extremely professional in coordinating with all of the vendors, answering our many questions, and meeting with us several times during our long engagement. She even stepped in and helped with the wedding dress when a strap broke off! All of our guests seemed to have a great time and we would highly recommended Seven Springs and Tracy to anyone engaged!

Also, the top-tier vendor list that Tracy has crafted made wedding planning so incredibly easy, and we could not have ended up with better vendors all around. The convenience of never having to leave helped ease lots of stress and the fact that the property is stunning only made it better! All the nature on the property was gorgeous for a fall ceremony and the covered pavilion fit our reception wonderfully. We also worked with Tracy as our coordinator through the whole 2 years of our planning process and she was nothing short of phenomenal! She is so warm and inviting, uplifting and on top of everything. Our wedding day went so smoothly working with her, we couldn't recommend Tracy and Seven Springs enough!

From the majestic manor house, immaculately manicured gardens and spacious grounds and romantic pavilion- this beautiful property has it all! Tracy and her team work tirelessly to ensure the perfect wedding for the bride and groom. Don't worry for a second about inclement weather at this venue! It poured down raining prior to and during the wedding ceremony. Tracy and her amazing team implemented the rain plan perfectly to create a magical, cozy and intimate setting under the pavilion. The bride and groom were ecstatic at the transformation and wouldn't have changed a thing! Tracy and her team make the magic happen to create the wedding of your dreams!
