We LOVED the Seventh Place! It was PERFECT for our wedding. We worked directly with Lorraine House, and she was AMAZING! She was professional and maintained open communication throughout our planning processes. She was always available to answer any questions/needs. The venue was beautiful, spacious, and flexible, supporting our vision for our wedding. We had our ceremony outside with the greenery as our backdrop and our reception inside. The lighting and exposed brick were perfect for the romantic aesthetic we were going for. This venue really is a gem!

one bride to the next to mention the poor communication within the staff. I never had any conference calls with the coordinators and was rushed to just pick one I chose Lindsay and Lemor told me she would let her know (she never did, this was back in January) I truly believe I was a forgotten bride because they never updated me after that I was unaware that I needed to be the one to contact my coordinator. In October I did take it upon myself to reach out and thank god I did because Lindsay had no idea she was my coordinator due to this she was absent for our rehearsal because she was out of state. After the ceremony I did reach out to Seventh Place because my guest did have issues with Lindsay’s attitude. Also I would like to note that in case of rain the venue does have a leaking problem some of my guest belongings got wet and their is no designated area for disabled guest to enter. Other than these hiccups the venue is beautiful but just remember this is your first time being a bride and this is their hundredth wedding so they should be guiding you not blaming you for not knowing what the next steps are!

and operated business, we take great pride in the warmth, care and personal attention our couples feel at our venue. That’s why your feedback means so much to us and why we’re truly sorry that a couple of things fell short of your expectations.
After reviewing our records, I can see where the communication breakdown happened regarding your coordinator selection. The coordinators are independent contractors, and couples do need to reach out to them directly to secure their date. I’m so sorry that this was not clearly communicated to you. Unfortunately, this meant that there wasn’t a chance to build rapport with Lindsay ahead of time (although she did attend your rehearsal virtually while she was on a family trip).
We’re taking your experience to heart and are updating our process to ensure that future couples receive much clearer guidance during coordinator selection.
Weather is something that is out of our control, but we did secure you with a tent at very minimal cost, ensuring that you had use of our outdoor space, despite the rain. We recently installed a new roof and this was the first time we experienced any water intrusion. I’m truly sorry that it affected your guests. Our maintenance team has addressed the issue to prevent it from happening again.
In terms of accessibility, we do have disabled access through both the main entrance and the driveway that leads to the back patio, with signage to direct guests—but it’s possible the rain made things more difficult to navigate that evening.
We’re immensely grateful that our venue was still a beautiful backdrop for your once in a lifetime celebration. We truly hope that your day was filled with many meaningful, joyful and unforgettable moments.

all the suggested vendors we hired were amazing. It’s such a lovely oasis in the middle of LA! It was also great to have such a long rental. It allowed us time to set up and take photos and have plenty of time for the event. Everything was great!

use coordinator, and finally to walking into our wedding... everyone was immaculate. The team's warmth and kindness lives in the walls of the space. Each word of communication was filled with support and flexibility and joy. I told everyone I could that our experience with Seventh Place was completely positive from start to finish. We had so many guests come up to us and tell us how "perfect" the venue was - open but cozy, industrial but warm, unique and comfortable! We beamed with pride. We cannot sing the praises highly enough about this spectacular space and even more spectacular TEAM!
Our day wouldn't have been as special as it was without the whole Seventh Place team!

king well and all are guests were complaining about how hot it was. Sad to say, the elderly had to leave early because it was unbearable for them. Aside from the heat, we loved the venue, so keep that in mind if you’re booking in the summer!

p venue by my wedding planner, and as soon as I made my first visit to the place I fell in love.
Any other bride out there looking for a) a budget friendly rental b) flexibility on alcohol and vendor choices c) a venue with tables/chairs/lighting included in the rental and d) a gorgeous outdoor and indoor setup for both a ceremony and reception in the same place? Look no further; seriously.
I loved how flexible Ani and Sasha were when it came to finding times to schedule walk throughs, adjusting details in relation to other vendors, sharing their honest insight into valet or no valet (which, there wasn't a need for it!) - also, they were extremely communicative with me from day 1, and always worked quickly to respond to any and every question that came up from me about the day of the wedding.
Trust me; I'm pretty picky when it comes to these things, and Seventh Place will definitely not disappoint. Happy wedding planning to you!

autiful venue to the organizational set up with Ani, Sasha, and Daniel- it was everything we had hoped for.
We worked with Ani for the majority of planning and she was helpful, quick to get back to us, and worked well with any questions or concerns. The day of we had Sasha who was such a source of joy/ peace and helped organize and direct.
We loved our experience with this venue!
We were really pleased with the pricing/ look/ and team.
