aving me and my husband to set up almost 200 folding chairs, some of which were damaged and couldn’t even be used. They chairs were also dirty/dusty and covered in cobwebs! After the delivery people left, my husband was looking over our receipt only to find that they also had excluded the tear down! He had to call them and PAY EXTRA to have them take the chairs down when they e to pick them up!

the day of our wedding they shorted us 10 chairs which left us in quite a pickle. We gave them a ring that weekend in hopes they could fix the error before our special evening, however we didn’t receive a response. Although this was beyond disappointing, they were still agreeable to work with, and promptly issued us a refund the following business day. If seeking rental items for your special event, I would still recommend Seward… just double, triple check the correct items are being delivered!
