r. Rita and the team were always available throughout the planning process for any questions or changes I had. I did not use a day-of coordinator, but the Shamrock team completed the job SEAMLESSLY from ceremony to reception. I highly recommend this company to future brides!

super fresh and the perfect size. we had a large wedding party and wedding, and they handled all of it well and even delivered the flowers early. They also did our backdrop for the ceremony and candles/flower petals down the aisle and put fresh flowers on our cake. I would highly recommend working with them, they respond quickly and had great pricing for the amount of flowers we had!!

Above that, their communication with me during every step of the process was impeccable. They are flexible as they also provided a last minute arch for a planned outdoor ceremony moved inside. They provided all our decor - lanterns, floating candles, vases. I would pick them all over again...don't hesitate!

that he really wanted to help us get the most we could out of our budget. This was so reassuring as I had spoken with a few florists that required minimums that we just simply could not meet. He answered all my questions (in person at our meeting and in the several emails I bugged him with leading up to the wedding) and always let me know that everything would be okay, even with some changes we made. We had our final meeting in person with Natalie, who was also a pleasure to with with. Both Natalie and Cody assisted with the set up of the ceremony, FULL room flip for the reception, and tear down at 12:30 am (all in an extremely timely fashion). They were able to create the most incredible floral installations for our arch, my stunning boho bouquet, my bridesmaids' beautifully textured and green bouquets, and boutonnieres. We were also able to rent all of the items for our centerpieces (including our arch) through them, which made our experience super stress free. I cannot recommend working with them enough and hope to in the future as well!

ey were still available for our wedding date. They told us that they were very accommodating budget wise and that they would get us what we wanted. When we first met with Rita at the Lombard location, she was super helpful and again very accommodating to meet our budget but still get us what we wanted. The only things we weren't so happy about were: 1) it would be helpful and nice if they had a more updated system (ie online) versus old school paper copies of everything 2) communicating/ getting a hold of them overall was fairly difficult. No easy email address available as a contact, every time we called, we were told we'd get a call back and frequently didn't without having to call back, 3) they seemed to get rude towards the end when working with us as it got closer to our wedding day-- maybe this was because we weren't their highest paying customers- however that shouldn't matter 4) although what they did for us at our venue was stunning (the waterfall arrangements and overall design), we felt a little gypped on certain areas- we were told the lower arrangements would be actual arrangements not just random greenery, the head table felt bare compared to what were were told it would be (greenery down the entire table) & they gave us completely different candles than the ones that we had originally asked for. One set was correct and the other was not. Overall though, we were very pleased with how everything turned out and we would recommend to anyone on a budget!! My only advise is to really make sure they understand exactly what you want and maybe confirm that in person, closer to the wedding. This way, everything will be absolutely perfect!

Alexa and her team did an incredible job setting up our table arrangements in exactly the way we had originally planned, and I could not stop looking at them and admiring how gorgeous they looked. (To such a degree that I personally forgot to take pictures myself, so I've been scavenging all my friends' and family's photos seeing if they did!) I also want to mention that my mother-in-law worked with Shamrock to order flower arrangements for our rehearsal dinner, and they were absolutely beautiful. I could not recommend Shamrock enough for their professionalism, gorgeous flowers, and wonderful attention to detail. We loved Shamrock for our wedding day!

The team was on time (early, actually) and had everything ready when/where we needed it. The flow from the ceremony to the reception was seamless - which was probably more challenging with the rain plan. On top of that, Cody went above and beyond to take the reception flowers and turn them into bouquets that we used at brunch! Cody is so talented and absolutely exceeded my expectations! Strongly recommend!

same florist that delivered those flowers all those years ago. I loved that they were local and they were incredibly wonderful to work with!! We met with Alexa back in November and I am not a picky girl, I told her what my dress looked like, the few colors we had picked for the wedding, and what type of flowers I liked (wild flowers, succulents, greenery). I did not have a particular flower in mind, nor did I have extreme specifics as I felt that is something that should be left up to the professionals (Alexa), and wow did they surpass my expectations! I will never forget as I was getting my hair done, Alexa came down with my flowers and I immediately started crying, they were more beautiful than I could imagine. Even my bridesmaids were saying how they never wanted any other flowers other than their bouquets. The center pieces and reception flowers were just wonderful. It all looked so elegant! I loved my bouquet so much that once we got back from our honeymoon, I immediately called Alexa and asked to have an arrangement sent to our house that mimicked my bouquet since I wasn't able to enjoy them as much as I had wanted to. I plan to call them in the future for ANY of my floral needs and to recreate my bouquet for years to come as an anniversary celebration.

The pricing was affordable for a wedding and the quality of the flowers on my wedding day were amazing! They did so much for the ceremony, transported the flowers from the ceremony to the reception without extra cost, and helped plan out the wedding flowers altogether since I didn't know what to expect. Everything turned out beautifully! I would include pictures if I could! I strongly recommend this Florist for any wedding!

Representatives from both the Riverside and Lombard location helped to set up the reception and staircase. Cody, at the Winfield location, absolutely blew us away with how he set up the ceremony. Every detail was perfect. Even the owner of Shamrock Florist made an appearance! We felt so blessed to have Shamrock taking care of us so we could enjoy our day and not have to worry about a single thing.
