Shane Co.

I reached out to Shane Co 3 times regarding a custom order for a wedding ring (not very complicated- I just wanted an different color of an existing ring). After two failed customer service requests, I reached out and spoke directly with a rep on the third try who said they would put in the request and let me know the timing. I never heard back. It’s been two weeks since then. Needless to say, I ultimately chose a different shop.

Both of our rings are from the Shane company. We love our designs and the customer service has been amazing.

While I would recommend Shane Co to anyone for their excellent customer service and quality jewelry, I specifically want to highlight how LGBT friendly they are! Walking into the store, it is not uncommon to see same-sex couples on their advertising screens, and in their promotion material. My (now) wife and I felt so comfortable working with Dustin at the Greenwood Village location, who helped us both pick out rings for one another and remembered us by name anytime we would come in for a visit. We both love our rings, and will continue to be loyal Shane customers for all of these reasons and more.

Very bad experience dealing with The Shane Company. First they ordered my wedding ring two sizes too big, even though they had my size on file. I was promised a rush order, which was a complete lie. They didn’t order my ring for a week, then normal processing time of 4-6 weeks. Once the ring did arrive it was a half size to small. When asked why I was too small. I was told the sizes very! Shane Co used to be about customer service. Honestly, at this point I would not recommend them to anyone. You can find the same or better quality jewelry at other places for less. If you’re going to be treated poorly might as well save the money since Shane CO has terrible customer service.

Amazing! My wife and I got both of our engagement rings, both of our wedding bands and some other wedding jewelry here. We have spent more time there than we like to admit, but have always had a great time. Katie has been so helpful through the entire process making sure we got the perfect jewelry. We have never been pushed to get bigger or more expensive jewelry than we actually want and they are incredibly patient (I literally tried on every wedding band that they have in the store). Before the wedding, they made our engagement rings look brand new and the included cleanings have been awesome. You can't beat the people, the selection or the services they offer.

We got my husband's band, my band, and my engagement ring from here. Every time we have come in to look at stuff or get sized it has be a terrific experience. In fact, the last time we came in was because my husband over estimated his ring size and got one too big. It is cobolt and cannot be sized and since we bought it so early before the wedding we were well beyond our 60 days for a return. Chelsea took his ring back and examined it and told us that since he had only been wearing the ring for less than three weeks it had no wear or damage. She worked it out with the manager so that we could trade it in for a smaller size! It was fantastic and not at all what we were expecting. They are always the best to work with.

My engagement ring was from Shane Co so we went back in hopes to find a wedding band that fit it. We ended up leaving with both of our wedding bands. They are amazing and the customer service is always impeccable. I also love insurance policy and upgrade policy, which are hard to beat! Great place to get your rings!!

Wonderful company! You will not regret any purchase from here! Husband purchased my beautiful engagement ring and wedding band set in a size too large. When I took it to have it resized, they also replated a previous Shane Co purchase (over 10 years old) with the leftover white gold free of charge! Shopping is easy. Not overly pressured to purchase. Great staff will help you with and question/comment/concern. Layaway program is easy to use and make payments on. Overall, great experience!

Both my engagement ring as well as our wedding bands are from this Shane Company. They were incredibly helpful to my fiance picking out a ring, within his price range, but still as gorgeous as it could be. They are not on commission, which I LOVE, and because of that, they spent at least an hour more than 4 times with me while I was debating on which wedding band I wanted and which band my husband wanted. Neither one of us were dead set on something, so narrowing it down was a feat, but we are both so pleased with the result. In addition, they will clean and inspect your ring for any flaws that they will fix. The week before my wedding, I had the engagement ring polished to look just like new to match my wedding band, and it sparkled like the day I got it. I had told my husband that this is the only place I wanted a ring from, and I am so glad he listened because I could not be more pleased!

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Shane Co., and they couldn't have been more helpful, courteous and sincere. He got a great value for a beautiful stone and setting, and I absolutely love it. Shane Co. also provides complimentary cleanings and warranty checks, which is really nice. They also refinished the engagement ring before the wedding by removing all scratches and re-plating it, all for free! It made it beautifully striking again. They will do this as often as you need. As a whole, I would highly recommend the professionalism and quality of service from Shane Co.

I loved the Shane Company!! No one there was pushy and we even got a "diamonds 101" lesson that helped us find the exact diamond I wanted. They had multiple options for me even though all I wanted was a simple band and a beautiful diamond. Highly recommend!!

They really lived up to their motto. I had a great time visiting this store and picking out the band and stone. It was also very helpful that Shane Co. only deals in non-conflict gems, which my bride really enjoys. They have a wonderful lifetime guarantee as long as you come in twice a year for a free cleaning and check up. The staff is super nice and very helpful. The stone we got was a 5.7mm ice blue sapphire and the band is 14k white gold.

After hearing Tom Shane's voice on the radio my whole life, Shane Co. was the first place I thought of to look for wedding bands in Colorado. My husband purchased my engagement ring from Blue Nile because we were living overseas when we got engaged, but the complementary wedding band to the engagement ring did not appeal to me, and I wanted to see rings in person and try them on since I wasn't able to do so with my engagement ring (don't get me wrong; I LOVE my engagement ring). We went to the store in Westminster where it took me maybe ten minutes to pick a ring, and it was the first ring I tried on, even after trying on others. My husband had a harder time picking a band, and when he tried on a ring with a texture we both liked but thought was too wide and told our salesperson, she went to the back and found a thinner band with the same matte design. We both had to have our rings resized, and that was done in two days, which was nice with our wedding two weeks away from the time we bought the rings. Surprisingly, my ring was a few hundred dollars cheaper than my husband's, even with the fifteen inlaid diamonds in the band. I haven't yet had to use Shane's after-services, but it's nice to know they'll take care of any issues with the ring, like if my ring were to lose one of the diamonds. Overall, a good place to buy jewelry!

Found a great bridal set that I love and gets plenty of compliments, also got the groom a complimentary one and very happy with the great service.

My husband initially got my ring from here by recommendation. He was planning on creating a custom ring (which is an awesome option!), but the selection they had was so diverse he was able to pick out a unique ring just for me. I get constant compliments. The service is excellent every time we go in, no matter what we need. And my husband doesn't mind going because they have a custom drink machine and free butter mints.

We have purchased all of our wedding jewelry from the Shane Co, including both mother's pearls, and we have had nothing but great experiences! The staff is always 100% helpful and wonderful to work with! We've gone in for cleanings, inspections, and saudering and have had only great experiences!

We went to Shane as I had a gift certificate. We found the staff informative, helpful and not pushy. We decided to get my husbands band there but not my own. We were impressed with how many different metals were available for men. He is very happy with his choice! I felt the staff really listened and tied to find a good match for me but I was overwhelmed by all the bling and sparkle and wanted a more simple ring. We ended up having a local artist create one for me. Shane later sized it when it was slightly too large even though it was not from their shop. They were not rude at all, simply worked with me find the fit I needed at a very reasonable charge!

We loved working with all the sales people at the Shane Company. We used the one in Westminster. They were all very friendly and helpful. The selection was better than any other place we went to. The continued service has been amazing.

My husband and I trust Shane Co more than any other jewler. Not only do we trust them but so do my mom and stepdad. All of our wedding rings were purchased at Shane CO. There is no question to the quality of the product, but what makes this jewler the best is the staff. Each time we went we were treated like we were the only customers in the store.

The pricing is competitive, the selection is large, but it's the overall value that makes it worth it. The sales people are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They are non commissioned so no one hassles you - you can shop at your own leisure and not feel any obligation to buy. My husband bought my set there and I have a lifetime replating and I got a free soldering. And as long as I keep bringing it in for free inspections/cleanings, they will replace any missing or damaged diamonds! It's a great deal with a very reputable company.

This place is fantastic! They are not pushy at all and really helo you get exactly what you are looking for at the right price. Great layaway plans as well.

My (now) husband purchased my engagement ring online from Shane Co without the two of us going shopping together. It was the absolute perfect ring, but needed a wedding band to go with it. We went into the Denver store and faced several hurdles in finding my band, including the fact that we were a mere 7 weeks away from our wedding and any special orders took 8 weeks. I decided to go with the band that matched my set, and the managers there bent over *backwards* to allow us to purchase the one in the store. They had to pretend to return my engagement ring, then switch the serial numbers on my ring and the one in stock as I didn't want to part with the ring I had received the night we got engaged, then sell us the set. Oh, and then resize both the ring and the wedding band. Sounds complicated? Yup, it was. But they did it for us, and I wound up with the most beautiful ring set I have ever seen with the sentimental part still taken care of. The store was *crazy* busy while we were in there, and our associate was helping at least two other couples at the same time, but we weren't forgotten and the service was amazing!

I loved this place!! As soon as we walked in we were instantly greeted and offered water. The man helping us pointed out where all the wedding bands were and we were able to select amazing rings that fit both of our personalities. I am so happy I got my rings from here. We spent a less than $700 on both rings.

I strongly believe in purchasing conflict free gemstones, especially diamonds and after many disappointing conversations with other jewelers in town my husband and I went to Shane Company at the recommendation of a few of our friends who purchased their wedding rings from them. It says very clearly on their website that they participate in the Kimberly Process and every salesperson knew what I was talking about when I brought it up as well. All the salespeople do not work on commission so it was truly no pressure when it came to purchasing. The were so many styles for my ring and his and all their jewelry is guaranteed so I was comfortable purchasing from them. So far we've had our rings cleaned a few times and every time we go in there everyone is so courteous and helpful. I will definitely go back to them again and again!

My husband bought my engagement ring there and we also bought our wedding bands at Shane. Every time we've gone in they have been friendly and helpful. Their prices are reasonable for the high quality, and they always clean your rings for free. Even if you go in weekly. Which, I did for a while. We would recommend using Shane to friends, and if we need to buy jewelry again, we will definitely start at Shane. They made jewelry buying not scary for this novice. We went to another jeweler to look at wedding bands were disgusted with their service, or lack there of. We high-tailed it right back to Shane.

Having heard Tom Shane on the radio since I was a little tyke, that was the first place I thought of for my engagement ring. I will say that their selection is very traditional, and would like to see them expand to some more unique styles. We did have a small diamond fall out of my ring a few months after buying it, but they replaced it no questions asked.

Great service and beautiful rings.

(I actually went to the Westminster, CO location, it's just not listed) My wedding band had a diamond fall out on my wedding day. Being extremely upset, I went to Shane Co the next day and told them what had happened. The manager called me within 24 hours and wanted to immediately make the situation right. He explained what had happened and why the diamond fell out. To make things right, they ended up cutting me a check to make up for some of my troubles the next day. They special ordered a ring (which did take a while to arrive) but the ring is gorgeous and their customer service is over the top. Highly, highly recommended!

I wanted a wide wedding band, I actually choose a anniversary ring, the ring is buautiful, an ornate band with several diamonds through out the band. They had a 3 month layaway olan that worked great for us. They include an appraisal with the ring and a life time warranty on the band. The sales staff does not work on commission so they were very helpful and did not try to talk us into something more expensive. True professionls and always pleasant when I called to make my payments on the layaway. The day we picked up the ring they had it all ready for me when I arrived.

My FI always knew we'd go to Shane Co for anything jewelry when it came to our wedding. With the lifetime warranty and the amazing service I can see why he didn't want to go anywhere else!

Overall very pleased with Shane Co. We had a modest budget for our engagement ring, and the sales folks worked within that to find something beautiful. Very friendly and helpful. One downside - they do get busy, and you can sometimes spend a lot of time waiting if your salesperson is also helping other customers. Also - weird thing - we wanted to buy my wedding band from Shane Co. They didn't carry it in stock anymore, and the salesperson I talked to said she'd have to contact corporate to see if they could order it from the manufacturer - and that it would take a week to hear back from corporate (why so long?). In the meantime, I went to a mom-and-pop jewler in Denver, she looked at my engagement ring, the manufacturer name was engraved on the inside of the band. While I was there, she called her manufacturer rep and we ordered it the same day. Done deal. Shane Co called me later that week and tolm me the ring couldn't be ordered from the manufacturer. Huh??? I gave them the feedback that I had already ordered it from the manufacturer via another jewler. It would have saved me money to buy from Shane Co - a similar wedding band was $630 at Shane Co compared $800 at this mom-and-pop (exact same ring at both retailers). Goes back to the good value of Shane Co.

I never wanted a ring that everyone else had, so my fiance and I used Shane Co. for our wedding ring purchases. I love that my rings are unique. The Shane Co. has the best service and amazing quality. My husband bought the engagement ring there. He was looking for a ~1ct asscher cut diamond. They brought them in from out of state for him to compare. He wanted (I wanted!) sapphires in the band, and they found him the perfect setting. The ring is stunning. I struggled with finding a good wedding band to match the ring. We were being helped by an associate who had a couple customers at once, and everything I picked to try on just didn't work. She brought another associate over to help and focus on us alone (it wouldn't have occurred to us to ask for that), I think his name was Ben. She said he was a master at matching bands to engagement rings. The first one he picked out was it. The ring. And it cost less than we had planned, which was fantastic too! We also bought my husband's wedding band, and they were so patient given that he's never worn a ring in his life and really didn't know what to look for. Wonderful service. Amazing value. I love them!

WE got the engagement ring from here. Their staff is very friendly, informative and focus on one customer at a time. Every time I dropped the ring of they all were nice to me and have helped me see the diamond flaws so I can identify my diamond.

We had such a great experience at Shane CO. Their prices were much better than other companies that we looked at for our rings. We were able to pick out our own diamond which was what we wanted! We were also able to get a better quality diamond for a cheaper price than at other vendors that we looked at!

From the time we walked in the door, we NEVER felt pressured by the staff (did I mention they are comission free?). They were always there when we had a question, but let us browse otherwise. It was SO difficult picking my wedding set because of all of the selection, but we knew that w/e ring we ended up with would be a great value and beautiful....and we were right. My ring is perfect. We are also a fan of FREE sizing, cleaning and diamond replacement for life. No gimicks or extra fees. Definately worth the trip "out of our way".

They did a great job of helping us get the most bang for our buck as well as making sure we got what we wanted. Also unlike a lot of other jewelry stores I've heard about, they continue to to give great service after you've already bought your ring. We had a long engagement, 2 years, so my ring was a little beat up, they took it right before the wedding and made it look like new for no charge. You also can have your wedding band attached to your engagement ring at no charge and free cleanings for the life of the ring. They also have a great upgrade program if you ever decide you want to trade in your set for a little more (or less) bling.

Mine because I lost weight, and my husbands because they didn't have his size in the one we wanted. They just took a bigger ring and sized it down to what he needed.

He told me he received great service because the employees don't work on commission and he was never pressured. From the moment he opened that little grey box when he asked me to be his wife, I've loved my sparkly finger bling. The diamonds are gorgeous and always sparkly. The prongs hold the main one in place perfectly and tightly. I love that while the design isn't custom, finding the exact same one on another woman's hand will probably never happen.

My fiance picked out my engagement ring there and was really impressed with the service and no pressure sales people. We decided to get our wedding bands here too and they are beautiful and a good value. I went in a few days before my wedding to get my engagement ring cleaned and the lady was really nice, she suggested I get it not only cleaned but polished too and they were able to get it done before the wedding! It turned out beautiful, it looked brand new and so shiny! What great customer service!!

My husband and I bought his ring really early on and it didn't fit right before the wedding. It was cobalt so they couldn't size it. If we had brought it back within 60-days they could have just ordered a different size. So beware of the time window!
