I absolutely loved the unique method that She Said Yes uses — three rounds of trying on dresses. It allowed me to really narrow down my choices and find the perfect dress without feeling overwhelmed. The whole experience was seamless and stress-free, thanks to Kelse’s guidance and the thoughtful approach they take. I highly recommend She Said Yes, and if you're lucky enough to have Kelse assist you, you're in great hands. She made the entire experience so personal and enjoyable, and I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else!

y! The space had water, mimosas, cookies, fruit, & cupcakes for myself and my bridesmaids. There was a personalized sign with my name, and gift bag, and flowers... the works! The consultant took group pics for us and really ensured that we had a good time. Even though I tried on about 8 dresses, I knew I'd found the one on #3, and ultimately came back to it. The consultant was knowledgeable and made the search feel easy and fun. It was such a great experience and one that I will treasure, forever!!

Wrong sizes, no shoes in order, 2 left shoes sent, pants 4 inches too short, bow ties that were ruined, ring bearer jackets to knees, wrong shirts sent and I could go on and on and on! 3 people had to finally wear their own pieces with jackets that didn't fit right at all and when I called after the wedding the shop owner would do nothing to make it right! Jim's Formal Wear corporate offices did nothing either! We had people making 3 and 4 trips back to finally get something semi-decent to wear! DO NOT PURCHASE TUXES FROM THIS SHOP! The stress was unreal and still never got all the tuxes fitted right!

Then when we got there, she was so patient and helped us really choose the absolute perfect dress! Kelse was absolutely amazing and so sweet. They also really worked with our budget. tunately put me on a huge time crunch to get a new dress (about a month!). I found a Stella York dress online that I knew I’d love, and messaged She said yes on Instagram asking if they could check the online availability in my size. Turns out there was one left in my size in stock, and She said yes was able to order it for me the same day that I reached out to them, with just a quick phone call! When I went to pick up my dress in store, Alec was so beyond sweet and helpful. I felt so beautiful in my new dress, and She said yes made it all possible for me.

Each of us were treated like royalty with snacks and bubbly offered throughout the whole session! I went in not knowing what I wanted and Kerry took to the racks and let me try on everything until I found the one I loved! When you book an appointment here I have no doubt that it will be the only spot you need to look. The staff is amazing, they have so many dresses in all different styles, and you will never once feel stressed or flustered. I would recommend this store to all brides in the NWA area! They truly are the best spot to find your dream dress.

They are not only wonderful, but they play a huge role in helping make arrangements for alterations, packing up a dress to fly cross country, and even preparing the dress for the ceremony. I could not recommend this place and these people more. They are wonderful!
