d talked to me to get a better picture of who I am. She made my dress shopping experience so worth it. I can’t thank her enough for taking time with me and my family. Always checking on me to make sure I was okay and comfortable. She let everyone pull dresses that they liked and made sure I grabbed a few that I liked as well. They were able to work with payments and gave us prices for tuxes and bridesmaid dresses. I can’t imagine having anyone else help me find the perfect dress!

She was very understanding when I needed time to think about this important decision, but I could not sleep thinking about my dress and how I needed to go back for it first thing in the morning! Kelse was waiting eagerly for me when I returned, and when I put that dress back on I was brought to tears knowing this is the dress I’ll marry the love of my life in! The girls I brought along with me were just as in love with it as I was, and even Kelse had tears in her eyes both days I tried this dress on! Overall, could not have asked for a better experience! Especially if you are local to NWA, YOU NEED TO SHOP AT SHE SAID YES! The staff will celebrate you so well and do whatever you need to help you find your perfect gown!

I only went to the one dress store, but I have no worries that there’s a better dress out there—I’m in love with the one I found! I went back to get my veil and earrings there too :)

. I only found out when I was standing in the store with my fiancé, close friend and other friend that they had cancelled my appointment. No emails sent, no call about it(or at least I thought.) and come to find out they tell me I cancelled my own appointment. I then asked to see the conversation because why would I cancel that? Well, they show me and is clearly says there from supposedly me that I said I won't show up. Then I asked her the number on that message and then we found the problem. They had text a phone number beginning in 217. I even looked at my conversations on the knot, and found where I clearly tell them my correct phone number, email address, and still this happened. Then to make the matter worse after feeling very humiliated, they didn't do anything to make it right. So what they did was sternly tell us that they are booked for that day and that we can't find my dress today. At that point I looked at her and just said I can't find my dress today? (Understand I had been excited for weeks). And then she told us, I'm afraid not. At that point my fiancé then got really upset because he saw my face drop and said are you serious. She then told him there is no reason to be mad. Not to mention that from a customer's point of view, locking the front door to your business after they walk in is weird. Point blank. And then at that point we got ushered out the store after I calmed my fiancé down, and they again locked the door behind us. I will not ever recommend them to anyone, that was down right humiliating. And they tried to text me at my correct number, only after my fiancé left a review on them. As a way of apologizing they offered to have me back at the store at 5 pm. I declined due to the fact that I was humiliated, and made to look like a fool. It was weeks ago but I hope you really understand how someone else may have not reacted so calmly to it. Please moving forward try to double check and confirm numbers. I ended up going to David's Bridal and finding my dress after 6 gowns.

back to She Said Yes 3 times before finally ordering my dress. When I got measured, the lady told me to keep my jeans on, and then gave me the dress size – a size 12. Mind you, I’m a street size 6. I understand that wedding dresses run extremely small, so I went with the measurements. I should have trusted my gut because when the dress came in, it was approximately 2 sizes too big, which resulted in excessive alterations cost (two inches in on each side), and ultimately the dress still made me look bigger than I am. (partially to blame on the alterations place, partially on the size I’d say) I loved the dress but I wish it fit me better. Overall positive shopping experience but make sure you get measured properly!!

The remaining visits I mainly dealt with Myka (the owner I believe). She has such a sweet soul. Very warm personality. The store has such a huge variety of dresses.

I was the first bride to order my specific dress, and it actually ended up running smaller than the specified measurements so it didn't fit when it arrived. The team worked to ensure I had a new size within a week and they were very supportive through that small hiccup. They are not just there as a business - they truly want to see each bride have the happiest day of their life! I will always recommend this store to future brides.

So lucky to have been paired with someone hard-working and committed to excellent service. Everything was easy through the fittings; Mary (seamstress) was professional and accommodating; although my dress needed few alterations, she added a great bustle. Overall beautiful salon, great service, very positive experience! Wonderful spot for any NWA bride-to-be.

by Modern Trousseau; I loved the bodice of one, and the skirt of another. The consultant I was working with, Farron (who has since moved to NYC to manage the Sarah Seven store), suggested that she get in touch with the atelier to see if they could customize a dress for me. I was dubious of this, but she was on the phone with them very quickly, and the designer agreed to the customization for only a small increase in price. I was astounded, and so glad that Farron suggested a custom design because I never thought that would be something in the cards for me. Plus, it meant I could have my dream dress and something truly unique. From the trying on to ordering to alterations to preservation, the team at She Said Yes was truly exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
