Hired this vendor a year in advance for my wedding cake. Filled out a form with exactly what I wanted, address, and signed contract. She messaged me at the time she was suppose to be at my venue setting up for the address. I sent her the address and she replied with omg 2 hours away which she was FULLY aware of per our contract. I even have messages where I again informed her of the address. She showed up to my venue 2+ hours late with the completely wrong cake. The cake she brought would maybe feed 10 people as to where my cake I ordered was suppose to be 4 tiers, several different flavors and feed over 150 people. My custom made cake topper was also broken which she claims she didn’t do but the broken piece was missing out of the box she delivered. Someone had to leave my wedding and go get 4 sheet cakes from Walmart and spend another $100+. It was a horrible nightmare that completely delayed my reception, that I will never get back. She was incredibly rude and blamed it on miscommunication even though we had a contract and could have taken 2 seconds to scroll through our texts to know exactly what I ordered if she didn’t have the contract handy. We agreed on a full refund, but when I received the check it was a partial refund. She charged me $40 to deliver a COMPLETELY wrong cake. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
