My wife and I had our wedding at the Sheraton on August 16, 2026, and we could not have been happier with our experience. From our family checking in, to our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and checkout, the staff went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend special.
A huge thank-you to Rayna, our wedding coordinator, who was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed and helped keep our wedding day organized and running smoothly. She helped line up our wedding party, coordinated bringing the bride down for the ceremony, and worked with our DJ and decorator to make sure everything was set up correctly. Having Rayna there took so much stress off us and allowed us to enjoy our day.
Angel, our wedding maître d’, was also a tremendous help. He was professional, attentive, and available whenever we needed assistance. Rayna and Angel made us feel like we had a team that genuinely cared about making our wedding day perfect.
We also want to recognize Sharelle at the front desk for her exceptional customer service. She was extremely accommodating to us and our family. She made check-in easy, assisted with our requests and amenities, and always made us feel welcome. She even went above and beyond by helping us with a late checkout on our final day, which we greatly appreciated after such a busy weekend.
Our family and guests had a great experience with their rooms and reservations as well. With so many people staying at the hotel for our wedding, it was wonderful to see everything go so smoothly.
We also hosted our rehearsal dinner at Urban inside the hotel with more than 30 family members and guests. The food was delicious, the service was great, and everything went beautifully. It was the perfect way to bring our families together before our wedding.
The hotel itself was beautiful. We especially loved the grand staircase and lobby, which gave the hotel an elegant atmosphere and made it a wonderful setting for our wedding. The amenities were great as well, including the pool, restaurant, convenient parking, comfortable rooms, and beautiful common areas. Having everything in one location made the weekend so much easier for us and our guests.
We also appreciated that the hotel provided meals for our wedding vendors. Our vendors worked extremely hard throughout the day, so knowing they were taken care of meant a lot to us.
Overall, the customer service was outstanding. A wedding has so many moving pieces — family, hotel rooms, vendors, decorations, music, food, timelines, and last-minute requests — and the Sheraton team helped everything come together beautifully.
We are incredibly happy that we chose the Sheraton for one of the most important days of our lives. Our wedding weekend was everything we hoped it would be, and this hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts.

reception. Both ballrooms are beautiful. The centerpieces, which are included, are lovely. Rayna and Heidi helped us tremendously throughout the wedding planning process. They were friendly, organized, and responsive. They have a way of making the bride and groom feel prioritized. Rayna was also great with keeping the processional moving at the right pace at the start of the ceremony. Mick was helpful and responsive as well throughout the planning process in keeping track of our room block. All of our hotel guests (including those who were not in our room block!) received our welcome bag at the front desk. The groom suite and bridal suite were both very nice. The bridal suite was a good size for getting ready the morning of with a group of bridesmaids/moms. One downside we experienced in the bridal suite was poor lighting, but my hair/makeup team came with a light, so it was not a problem. Angel was very attentive and had things running smoothly on the day of. He checked in on us throughout the night and made sure we had what we needed/wanted. He had desserts brought up to our room after the wedding. The food was great (and what a big piece of steak!). We truly had a memorable, beautiful day. The whole team did a great job from start to finish. Thank you, Sheraton! I highly recommend this venue.

e planning process through our wedding day, they were professional, responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. Every question was answered, every detail was handled with care, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless.
The ballroom was beautiful, the food and service were excellent, and our guests are still talking about what an amazing experience they had. Most importantly, Rayna and Angel made us feel supported every step of the way and treated our wedding as if it were just as important to them as it was to us.

our very first visit through our wedding day, Heidi, Rayna, and Angel were an exceptional team. They were professional, organized, and genuinely invested in making our celebration special. Heidi and Rayna were always responsive, promptly answering every email and phone call, which made the planning process much smoother and less stressful.
Angel truly lived up to his name. Since no other events were scheduled that day, he graciously arranged for the space to be set up earlier than planned, allowing my aunt ample time to install the backdrop and additional table décor. We were incredibly grateful for this accommodation, as it relieved so much of the stress and pressure of having to complete everything on the morning of the wedding.
The venue itself was beautifully maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully cared for. Our guests could not stop complimenting the elegant atmosphere and overall experience throughout the day.
What truly sets this venue apart is its outstanding staff. Their attentiveness, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond ensured that everything ran seamlessly. rea, I knew I wanted a hotel that had a bar in their lobby to have a one stop shop for an after party and hotel and knew this place did. I wanted a hotel close to the venue and the other hotels in the area all lacked a lobby bar. The Sheraton was only 7 minutes down the road from the English Manor. Initially communication was fine for booking and I worked with their coordinator Mick. However, when I wanted the hotel to hand out my handmade fliers to my guests containing shuttle information, I found out most of my guests never got them. I had personally dropped the fliers off a few days before the wedding and was assured by the front desk staff that they could hand them out to guests. I even called the hotel to remind them after I found out some guests checking in early didn’t get them, and still a majority of my guests did not get my fliers. The part that aggravated me the most was the fact that I was told during making the hotel block, it would have a mix of king and queen sized beds for guests to book. For my husband and I, I booked a king sized room MONTHS in advance. When we checked into our room I was told they ran out of king sized rooms and they only had two queen beds for my husband and I. I was actually shocked and even voiced my concerns to the front desk attendant saying that this is our wedding and I was the one who set up the room block with 30 plus people staying at the hotel because of our wedding. The hotel employee was very nice, however, she said she couldn’t even move our room because the hotel only had NINE KING BEDS in the entire hotel! She also told me that two other weddings were also staying at the hotel at the same time but frankly that shouldn’t matter. If it did then why did they take my business in the first place?! Had the bed situation been communicated to me from the start I would have researched other hotels a little further away. The lobby bar was nice and the room itself was clean so that’s why this review isn’t all bad. I just found our stay there a bit frustrating as a newly married couple but I made sure not to let this ruin our blissful day.

looking for where we wanted to stay it was important for us to find somewhere with spacious suites as the bridal party was going to be getting ready there in the morning. We read some online reviews from other couples who got married at our venue and learned about the Sheraton.
About 7 months before our wedding we stayed at the hotel to check out the rooms and the bar as we were looking to have our after party there.
We had about 65 rooms booked in the hotel through the room block. They extended it by 10 rooms each time it filled. (we had to call/ email to request the extension which was fine).
Our wedding finished at 10pm and our after party went from 10:30pm until last call at 1:30pm. My dad covered the initial tab and the bartender gave our wedding party bracelets to confirm who was a part of our party or not.
The hotel was close enough to the venue and our rehearsal dinner location.
Check-in is listed as 3pm but guests were able to check in early as long as the rooms were available which was great considering our buses departed at 3:45pm for our 4:30 ceremony.
We were able to leave welcome bags at the front desk for our guests to receive upon arrival to the hotel.
The staff, specifically Mick and Kya were helpful with our questions.
Overall, it was a great experience.

lly Heidi and Rayna—were absolutely exceptional. Their communication was always clear and timely, and they consistently went above and beyond by answering questions I didn’t even realize I had. Not once did an email go unanswered. My best advice is to secure your room blocks early and encourage guests to book quickly; being so close to the shore, the hotel is a very popular stay.
Our ceremony took place outdoors in the beautiful courtyard—a setting I highly recommend. We had approximately 135 guests, closer to 150 including vendors. Immediately after the ceremony, we were escorted to a private room for food and drinks while taking photos, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Our reception in the Grand Ballroom was absolutely stunning. I specifically chose this space so guests could enjoy the atrium and outdoor areas throughout the evening. We were fortunate to have the entire side of the hotel to ourselves, and there was no other wedding that day, which made the experience even more personal and seamless. The customizable lighting in the ballroom was the perfect way to tailor the atmosphere to our style.
For our tasting, my husband and family attended with me, and everything was excellent. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour—many said they ate so much they could barely fit dinner!
A memorable moment for me was when my florist forgot the flower girl baskets and petals. Rayna noticed my concern immediately and jumped into action, gathering roses for the girls to pluck and scatter. It was such a small gesture, but it meant everything in that moment. I truly felt cared for by every member of the Sheraton team.
The day-of experience was flawless. The bridal suite was incredibly spacious—large enough for me, our entire vendor team, the photographers, and my family to get ready comfortably. The groom’s suite, complete with a pool table, made for fantastic photo opportunities and a fun pre-ceremony atmosphere.
My only regret was not using the Sheraton’s day-of coordinator, Angel. Even if you already have your own coordinator, I highly recommend utilizing her services.
If you’re considering hosting a post-wedding breakfast, be sure to book this as early as possible. Another couple can reserve the space even if they’re getting married elsewhere, which I learned the hard way—but everything worked out in the end.
I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel to all future brides and grooms. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your wedding day everything you dream of. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience.

i planning everything with me from start to finish to Angel’s attentiveness making sure all the transitions ran smoothly and setting up all my “do it yourself” decor, breaking everything down and boxing it up on a bell cart ready to go for the next day to Rayna butting up my train, collecting my heels & handing me a glass of champagne right after my ceremony. You all went above and beyond to make sure I can fully attend the day and not have to worry about a single thing except being in the moment and enjoying myself. All of my guests raved over the food saying that it was delicious, the beautiful atmosphere and the convenience it was to go from ceremony to cocktail to reception to after party and up the elevator to the rooms for overnight stay. They also made mention of the cleanliness of the hotel and their rooms. It was really such a magical day and a day my husband and I will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you again for everything!

When we were closer to the wedding day, we were introduced to Angel, our day of coordinator. Angel was an absolute angel during our cocktail hour and reception. He made sure we were fed and the evening flowed smoothly with him taking care of all the moving parts. The room was set up perfectly.
Our guests really enjoyed the food. The food was delicious AND had large portions.
Our only complaint would the hotel. Their system marked the wrong guests as having complimentary rooms. This led to an hour of confusion and calling different managers to the front desk to attempt to sort things out. Also, they checked in the wrong guests. Which led to guests being given the wrong rooms or being told they already checked in. The rooms were lovely and comfortable.

At the end of the night he even sent up food and a microwave to our suite to make sure we were well fed with all variety of foods and desserts from our wedding! ktail hour and grand ballroom are absolutely stunning! The entire team from the catering sales/coordinator to the Maitre D were so helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process! They answered and annoying questions I may have had along the way very promptly and were so accommodating! On my wedding day the power had gone out for several hours before the reception. The staff was extremely helpful and reassuring that they would get to the bottom of the issue and have some out to fix it; they kept me updated the whole time. The bridal suite was beautiful and the rooms were so clean. The food was great, all of my guests are still talking about the cocktail hour and dinner. I have type 1 diabetes and the bartender was also very accommodating making sure to keep a big bottle of apple juice behind the bar just for me in case of a low blood sugar. I would recommend the Sheraton to anyone!

xt door. Finding a venue with great food options was very important to us as well, and Hotels Unlimited did not disappoint! The rooms and accommodations at the hotel are perfect for anyone looking to avoid shuttles and keep everyone to one location. The Urbane was a great spot for guests to roll into the after party. Having so much included in the price of our Cocktail Exclusive Package was a huge plus.
With all that said, we felt a bit of frustration at times communicating with the on-site staff. We had to reach out in order to move things along in preparation for the wedding - with little initiative from the staff. Also, certain items promised in our contract did not appear the day of the wedding. This includes outdoor fireplaces / heaters (weather would've been perfect for this), as well as a promised warm-up station with hot chocolate and coffee.
While Bonvoy points for our room block took over a month to populate, Mick was very communicative and friendly while ensuring he would take of it.
Our wedding was a spectacular day that we'll never forget at a beautiful modern venue with excellent food and an A+ maitre d. While most things went right, we felt it important to highlight the things that didn't for future couples to be mindful of. The strongest advice would be to stay on top of communication to ensure everything you need and were promised is taken care of.

te of the wedding I would rate them a 20. Our primary contact was Lara, who was a doll to work with from the minute we stepped into the hotel when we were first looking at the venue. But the whole team was great. If Lara wasn't available, Heidi and Jackie stepped in quickly and efficiently. They were super helpful in answering any questions we had along the way and assuring me that everyone would be perfect and it was! The venue itself was beautiful as well. One of the primary reasons we even considered the hotel was for the possibility of an outdoor ceremony, if the weather cooperated, which it did! I also need to give a shout out to Mick and Angel. We had reserved a block of rooms for guests and Mick was super helpful in accommodating all requests and Angel was our maitre d and was so easy to work with. Overall, we are extremely pleased with Lara and the rest of the team. Thank you!!!

are of. We had a team of people working with us from the very beginning - more than a year in advance - to make sure our event went off without a hitch. Special props to Angel for helping me with my request to play my own playlist during the cocktail hour. Dinner was good, but the incredible cocktail hour stations was where the food really shined. I got dozens of compliments on how much fun everyone had and how much they loved the venue. The rooms were also really quite nice: the groom suite has a huge hangout area with its own pool table, and the bridal suite has quite a lot of space as well, including a huge bathroom. Any critiques I have are relatively small nitpicks: the group tasting was a little overwhelming, and the ceremony area is next to a noisy highway and more suited for shorter ceremonies in my opinion (as ours was). Overall, I'm very pleased with our choice. Thanks for making our big day special!

ically, but what should really seal the deal for anyone considering this venue is the staff. Heidi and Jackie were available for me practically 24/7 to answer my many questions and made planning so easy! Angel, the maitre d', was a literal angel and made sure everything went off without a hitch on the big day. Rita, the Room Sales Coordinator, was incredibly sweet and so helpful with all of our needs concerning the room blocks. And Laura, the captain of the wait staff, went above and beyond to get us absolutely anything we needed at the reception. I even got sick at one point, and she was right by my side offering assistance until I could rally. The level of care, humanity, and attention to detail at the Sheraton is unmatched; I could honestly cry right now with appreciation! The guests raved about the food, from cocktail hour to the ice cream sundae bar. It truly was the best wedding ever and I am so thankful. GET. MARRIED. HERE. You won't regret it!

We had our ceremony outside and were concerned with the outdoor pool and Route 35, but we did not hear anything! The food was amazing and we felt taken care of every step of the way. The team at the Sheraton definitely knows how to throw a wedding!!

You have to pay for it and it’s at least 600-700 dollars. If I’m paying a venue for a 200 person wedding, I think this should’ve been included as it was at other venues. The only option for getting ready at the venue was a conference room that was of course not equipped at a space to get ready in. You have to bring your own mirror. Secondly, I had outside catering for my wedding and the Sheraton eatontown had me pay $500 for a dishwasher after they couldn’t convince my caterer to provide one. I have never heard of a venue asking for this and neither had my caterer. I think in the grand scheme of things, this venue could do more to cater to you when you’ve paid them thousands.

ad we picked The Sheraton because they were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. From our initial meeting, Heidi and Jackie were always upbeat and SUPER responsive. As the the days drew near, there were loads more questions to answer and some snafus we had to work through and they made the process pretty painless. They were on top of every detail and honestly, much of the planning was in their hands so I got to step back, which was wonderful during a busy time. I honestly never really got too stressed because I knew I was in good hands.
Angel, the maître d', made sure everything was in order the week of and day of and constantly checked in with us to see how things were going. The cocktail hour was amazing. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the food and service. SO MUCH FOOD! The reception was just beyond what I had hoped for and the ballroom looked absolutely beautiful. I could not have been happier with the way things turned out. The hotel itself is beautiful, the accommodations were lovely. The bridal and groom suites were super spacious and the BEST place to spend the morning of getting ready. The only down side was that the time went by so quickly and we were having so much fun. I HIGHLY recommend you hiring The Sheraton to host your wedding. You won’t be disappointed. Heidi, Jackie, Lara and Angel are a dream team.

l of my emails within minutes or having an out of office notice on if she wasn't going to (which is always appreciated!). We had a small situation with the hotel bar being closed after our rehearsal dinner when we were told it would be open, but the staff at the Sheraton quickly jumped into motion and set us up in the executive lounge on the 6th floor for our guests to enjoy. The day of our wedding, everything went super smooth. Heidi and Jackie were there to be hands on with anything we needed, our Maitre D, Angel, was constantly asking us how everything was going, and our head waiter was always there with another drink when ours were empty (even on the dance floor). Our guests loved the modern space, convenience of the hotel being upstairs, and the food reviews we are receiving from others was well worth everything. You will not be disappointed if you book with the Sheraton!

Rita in particular was super helpful with our block, and once it was completely filled up she did everything in her power to secure more rooms for our guests by adding unused rooms from other blocks into ours. We also hosted a post-wedding breakfast in the beautiful gallery space and the catering team did a great job setting that up and the food was pretty good. Their team had to add extra tables and seating last minute because we underestimated the amount of guests who would show up, but they did so seamlessly. There were several other weddings at the hotel that weekend, but we didn't feel at any point that our experience was compromised by how busy and short staffed they are. The king suite is where me and my bridal party got ready that morning, and it was surprisingly spacious enough to hold everyone and we took some very nice photos there. We even held an afterparty in the suite following our wedding because the bar was already closed, and our guests had a great time! Overall, we are impressed with the quality of service we received at the hotel and appreciate everything their team did to work with us during the planning process and wedding weekend.

Signed with one woman, then she got let go so then we where handed off to another who was very sweet and accommodating but then she went away on maternity leave, so we got handed off again. Thankfully I am very organized so i kept all my email chains and receipts. The reason I took off a star was bc my husband told me that while he was in the groom suite the day of the wedding, the cleaning service kept coming up and trying to rush him out. We paid a lot of money that day for our big day and clearly he is a groom and had a late check out, so that was annoying. I had the bridal suite booked the night before the wedding and then got the complimentary night stay day of the wedding. While getting ready for my wedding our keys stopped working for my room bc technically it was a new day, I was told my keys would be good the two days but we had to rush down to go get more bc we were in and out of the suite the morning of. I was also told that during our reception they would have the cleaning service come up and clean up our room and freshen it up for when my husband and I go back there later after the wedding. This was not done at all, I was very annoyed and disappointed in how I found the room, it was terrible that they did not freshen it up. We also were told Corey was our Maitre'D but come the day of Corey wasn't there and we were given someone else. Lastly my sparklers where lost and they could not locate where they where and my bridal party, my videographer, photographers , husband and I where all waiting outside for like 20 minutes until one of my guest had to go and help them look to finally find it. I think the venue is a great affordable option, just be sure to be on top of everything and make sure you get what they promise you.
