Sheraton Eatontown Hotel

lly Heidi and Rayna—were absolutely exceptional. Their communication was always clear and timely, and they consistently went above and beyond by answering questions I didn’t even realize I had. Not once did an email go unanswered. My best advice is to secure your room blocks early and encourage guests to book quickly; being so close to the shore, the hotel is a very popular stay. Our ceremony took place outdoors in the beautiful courtyard—a setting I highly recommend. We had approximately 135 guests, closer to 150 including vendors. Immediately after the ceremony, we were escorted to a private room for food and drinks while taking photos, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our reception in the Grand Ballroom was absolutely stunning. I specifically chose this space so guests could enjoy the atrium and outdoor areas throughout the evening. We were fortunate to have the entire side of the hotel to ourselves, and there was no other wedding that day, which made the experience even more personal and seamless. The customizable lighting in the ballroom was the perfect way to tailor the atmosphere to our style. For our tasting, my husband and family attended with me, and everything was excellent. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour—many said they ate so much they could barely fit dinner! A memorable moment for me was when my florist forgot the flower girl baskets and petals. Rayna noticed my concern immediately and jumped into action, gathering roses for the girls to pluck and scatter. It was such a small gesture, but it meant everything in that moment. I truly felt cared for by every member of the Sheraton team. The day-of experience was flawless. The bridal suite was incredibly spacious—large enough for me, our entire vendor team, the photographers, and my family to get ready comfortably. The groom’s suite, complete with a pool table, made for fantastic photo opportunities and a fun pre-ceremony atmosphere. My only regret was not using the Sheraton’s day-of coordinator, Angel. Even if you already have your own coordinator, I highly recommend utilizing her services. If you’re considering hosting a post-wedding breakfast, be sure to book this as early as possible. Another couple can reserve the space even if they’re getting married elsewhere, which I learned the hard way—but everything worked out in the end. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel to all future brides and grooms. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your wedding day everything you dream of. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience.

azing. From the outrageous times I’ve emailed you I always got a responds in a timely matter. You guys are amazing at what you do and I wouldn’t change it for anything ! 

i planning everything with me from start to finish to Angel’s attentiveness making sure all the transitions ran smoothly and setting up all my “do it  yourself” decor, breaking everything down and boxing it up on a bell cart ready to go for the next day to Rayna butting up my train, collecting my heels & handing me a glass of champagne right after my ceremony. You all went above and beyond to make sure I can fully attend the day and not have to worry about a single thing except being in the moment and enjoying myself. All of my guests raved over the food saying that it was delicious, the beautiful atmosphere and the convenience it was to go from ceremony to cocktail to reception to after party and up the elevator to the rooms for overnight stay. They also made mention of the cleanliness of the hotel and their rooms.  It was really such a magical day and a day my husband and I will remember for the rest of our lives.
