Thank you very much, Sheraton Reston team. Everything was perfect in our Wedding Reception. Ballroom decoration, Chef’s Menu, Setup. All our guests have praises to the venue and the hotel. Olga was incredibly helpful, all the suggestions that she mentioned were the best. All the team made sure we were well accommodated and whatever we asked for was done. Thank you!!!

Loved staying at this hotel for our wedding night! Room was perfect. Also, loved the location, so close to many places for the after party. In the morning, we were able to mingle with our family and friends and did not feel like we needed to rush off. Thank you for a wonderful menory!!!

Our wedding reception was held at Sheraton at Reston in April 2014. As with most weddings, the long To-Do list can make planning a reception overwhelming, but everything fell into place after we established our reception venue with Sheraton. Our catering manager, Ti Beri, helped make a complicated event into a simplified one as she addressed our concerns about our budget, block of rooms, and vendors. After the hotel was completely booked for the weekend, she alleviated our worries when she made special arrangements with the neighboring hotel to accommodate all our guests with the same discounted rate. We especially appreciated the recommendations she gave us regarding vendors and we were grateful for her working with them to coordinate our reception timeline. We’re truly thankful for her guidance & for making the whole experience practically worry free. Needless to say, choosing Sheraton was the best decision we made because our wedding reception wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did without her. The staff was also courteous and friendly which made our stay even more pleasant. The overall ambiance was modern and welcoming and the rooms were beautifully decorated as well as comfortable. The complimentary bridal suite was spacious & lovely. Overall, our stay was remarkable & it was obvious that Sheraton strives for excellence in quality & customer service. We couldn’t be more pleased and we’re glad that Sheraton played role in making our wedding day amazing.

Our wedding reception and overall wedding HQ was at Sheraton Reston. Ti Beri is the complex catering manager there and does a FABULOUS job with details. She will take care of everything and get back to you asap on anything you ask. We had around 100 guests for cocktail hour and sit down dinner reception. It was amazing. The staff provided quick service and attended to all our needs, including extra requests. The ballroom was lovely and we added some uplighting and a head table backdrop to make it complete. We had about 30-40 guests stay at the hotel from out of town. Early/Late check-ins/outs were coordinated easily by Ti and we had a fabulous rate of $99/night if you booked for the wedding. Our guests loved staying here and we received the bridal suite complimentary for our wedding night. Our suite was huge with 2 bathrooms and a sitting room. This was great for all the stuff you need on your wedding weekend. Staff at the front desk and everywhere was so supportive and helpful and generally happy to assist the bride! We had a last minute going away brunch that ended up being for over 20 people and they accommodated it easily. So many places in Northern VA are so expensive. We found Sheraton Reston to be a great value for what we paid. They are willing to work with you to find a good fit for what you can spend. Also, you don't need a lot of decorations because the ballrooms are so elegant.

We had our wedding reception at the Sheraton Reston in November 2013. Proximity to the Dulles International airport, with a complimentary shuttle (we mainly had out-of-town guests) and option to have outside catering were some of the conveniences for which we chose this venue. The Ballroom was simple and elegant (in keeping with how we wished our event to be), and comfortably accommodated our 220 guests, as was the foyer where a buffet dinner was laid out. Our guests were pleased to make use of the short distance from Washington, D.C. and of the special room rates made available for our event. We also enjoyed our stay in complimentary bridal suite – which was spacious and comfortable. I would like to make a special mention of the Complex Catering Manager, Ti Beri, who was of invaluable help every step of the way - right from the initial planning of the event, recommending and coordinating with vendors, suggesting ways to bring down costs, booking rooms, helping us with a timeline for the day - not to mention going out of her way to assemble centerpieces for us! She was always approachable and available to discuss any concerns and accommodate any last minute changes made. Ti helped make this undoubtedly complex event run smoothly and beautifully.

We had our wedding block at the Sheraton Reston and it was perfect for many reasons. First, it's a perfect location for guests-- we had many people flying in to IAD and the Sheraton has a great free shuttle service to/from the hotel. This saved many people from having to rent a car or hire a taxi or figure out the toll road system! Also, we had breakfast vouchers included in our room block rate which was great for the families etc. I really felt that added to the value. We also hosted a "hospitality suite" for guests to come by and visit or get local information etc. The hotel staff was very accommodating in setting that up and coming by to clean etc. I heard of no snags- the rooms were always ready for guests when they arrived and everyone commented that it was very nice accommodation. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing- VERY courteous and patient. They did a great job handling the welcome bags I had for all my guests etc. They also did a great job arranging some last minute transportation over to the nearby Town Center for our rehearsal dinner. Guests seemed to like that they could get out and shop nearby (free shuttle!) and also find good dining options nearby as well (again free shuttle). Highly recommend this hotel. We did not use any of the facilities for any events so I can't comment on their catering, rooms, etc. but it seems like they are excellent at handling events. The representative I worked with was very helpful with every detail. She replied to emails promptly and was very good at explaining fine details etc.
