Sheraton Sand Key Resort is a beautiful hotel wedding venue located in Clearwater Beach, FL. This waterside oasis will serve as a perfect backdrop for all your wedding celebrations. Situated right on the Gulf Coast, you will be just steps from the briney blue, as well as all the fun-filled and exciting places that the Sunshine State has to offer.
From the moment you step foot inside the Sheraton Sand Key Resort, you will feel a relaxed atmosphere wash over you. The resort can offer 13 acres of private beach, paired with 24,000 square feet of indoor space, giving you the best of both worlds. You and your partner can begin the day in one of the resort's many well-equipped suites. You can primp and prepare before you take a short walk down the aisle to say your "I dos" under the Florida skies. The reception can take place in one of the lovely ballrooms. The Grand Ballroom can host up to 700 people, and is the largest space on the property. You can also choose between 13 other event rooms, to find something that works for your day.

pular vacation destination. The private beach is beautiful and even though they offered to drive us down to the beach we chose to walk barefoot through the sand. Every team member we encountered were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I had my wedding weekend here and unfortunately it rained, i was so devastated i couldn't stop crying and at first things went bad. They had to move my reception from the beach to inside and people in my group said parking wa...
s extremely expensive and the pool closed early. I was so devastated, i tried to smoke on my patio to calm my nerves, unaware of the rules but needed to stop crying, and my neighbors kept complaining. My neices locked us out our room and they had to break down the door. It started so bad.
Then the day of the reception i met MATT and he was literally a god send. For the first time i could relax, he helped to move my reception inside and decorated everything, he made it beautiful!! He helped from everything from start to finish, from cutting the cake to cleaning up. He is honestly such a gem. LEILA from group reservation sent us some champagne and sweet treats little gourmet chocolates and macarons to soften my tears! They gave us complimentary drinks and desserts, and no lie the food at their restaurants is actually really good! Especially at rustys!
They honestly made everything worth it in the end, i will be back for our anniversary, as long as i can get the same grwnd suite they will see me every year! 😆 the hotel was right on the beach and the views were stunning. Thank you sheraton Clearwater 💗✨

If you’re looking to visit the Clearwater area, stop looking, stay here. You won’t regret it.

I have never in my life seen a beachfront resort charge guests for beach chair usage. Be prepared to shell out $70/day for 3 chairs.

nd their only solution was for us to go to the restaurant. We said we wanted to dine in our room, and they just shrugged cluelessly. We asked to call room service from the front desk phone but they refused. It took us 10 min of back and forth until they finally agreed to let us call. Not sure why they pushed back for so long.
The recently renovated rooms are great. Bright, modern, and well finished - definitely the best part of this hotel. The pool area is decent though not very big, and the beach views are nice (except for the chair rip-off). The beach itself is pebble-y and definitely not as nice as the one on the north island.
