We enjoyed our 5 day stay at the Sheraton. The staff was excellent 👌. The rooms were updated and clean. The pool was well kept, and it's a short walk to the beach from your hotel room. They even had staff providing golf cart rides to the beac...
h from the pool. The restaurants inside the hotel were also great. Only disappointment on our visit was that the fitness center was not open. Other than that, I highly recommend the Sheraton, and it's reasonably priced. Beautiful hotel!

I’m a local and I was here for a conference. I’ve been to many of the resorts over here and I must say I’m VERY impressed. Clean, updated, nice location, and GREAT food. All employees were very friendly but one went above and beyond. I needed a...
quiet area I wouldn’t be interrupted for a business call. Bill went out of his way to help me and didn’t give up until we found a good solution. He even came to find me right before the call to make sure I got settled fine.
Now like I said, I’m a local… BUT I would absolutely consider here for a nice “staycation”. Sheraton is also nicer than others as it’s not crowded by the other buildings.

We paid for 3 adjoining rooms with 2 connecting due to family needs but didn't get what we reserved even after months in advance Which was a huge disappointment. Robert and Courtney at the front desk were most helpful but they couldn’t explain...
why they couldn’t accommodate us because it was in our notes in their computer system. We had to adjust quickly to a Plan B.
On a lighter note, the Bellman, concierge, maid service (7thfloor)and janitorial staff were outstanding. I feel like we met all the employees in the hotel. They were extremely accommodating. The updated rooms were nice.
The private beach was the best and the pool area even though Small was nice.
Be aware of the daily parking fees, which are run through a separate entity.

We had such a great experience. Staff was amazing. Guy was the name of the employee we had the most interaction with and he was truly exceptional. Helped us take luggage up to room and told us about the hotel. Then the next day my husband accid...
entally spilled his cup of coffee in the lobby and guess who comes to the rescue to clean it up? That’s right, Guy. He even went above and beyond by getting my husband a new cup of coffee. I’m pretty sure every room has a balcony which is nice. View of the ocean was really pretty. The walk to the private beach wasn’t too far but they offer a free golf cart ride if you don’t want to walk. Nice outdoor/pool area with towels you can take to the beach. Also, there is a free trolley service that runs downtown Clearwater area. Only issue was the trolley was hardly ever on time and only ran about every 45min so you are stuck just waiting. But that’s not anything the hotel can control that’s a trolley company problem. Room was clean and really good smelling soaps. Pool area was nice but it was pretty busy(as I’m sure most would be). Also, kid friendly. Overall, I would say this hotel was up to date, clean, good location, and had friendly staff.

Wow! Honestly, when I first arrived, I was a bit skeptical of the exterior of the building. However, this resort is renovated and truly amazing. I’m not from the Tampa area, but when I was looking for hotel options, I noticed that not many have...
direct beach access. Having direct beach access was a huge plus. The pool was very well maintained. When I went, they were very lenient with the pool hours (open past 1 a.m.). The service was phenomenal. It is a 5-minute drive to central Clearwater Beach.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort for Mother’s Day, and it was an absolute delight, deserving a perfect score of 5/5! The resort offers the invaluable option of lounging by the beach or the pool, all accessible via a quick ...
60-second shuttle ride. The convenience of setting up at the beach, then taking the shuttle back to the resort to enjoy the pool, grab a bite or a drink, or retreat to our room, is a standout feature of this resort.
The hotel staff, a large and dedicated team, is constantly at work, ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the high-traffic areas. Dining at Rusty’s Bistro was a culinary delight. We savored a delicious dinner there after watching the sunset, and our waiter, Walter, provided exceptional service. The breakfast buffet the following morning was equally enjoyable.
Our hotel room offered a serene view of the pool and beach, and we experienced no disturbances from outside noise. We are eagerly looking forward to our next stay here for an extended weekend!

This resort is a big YES. The private beach with chair/umbrella rentals, pool open until 11 pm with a cafe and bar, beautifully designed and clean rooms, and excellent location. It’s on the quiet side of Clearwater Beach but you can take the fr...
ee trolley into “town.” The maintenance and housekeeping staff is incredibly friendly and responsive.
There are some cons, of course. This is a family resort and parents often let kids run all over the place. We heard kids running and yelling in the halls starting promptly at 6 am and until about 11 pm. The resort will need to institute “quiet hours” if it wants to keep people without little kids coming back.
The other major con was on-site dining was lacking. The service was very slow, the food was mid to low quality, and the prices were astronomical for what you got. Skip the on-site options and head to Shorty’s or Backwaters, a quick walk down the road.
The employees were really hit or miss in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. The older people working the poolside cafe and bar were pretty rude and the people answering the guest services phone could be downright hostile. However, there were some younger employees (a blonde young woman, a guy with long brown hair, and a young man with dreads) that were so kind and friendly! Also, the woman working in the store on site was so nice and chatted with me every morning.
Overall, if you’re debating, STAY HERE. The amenities and private beach are much more important than the cons. The cons will be the same no matter where you stay, but this resort is simply stunning.

r us to get to the beach with our kid. We had lunch and breakfast at their restaurants and it was really good food. We also had a room with a nice balcony, the view was over the pool and the beach area. We enjoyed watching the sunset from there. We will definitely come back again.
Thank you guys!

The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The staff was kind and looked like they were happy to be there. The parking is a little confusing and there should be an area solely for police because their vehicles took up at least 8 good spaces that ...
could be for customers. The dining options are pricey but sufficient. The pool area is decent but the hot tub was full of sand because of kids coming in without properly showering. It would be nice to see an adults only hot tub. The walk to the beach isn't bad but isn't conducive for disabled people. I was told there was a small golf cart that shuttles to and from but I never saw it. The Internet connection does not reach every part of the hotel so be mindful of this if you need to work during your stay. Overall, my stay was pleasant and I'd absolutely stay again.
